01. Islam mein aurat ka maqaam [Women’s Rights in Islam]

Islam mein aurat ka maqaam

بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم
ألحمد للله والصلاة والسلام على نبينا محمد وعلى آله وصحبه أجمعين وبعد:

Allah Ta’ala ka farmaan hai:

Yeh ek bohot bari ghalti hai ke Islam ki taraf woh baatein mansoob ki jaayen jinka Islam se koi ta’lluq hi na ho, inhi baaton mein se ek baat yeh bhi hai ke Islam mein aurat ka koi maqaam -o- martaba aur koi izzat o ehtraam nahin, aur yeh ke Islam ne aurat ke haqooq ghasb kiye hain, jabke Allah Ta’ala ka farmaan hai:

Tarjuma:

“Agar tum unhain napasand karo lekin bohot mumkin hai ke tum kisi cheez ko bura jano aur Allah Ta’ala is mein bohot bhalaai karde”.

Tarjuma:

“Aur uski nishaaniyon mein se hai ke tumhari hi jinss se biwiyaan paida ki, taake tum araam paao, usne tumhare darmiyaan mohabbat aur hamdardi qaaim kardi, yaqeenan ghor -o- fikar karne walon ke liye is mein bohot nishaniyaan hain”.

Is daur mein har taraf aurat ke haqooq ke liye awaazain buland ho rahi hain, mard ke saath musawaat ke mutaalbay kiye ja rahe hain, mumkin hai ke is tarah ki awaazain aur mutaalbay in ma’ashron mein qabil -e- qabool hon, jin mein aurat ke saath insaaf na hota ho, usay us ke huqooq na milte hon, lekin ek aise Islami ma’ashre mein in haqooq ka mutaalba karna ke jis mein roz -e- awwal se aurat ko iske haqooq aur azaadi uske mutaalba karne se pehle diye gaye hon aur un huqooq ko Shara’i wajibaat mein se qaraar diya gaya ho ke jis par samjhota na-mumkin ho, bari hi ajeeb baat hai, haan mumkin hai ke koi shakhs infiraadi taur par aurat ke saath badsulooki aur uski haq-talfi karta ho, agar aisa hai to yeh Islami ta’leemaat se ru-gardaani aur e’raaz ka nateeja hai.

Ba-zou’m -e- khud jo log aurat ki azaadi aur uske huqooq ka mutaalba karte hain, inke saare mutalbaat teen mehwar ke ird gird ghoomte hain:

(1)Aurat ki azaadi ka mutalba.

(2)Aurat ki mard ke saath barabari ka mutaalba.

(3)Aurat ke huqooq ka mutalba.

[4] Wagarna yeh log in logon ke huqooq ka mutaalba kyun nahin karte jinhe na haq qatal kiya ja raha hai, inke ghar ujaare ja rahe hain, inki milkiyatein looti ja rahi hain, aur in pasmaanda aur ghareeb mumaalik ke bhookon aur mareezon ke maamooli huqooq ka mutaalba kyun nahin karte, jabke hamara unse sirf yehi mutaalba hai ke in Islami ma’ashron ki raah mein rukaawatein khari na karen, taake Allah Ta’ala ne inhain jo doosro ki madad karne ka hukm diya hai isay bajaa le aaen jis k peeche mehez Allah Ta’ala se ajar o sawaab ki umeed hai.

Women’s Rights in Islam:

in general; as children and daughters; sisters; wives; mothers, and as kinfolk and neighbors

Islam deals with women in a comprehensive way in the context of her relationship with Allah, her Creator and Lord, with herself as a part of humanity, and with man, her partner and natural spouse in the family. During the presentation below, keep in mind the rights that other societies grant them in comparison to the rights to which Islam has entitled women. It is noteworthy that Islamic teachings are attentive to the needs and rights of the weaker gender throughout her life: as a daughter, sister, wife, mother, and as a member of the Islamic society.
