SIRF ISLAM HI KI PAIRVI KYUN?
“Tamam mazahib logon ko achhe kaam karne ki taleem dete hain, phir ek shakhs ko Islam hi ki pairvi kyun karna chahiye ? Kya wo kisi dusre mazhab ki pairvi nahi kar sakta?”
Tamam mazahib bunyaadi taur par insaan ko sahih raah par chalne aur burai se bachne ki talqeen karte hain. Lekin Islam in sab se barh kar hai. Yeh hamen sahih raah par chalne aur apni infiraadi aur ijtemaee zindagi se burai ko khaarij karne mein amli rehnumaee faraham karta hai.
Islam insaani fitrat aur muashre ki pecheedgiyon ko pesh e nazar rakhta hai. Islam khud khaaliq-e-Kaaenaat ki taraf se rehnumaee hai, Isliye Islam ko Deen-e-Fitrat, yani insaan ka fitri deen kaha gaya hai. Islam aur dusre mazahib ka bunyaadi farq darj zel umoor se wazeh hota hai:
ISLAM AUR DAAKA ZANI KA TADAARUK
Tamam mazahib ki taleem hai keh daaka zani aur chori ek bura fail hai. Islam ki bhi yehi taleem hai, phir Islam aur dusre mazahib mein farq kya hai? Farq yeh hai keh Islam is ki talqeen karne ke saath saath keh, daakah zani aur chori bura kaam hai, aisa samaaji dhaancha bhi faraham karta hai jis me log daake nahi daalenge. Iske liye Islam darj e zel tajaweez pesh karta hai:
1. ZAKAT KA HUKM:
Islam Insaani falah ke liye Zakat ka nizam pesh karta hai. Islami qaanoon kehta hai ke har wo shakhs jiski maali bachat nisaab, yani 85 gram sona ya uski maaliyat ko pohonch jaye to wo har saal us mein se arhaee(2.5%) feesad Allah ki raah mein taqseem karey, agar har ameer shakhs imaandaari se zakat ada kare to is dunya se ghurbat, jo daaka zani ki asal muharrik hai, khatam ho jayegi aur koi shakhs bhi bhook se nahi marey ga.
2. CHORI KI SAZA:
Islam Chori karney walay ka haath katnay ki saza deta hai:
Surah Maidah:05 mein hai:
﴿وَالسَّارِقُ وَالسَّارِقَةُ فَاقْطَعُوا أَيْدِيَهُمَا جَزَاءً بِمَا كَسَبَا نَكَالًا مِّنَ اللّٰهِ ۗ وَاللّٰهُ عَزِيزٌ حَكِيمٌ﴾
“Chori karne waley mard aur chori karne waali aurat ke haath kaat do. Yeh Allah ki taraf se un dono ke kiye huye jurm ki saza hai aur Allah bahot taaqatwar aur bahot hikmat wala hai.
[Surah Maidah:05: 38]
Is par ghair muslim ye keh sakta hai keh “20th, Beesvin saadi mein haath kaate jaen? Islam to ek zaalim aur wahshiyana mazhab hai.” Lekin in ki ye soch sachhayi aur haqeeqat se baeed hai.
AMLI NIFAAZ:
America ko duniya mein sab se ziyada taraqqi yafta mulk samjha jaata hai. Bad qismati se wahan jaraim, chori, dakaiti wagaira ki sharah bhi sab se ziyada hai. Farz karen ke America mein
AURTON KI ISMAT DARI KA SADD-E-BAAB:
Tamam bade mazahib ke nazdik aurton se chher chhaar aur unki ismat dari ek sangeen jurm hai. Islam ki bhi yehi taleem hai, phir islam aur dusre mazahib ki taleemaat mein farq kya hai? Farq is haqeeqat mein wazeh hai keh Islam mehez aurton ke ehtraam ki talqeen hi nahi karta aur khawateen se chher chhaar aur unki ismat dari jaise sangeen jurm se nafrat hi nahi karta balke is amr ki bharpur rehnumai bhi karta hai keh mu’ashre se aise jaraim ka khaatmah kis tarah kiya ja sakta hai. Is ke liye aap darj e zel zariyae Usool mulaheza kijiye:
MARDON KE LIYE HIJAAB:
Islam ke hijaab ka nizaam apni misaal aap hai, Qur’an-e-majeed pehley mardon ko hijaab ka hukm deta hai aur phir aurton ko. Mardon ke hijaab (parda) ka zikar mandarja zel aayat mein hai:
﴿قُل لِّلْمُؤْمِنِينَ يَغُضُّوا مِنْ أَبْصَارِهِمْ وَيَحْفَظُوا فُرُوجَهُمْ ۚ ذَٰلِكَ أَزْكَىٰ لَهُمْ ۗ إِنَّ اللّٰهَ خَبِيرٌ بِمَا يَصْنَعُونَ ﴾
“(Ae Nabi!) momin mardon se keh dijiye keh wo apni nigahen neechi rakhen aur apni sharamgaahon ki hifazat karen, ye un ke liye bahot paakizgi ki baat hai. Aur Allah un tamam baton se bakhoobi waqif hai jo wo karte hain.”
