Kiya baalon ko surkh Yaa neela rang karna jayez hai, aur kiya yeh bi mushabehat hai?
Jawab ka matan
Alhamdulillah.
Aurat kay liye baalon ko siyaah ki bajaey koi aur rang karna jayez hai , jab ke aisa karney mein kuffar ki aurton se mushabehat na ho , maslan yeh woh kisi kafira aurat yaa kafira auraton ki jamat ka makhsoos rang aur baal rangney ka makhsoos tareeqa ho, yaa sirf aik chutiya ko rang kiya jaye to iss waqt inn kufaar aurton kay saath mushaabehat jayez nahi.
Shaikh Ibn Uthaymeen (رحمہ اللہ) se darj e zail sawal kiya gaya:
Kiya baalon ka kuch hissa maslan baalon kay kinarey yaa sirf ooper ka hissa rangna jayez hai?
Shaikh ka jawab tha:
Agar baalon ko siyaah kiya jaye to yeh jayez nahi , kiyon ke iss se Nabi e Kareem (ﷺ) ne mana farmaya hai, aur suffaid baalon ko rang karney aur siyaah karney se ijtenab kartey huye farmaya:
” Iss burhaapey ( suffaid baalon) ko tabdeel karo aur siyaah rang se ijtenab karo.”
[Sahih Muslim: 5476]
Aur baalon ko siyaah karney waley kay liye wa’eed bhi warid hai , jo ke darj e zail farman e Nabwi (ﷺ) mein paee jati hai:
“Aakhiri zamaney mein kuch log aisay hoon gay jo siyaah khizab lagaen gay , jaisay kabootar ki pott Hoti hai, woh jannat ki Khushboo tak hasil nahi karein gay.”
[Sunnan Abu Dawood: 4212, Sunnan Nasai: 138/8]
Allama Albaani ( رحمہ اللہ) ne sahih Al Jamae Hadees number (8153) mein issey sahih qarar diya hai.
Aur yeh Hadees suffaid baalon ko siyaah mein tabdeel karney ki hurmat par dalalat karti hai, lekin siyaah kay ilawa baqi rang kay muta’liq to asal jawaz hi hai , lekin agar yeh kafira aur fajira aurton kay tareeqa aur inki ashkaal o anwa’ mein ho to phir iss aetebaar se yeh bhi haram hai , kiyon ke Rasool e Kareem (ﷺ) Ka farman hai :
” Jis ne bhi kisi qaum ki mushaabehat ikhtiyar ki to woh innhi mein se hai”
[Sunnan Abu Dawood : 4031]
Allama Albaani ne Irwa’ al-Ghaleel (5/109) mein issey sahih qarar diya hai “

Is It Haram to Dye Your Hair?
Question
Is it allowed to color the hair unnatural colors like blue or red because many non-Muslims do this?

Praise be to Allah.
It is permissible for a woman to dye her hair any colour other than black, so long as that is not imitating non-Muslim women, such as if non-Muslim women or some non-Muslim women have a special way of dyeing or cutting their hair, and that is exclusive to them; it is not permissible to imitate them in that case.
Shaykh Ibn ‘Uthaymin (may Allah have mercy on him) was asked: Is it permissible to dye parts of the hair such as the ends or the top only?
He replied:
“If the hair is to be dyed black , the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) forbade that when he told someone to change his white hair but to avoid black. He said: “Change this white hair but avoid black .” Sahih Muslim (5476). A stern warning was also narrated for the one who does that, which is when the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: “There will be people at the end of time who will dye their hair black like the crops of pigeons; they will not even smell the fragrance of Paradise.” Narrated by Abu Dawud (4212) and al-Nasai (8/138); classed as sahih by al-Albani in Sahih al-Jami’ (8153). This indicates that it is haram to change the hair colour to black. As for changing it to other colours, the basic principle is that it is permissible unless it is done in the manner of non-Muslim women or immoral women, in which case it is haram for that reason, because the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: “Whoever imitates a people is one of them.” (Narrated by Abu Dawud (4031) and classed as sahih by al-Albani in Irwa al-Ghalil (5/109).” (Majmu’ Fatawa wa Rasail Ibn ‘Uthaymin, 11/120)

سياہ رنگ كے علاوہ بالوں كو كوئى اور رنگ كرنا

كيا بالوں كو سرخ يا نيلا رنگ كرنا جائز ہے، اور كيا يہ بھى مشابہت ہے ؟

الحمد للہ.
عورت كے ليے بالوں كو سياہ كى بجائے كوئى اور رنگ كرنا جائز ہے، جبكہ ايسا كرنے ميں كفار عورتوں سے مشابہت نہ ہو، مثلا يہ وہ كسى كافرہ عورت يا كافرہ عورتوں كى جماعت كا مخصوص رنگ اور بال رنگنے كا مخصوص طريقہ ہو، يا صرف ايك چٹيا كو رنگ كيا جائے تو اس وقت ان كفار عورتوں كے ساتھ مشابہت جائز نہيں.
شيخ ابن عثيمين رحمہ اللہ سے درج ذيل سوال كيا گيا:
كيا بالوں كا كچھ حصہ مثلا بالوں كے كنارے يا صرف اوپر كا حصہ رنگنا جائز ہے ؟
شيخ كا جواب تھا:
” اگر بالوں كو سياہ كيا جائے تو يہ جائز نہيں، كيونكہ اس سے نبى كريم صلى اللہ عليہ وسلم نے منع فرمايا ہے، اور سفيد بالوں كو رنگ كرنے اور سياہ كرنے سے اجتناب كرنے كا حكم ديتے ہوئے فرمايا:
” اس بڑھاپے ( سفيد بالوں ) كو تبديل كرو اور سياہ رنگ سے اجتناب كرو “
صحيح مسلم حديث نمبر ( 5476 ).
اور بالوں كو سياہ كرنے والے كے ليے وعيد بھى وارد ہے، جو كہ درج ذيل فرمان نبوى صلى اللہ عليہ وسلم ميں پائى جاتى ہے:
” آخرى زمانے ميں كچھ لوگ ايسے ہونگے جو سياہ خضاب لگائينگے، جيسے كبوتر كى پوٹ ہوتى ہے، وہ جنت كى خوشبو تك حاصل نہيں كرينگے “
سنن ابو داود حديث نمبر ( 4212 ) سنن نسائى ( 8 / 138 ) علامہ البانى رحمہ اللہ نے صحيح الجامع حديث نمبر ( 8153 ) ميں اسے صحيح قرار ديا ہے.
اور يہ حديث سفيد بالوں كو سياہ ميں تبديل كرنے كى حرمت پر دلالت كرتى ہے، ليكن سياہ كے علاوہ باقى رنگ كے متعلق تو اصل جواز ہى ہے، ليكن اگر يہ كافرہ اور فاجرہ عورتوں كے طريقہ اور ا نكى اشكال و انواع ميں ہو تو پھر اس اعتبار سے يہ بھى حرام ہے، كيونكہ رسول كريم صلى اللہ عليہ وسلم كا فرمان ہے:
” جس نے بھى كسى قوم سے مشابہت اختيار كى تو وہ انہى ميں سے ہے “
سنن ابو داود حديث نمبر ( 4031 ) علامہ البانى رحمہ اللہ نے ارواء الغليل ( 5 / 109 ) ميں اسے صحيح قرار ديا ہے ” انتہى.
