Rizq-e-Halaal hi kiun……?

 

 

Khutba-e-Masnoona kay baad:

 

يَأَيُّهَا الرُّسُلُ كُلُوا مِنَ الطَّيِّبَتِ وَاعْمَلُوا صَالِحًا

 

“Aey Rasoolon! Tum pakeeza cheezon mein say khaaw aur neek amal karo.” (Al Mominoon: 51)

 

وَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم فِي حَدِيثٍ طَوِيلِ : رَجُلٌ يُطِيلُ السَّفَرَ أَشْعَثَ أَغْبَرَ يَمُدُّ يَدَيْهِ إِلَى السَّمَاءِ ، يَا رَبِّ، يَا رَبِّ وَمَطْعَمُهُ حَرَامٌ وَ مَشْرَبُهُ حَرَامٌ وَ مَلْبَسُهُ حَرَامٌ وَ غُذِيَ بِالْحَرَامِ فَأَنَّى يُسْتَجَابُ لِذَلِكَ
(Muslim: 1015)

 

Qabil-e-Qadar Ulma-e-Kiraam, Hazreen-e-Majlis! is nashist kay liye Unwaan-e-Guftugu aap nay sun liya hai keh Islam mein aakhir Rizq-e-Haalal hi kiun? Allah Rab-ul-Izzat jo taufeeq day ga, In sha Allah bayan karnay ki koshish karoon ga.

 

Rizq-e-Haraam ka pehla hamla

 

Islam mein sab say pehla masla aitqaadi hai. Sab say zayada aqeeday ki ahmiayat hai. Aur Rizq-e-Halaal say door honay wala ya Rizq-e-Halaal par qanaa’at na karnay wala aur Rizq-e-Haraam ka mutlashi Z’uaf-e-Aqeedah aur Zua’f-e-Imaan ka mareez hai kiunkeh Haraam zaraye wahi ikhtiyar karta hai jis ko apnay Rab par tawakkul na ho. Yeh tawakkul kay munafi hai keh Halaal ko chod kar Haraam zaraye ko talaash kiya jaye. Sahih Muslim mein Hadees hai, Rasoolullah (صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم) nay irshad farmaya: ذَاقَ طَعْمَ الْإِيمَانِ مَنْ رَّضِيَ بِاللَّهِ رَبَّا وَ بِالْإِسْلَامِ دِينًا وَ بِمُحَمَّدٍ رسُولًا (Muslim: 34) Jo shakhs teen cheezon par raazi ho gaya, Us nay imaan ki mithaas paali. Imaan ki halawat aur lazzat say woh aashna ho gaya jo teen cheezon par raazi ho jaye: Pehli cheez yeh keh Allah ko Rab maan kar raazi ho jaye. Yeh Rab maan kar raazi hona kya hai? Rab maannay ka maana yeh hai keh Allah hi mera khaaliq hai, Allah hi maalik hai, Allah hi raziq hai, Wahi mujhay paalnay wala hai. Rab ka maana paalnay wala, Parwarish karnay wala. Allah Ta’ala hi mujhay paalnay wala hai, Wahi rozi denay wala hai, Har cheez par Qadir hai. Allah ko Rab maanay to us par raazi bhi ho jaye. Us nay imaan ka zaaiqa chakh liya. Imaan ki Halawat aur mithaas us nay paali. Lekin Allah ko Rab maan kar raazi hona wahi kar sakta hai jo Rizq-e-Halaal par iktifa karay, Chahay faqon ki nobat aa jaye lekin Haraam zaraye ki taraf na jaye aur Rizq-e-Halaal ko haasil karna apna Nasab-ul-Aain bana lay. Agar yeh amal nahin hai to Allah ko Rab maannay aur raazi honay kay saaray daaway laghuw aur fazool hain. Is ki amli daleel yahi hai keh Allah ko Rab maan kar raazi honay wala wahi hai jo Rizq-e-Halaal par iktifa karay ga aur jo is say tajawuz karay ga usay na Allah par tawakkul hai aur na woh is par raazi hai keh Allah mera Rab hai. Aur us nay apnay rizq ki raahein apnay haath mein thaam lein. Ab ma’eeshat kay Haraam zaraye ko woh apanata hai to yeh tawakkul kay bhi mannafi hai aur is Hadees kay bhi khilaaf hai. Is liye Rizq-e-Haraam ka jo pehla hamla hai woh insaan kay aqeeday aur imaan par hai warna Allah to rozi denay wala hai: وَمَا مِنْ دَابَّةٍ فِي الْأَرْضِ إِلَّا عَلَى اللهِ رِزْقُهَا (Hood: 6) Zameen par chalnay wali koi bhi makhlooq ho, us ki rozi Allah kay zimmay hai. لَوْ أَنَّكُمْ كُنتُمْ تَوَكَّلُونَ عَلَى اللهِ حَقَّ تَوَكَّلِهِ لَرُزِقْتُمْ كَمَا تَرْزَقُ الطَّيْرُ، تَعْدُو خِمَاصًا وَتَرُوحُ بطانا (Tirmizi: 2344) Agar tumhein apnay parwardigaar par kama huqqyho tawakkul ho, Bharosa ho (Aur rizq ka maamla Allah par chod do. Allah kay bataye huway raaston par takassub ki shakal zaroor ho, Is kay khilaaf na chalay aur sahih maana mein tawakkul karlo) To Allah tumhein bhi is tarah rozi denay par Qadir hai jis tarah parinday ko deta hai. (Na us kay paas hunar hai na koi fun hai, Nah koi sarmayakaari hai, Na koi tijarat hai lekin) تغدو خماصا subah apnay ghonslay say nikalta hai to khaali pait hota hai, وَ تَرُوحُ بِطَانًا Aur shaam ko loutta hai to pait bhara huwa hota hai. Maana yeh kay Rizq-e-Haraam ki zidd mein sab say pehlay insaan ka aqeedah hai, Asal baat mustahkam aur Qawi aqeeday say banti hai, Aqeeday ka maamla kamzor na ho. Rasoolullah (صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم) ka farmaan hai: لَا يَدْخُلُ الْجَنَّةَ إِلَّا مُؤْمِنٌ (Bukhari: 4203) Jannat mein sirf momin hi daakhil hon gay. Aik to yeh aap kay sawal ka pehla jawab hai keh Rizq-e-Halaal is liye zaroori hai taakeh is bunyaad par aap ka aqeedah mustahkam rahay, Aap ka tawakkul mazboot ho aur Rububiyat par imaan aur Allah ki Rububiyat par Razamandi mein koi khalal aur iztiraab na rahay. Insaan apnay aap ko samjhaye keh jis parwaridgaar ko Rab maana hai us kay khazaanon mein koi kami nahin. يَا عِبَادِي لَوْ أَنَّ أَوَّلَكُمْ وَأخِرَكُمْ ، وَإِنْسَكُمْ وَجِنَّكُمْ ، قَامُوا فِي صَعِيدٍ وَاحِدٍ فَسَأَلُونِي، فَأَعْطَيْتُ كُلَّ إِنْسَانٍ مَسْأَلَتَهُ، مَا نَقَصَ ذَلِكَ مِمَّا عِنْدِي إِلَّا كَمَا يَنْقُصُ الْمِخْيَطُ إِذَا أُدْخِلَ الْبَحْرَ (Muslim: 2577) Aey meray bandon! Agar tumharay pichlay aur tumharay aglay, Y’ani jo peda ho kay mar chukay hain woh zindah ho kar dubarah aa jayein aur jo mujood hain woh bhi hon aur jinhon nay Qayaamat tak peda hona hai woh aaj hi peda ho lein aur isi tarah jin bhi, Sab aik medaan mein jama ho jayein aur jama ho kar bayak awaaz aik hi waqt mein sab mujh say maangein jo dil mein aaye. Hukoomatein maangein, Baadshahatein maangein, Doulaton kay ambaar maangein فَأَعْطَيْتُ كُلَّ إِنْسَانِ مَسْأَلَته Aur phir mein usi lamhay Aan-e-Wahid mein sab jo maang rahay hain, Yeh sab kuch denay kay baad meray khazaanon mein itni kami bhi nahin aaye gi jesay aik soi samandar mein dabo kar nikaal li jaye to woh soi samandar ka kitna paani kam karay gi? Woh soi thoda sa paani kam kar day gi lekin sab ko denay kay baad meray khazaanon mein itni kami bhi nahin aaye gi. Kya yeh Hadees hamsay yeh taqaza nahin karti keh apnay parwardigaar par pukhta tawakkul karein. Allah kay bandon! Yeh pukhta tawakkul kaamyaabi ki asaas hai jis ki bunyaad Rizq-e-Halaal hai aur agar tawakkul mustahkam hoga to Allah Ta’ala aisay insaanon ki lagzishon ko maaf kar kay jannat mein daakhil kar day ga. Balkeh mujhay kehnay dejiye keh bilaa hisaab daakhil kar sakta hai. Sahih Bukhari ki Hadees is ki daleel hai. Rasoolullah (صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم) nay irshad farmaya keh mein nay khawab mein Medaan-e-Muhashar dekha. Anbiya apni ummaton ko lay kar khaday huway hain aur mein nay apni ummat bhi dekhi. Aur mein nay apni ummat mein sattar hazaar afraad aisay dekhay jinhon nay bilaa hisaab jannat mein daakhil hona hai. Yeh sattar hazaar kay lafz Bukhari ki Hadees kay hain. Aur Masnad Ahmad ki riwayat mein hai: فَاسْتَزَدْتُ فَزَادَنِي Mein nay apnay parwardigaar say dua ki keh ya Allah! Is tadaad ko badha day. To Allah Ta’ala nay meri dua qabool kar li aur farmaya: مَعْ كُلِّ أَلْفِ سَبْعِينَ الفا Yeh sattar hazaar hain in mein say har hazaar kay saath sattar hazaar aur bhi deta hoon jin ka koi hisaab nahin loonga, Jannat mein daakhil kar doon ga. (Musnad-e-Ahmad: 2/359) Nabi Kareem (صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم) yeh bayan farma kay chalay gaye aur sahaba jannat kay harees, Jannat kay mutammani, Jannat ki talab mein mukhlis, Baatein karnay lagay keh yeh kon ho saktay hain? Kisi nay kaha keh shayad yeh ham hon, Ham Allah kay paighambar kay sahabi hain, Jinhon nay Allah kay paighambar ki madad ki, Islam ki pehli jamaa’at. Kisi nay kaha keh nahin ham mein say aksar pehlay mushrik thay baad mein musalmaan huway. Shayad yeh woh hon jo peda bhi Islam ki haalat mein hon aur marein bhi Islam ki haalat mein. Abhi yeh guftugu jaari thi keh Rasoolullah (صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم) tashreef lay aaye. Aap (صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم) ko bataya gaya aur poocha gaya keh yeh kon log hain? Farmaya: Yeh koi makhsoos tabqa aur makhsoos girooh nahin hai. Balkeh yeh woh log hain jin mein chaar khoobiyan jama hongi. هُمُ الَّذِينَ لَا يَسْتَرْقُونَ وَلَا يَتَطَيَّرُونَ وَلَا يَكْتَوُونَ وَعَلَى رَبِّهِمْ يَتَوَكَّلُونَ (Bukhari: 5705) Yeh istirqa nahin kartay, Iktawa nahin kartay, Tatayyur nahin kartay, In tamaam cheezon ka talluq bhi tawakkul kay saath hai.

