Khufiya nikaah ki shara’ii hesiyat

 

Khutba-e-Masnoona kay baad:

 

فَلْيَحْذَرِ الَّذِينَ يُخَالِفُونَ عَنْ أَمْرِهِ أَنْ تُصِيبَهُمْ فِتْنَةٌ أَوْ يُصِيبَهُمْ عَذَابٌ اليم

 

“Suno jo log Hukum-e-Rasool ki mukhalifat kartay hain, Woh is (Baat) say darein keh unhein (Duniya mein ) koi azmaaish aa paday ya unhein (Akhirat mein) dardnaak azaab pohanchay.” (Al Noor: 63)

 

وَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم: أَعْلِنُوا هُذَا النِّكَاحَ وَاجْعَلُوهُ فِي الْمَسَاجِدِ، وَاضْرِبُوا عَلَيْهِ بِالدُّفُوفِ (Tirmizi: 1089)

 

Janab Dadar-e-Giraami, Ulama-e-Kiraam aur m’uaziz saam’een hazraat! السلام علیکم ورحمۃ اللہ وبرکاتہ jis muzoo par guftugu ho rahi hai aur guftugu ka tasalsul abhi jari aur qaim hai, woh muzo bakhoobi aap kay saamnay aa chuka hai. Jahan tak khufiya nikaah ka talluq hai, Jo Hadees mein nay aap kay saamnay padhi hai us ki har shiq is ki mukhalif hai. Kiunkeh Rasoolullah (صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم) ka farmaan hai: أَعْلِنُوا هَذَا النِّكَاحَ Is nikaah ka khoob ailaan karo. وَاضْرِبُوا عَلَيْهِ بِالدُّفُوفِ aur us par daf peeto. Daf ka maana yeh keh is tarah aik makhsoos shor peda kiya jaye taakeh duniya sunay aur yeh jaanay keh yahan nikaah ho raha hai. Aur farmaya: وَاجْعَلُوهُ فِي الْمَسَاجِدِ Aur nikaah ki Majlis Masajid mein munnaqid kiya karo. Rasool-e-Akram (صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم) ka yeh farmaan bilkul waazeh hai aur yeh khufiya nikaah, Jis ki asaas mahaz jinsi taskeen hi kahi ja sakti hai, Is Hadees kay mukammal taur par mukhalif hai. Meray bhaiyo! Nikaah koi khel nahin hai. Is nikaah ki asaas mahaz jinsi taskeen ka husool nahin hai balkeh yeh aik badi aham zimedaari hai jo aurat par qat’an moqoof nahin ki jasakti. Aik aurat Rasoolullah (صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم) kay paas aai. Allah kay paighambar (صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم) nay us ki baat suni, Taawun kiya, Phir us say poocha: أَذَاتُ زَوْجِ أَنْتِ Kya tum shohar wali ho. Tumhari shaadi ho chuki hai? Us nay kaha: Ji haan. Rasoolullah (صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم) nay irshad farmaya: فَانظُرِي أَيْنَ أَنْتِ مِنْهُ ، فَإِنَّمَا هُوَ جَنَّتُكِ وَنَارُكِ Achi tarah dekhna, Tumhara shohar hi tumharay liye jannat aur wahi tumharay liye Jahannam hai. (Muatta Imam Maalik: 951) Yeh shaadi ka maamla goya jannat aur Jahannam ka maamla hai. Goya is par aqibat ka inhisaar hai. Itna aham maamla us kay sapurd kar diya jaye jisay shariy’at nay Naaqis-ul-Aqal kaha hai, Yeh Qur’an-o-Hadees kay maqasid kay khilaaf hai. Rasool Akram (صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم) ka farmaan hai: مَا رَأَيْتُ مِنْ نَّاقِصَاتِ عَقْلٍ وَدِينِ Is farmaan mein Aap (صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم) nay aurton ko Naaqis-ul-Aqal kaha, Naaqis-ul-Deen kaha. Aur Naaqis-ul-Deen honay ki daleel yeh paish ki keh jab un kay makhsoos ayyaam hotay hain, Yeh Namaz nahin padh saktin aur Rozay nahin rakh saktin. Aur Naaqis-ul-Aqal honay ki daleel yeh paish ki keh Qur’an-e-Hakeem yeh kehta hai keh do aurton ki gawahi aik mard kay baraabar hai. (Bukhari: 304) Aur mein yeh samajhta hoon keh is nuqs ki bina par Allah Ta’ala nay aurat ko bohat choot di aur us kay bohat say mamooli kaamon par badi badi bashartein day dein kiunkeh aurat apnay is nuqs ki bina par isi cheez ki mustahiq hai. Allah Ta’ala ki Raza aur jannat kay husool kay liye jo turuq aur raastay aik mard kay liye tayyar kiye gaye hain aurton kay liye is say bohat kam hain.