Islam kehta hai keh ek shakhs kisi ghair mehram aurat ko dekhe to use chahiye ke fauran apni nigahen neechi kar le.
[Surah Noor:24: 30]
AURTON KE LIYE HIJAAB:
Aurton ke liye hijaab ka zikar mandarja zel aayat mein hai:
قُل لِّلْمُؤْمِنِينَ يَغُضُّوا مِنْ أَبْصَارِهِمْ وَيَحْفَظُوا فُرُوجَهُمْ ۚ ذَٰلِكَ أَزْكَىٰ لَهُمْ ۗ إِنَّ اللّٰهَ خَبِيرٌ بِمَا يَصْنَعُونَ ﴿٣٠﴾ وَقُل لِّلْمُؤْمِنَاتِ يَغْضُضْنَ مِنْ أَبْصَارِهِنَّ وَيَحْفَظْنَ فُرُوجَهُنَّ وَلَا يُبْدِينَ زِينَتَهُنَّ إِلَّا مَا ظَهَرَ مِنْهَا ۖ وَلْيَضْرِبْنَ بِخُمُرِهِنَّ عَلَىٰ جُيُوبِهِنَّ وَلَا يُبْدِينَ زِينَتَهُنَّ إِلَّا لِبُعُولَتِهِنَّ أَوْ آبَائِهِنَّ أَوْ آبَاءِ بُعُولَتِهِنَّ أَوْ أَبْنَائِهِنَّ أَوْ أَبْنَاءِ بُعُولَتِهِنَّ أَوْ إِخْوَانِهِنَّ أَوْ بَنِي إِخْوَانِهِنَّ أَوْ بَنِي أَخَوَاتِهِنَّ أَوْ نِسَائِهِنَّ أَوْ مَا مَلَكَتْ أَيْمَانُهُنَّ أَوِ التَّابِعِينَ غَيْرِ أُولِي الْإِرْبَةِ مِنَ الرِّجَالِ أَوِ الطِّفْلِ الَّذِينَ لَمْ يَظْهَرُوا عَلَىٰ عَوْرَاتِ النِّسَاءِ﴾
“(Ae Nabi!) momin aurton se keh dijiye ke wo apni nigahen neechi rakhen aur apni sharamgaahon ki hifazat karen aur apni zeenat ki numaaish na karen siwaye us ke jo az khud zahir ho, aur unko chahiye keh apne seenon par orhniyaan daale rakhen aur apni zeenat zahir na karen magar apne shauhar par ya apne baap par ya apne sasur par ya apne beton par ya apne shauhar ke beton par ya apne bhaaiyon par ya apne bhatijon par ya apne bhaanjon par ya apni (musalmaan) aurton par ya apne daen haath ki milkiyat (kaneezon) par ya aurton se raghbat na rakhne walay naukaron par ya aurton ki chhupi baaton se naawaqif larkon par, aur wo (aurten) apne paaon zor zor se zameen par marti na chalen keh unki zeenat zaahir hojaye jise wo chhupaati hain, aur Ae momino! Tum sab Allah se tawba karo taake tum falaah paao.”
[Surah Noor:24: 31]
Hijaab ki hadd ye hai ke tamam jism dhaka hua ho, Sirf chehra aur haathon ki kalaiyan khuli rakhi ja sakti hain aur agar aurten chaahen to wo un aaza ko bhi dhaanp sakti hain, taham ba’az ulama is baat par israar karte hain ke chehra dhaanpna bhi lazim hai.