Istirqa ka mafhoom keh koi takleef aa jaye, Koi beemari aa jaye to yeh nahin keh bhaagoon dum karwanay kay liye falaan Hazrat kay paas, Falaan dargaah par. Yeh baat tawakkul kay munnafi hai. Insaan agar apni beemariyon par kuch sabar kar lay to usay kya maloom keh Allah kay haan kya buland darjaat hain. Aur phir istirqa kay foran jaaw kisi dam karnay walay kay paas. Yeh ghata kiun ho raha? Yeh beemari kiun aagai? Woh dam karay to sehat haasil ho. Shariy’at mein istirqa ki mukhalifat ya adam hosla afzaai ki illat yeh hai keh jab tak us dargaah par nahin pohancho gay, Us waqt tak tumharay dil mein Allah ka khayaal nahin hoga, Hazrat ji ka khayaal hoga. Aur yeh baat tawakkul kay munnafi hai.

وَلَا يَتَطَيَّرُونَ تطیر nahin kartay. تطیرطیر” say hai, Maana parindah, Parindah udaana. Jahliyat ki aik rasam thi, Apnay gharon say nikaltay, Kisi mision par rawana hotay to jo pehla parindah raastay mein dikhaai deta usay udaatay aur dekhtay kay yeh kis taraf gaya hai. Agar dayen taraf gaya hai to safar mubarak hai. Safar jaari rakhtay aur agar bayen janib gaya hai to samajhtay keh yeh safar manhoos hai, Wahin say lout aatay. Khair-o-Shar parindon mein talaash kar rahay hain, Pathar mein talaash kar rahay hain. Allah kay paighambar nay farmaya keh jis jamaa’at nay jannat mein bilaa hisaab jaana hai un kay aisay mustahkam aqeeday hain, Un ka tawakkul aisa misali hai, Woh samajhtay hain keh Khair-o-Shar Allah ki taraf say hai, Allah par tawakkul kartay hain.