 

Dekhein Rasoolullah (صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم) ki Hadees hai. Aap (صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم) nay irshad farmaya:

 

إِذَا صَلَّتِ الْمَرْأَةُ خَمْسَهَا، وَصَامَتْ شَهْرَهَا، وَحَفِظَتْ فَرْجَهَا وَأَطَاعَتْ زَوْجَهَا، قِيلَ لَهَا: ادْخُلِي الْجَنَّةَ مِنْ أَيِّ أَبْوَابِ الْجَنَّةِ شِئْتِ

 

Aurat agar paanch Namazein hi padh lay, Ramzaan kay Rozay rakh lay, Apni Izzat ki hifazat kar lay aur apnay shohar ki farmabardari kar lay to Allah Ta’ala Qayaamat kay din us kay liye jannat kay aathon darwazay khol day ga aur farmaye ga: Jahan say chaho daakhil ho jaaw. (Musnad-e-Ahmad: 1/191)

Jabkeh yahi sawal aik dafa Abu Bakar Siddiq رَضِيَ اللهُ عَنْهُ nay Allah kay paighambar علیہ السلام say kiya: Koi aisa shakhs hai jis kay liye jannat kay tamaam darwazay khol diye jayein? Rasoolullah (صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم) nay farmaya: Aisay hon gay. أَرْجُو أَنْ تَكُونَ مِنْهم Aey Abu Bakar! Mujhay umeed hai tum bhi unhin mein say hogay. (Sunan Al Nasaai: 2441) Yaqeen keh saath nahin farmaya. Umeed hai, Halaankeh Abu Bakar Siddiq رَضِيَ اللهُ عَنْهُ Allah kay paighambar kay Safar-o-Hazar kay saathi hain, Kisi ghazway mein peechay nahin rahay, Har jihaad mein aap kay saath thay. Aap ka maal Deen kay bohat kaam aaya. Rasoolullah (صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم) ka irshad hai: Jo faaidah mujhay Abu Bakar kay maal nay pohanchaya hai kisi aur kay maal nay nahin pohanchaya. Yahan tak farmaya keh jis nay bhi mujh par ahsaan kiya us ka badla mein nay chuka diya lekin Abu Bakar Siddiq رَضِيَ اللهُ عَنْهُ kay ahsanaat ka badla mein nahin chuka saka, Allah Ta’ala Qayaamat kay din chukaye ga. (Tirmizi: 3661) Itni azeem shakhsiyat hai, Khalifa Rashid hain, Musailama kazzaab ki kamar todnay walay aur us jhootay muddaai ki baikh kani karnay walay lekin Rasoolullah (صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم) nay irshad farmaya: أَرْجُو أَنْ تَكُونَ مِنْهُمْ (Bukhari: 1897) Mujhay umeed hai keh tum unhin mein say hogay jin kay liye Qayaamat kay roz tamaam darwazay khol diye jayein gay. Lekin is aurat zaat kay liye farmaya jo yeh chaar kaam kar lay: Paanchon waqt ki Namaz ki pabandi karay, Ramzaan kay Rozay rakhay, Apnay shohar ki farmabardari karay aur apni Izzat ki hifazat karay to us kay liye jannat kay tamaam darwazay khol diye jayein gay, Rasoolullah (صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم) ki taraf say yaqeeni amar hai aur yaqeeni khabar hai. Is ka maana aur is ki asaas yahi hai keh aurat aik za’eef makhlooq hai aur us kay Deen aur us ki aqal mein nuqs hai.

