CHAMAK AUR SUFAIDI KO LAMBA KARNA

 


[[[[ وَ إِطَالَةُ الۡغُرَّةِ وَالتَّحۡجِيۡلِ وَ تَقۡدِيۡمُ السِّوَاكِ إِسۡتِحۡبَاباً ]]]]


( Chamak aur sufaidi ko lamba karna{1} ( yaani muqarrarah had say aazaa ko ziyadah dhauna ) aur ibtedaa-e-wuzoo mein miswak karna ( mustahab hai ){2}).


 

{1}= ” غرة “

 Dar asal us sufaidi-o-chamak ko kahtay hain jo ghauday ki paishani mein hoti hai,

Aur ” تحجيل ” us sufaidi ko kahtay hain jo ghauday kay qadmon mein hoti hai.(1)

 

Sayyiduna Abu Hurairah ( رضي الله عنه ) say marwi hai keh Rasoolullah ﷺ nay farmaya:

” إن أمتي يأتون يوم القيامة غرا محجلين من أثر الوضوء فمن إستطاع منكم أن يطيل غرته فليفعل “

” Qayamat kay rauz meri ummat kay log is haalat mein aayen gay keh wuzoo kay asraat  ki wajah say un kay hath paaun chamaktay hon gay, Tum mein say jo shakhs us chamak aur raushni ko ziyadah badha sakta hai to usay zaroor aisa karna chahiye.(2)

Is hadith ki wajah say Sayyiduna Abu Hurairah ( رضي الله عنه ) apnay baazoon ko kandhon tak aur apnay qadmon ko ghutnon tak dho liya kartay thay.(3)

 

{2}= Sayyiduna Abu Hurairah ( رضي الله عنه ) say marwi hai keh Rasoolullah ﷺ nay farmaya:

” لو لا أن أشق على أمتي لأمرتهم بالسواك عند كل صلاة “

” Agar mujhay apni ummat ko mushaqqat-o-takleef mein mubtalah karnay ka andaishah na hota to main har namaz kay sath miswak karnay ka hukam day deta,

Aur Sahih-ul-Bukhari mein taaleeqan yeh alfaaz mazkoor hain ” مع كل وضوء ” ” keh har wuzoo kay sath miswak ka hukam deta.(4)

 

Sayyiduna Zaid Ibn-e-Khalid ( رضي الله عنه ) say bhi issi maana mein hadith marwi hai.(5)

Yeh hadith is baat ka wazih suboot hai keh  Nabi ﷺ ka hukam wujoob kay liye kafi hota hai, Aur jab ap ﷺ nay hukam nahi diya to istehbaab ka hukam baqi rah jata hai aur mustahab par amal zaruri nahi hota.(6)

 

Aur yeh bhi saabit huwa keh Nabi ﷺ kay liye ijtehaad kay sath hukam dena dorust tha, lekin is mas’alay mein 4 mukhtalif mazahib hain:

 

(1) Mutlaq taur par jaaiz tha.

Yeh Imam Malik, Imam Shafie, Imam Ahmad, Imam Abu Yousuf, Imam Abdul Jabbar, Imam Abu-ul-Husain Al-basari, Jamhoor, Imam Ghazali, Imam Aamidi, Imam Raazi, Imam Qazi Baizawi, Imam Ibn-e-Hajib, Imam Ibn-e-Subki ( رحمهم الله ), aur Ahnaaf ka mazhab hai, Magar yeh keh ahnaaf nay ta’abbud ki shart lagayi hai.



(2) Mutlaqan mana tha.

Yeh Imam Abu Ali Jubayi, Un kay baitay Abu Hashim aur Imam Ibn-e-Hazam ( رحمهم الله  ) waghairah ka mo’aqqaf hai.

 

(3) Siraf jangi mu’aamilaat aur duniyawi masalih mein jaaiz tha, Us kay ilawah nahi.

 

(4) In teenon mazahib mein tawaqquf hi bahtar hai.(7)

 

Imam Nawawi ( رحمه الله ) bayan kartay hain keh Miswak tamam auqaat mein mustahab hai, Lekin paanch auqaat mein bohot hi ziyadah mustahab hai:

 

(1) Namaz kay waqat.

(2) Wuzoo kay waqat.

(3) Qiraat-e-Quran kay waqat 

(4) Neend say baidaar honay kay waqat.

(5) Munh kay ( kisi bhi wajah say ) mutaghayyar ho janay kay waqat.(8)

 

Miswak kay muta’alliq chand ahadith mandarjah zail hain:

 

(1) Nabi ﷺ jab raat ko uthtay to munh ko miswak say maltay.(9)

(2) Nabi ﷺ ghar mein dakhil honay kay baad pahla kaam miswak kartay.(10)

(3) Nabi ﷺ nay farmaya:

Miswak munh ki tahaarat aur Rab ki razamandi ka baais hai.(11)