Iktawa nahin kartay. Yeh کی say makhooz hai aur کی kay maana hain keh aag say jism par daagh lagwana. Yeh Tareeqa-e-Ilaaj hai aur jaaiz hai lekin bazahir aik makrooh shakal hai, Y’ani woh log marz to jheel letay hain lekin is qisim ka Tareeqa-e-Ilaaj ikhtiyar nahin kartay. Kiunkeh agar insaan kay dil mein sahih shara’i sha’oor ho to woh samajhta hai keh marz par sabar buland darjaat ka baa’is hai. Allah kay paighambar ka farmaan hai keh Allah Ta’ala nay ba’az logon kay liye jannat mein baday oonchay darjay peda kiye huway hain, Lekin un kay am’aal un darjaat say qaasir hain, Darjaat oonchey hain am’aal qaasir hain. Itni Namazein, Rozay aur itnay nawafil nahin hain. Am’aal kam hain, Darjay oonchay hain. Allah Rab-ul-Izzat apnay un bandon ko un darjaat tak pohanchanay kay liye unhein kisi takleef mein aur kisi marz mein mubtala kar deta hai, Us marz par woh itna sabar kartay hain, Itna sabar kartay hain keh us darjay tak pohanch jaatay hain jo Allah nay tayyar kiya huwa hai. (Sahih Ibn-e-Hibba: 7/169, Wa Silsilat-ul-Sahihah: 4/173)

Aur farmaya keh وَ عَلَى رَبِّهِمْ يَتَوَكَّلُونَ Jinhon nay bilaa hisaab jannat mein daakhil hona hai woh apnay Rab par poora bharosa aur tawakkul kartay hain. To yeh tawakkul tauheed ka aik aham tareen baab hai. Balkeh Jame-ul-Masaail hai. Touheed ki bohat si aqsaam tawakkul kay tahat aati hain. Rizq-e-Halaal ki jo pehli bunyaad hai, Woh Istehkaam-e-Aqeedah hai. Aik insaan agar Halaal zaraye ka mutlashi hai aur woh muyassar nahin aatay balkeh sabar karta hai, Haraam ki taraf nahin jata balkeh sabar karta hai to is ka maana yeh keh us ko Tauheed-e-Rububiyat par poora yaqeen hai aur Allah par tawakkul karta hai. Faqay par faqa bardasht karta hai aur koi parwah nahin karta balkeh us zindagi ko lazeez samajhta hai kiunkeh Allah kay Rasool (صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم) nay farmaya: مَنْ رَضِيَ بِاللهِ رَبًّا Jo Allah ko Rab maan kar raazi ho jaye. Aisa raazi ho keh faqay hon to pareshan honay ki bajaye khush ho. Yeh lazzat ki zindagi bohat kam logon ko naseeb hoti hai. Sayyidah Ayesha رضي الله عنها farmati hain keh Rasoolullah (صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم) kay ghar mein teen teen chaand guzar jatay aur aap kay ghar mein chulha nahin jalta tha kiunkeh Allah kay paighambar tauheed ka pahaad thay. Aur yeh Tauheed-e-Rububiyat ka aham tareen baab hai. Lihaza Rizq-e-Halaal ki jo pehli asaas hai, Woh aqeedah hai. Haraam maal ki zidd mein insaan ka aqeedah hai. Kam az kam do cheezein is par musallat aur do hukum qaim hain: Aik Zua’f-e-Tauheed-e-Rububiyat aur doosra Zua’f-e-Tawakkul .

 

Rizq-e-Haraam ka doosra hamla

 

Rizq-e-Haraam ka doosra hamla bhi insaan kay imaan par hai aur woh nifaaq ki zidd mein hai. Sahih Bu khari mein Hadees hai, Rasoolullah (صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم) nay farmaya: آيَةُ الْمُنَافِقِ ثَلَاثَ إِذَا حَدَّثَ كَذَبَ وَإِذَا ائْتُمِنَ خَانَ وَإِذَا وَعَدَ أَخْلَفَ Munaafiq ki teen nishaniyan hain. Baat karay ga to jhoot bolay ga aur us kay paas amanat rakhi jaye gi to khayanat karay ga aur jab waada karay ga to wafa nahin karay ga. (Bukhari: 2682) Is ka bada wasi mafhoom hai lekin is kay taanay baanay Rizq-e-Halaal kay saath jaakar miltay hain. Khayanat Rizq-e-Haraam ki qabeeh tareen qisim hai. Woh infiradi shakal mein bhi ho sakti hai, Ijtimaai shakal mein bhi ho sakti hai lekin jesi bhi khayanat ho, Yeh nifaq ki alamat hai. Rizq-e-Haraam is pehlu say bhi intehai khatarnaak hai keh jo insaan Haraam zaraye ka mutlashi hota hai, Woh nifaq ki zadd mein hai. إِنَّ الْمُنْفِقِينَ فِي الدَّرْكِ الْأَسْفَلِ مِنَ النَّارِ (Al Nisaa: 145) Munafiqeen ka anjaam kya hai? Jahhanum mein sab say neechay hon gay aur Sahih Muslim ki riwayat hai keh jahhanum ki gehraai Allah kay paighambar nay bayan farmaai. Jab sahaba nay aik awaaz suni to Allah kay paighambar nay poocha: هَلْ تَدْرُونَ مَا هذا؟ “Kya tum jaantay ho keh yeh awaaz kahan say aai?” Sahaba nay kaha: اللهُ وَرَسُولُهُ أَعْلَمُ Rasoolullah (صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم) nay irshad farmaya : Allah Ta’ala nay aa jsay sattar saal pehlay jahhanum ki aag mein aik pathar daala tha. Aaj woh sattar saal kay baad jahhanum ki teh mein jaakar gira hai aur yeh us kay girnay ki awaaz hai. (Muslim: 2844) Us teh mein munafiqeen ka tabqa hoga. Yeh Rizq-e-Haraam ki shaakhen kahan jaakar mileen. To insaan ka aqeedah is say muztarib hota hai. Woh insaan nifaq ki zadd mein hai, Woh Halaal-o-Haraam ki tameez nahin karta. Allah Ta’ala nay jo hamein peda kiya hai, Yeh Hayaat-o-Mout ka jo nizaam hai, Yeh aik azmaaish hai keh kon amal karta hai aur kon nahin karta. Maana yeh amal karna hamara Maqsad-e-Hayaat hai. الَّذِي خَلَقَ الْمَوْتَ وَالْحَيوةَ لِيَبْلُوَكُمْ أَيُّكُمْ أَحْسَنُ عَمَلًا وَهُوَ الْعَزِيزُ الْغَفُورُ “Woh jis nay Mout-o-Hayaat ko peda kiya taakeh woh tumhein aazmaye keh tum mein say kon amal mein zayada acha hai. Aur woh zabardast hai, Khoob bakhshnay wala.” (Al Mulk: 2) وَمَا خَلَقْتُ الْجِنَّ وَالْإِنْسَ إِلَّا لِيَعْبُدُونِ “Aur mein nay jin aur insaan isi liye to peda kiye hain keh woh meri hi ibaadat karein.” (Al Zaariyat: 56) Amal kay baghair kuch nahin. مَنْ بَطَابِهِ عَمَلُهُ لَمْ يُسْرِعْ بِهِ نَسَبُهُ (Muslim: 2699) Jis ki amal ki sawaari kamzor ho gai Qayaamat kay din duniya ka aur koi talluq us kay kaam nahin aaye ga. Na maal, Na doulat, Na mansab, Na koi rishta. Koi cheez kaam nahin aaye gi. Amal kay baghair nijaat ki koi soorat nahin. یا فَاطِمَةُ بِنْتَ مُحَمَّدٍ أَنْقِذِي نَفْسَكِ مِنَ النَّارِ فَإِنِّي لَا أَمْلِكُ لَكُمْ مِّنَ اللهِ شَيْئًا “Aey Muhammad ki beti Fatima! Apnay aap ko jahhanum say khud bachana. Mein tumharay kisi kaam nahin aawon ?ga.” اعْمَلِی “Amal karo.” (Muslim: 204)

 

Rizq-e-Haraam ka teesra hamla

 