 

Rasoolullah (صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم) ka farmaan hai:

 

كَمُلَ مِنَ الرِّجَالِ كَثِيرٌ وَلَمْ يَكْمُلْ مِنَ النِّسَاءِ إِلَّا آسِيَةُ امْرَأَةُ فِرْعَوْنَ، وَمَرْيَمُ بِنْتُ عِمْرَانَ

 

“Bohat say mard kaamil huway lekin aurton mein fir’on ki biwi Aasiya aur Maryam Bint-e-Imran hi kaamil huwi hain.” (Bukhari: 3411)

 

Maana yeh keh un ki aqal mein aur Deen mein nuqs hai. Shariy’at nay is nuqs ki bina par chottay say amal par bhi badi pazeeraai ki hai aur un ko baday ajar say nawaza hai. Aik dafa aik aurat nay apnay bhookay bachay ko apnay hissay ki bhi khajooren day dein aur Ayesha رضي الله عنها nay yeh amar paighambar (صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم) say bayan kiya. Rasoolullah (صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم) nay farmaya: “In aurton ka kya kehna: حَامِلَاتٌ وَالِدَاتٌ مُرْضِعَاتٌ، رَحِيمَاتٌ بِأَوْلَادِهِنَّ، لَوْلَا مَا يَأْتِينَ إِلَى أَزْوَاجِهِنَّ لَدَخَلَ مُصَلِّيَاتُهُنَّ الْجَنَّةَ Yeh aurtein apnay bachon say shafqat karnay wali, Hamal ki takleefein bardasht karnay wali, Bacha peda karnay ki takleefein bardasht karnay wali, Apnay bachon ko doodh pilanay ki takleefein bardasht karnay wali agar is aurat mein aik kami na ho keh apnay shoharon ki nafarmani na karein to Namazi aurat jannat kay ilaawa kahein ja hi nahin sakti. (Al Mujam-ul-Kabeer Lil Tabarani: 7913) Y’ani itni badi khushkhabri kis liye di gai? Maana keh aurat ka yahi kaam bohat bada hai. Khawateen nay Allah kay paighambar (صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم) say poocha: Ham par jihaad farz hai? Farmaya keh جِهَادُ كُنَّ الْحَجُّ Tum Jajj hi kar aaw to yahi tumhara jihaad hai. (Bukhari: 2875) Allah kay paighambar (صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم) say sahaba kiraam رَضِيَ اللهُ عَنْهُ nay poocha: Jannat ka darwaaza sab say pehlay kon kholay ga, Sab say pehlay kon jaye ga? Farmaya: Mein jaawon ga lekin yeh ajeeb baat hogi keh jab mein jannat ki taraf ja raha hon ga to apnay say pehlay jannat kay darwazay par aik khatoon ko paawon ga jo apnay haathon say dastak day rahi hai aur shor kar rahi hai keh darwaaza khoola jaye mujhay daakhil hona hai. Mein poochoon ga keh yeh aurat kon hai? To Jibreel علیہ السلام batayein gay: Yeh woh aurat hai jis ka shohar jawani hi mein Daagh-e-Mufarqat day gaya aur is nay apni jawani apnay bachon ki tarbiyat pay qurbaan kardi, Un par sabar kiya, Lihaza Allah nay is ko yeh aizaz diya. (Musnad-e-Abi Yaala: 6651, Wa Tuhfat-ul-Ahwazi: 5/141)

Maana yeh keh aurat ka yeh kaam bhi bohat azeem hai. Is ki asaas yahi hai. Mein nay baat kuch taweel kardi keh aurat Allah nay us ko itni pazeeraai di, Itna us ko ajar diya intehai chottay say kaam par bhi, Intehai chottay chottay umoor par bhi, Is liye kay jo nuqs un kay Deen aur un ki aqal mein mujood hai, Fitri taur par is ka taqaza yahi hai keh aurat ko chottay kaam par bhi bada ajar diya jaye aur us ko badi pazeeraai ka mustahiq qarar diya jaye.