(Aur yehi mouquf qareen-e-sawab hai).
HIFAZATI HISAAR:
Allah Ta’ala hijaab ka hukm kyun deta hai? Iski wazahat Surah Ahzab ki mandarja zel ayat mein ki gayi hai:
يَا أَيُّهَا النَّبِيُّ قُل لِّأَزْوَاجِكَ وَبَنَاتِكَ وَنِسَاءِ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ يُدْنِينَ عَلَيْهِنَّ مِن جَلَابِيبِهِنَّ ۚ ذٰلِكَ أَدْنَىٰ أَن يُعْرَفْنَ فَلَا يُؤْذَيْنَ وَكَانَ اللّٰهُ غَفُورًا رَّحِيمًا﴾
“Ae Nabi! Apni biwiyon aur apni betiyon aur mominon ki aurton se keh dijiye keh wo apne oopar apni chadaren orh liya karen (Jab wo bahar niklen) ye (baat) un ke liye qareeb tar hai keh wo (Haya daar muminaat ke taur par) pahchani jaen aur unhen eeza na di jae(koi chher chhaar na kar sake ) aur Allah bohat bakhshne wala aur bohat rahem karne wala hai.”
[Surah Ahezab:33: 59]
Qur’an ke mutabiq hijaab ka hukm aurton ko is liye diya gaya hai keh wo baa haya aurton ke taur par pehchani ja saken aur chher chhaar se mehfooz rahen.
EK MISAAL SE WAZAHAT:
Farz karen, do jurwan bahnen hain, dono khubsurat hain aur ek gali mein jarahi hain. Un me se ek islami hijaab mein hai, jab ke dusri mini skirt mein malboos hai. Nukkar par koi badmaash khara kisi larki ko chherne ka muntazar hai, wo kis se chher chhaar kare ga? Islami hijaab mein malboos larki se ya mini skirt mein malboos larki se? Aisa libaas jo jism ko chhupane ki bajae numaya kar de wo lazmi taur pr mukhaalif jins ko chher chhaar aur badkaari ki dawat deta hai, Lehaza Qur’an e majeed sahih kehta hai keh Hijaab yani parda aurat ko chher chhaar se mehfooz rakhta hai.
ISMAT DARI KARNE WALE KE LIYE MAUT KI SAZA:
Islami Shar’iat Ismat dari karne wale ki saza maut qarar deti hai.
[Taleef ne Asmat dari karne wale ki (Rapist) ki saza ko “Saza-e-maut” likha hai jab ke Islami Shara’iat ke nuqta e nazar se zaani ki saza ya had do(2) qism ki hain:
i. Rajam (Sangsaar) aur 2. Koray.
* Zaani agar shadi shuda hai to rajam(sangsaar) kiya jaega aur agar wo ghair shadi shuda hai to sau 100 koray aur ek saal ki jila watani (ya qaid) ki saza di jaegi.
Ghair muslim khauf zada honge ke itni bari saza! Bohat se log Islam ko waheshi aur zalimana mazhab qarar dete hain, lekin unki ye soch ghair haqeeqat pasandana hai. Main ne ye aam sawaal sikhon ghair muslim se pocha hai keh Farz kijie:
Khuda na khasta koi apki biwi, aapki maan ya apki bahen ki ismat dari kare aur aapko munsif banaya jaye aur jurm karne waale ko apke samne laya jaye, aap is ke liye kya saza tajweez karenge? Sab ne kaha: Ham usey qatal kar denge.” Aur kuch is had tak gae ke “Ham uske marne tak usey tashaddud se tarpate rahenge.” Ab agar koi apki biwi ya beti ya apki maan ki ismat dari kare to us mujrim ko qatal karna chahenge, lekin jab kisi aur ki biwi, beti ya maan ki ismat dari ki jaati hai to mujrim ke liye saza-e-maut ko wahshyana kyun kaha jata hai?
Akhir ye dohra miyaar kyun?