Rizq-e-Haraam ka teesra nuqsaan yeh hai keh Allah Ta’ala Rizq-e-Haraam ki shakal mein insaan ki nekiyan qabool nahin karta. Rizq-e-Haraam ka daana pait mein chala jaye, Us kay am’aal barbaad, Nekiyan barbaad, Allah Ta’ala qabool nahin karta. Farmaya keh إِنَّمَا يَتَقَبَّلُ اللَّهُ مِنَ الْمُتَّقِينَ (Al Maaidah: 27)

Allah Ta’ala to muttaqeen ki nekiyan qabool karta hai. Aur taqwa, Asal taqwa ki bunyaad Rizq-e-Halaal par qaim hai. Asal muttaqi woh hai jo Haraam say bachay, Haraam maal say bachay, Haraam ma’eeshat say bachay. Imam Yahya Bin Ma’een aksar yeh ashaar padha kartay thay:

 

الْمَالُ يَذْهَبُ حِلُّهُ وَحَرَامُهُ
يَوْمًا ويَبْقَى فِي غَدٍ آثَامُهُ
ليس التَّقِيُّ بِمُتَّقِ لِإِلهِهِ
حتَّى يَطِيبَ شَرَابُهُ وَ طَعَامُهُ
وَيَطِيبُ مَا يَحْوِي وَيَكْسِبُ كَفُهُ
وَيَكُونُ فِي حُسْنِ الْحَدِيثِ كَلَامُهُ
نَطَقَ النَّبِيُّ لَنَا بِهِ عَنْ رَّبِّهِ
فَعَلَى النَّبِيِّ صَلَاتُهُ وَسَلَامُهُ

 

Farmatay hain keh maal chala jaye ga, Halaal ka ho ya Haraam ka aur aey banday! Kal teray gunah baqi reh jayein gay. Jis maal ki khaatir to qalabaaziyan kha raha hai, Paseenay baha raha hai, Khatam ho jaye ga aur kal sirf teray gunah baqi reh jayein gay. Farmatay hain keh

 

لَيْسَ التَّقِيُّ بِمُتَّقِ لالهه

 

Muttaqi woh nahin jo dawa karay keh mein Allah say darta hoon, (Aur sirf zabani kalaami yeh kehta phiray keh) Allah bada baadshah hai.

 

حتَّى يَطِيبَ شَرَابُهُ وَطَعَامُهُ

 

Muttaqi to woh hai jis ka khaana bhi Halaal ka ho aur peenaa bhi Halaal ka ho.

 

وَيَطِيبَ مَا يَحْوِي وَيَكْسِبُ كَفُهُ

 

Jo maal us kay paas jama hai, Woh bhi Halaal ka ho aur us kay haath jo maal kamatay hain, Woh bhi Halaal ka ho.

 

وَيَكُونُ فِي حُسْنِ الْحَدِيثِ كَلَامُهُ

 

Aur guftugu bhi akhlaaq say karay, Bad khulq muttaqi nahin ho sakta. Farmatay hain keh yeh baatein meri nahin hain, Aik muhaddis ka qaul hai keh yeh baatein meri nahin hain.

 

نطَقَ النَّبِيُّ لَنَا بِهِ عَن رَّبِّهِ

 

Jo kuch aap ko bata raha hoon yeh Allah kay Nabi nay apnay parwardigaar say bayan kiya hai.

 

فَعَلَى النَّبِيِّ صَلَاتُهُ وَ سَلَامُهُ

 

Allah Ta’ala hamari taraf say apnay paighambar par laakhon kadodon Durood-o-Salam qabool farmaye. (Shuab-ul-Imaan: 7/518)

Rizq-e-Haraam ki zadd mein aap kay amal bhi hain. Allah Ta’ala aap kay amal qabool nahin karay ga. Rasoolullah (صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم) ki aik Hadees ka maana yeh hai, Is Hadees kay bohat say shawahid hain, Bohat say mutoon hain aur yeh mutoon istidlaal kay qabil hain. Allah kay paighambar ka farmaan hai keh aik shakhs agar chalees dirham ka aur aik riwayat mein hai das dirham ka kapda khareedta hai aur us mein aik dirham Haraam ka shaamil ho jaye, No dirham Halaal kay hain, Aik dirham Haraam ka shaamil ho jaye to Allah Rab-ul-Izzat us kay aik baar kapday pehennay say chalees din tak us ki koi neki qabool nahin karay ga. (Musnad-e-Ahmad: 2/98) Us ki Namazein, Sajday, Sab raayigan jayein gay, Y’ani Rizq-e-Haraam ki ameezash ki wajah say aap kay amal qabool nahin hon gay. Yahan to nau dirham Halaal kay aur aik dirham Haraam ka hai. Halaal-o-Haraam ki ameezash hai aur ghalba bhi Halaal ko hai. Lekin jis ka sarmaya total Haraam ka ho, Jis ki ma’eeshat ki bunyaad hi Haraam ho, Us ka kya anjaam hoga? Ghour kijiye!

 

Rizq-e-Haraam ka choutha hamla

 

Is duniya mein mujh jesay gunahgaar kay liye sab say bada sahara dua aur tauba ka sahara hai. Lekin hamari yeh duaaein, Hamari yeh tauba, Hamaray yeh Istighfar, Yeh bhi Rizq-e-Haraam ki zadd mein hain. Allah Ta’ala duaaein qabool nahin karta.

Rasoolullah (صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم) ka farmaan hai: الدُّعَاءُ سِلَاحُ الْمُؤْمِنِ Dua momin ka hathyaar hai. (Musnad-e-Abi Yaala: 1/344) Sab say bada hathiyaar dua hai. Jo aap kay atoomi hathiyaar hain, Un say bada hathiyaar dua hai. Baraah-e-Raast aap apnay khaaliq say mukhatib hotay hain. Janab Umar Bin Khattaab رَضِيَ اللهُ عَنْهُ aadhi duniya kay faateh jab kisi muhim ko shuru kartay, Lashkar kashi farmatay, Qaafila bhejtay, Iradah farma letay to bhejnay say pehlay ghour kartay keh is mision kay liye kama haqquho dua mein nay ki ya nahin ki. Dua ka haq adaa huwa ya nahin huwa, Agar dil mutamin hota keh haan Allah Ta’ala say khoob duaaein kein, Phir us muhim ko rawana kartay warna aadhi duniya kay faateh phir dua karnay beth jatay aur agar duaaein qabool hi na hon, Duaaein qabool na honay ki sab say bunyadi wajah Rizq-e-Haraam hai. Rasoolullah (صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم) nay irshad farmaya:

رَجُلٌ يُطِيلُ السَّفَرَ أَشْعَثَ أَغْبَرَ يَمُدُّ يَدَيْهِ إِلَى السَّمَاءِ ، يَا رَبِّ، يَا رَبِّ وَمَطْعَمُهُ حَرَامٌ وَمَشْرَبُهُ حَرَامٌ وَمَلْبَسُهُ حَرَامٌ وَغُذِيَ بِالْحَرَامِ فَأَنَّى يُسْتَجَابُ لِذَلِكَ؟
(Muslim: 1015)

 