Meray doston aur bhaiyon! Jab yeh asaas aik aurat ki hai to itnay aham kaam ko us kay haathon nahin diya ja sakta kiunkeh shohar ka intikhab aur shaadi ka masla khel nahin hai. Agar jinsi taskeen zehen mein ho to alag masla hai lekin agar sahih maana mein Islami azdawaj kay maqasid ko pehchana jaye aur Islami rahnumaai saamnay ho to yeh bohat badi baat hai. Rasoolullah (صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم) nay irshad farmaya: Aey aurat! Tumhara shohar tumharay liye jannat bhi hai aur Jahannam bhi. To itna hassas masla aik aurat kay supard kar diya jaye keh apni marzi say woh apna nikaah kar lay. Yeh masla shariy’at kay maqasid kay bilkul khilaaf hai. Baqi is baaray mein makhsoos dalaail Qur’an-o-Hadees mein mujood hain. Allah kay paighambar (صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم) kay farameen aur Qur’ani ayaat aap nay meray bhaiyon aur doston say suni hain. Sanan-ul-Kubra Baihqi mein aik riwayat hai, Rasoolullah (صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم) nay irshad farmaya: لَا تُنْكِحُ الْمَرْأَةُ الْمَرْأَةَ Aur aik riwayat mein hai: لا تُزَوِّجُ الْمَرْأَةُ الْمَرْأَةَ وَلَا تُزَوِّجُ نَفْسَهَا Koi aurat kisi aurat ki shaadi nahin kar sakti, Y’ani aurat wali bannay kay qabil nahin aur aik aurat apni shaadi nahin kar sakti. Aur agla hissa Qabil-e-Ghour hai Jis kay baaray mein thoda sa ikhtilaaf naqal kiya hai aur Muhaddiseen bilkhusoos Imam Baihaqi رحمہ الله yeh farmatay hain keh is kay marfu aur moqoof honay mein ikhtilaaf hai lekin is ki sanad sahih hai. Ibn-e-Hajar رحمہ الله farmatay hain keh is kay tamaam rawi siqa hain. Aur bohat say Muhaddiseen say is ki tauseeq marwi hai. Farmatay hain keh agar koi aurat apna nikaah khud kar lay فَإِنَّ الزَّانِيَةَ هِيَ الَّتِي تُزَوِّجُ نَفْسَهَا Agar woh apna nikaah khud kar lay to woh aurat zaniya hai, Woh zina kar rahi hai. Yeh Sanan-ul-Kubra Baihaqi ki riwayat hai. (Al Sunan-ul-Kubraa Lil Baihaqi: 15005)

Tamaam rawi siqa hain. Lekin jo aik ikhtilaaf hai, Woh sirf marf’oo aur mauqoof honay par hai. Mein kehta hoon keh is ko ham mauqoof tasleem kar letay hain lekin agar mauqoof maan lein, Phir bhi yeh hukman mar’foo hai, Is liye keh aisa hukum aik sahabi apni raye aur apni aqal say paish nahi kar sakta. Aur sahaba kiraam رَضِيَ اللهُ عَنْهُ kay daur mein yeh aik ijmaai tasawwur mujood tha. Abu Huraira رَضِيَ اللهُ عَنْهُ farmatay hain: كُنَّا نَقُولُ: الْمَرْأَةُ إِذَا زَوَّجَتْ نَفْسَهَا فَهِيَ الزَّانِيَةُ Ham yeh kaha kartay thay. aap Muhaddiseen Ulama-e-Usool ki nuqool padhen to yeh baat aap par waazeh hogi keh sahaba ka yeh kehna keh ham yeh kaha kartay thay. Is jumlay kay maana yeh hain keh is maslay par tamaam sahaba ka ittefaq hai. Woh ijmaai masla hai. ham yeh kaha kartay thay, Kya? Keh aurat agar khud apna nikaah kar lay to zaniya hai. (Al Sunan-ul-Kubraa Lil Baihaqi: 13429) Goya keh is par sahaba kiraam ka ijma hai. Imam Nawawi رحمہ الله nay “Al-Majmoo Sharah-ul-Muhazzab” mein bohat say sahaba ka Mazhab y’ahi naqal kiya hai. Ameer-ul-Momineen Umar, Ameer-ul-Momineen Ali, Ibn-e-Abbas, Ibn-e-Umar aur phir Abu Huraira رَضِيَ اللهُ عَنْهُ, Ayesha رضي الله عنها in tamaam ka yeh Mazhab naqal kiya gaya hai keh aurat wali kay baghair nikaah nahin kar sakti. Aur agar wali kay baghair nikaah karay gi to nikaah baatil hoga. Balkeh Ibn-e-Munzir ka qaul Imam Nawawi nay paish kiya hai: Woh farmatay hain keh mein nay badi tahqeeq ki hai aur Imam Nawawi nay Sharah-ul-Muhazzab hi mein Ameer Umar رَضِيَ اللهُ عَنْهُ kay Daur-e-Imarat ka aik chotta sa waqiya naqal kiya hai keh aik maqaam par do qaaflay jama ho gaye, Aik qaaflay ki aik khatoon nay apnay wali ko chod kar apna maamla kisi aur shakhs kay supard kar diya keh tum mera kahein nikaah kardo. Us shakhs nay us ka nikaah kar diya. Jab Ameer Umar رَضِيَ اللهُ عَنْهُ ko yeh maloom huwa to Aap رَضِيَ اللهُ عَنْهُ ne un sab ko bula liya aur nikaah karnay walay ko aur nikaah karanay walay ko aap nay kodon ki saza di aur nikaah ko fasakh kar diya keh yeh nikaah baatil hai. Aur is ki asaas yahi paish ki kay Rasoolullah (صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم) ka farmaan hai: أَيُّمَا امْرَأَةِ نَكَحَتْ بِغَيْرِ إِذْنِ مَوَالِيهَا فَنِكَاحُهَا بَاطِلٌ، فَنِكَاحُهَا بَاطِلٌ، فَنِكَاحُهَا بَاطِل Jo aurat wali kay izan kay baghair nikaah karay gi us ka nikaah baatil hai. (Abu Dawood: 2083) Lihaza Allah kay paighambar (صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم) kay is farmaan kay bamoojib farmaya: Is nikaah ko ham baatil karein gay. Nikaah karnay walay ko aur wilayat ka haq adaa karnay walay ko, Donon ko aap nay kooday maaray. Yeh waqiya Sharah-ul-Muhazzab mein mujood hai.

