SHARAMGAH KO CHHUNAY SAY WUZOO TOOT JATA HAI
[[[[ وَمَسُّ الذَّكَرِ ]]]]
( Aur sharamgah ko chhunay say ( wuzoo toot jata hai ).{1}
{1}= Sayyidah Basrah bint-e-Safwan ( رضي الله عنها ) say marwi hai keh Rasoolullah ﷺ nay farmaya:
” من مس ذكره فليتوضأ “
” Jis shakhs nay apny ala-e-tanasul ( sharamgah ) ko chhuwa usay chahiye keh wuzoo karay “(1).
Maloom huwa keh ala-e-tanasul ko chhunay say wuzoo zaruri hai,
Lekin mandarjah-e-ail hadith ba’zahir is kay mukhalif hai:
Sayyiduna Talaq Ibn-e-Ali ( رضي الله عنه ) say marwi hai keh aik aadimi nay araz kiya keh Aye Allah kay Nabi ﷺ ! Aisay shakhs kay baaray mein ap ka kiya khayal hai jis nay wuzoo karnay kay baad apnay ala-e-tanasul ko chhoo liya ?
To ap ﷺ nay farmaya:
” هل هو إلا بضعة منه “
” Woh to siraf us kay jisam ka tukda hai “.(2)
Is mas’alay mein salaf-o-khalaf kay darmiyan ikhtelaaf hai.
(1) Sayyiduna Abdullah Ibn-e-Omar, Sayyiduna Abu Hurairah, Sayyiduna Ibn-e-Abbas, Sayyidah Ayeshah, Sayyiduna Saad Ibn-e-Abi Waqas ( رضي الله عنهم )،
Imam Ataa, Imam Zohri, Sayyiduna Saeed Ibn-e-Musayyab, Imam Mujahid, Imam Abaan Ibn-e-Usman, Sayyiduna Sulaiman Ibn-e-Yassar, Imam Shafi’e, Imam Ahmad, Imam Malik aur Imam Is’haque ( رحمهم الله ) kay nazdeek ala-e-tanasul ko chhunay say wuzoo toot jata hai,
Un ki daleel “Hadith-e-Basrah” hai.
(2) Sayyiduna Ali, Sayyiduna Ibn-e-Masood, Sayyiduna Ammar ( رضي الله عنهم ), Imam Hasan Basari, Imam Rabee’ah, Imam Sauri, Imam Abu Hanifah, Imam Abu Yousuf aur Imam Muhammad Ibn-e-Hasan ( رحمهم الله ) kay nazdeek ala-e-tanasul ko chhunay say wuzoo nahi toot’ta,
Un ki daleel “Hadith-e-Talaq” hai.(3)
( Ibn-e-Hazam ( رحمه الله )
Wuzoo toot jata hai, Aur yeh Hadith-e-Talaq mansookh hai.(4)

Haq baat yeh hi hai keh wuzoo toot jata hai.(5)

Ala-e-tanasul ko chhunay say wuzoo toot jata hai, Ba’shartikeh baghair kisi haail ( yaani kapday ya parday waghairah ) kay chhuwa jaye.(6)
Jaisa keh Sayyiduna Abu Hurairah ( رضي الله عنه ) say riwaayat hai keh Rasoolullah ﷺ nay farmaya:
” من افضى بيده إلى ذكره ليس دونه ستر فقد وجب عليه الوضوء “
” Jo shakhs apnay ala-e-tanasul ko baghair kisi parday kay chhuway to us par wuzoo wajib hai “,
Musnad-e-Sahfi’e ki riwaayat mein yeh alfaz hain:
” إذا أفضى احدكم إلى ذكره ليس بينها و بينه شئ فليتوضأ ” (7)

NAAQIZ-E-WUZOO HONAY MEIN MARD AUR AURAT KI SHARAMGAH ( QUBUL-O-DUBUR ) MEIN KOI FARAQ NAHI:
(1) Sayyidah Umm-e-Habibah ( رضي الله عنها ) say marwi hai keh Rasoolullah ﷺ nay farmaya:
” من مس فرجه فليتوضأ “
” Jo shakhs apni sharamgah ko chhuway woh wuzoo karay “(8).
” Lafz-e-farj ” qubul aur dubur donon ko shamil hai.(9)
(2) Sayyiduna Amar Ibn-e-Shoaib ( رحمه الله ) apnay dada say riwaayat kartay hain keh Rasoolullah ﷺ nay farmaya:
” أيما رجل مس فرجه فليتوضأ و أيما إمرأة مست فرجها فلتتوضأ “
” Jo koi mard apni sharamgah ko chhuway usay chahiye keh wuzoo karay, Aur joi koi aurat apni sharamgah ko chhuway usay chahiye keh wuzoo karay ” (10).
Imam Tirmazi ( رحمه الله ) nay Imam Bukhari ( رحمه الله ) ka qaul naqal kiya hai keh:
” Yeh hadith meray nazdeek sahih hai “.(11)