Aik shakhs lamba safar kar kay jata hai. Is lambay safar say murad Safar-e-Hajj hai. Ab Hajj jesi ibaadat kitni pakeeza ibaadat, Lamba safar kar kay jata hai. أَشْعَثَ أَغْبَرَ Us ka sar khaak aalood hai aur paawon Gird-o-Ghubhar say attay paday hain. Yeh position Hajj kay mouqa par Arafah kay medaan mein hoti hai. Gird-o-Gubhar say bhara pada hai, Khulay asmaan kay neechay ahraam ki do chaadrein bandhay betha hai. Khada huwa duaaein kar raha hai يَمُدُّ يَدَيْهِ Apnay donon haath phela phela kar duaaein kar raha hai. Ya Rab! Ya Rab! aur duaaon mein ya Rab keh raha hai, Ya Rab! Ya Rab! Bataaw yahan par istijabat ki koi rukawat hai? Y’ani khud Safar-e-Hajj, Muqqadas safar hai. Aik hai safar, Aik hai Safar-e-Hajj. Donon mein farq hai lekin Hajj ka safar na bhi ho aam safar ho, Tijarat ka ho, Koi bhi safar ho, Rasoolullah (صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم) ka farmaan hai: ثلاث دَعَوَاتِ مُسْتَجَابَاتٌ Teen duaaein Allah qabool kar leta hai. دَعْوَةُ الْوَالِدِ وَ دَعْوَةُ الْمُسَافِرِ وَدَعْوَةُ الْمَظْلُوم Aik musafir ki dua, Aik mazloom ki dua, Aik baap ki dua betay kay haq mein Allah qabool kar leta hai. (Abu Dawood: 1536) Y’ani musafir ki dua bhi Qabil-e-Qabool hai aur yeh safar to Hajj ka hai. Yeh safar nahin balkeh Safar-e-Hajj hai. Farz hai. Rasoolullah (صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم) ka farmaan hai: مَنْ حَجَّ هَذَا الْبَيْتَ فَلَمْ يَرْفُث وَلَمْ يَفْسُق رَجَعَ كَيَوْمٍ وَلَدَتْهُ أُمُّهُ (Bukhari: 1820) Jo shakhs baitullah ka Hajj karay aur Fisq-o-Fajoor na karay, Kisi gunah ka irtikaab na karay, Gaali galoch na day aur us ka safar bilkul shariy’at kay mutabiq ho, Us ka hajj Allah kay paighambar kay tareeqay kay mutabiq ho, Farmaya keh woh Hajj kar kay gunaahon say paak saaf ho kar yoon lautay ga jesay us ki walida nay us ko aaj hi peda kiya ho. Istijabat, Phir kahan khada hai? Arafah kay medaan mein.

Rasoolullah (صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم) ka farmaan hai: يَضَعُ الشَّيْطَانُ التَّرَابَ عَلَى رَأْسِهِ يَدْعُو بالوَيْلِ وَالثُّبُورِ Arafah kay medaan mein to shaitan apnay sar pay khaak daalta hai aur kehta hai: Mein maara gaya, Mujhay mout aa jaye. Shaitan kehta hai: Mujhay mout aa jaye, Mar jaawon mein. Mein nay falaan banday par chalees saal lagaye, Falaan banday par saath saal lagaye, Falaan banday par pachaas saal mehnat ki. Us nay aik hi baar Allah ko keh kar apnay gunaahon ko bakhshwa liya, Allah nay gunaahon ko maaf kar diya. Meri mehnatein barbaad ho gain, Mujhay mout aa jaye. (Akbhaar-e-Makkah Lil Faakihi: 5/15) Arafah ka medaan hai, Jahan Allah Ta’ala apnay farishton kay beech Arafah walon ko saamnay rakh kar fakhar karta hai hai keh dekho meray bandon ko kis tarah ibaadat kar rahay hain, Kis tarah duaaein kar rahay hain. Istijabat ki soortein aap dekhein: أَشْعَثَ أَغْبَر Yeh jo khaak alood kefiyat aur haalat hai, Sar khaak aalood, Paawon khaak aalood, Allah ko badi pasand hai. Isi liye Rasoolullah (صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم) nay jab barish ki dua karni hoti bikhray baalon kay saath, Boseedah kapdon kay saath jungle mein nikal jaya kartay. Shehri basti ko chod kar junglon aur meedanoon ka rukh kartay thay, Bikhray huway baal lay kar jatay thay. Boseedah kapday aur phata purana libaas lay kar jatay thay. Aisay hi Rasoolullah (صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم) ka farmaan hai: رب أَشْعَثَ أَغْبَرَ مَدْفُوعِ بِالأَبْوَابِ ذِي طِمْرَيْنِ لَوْ أَقْسَمَ عَلَى اللَّهِ لَأَ بَرَّهُ Kuch banday aisay hain jin kay sar khaak aalood, Kapday khaak aalood aur zee tamreen, Do boseedah kapday pehnay huway hai. Aik upar audhay huway hai, Aik neechay bandhay huway hai. مدفوع بالابواب Jis ki zahiri kefiyat ki bana par darwaazon par dhakay day kar nikaal diya jata hai keh andar nahin jaaw saith saahb naraaz hon gay. Allah Ta’ala kay haan is ki kya qeemat hai? لَوْ أَقْسَمَ عَلَى اللهِ لأبره (Muslim: 2622, 2854) Jab yeh Allah par qasam kha lay keh ya Allah aisa hoga, Ya Allah aisa kar! To Allah Ta’ala aisa kar day.

Allah Ta’ala ko aisay banday pasand hain aur yeh أَشْعَثَ اغبر Khaak aalood haiyat kay saath Allah kay saamnay khada huwa hai. Kesi kesi istijabat ki soortein hain. يَمُدُّ يَدَيْهِ Apnay haath phelaye huway khada hai. Rasoolullah (صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم) ka farmaan hai: إِنَّ رَبَّكُمْ حَیيٌّ كَرِيمٌ “Tumahra Rab bada bahaya, Karam wala hai.” يَسْتَحْيِ مِنْ عَبْدِهِ إِذَا رَفَعَ يَدَيْهِ إِلَيْهِ أَنْ يَرُدَّهُمَا صِفْراً (Abu Dawood: 1488) “Jab bandah apnay haathon ko Allah kay saamnay phela day to Allah ko sharam aati hai keh un haathon ko khaali lautaay.” Istijabat ki kesi kesi soortein mujood hain. Ya Rab Ya Rab! Ya Rab! Ya Rab! Keh kar pukaar raha hai.” Aik riwayat mein nay padhi, Rasoolullah (صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم) ka farmaan hai: إِذَا قَالَ الْعَبْدُ: يَا رَبِّ أَرْبَعَ مَرَّاتٍ، يَقُولُ اللَّهُ: لَبَّيْكَ يَا عَبْدِى سَلْ تُعْطَ Jab bandah apni dua mein chaar dafa keh day: Ya Rab! to Allah farmata hai: لبيكَ “Mein haazir hoon meray banday” سل “Maang” تعط “Tujhay diya jaye ga.” (Musnad Al Bazzar: 18/130) Aik muhaddis nay is Hadees kay tahat likha hai keh yeh Qur’an ki do aik aayat say makhooz hai.