AMERICA MEIN ISMAT DARI KE ROZ AFZAN WAQIYAAT
America ko duniya mein sab se ziyada taraqqi yaafta mulk samjha jaata hai. Saal 1990 ki FBI ki report ke mutabiq Ismat dari(Rape) ke 1,02,555 muqaddamaat darj kiye gaye, (case file kiye gaye). Is mein mazeed kaha gaya hai keh sirf 16% fisad muqaddimaat ka andraaj hua ya unki report ki gayi. Yun Saal 1990 mein pesh aaye rape cases maloom karne ke liye 16/100 yani 6.25 se zarb(multiply) kijiye to wo 6,40,968 banti hai.
Aur agar is majmui tadaad ko saal ke 365 dinon se taqseem kiya jaye to rozaana ousat (average) 1,756 nikalti hai.
Ba’ad ki ek aur report ke mutabiq america mein is baras ismat dari ke awsatan 1900 waqiyaat rozaana pesh aaye. American muhakma e insaaf ke National crime survey buereau ke aad’ad wa shumaar ke mutabiq sirf saal 1996 mein Aabru rezi ke 3,07,000 waqiyaat ki report ki gayi aur ye asal tadaad ka sirf 31% thi. Is tarah ismat dari ke waqi’aat ki asal tadaad 9,90,332 banti hai jo das lakh ke qareeb hai. goya America mein is saal har 32 second ke Baad ismat dari ka ek waqiya pesh aaya. Hosakta hai ab America mein aise ghinonay jurm ka irtekaab karne wale aur dalair ho gaye hon. Saal 1990 ki FBI ki report ke mutabiq wahan ismat dari ke jitne waqi’at ki report ki gayi un ke mujrimon mein se sirf 10% giraftaar kiye gaye jo ke kul tadaad ka sirf 1.6 fisad the. Aur giraftaar shudgaan mein se bhi 50 fisad ko muqadme ki naubat aane se pehle hi chhor diya gaya. Iska matlab hai ke sirf 0.8% mujrimon ko muqadmaat ka samna karna para.
Dusrey lafzoun mein agar ek shakhs 125 martaba ye jurm karta hai to use sirf ek bar saza milne ka imkaan hai. Ek dusri report ke mutabiq 50% log jin ko un ke muqadmaat ka samna karna para unhen ek saal se bhi kam qaid ki saza sunayi gayi. Agarche America Qanoon ke mutabiq aise jurm ke murtakib afraad ki saza saat(7 years) qaid hai magar pehli dafa gheenona jurm karne waale ke saath judge narmi ka rawaiyya ikhtiyaar karta hai. Zara tasawwur karen ke ek shakhs 125 dafa ye jurm karta hai aur us ke mujrim thairaye jane ka imkaan ek fisad(1%) hota hai aur us mein bhi nisf martaba judge narmi ka rawaiyya ikhtiyar karte huye ek saal se bhi kam ki saza deta hai.
ISLAMI SHARIAT KI BARKAT:
Farz karen America mein Islami shariat ka nifaaz kiya jata hai. Jab koi shakhs kisi aurat ki taraf dekhta hai to wo apni nigaah neechi kar leta hai, aur har aurat Islami hijaab, yani parde mein rehti hai aur uska poora jism siwaye haathon aur chehre ke dhaka hota hai, is surat-e-haal ke bawajud agar koi kisi ki ismat dari karta hai aur mujrim ko saza-e-maut di jaati hai to sawaal ye paida hota hai keh is tarah ismat dari ki sharh(Rape cases) barh jayegi ya wohi rahegi ya kam hojayegi?
Yaqeenan sharah kam ho jayegi aur ye Islami shariat ke nifaaz ka babarkat natija hoga.
ISLAM MEIN TAMAM MASAIYL KA AMLI HAL:
Islam behtreen tarz-e-Zindagi hai kyun ke iski taleemaat mahez nazaryaati nahi balkeh wo insaaniyat ko darpesh masaiyl ka amli hal bhi pesh karti hain, lehaza Islam infiraadi aur Ijtemaaee sathon par behtreen nataaij hasil karta hai. Islam bahtreen tarz-e-zindagi hai kyun ke ye qabil-e-aml mazhab hai jo kisi ek qaum ya dusre mazhab ke muqable mein sirf islam hi aisa deen hai jisko apna kar insaan apni zindagi bilkul seedhi bana kar ukhrawee zindagi mein kamyaabi wa kamraani hasil kar sakta hai, aur Akhirat ki kamyaabi hi haqeeqi kamyaabi hai.