Is say yeh waazeh hota hai keh sahaba kiraam رَضِيَ اللهُ عَنْهُ is baat par mutafiq thay keh aisa nikaah nahin hota. Sahaba kiraam is ko zina samajhtay thay. Lihaza meray doston aur bhaiyon! Yeh jo silsila gahay ba gahay hota hai, Yeh shariy’at kay khilaaf hai aur aisa nikaah qat’an Qabil-e-Qabool nahin hai. Aur mein yeh arz karoon ga keh woh din siyah tareen din hota hai jis din hamari adliya ya hamari adalat kisi aisay faislay ko, Kisi aisay nikaah ko jaari karti hai ya us ko qaim rakhti hai kiunkeh yeh faisla sarahatan Qur’an-o-Hadees kay khilaaf hai, Lihaza ham khaas taur par yeh guzarish karein gay, Jo qaza ka muhakama hai us ko bada muhtaat hona chahiye, Koi faisla Qur’an-o-Hadees kay khilaaf na kiya jaye.

yeh sab say hassas muhakama hai aur is ki zimedaari sab say aham hai. Rasoolullah (صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم) ka farmaan hai: مَنْ وَّلِيَ الْقَضَاءَ فَكَأَنَّمَا ذُبِحَ بِغَيْرِ سِكِّينِ Jo shakhs Mansab-e-Qaza par faaiz hota hai woh shakhs kund churi kay saath zibah kiya ja raha hai. (Musannaf Ibn-e-Abi Shaibah: 23434) Kund churi is liye farmaya keh na kund churi us kay galay ko kaatay gi aur na us ki jaan chootay gi. Jab tak woh muhakama qaza par faaiz rahay ga woh kund churi us ki gardan par chalti rahay gi. Yeh isi liye farmaya keh faislay karna ka masla bada hassas hai, Allah kay paighambar (صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم) ka farmaan hai: الْقُضَاةُ ثَلَاثَةٌ Duniya kay jo qaazi hain woh teen qisim kay hain. Farmaya keh قاضِ فِی الْجَنَّةِ Sirf aik qisim kay qaazi jannat mein jayein gay. وَقَاضِيَانِ فِي النَّارِ Do qisim kay qaazi Jahannam mein jayein gay. Rasoolullah (صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم) nay irshad farmaya: قَاضِ عَرَفَ الْحَقَّ قَضَى بِهِ فَهُوَ فِي الْجَنَّةِ Jo qaazi haq ko pehchan lay, Haq ka maana yeh keh Qur’an-o-Hadees ki daleel ko pehchan lay, Jo qaziya ya case paish ho, Qaazi Qur’an-o-Hadees ki daleel ko pehchan lay. Us kay mutabiq faisla kar day فَهُوَ فِي الْجَنَّةِ Jannat mein daakhil hoga aur woh do qaazi jo Jahannam mein jayein gay, Un mein say aik woh hai jo haq ko pehchanay baghair, Qur’an-o-Hadees ki daleel kay baghair faisla kar day, Chahay woh kisi ki raye par ho kisi ki baat par ho, Kisi kay Qaul-o-Qarar par ho. Aur doosray qisim ka qaazi jo Jahannam mein jaye ga, Woh hai jo haq ko pehchan lay, Hadees us kay saamnay mujood hai, Qur’an us kay saamnay mujood hai. Lekin جَارَ فِي