Surah Al-e-Imran ki jo aakhri ayaat hain un mein chaar dafa Rabbana! Ka takraar hai: ربنا إِنَّنَا سَمِعْنَا مُنَادِيًا Is tarah un mein chaar dafa “Rab” ki takraar hai. Aur shayad yeh isi maqaam say makhooz ho to dekhein istijabat ki kya kya soorten jama hain. Yeh sab kuch ho gaya, Ab nateeja kya hai? Woh duaaein kar raha hai, Ya Rab! Ya Rab! Keh raha hai. Sar khaak aalood, Arafah kay medaan mein khada hai, Lamba safar tay kar kay gaya hai, Safar-e-Hajj ki tawalat ka to koi andaaz hi nahin. Ma’arif-ul-Tanzeel mein hai, Muhammad Ibn-e-Yaseen aik muhaddis baitullah ka tawaf kar rahay thay. Un kay saath aik aur buzurug thay, Socha chalo taaruf ho jaye, Hajj ki hikmaton mein say aik hikmat yeh hai keh yeh multaqa hai, Yahan mulaqatein hoti hain, Taaruf hotay hain. Taaruf kay liye donon mein Asnaa-e-Tawaf baat cheet huwi to phir poocha: Yahan kab pohanchay? Ghar say kab niklay? Is qisam ki baatein ho rahi theen. Muhammad Ibn-e-Yaseen nay apna bataya keh mujhay ghar say nikalnay mein aur baitullah tak pohanchnay mein paanch saal lag gaye hain. Dekhiye kitna lamba safar hai. Baba ji say poocha: Aap bataiye. Farmatay hain keh ghar say nikla tha daadhi kaali thi ab tumharay saamnay poori safaid ho chuki hai. يطيل السفر Lamba safar musafir ki dua qabool hoti hai aur yeh Safar-e-Hajj hai, Arafah kay medaan mein khada hai. Khaak aalood haiyat hai, Phatay puranay kapday hain, Ahraam ki do chaadrein hain. Haath phelaaye huway hai, Ya Rab! Ya Rab! Keh raha hai. Istijabat ki saari soortein jama hain. Ab dua qabool na honay ki koi wajah nahin. Lekin farishton ki taraf say kya jawab milta hai ya Allah kya farmata hai? Farmata hai keh مَطْعَمُهُ حَرَامٌ “Is ka khaana Haraam ka مَشْرَبُهُ حَرَامٌ “Is ka peena Haraam ka.” وَ مَلْبَسُهُ حَرَامٌ “Is ka pehnna Haraam ka.” وَغذِي بِالْحَرَامِ “Aur yeh Haraam ki khuraak diya gaya.” Haraam is ki ghaza thi. فَأَنَّى يُسْتَجَابُ لِذَلِكَ is ki dua kahan qabool hogi? Bataiye Qabooliyat-e-Dua mein kon si rukawat hai? Soortein saari jama hain jin ki bina par Allah Ta’ala duaaein qabool karta hai. Lekin yahan qabool nahin ho rahin. Sirf aik hi wajah nay tamaam sooraton ko milyameet kar diya aur woh kya hai? Rizq-e-Haraam kay teri rozi Haraam ki hai, Teri duaaein qabool nahin hongi. Is liye aaj duaaein qabool nahin ho rahin. Warna baitullah ka ijtima koi chotta ijtima nahin hota. Laakhon musalmsan hain aur duaaein kar rahay hain Kashmir ki azaadi, Palestine ki azaadi kay liye, Lekin duaaein qabool nahin ho rahin, Is liye keh aalmi ma’eeshat aik ajeeb aur khatarnaak jhanjhat kay Zair-e-Saya hai aur woh hai sood ki la’anat. Sood Ailan-e-Jung hai Allah kay saath فَأْذَنُوا بِحَرْبٍ مِنَ الله Sood khaanay walon! Tum sood nahin khaa rahay, Allah kay saath jung kar rahay ho. Mujhay bakhoobi yaad hai keh Allah Ta’ala kesay intiqaam leta hai. Is ka hamla kesa hai? Us ki pakad kesi hai? Aik wazeer ka bayan aaya tha keh soodi ma’eeshat kay baghair guzara nahi ho sakta. Is say chutkaray ki koi soorat hi nahin. Yeh gadhi habibullah, Jab Muzzafarabad ya Kashmir ki taraf jaatay hain to raastay mein aik chotta sa shehar aata hai, Chunkeh yahan Aamad-o-Rafat bohat hoti hai to wahan say guzray, Poori basti abad thi. Aglay roz ya do teen din kay baad wahan say guzar huwa to poori basti saaf ho chuki thi. Selaab nay aisa hamla kiya. Jis wazeer nay yeh bayan diya, Unhin ilaaqon ka tha. Poori basti milyameet ho gai. Allah kay saath jung karnay walon! Is mein tumhari khair nahin. Tumhari duaaein is liye qabool nahin ho rahi hain. Hajj ka ijtima koi chotta ijtima nahin hai. Kuch log jama ho jayein aur Allah say dua karein to Allah ko sharam aati hai keh un kay haath khaali lautaay. Lekin jahan laakhon ki tadaad ho, Bayak awaaz bayak waqt duaaein maangnay mein masroof hon, Duaaein qabool nahin ho rahin, Is liye keh jo bina hai woh Haraam ma’eeshat par hai. Yeh soodi la’anat hai. Na nekiyan qabool ho rahi hain, Na tauba qabool ho rahi hai aur na duaaein qabool ho rahi hain. Hamaray saharay yahi to hain. Hamara sahara aqeedah hai, Hamara sahara amal hai. Mujh jesay gunahgaar ka sahara dua par hai. Lekin yeh qabool hi nahin ho rahi kiunkeh ma’eeshat ki asaas hi Haraam hai. Yeh Rizq-e-Haraam ki tabah kaariyan hain إِنَّمَا يَتَقَبَّلُ اللهُ مِنَ الْمُتَّقِينَ (Al Maaida: 27) “Allah Ta’ala to muttaqeen ki nekiyan qabool karta.”  Aur taqwa ki asaas Halaal maeeshat par hai. Aur Allah muttaqeen kay am’aal qabool farmata hai. Is liye ba’az salaf ka qaul hai keh agar mujhay aik baar maloom ho jaye keh Allah nay mera Aik sajda qabool kar liya hai to us kay baad mout aa jaye parwah nahin, Khushi hogi kiunkeh Allah muttaqeen ki ibaadat qabool karta hai. to Allah ka aik sajda qabool kar lena, Yeh sanad hogi keh mein muttaqi hoon. Mein parhaizgaar hoon. To am’aal ki qabooliyat mein bohat badi taseer insaan ki rozi ki hai. Yeh jo kuch bataya is mein muashray ki islaah, Muashray ki tatheer, Achay logon ka peda hona keh mein jo dua karoon, Allah qabool karay. Allah mujhay Mustajab-ul-Dawat bana day.Yeh Saad رضی اللہ عنہ ki khuwaish hai. Rasoolullah (صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم) nay farmaya keh maamla dua ka nahin hai, Aik nuskah hai, Aik formula hai, Tumhein deta hoon us ko apna lo tum Mustajab-ul-Dawat ban jaaw gay. Farmaya keh أطبْ مَطْعَمَكَ تَكُنْ مُسْتَجَابَ الدعوة (Jaami-ul-Uloom Wal Hikam: 12/5) Rozi Halaal karlo, Tumhari ma’eeshat Halaal ki ho jaye to tum Mustajab-ul-Dawat ban jaaw gay.

Is Hadees ka aik Rawi kehta hai keh mein nay Sa’ad Bin Abi Waqas رَضِيَ اللهُ عَنْهُ say poocha keh Allah kay paighambar kay is farmaan kay baad tumhari kya kefiyat rahi? To farmatay hain keh is kay baad meri kefiyat yeh thi keh jo luqmah apnay pait mein daakhil karta, Mujhay maloom hota keh yeh luqmah kahan say aaya hai. Jab tak yeh maloom na hota mein us luqmey ko khaata hi nahin tha chahay faaqon maroon. Faqay bardasht kar leta lekin jab tak us luqmay ka makhraj mujhay maloom na ho jata, Us waqt tak mein usay khaata hi nahin tha. Aik aik luqma mein nay dekh kar Halaal zaraye say kama kar khaaya, Yeh meri haalat rahi, Allah hamein bhi yeh taufeeq ataa farma day.

Khulasa kalaam yeh hai meray bhaiyo! Islaah-e-Aqeedah, Islaah-e-Amal, Islaah-e-Muashra in tamaam cheezon ki bunyaad insaan ki ma’eeshat hai. Qabool-e-Am’aal, Qabool-e-Tauba, Qabool-e-Dua in tamaam cheezon ki bunyaad insaan ki ma’eeshat par hai, Is liye ma’eeshat Halaal ki honi chahiye. Haraam ma’eeshat insaan ko bilkul maflooj kar day gi. Nah us ka aqeedah qaim rahay ga, Na us ka amal qaim rahay ga. Rizq-e-Haraam pait mein hai to Allah us ki duaaein qabool nahin karay ga, Aisa insaan kaamyaab nahin hoga. Rasoolullah (صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم) ka farmaan hai: لا يَدْخُلُ الْجَنَّةَ لَحْمٌ نَبَتَ مِنْ سحت (Al Mujam-ul-Kabeer Lil Tabarani: 11/217) Jo gosht Haraam kay paisay say banta aur badhta hai, Woh gosht jannat mein daakhil ho hi nahin sakta. Y’ani jab tak woh gosht insaan kay upar mujood hai, Jannat mein daakhil nahin ho sakta. Phir kya maamla hoga? Us ka aqeedah agar theek hai to Allah Ta’ala us gosht ko jahhanum ki bhatti mein daal kar jalaye ga. Saal bhar jalaaye, Do saal jalaye, Dus saal jalaye, So saal jalaye Allah ki marzi. Jab woh gosht jal jaye ga to phir mumkin hai woh achay aqeeday ki bina par jannat ka mustahiq ban jaye. Farmaya: اللَّحْمُ الَّذِي نَبَتَ مِنْ حَرَامِ فَالنَّارُ أَوْلى بہ “Jo gosht Rizq-e-Haraam say banta hai, Us gosht ki haq daar jahhanum ki aag hai.” (Shuab-ul-Imaan: 5/56)

Jannat aisay gosht ko qabool nahin karti. Allah Ta’ala nay Aadam علیہ السلام kay liye poori jannat Halaal kardi. Aik darakht ko Shajar-e-Mamnooa qarar day diya, Is darakht kay qareeb nahin jana. Nazaair hamaray saamnay maijood hain, Pas aik darakht kay qareeb nahin jana, To Aadam-o-Hawa علیہ السلام nay ذاقا الشجرۃ us darakht kay phal ko khaaya nahin balkeh chakha: بَدَتْ لَهُمَا سَواتُهُمَا وَطَفِقَا يَخْصِفَانِ عَلَيْهِمَا مِنْ وَرَقِ الْجَنَّةِ Usi waqt burhana ho gaye, Jannat kay libaas utaar diye gaye, Pashaimaan huway, Ya Allah! Tauba ka mouqa day day. Farmaya: Doon ga zaroor magar jannat mein rehnay kay tum qabil nahin ho, Ab zameen par chalay jaaw, Zameen par jaakay taubah karo. (Al Aaraaf: 22)

Yeh pehla waqiya bohat say duroos ka haamil hai. Rizq-e-Haraam aur Ma’eeshat-e-Haraam ka anjaam aap dekh lein keh aisay insaan ka thikana jahhanum hai. Kiunkeh us kay amal to qabool hi nahin hon gay aur jannat ka daakhila amal aur Jid-o-Jahad chahta hai aur yahan saaray am’aal raigaan ja rahay hain, Na Namaz maqbool, Na Rozah maqbool, Na Hajj maqbool amal ki qabooliyat ka Daar-o-Madaar Rizq-e-Halaal par hai. Farmaya: يَأَيُّهَا الرُّسُلُ كُلُوا مِنَ الطَّيِّبَتِ وَاعْمَلُوا صَالِحًا (Al Mominoon: 51) Aey Anbiya ki jamaa’at! Pehlay Halaal khaaw, Phir us kay baad neek amal karo.

Tarteeb waar, Akal-e-Halaal pehlay aur Amal-e-Salih baad mein. Maana yeh keh Amal-e-Saleh ki bunyaad Akal-e-Halaal hai. Rasoolullah (صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم) nay farmaya: إِنَّ اللهَ أَمَرَ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ بِمَا أَمَرَ بِهِ الْمُرْسَلِينَ “Allah Ta’ala nay momnin ko wahi hukum diya hai jo Anbiya ko diya hai.” Anbiya say kaha: كُلُوا مِنَ الطيبت “Halaal khaaw.” (Al Mominoon: 51) Aur momnin say bhi kaha: يَأَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا كُلُوا مِنْ طَيِّبَتِ مَا رَزَقْنَكُمْ “Aey imaan walon! Halaal rizq khaaw.” (Al Baqarah: 172)

Halaal rozi khaaw. Aik hi khitaab hai Anbiya ko aur Ahal-e-Imaan ko bhi. Is ka maana yeh keh is kay baghair nijaat ki koi soorat nahin. Chahay woh aam insaan ho, Us ki Namazein aur Hajj ho aur chahay woh Anbiya ki jamaa’at ho jin ki nekiyan ummatiyon kay liye ideal hoti hain. Allah Ta’ala nay Anbiya kay liye bhi lazim qarar diya hai keh tumhari ma’eeshat Halaal ki ho aur tumharay amal ki bunyaad Rizq-e-Halaal par ho.

 

Rizq-e-Haraam ki soortein

 

Rizq-e-Haraam ki shaklein to bohat si hain. Chand badi khatarnaak soortein hain, Un ka bayan aik alag waqt chahta hai lekin kuch soortein aisi hain jin ka zikar zaroori hai.