الْحُكْمِ Faisla Qur’an-o-Hadees kay khilaaf karta hai keh aisa hamaray muashray mein nahin hai, Aisa hamaray qanoon mein nahin hai, Aisa falaan nay nahi kaha. Kisi bhi bunyaad par Qur’an-o-Hadees kay khilaaf faisla karta hai to farmaya keh aisa qaazi bhi Jahannam mein jaye ga. (Al Sunan-ul-Kubraa Lil Baihaqi: 20852) Isi liye paighambar علیہ السلام ka farmaan hai: Qayaamat kay din qaaziyon ka hisaab do tareeqay say hoga, Kuch woh qaazi hon gay jin ka hisaab Allah yoon lay ga keh un ko Noor kay minabar par bitha kar apnay saamnay hisaab lay ga. Kuch qaazi woh hon gay jinhen Jahannam kay upar Pul-e-Siraat par bitha kar hisaab lay ga. (Muslim: 1827)

Is liye keh masla bada hassaas hai, Lihaza yeh mein arz karoon keh Qur’an-o-Hadees kay dalaail hamaray saamnay aa gaye, Sahaba ka ijma hamaray saamnay aagaya, Is maslay ka shara’i hukum hamaray saamnay aagaya, Phir bhi is kay khilaaf faisla ho to woh din siyah tareen din hoga. Aur mein samajhta hoon keh ham jo iqtasadi medaan mein taraqqi nahin kar rahay, Hamesha peechay say peechay hattay ja rahay hain, Is ki bunyaad yahi hai, Is liye keh iqtasadiyat ka istahkaam shariy’at kay nifaaz par hai, Y’ani Qur’an-o-Hadees kay nifaaz par hai na kay kisi ki Kawish par. Balkeh ham seedha sadha Qur’an-o-Hadees kay nizaam ko nafiz kar dein to Allah hamein malaa maal karday ga. Rasoolullah (صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم) ka farmaan hai: وَمَا حَكَمُوا بِغَيْرِ مَا أَنْزَلَ اللَّهُ إِلَّا فَشَا فيهِمُ الْفَقْرُ Jo qoum Allah ki nazil kardah shariy’at say hatt kar faisla karay gi, Qur’an-o-Hadees say hatt kar faisla karay gi, Allah us qoum ko faqeer kar day ga. (Al Mujam-ul-Kabeer Lil Tabarani: 10992) Rasoolullah (صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم) ka farmaan hai: حَدٌ يُقَامُ فِي الْأَرْضِ خَيْرٌ مِّنْ أَنْ تُمْطَرَ أَرْبَعِينَ صَبَاحًا Allah ka aik faisla, Aik qanoon is zameen par qaim kar diya jaye woh is say behtar hai keh poori zameen par chalees din tak rahmat ki barish barasti rahay. (Shuab-ul-Imaan: 7381) Is kay nateejay mein kesay kesay baaghaat ugen gay, Kesay kesay khazanay zameen uglay gi. Farmaya keh is say bhi badh kar Allah Ta’ala us qoum ko nawaz day ga. Hamari falaah ka raasta Qur’an-o-Hadees ka raasta hai. Na kay Qur’an-o-Hadees say hatt kar kisi kay qaul aur kisi ki raye ka raasta.

 

وَأَقُولُ قَوْلِي هَذَا وَ أَسْتَغْفِرُ اللَّهَ لِي وَلَكُمْ وَآخِرُ دَعْوَانَا أَنِ الْحَمْدُ لِلَّهِ رَبِّ الْعَالَمِينَ.