 

Pehli soorat qarz

 

Misaal kay taur par hamaray haan aik waba hai qarz, Qarz lay kar adaa na karna. Yeh bada sangeen maamla hai. Jo insaan qarz chod kar mar jaye, Allah Ta’ala us kay gunaahon ko maaf nahin karta, Chahay woh Shaheed-e-Ma’arka kiun na ho. Aik shakhs nay Rasoolullah (صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم) say poocha: Agar mein Medaan-e-Jihaad mein shaheed ho jaawon? Kya Allah Ta’ala meray gunaahon ko maaf karday ga. Farmaya keh haan. Us nay ladaai ki jo kefiyat bayan ki woh yoon bayan ki: Agar mein Medaan-e-Jihaad mein aagay badhta rahoon aur peechay na hatoon, Saaray zakham seenay par khaawon, Pusht par na khaawon aur aagay badhatay badhatay shaheed ho jaawon to meray gunah maaf ho jayein gay? Farmaya keh haan, Shahadat ki mout tamaam gunaahon ka kaffara hai, يُغْفَرُ لَهُ فِي أَوَّلِ دُفْعَةٍ مِّنْ دَمِ Shaheed jesay hi shaheed hota hai to shahadat kay pehlay lamhay Allah Ta’ala usay yeh aizaz deta hai keh us kay tamaam gunah maaf kar deta hai. (Ibn-e-Maajah: 2799) Bada khush huwa, Medaan-e-Jihaad mein tahalta huwa aagay badhta jaraha hai, Allah kay paighambar nay bulaya, farmaya: الا الدین “Aey saail! Qarza maaf nahin hoga.” سارني بِهِ جِبْرَائِيلُ أَنِفًا “Tumharay janay kay foran baad Jibreel saton asmaanon say neechay aaye aur mujhay aakar kaan mein yeh bataya keh is ko bata do: Qarz maaf nahin hoga.” (Musnad-e-Ahmad: 2/308) Yeh hamaray muashray ki badi khatarnaak soorat hai. Qarz mein ghaflat aur khalal, Yeh na Qabil-e-Maafi hai. Allah kay paighambar tashreef farma thay. kuch sahaba saamnay bethay huway thay. Farmaya keh هَاهُنَا أَحَدٌ مِّنْ بَنِي فَلَانٍ Yahan par falaan qoum ka koi numaainda hai? Aur aik numaainda mujood tha magar woh sharam ki bina par jawab na day saka, pata nahin kya maamla hai. Aap nay teen baar poocha. Us nay kaha: Jee haan, Ya Rasoolullah! Is qoum say mera talluq hai.

Rasoolullah (صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم) nay irshad farmaya: إِنَّ صَاحِبَكُمْ مَّأْسُورٌ بِدَيْنِهِ Tumhari qoum ka aik fard jis ka intiqaal huwa? Kab huwa? Maloom nahin, Woh Allah kay haan kamyaab ho chuka. Allah nay jannati honay ka certificate day diya lekin maqrooz honay ki bina par jannat kay darwazay par ruka huwa hai. Jannat mein us ka daakhila mumkin nahin jab tak qarza adaa na ho, Wesay us kay saaray gunah maaf hain. Koi gunah kiye hi nahin hon gay. Us ki nekiyan maqbool hain, Jannati hai lekin maqrooz honay ki bina par jannat kay darwazay par ruka khada hai, Daakhil nahin honay diya ja raha. Us nay kaha: “Ya Rasoolullah! Qarza meray zimmay hai, Mein us ka qarz adaa karoon ga, Phir us nay us ki taraf say saara qarza adaa kar diya.” (Abu Dawood: 3341) Nabi (صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم) ki routine hoti thi keh jab koi janaza aata to poochtay: هَلْ عَلَيْهِ دَین؟ “Is par qarza to nahin?” Agar qarza na hota, Namaz padhtay. Agar sahaba kehtay: Qarza hai to poochtay: هَلْ تَرَكَ لَهُ وَفَاءَ “Qarza adaa karnay kay liye koi maal choda?” Agar sahaba kehtay keh haan, Choda hai to phir aap Namaz padh detay. Agar sahaba kehtay keh koi maal nahin to phir farmatay: صَلُّوا عَلَى صاحبكم “Phir tum khud hi is ka janaza padh kay dafan kardo. Mein is ki Namaz nahin padhta.” (Bukhari: 2298) Abu Qatadah Ansari رَضِيَ اللهُ عَنْهُ farmatay hain: Mera aik saathi isi tarah fout ho gaya. Allah kay paighambar nay yahi poocha: Is par qarza hai? Haan ji hai. “Qarza adaa karnay kay liye maal choda?” Nahin. Farmaya: صَلُّوا على أَخِيكُمْ “Phir khud hi is ki Namaz-e-Janaza padh lo.” Abu Qatadah رَضِيَ اللهُ عَنْهُ nay kaha: Mujhay us par taras aa gaya. Mera dost aur saathi hai aur Allah kay paighambar kay janazay aur aap ki dua say mahroom ho raha hai, Mein nay kaha keh عَلَيَّ دينه “Ya Rasoolullah! Is ka qarza meray upar hai, Aap is ka janaza padha dein.” Qarza tha kitna? Sirf do deenar. Namaz aap (صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم) nay padha di, Aglay din milay, Abu Qatadah! Qarza adaa ho gaya? Kaha: Ji masroofiyat thi adaa nahin kar saka. Aap khamosh ho gaye. Phir aglay din milay, Abu Qatada qarza adaa ho gaya? Ji haan! Adaa ho gaya. farmaya keh الآنَ بَرَدَتْ عَلَيْهِ جلدہ Aaj tumharay saathi ki qabar thandhi huwi hai. (Musnad-e-Ahmad: 3/260) Qarz ka maamla bada sangeen hai.

 

Doosri soorat

 

Doosri cheez jo badi sangeen hai, Woh Huqooq-ul-Ibaad mein kotaahi hai. Rasoolullah (صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم) ka farmaan hai: مَنْ كَانَتْ مَظْلَمَةٌ لأَخِيهِ مِنْ عِرْضِهِ أَوْ شَيْءٍ فَلْيَتَحَلَّلْهُ مِنْهُ الْيَوْمَ قَبْلَ أَن لَّا يَكُونَ دِينَارٍ وَلَا دِرْهَم (Bukhari: 2449) Agar tum mein say kisi nay apnay kisi bhai par kuch ziyadti ki ho us ki Izzat kay baaray mein, Us ki Izzat ko ronda ho us ki gheebat kar kay, Bohtan laga kay ya us ki chughli kar kay ya us ko gaali day kar kisi tareeqay say us ki Izzat kay darpay huwa hai ya us ka maal haasil kar kay, Qarz lay kar wapas nahin diya, Kisi aur tareeqay say dhoka day kar lay liya to farmaya keh فَلْيَتَحَلَّلَهُ مِنْهُ الْيَوْمَ us kay paas aaj hi jaaw aur apnay daaman ko bari karalo. Apnay aap ko paak saaf kara lo, قَبْلَ أَن لَّا يَكُونَ دِينَارٌ وَلَا دِرْهَم Qabal is kay keh woh din aa jaye jis din daaman ko bari karanay kay liye tumharay paas na dirham hoga na deenar hoga. Bilkul tahidast, Khaali haath jaaw gay, Us waqt koi soorat nahin hogi. Isi maana ki aik Hadees hai, Rasoolullah (صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم) ka farmaan hai: مَنْ شَدَّ غَضَبًا لِّأَخِيهِ فِي خَصُومَةٍ لَّا يَعْلَمُهَا وَعَلَيْهِ لَعْنَةُ اللَّهِ وَالْمَلَائِكَةِ وَالنَّاسِ أَجْمَعِينَ Jis shakhs nay apnay kisi bhai ko naraaz kar liya, Kisi aisay maslay kay baaray mein jis ko woh jaanta hi nahin, Bas logon say suna aur aagay haank diya. Yeh hamaray muashray mein bada bhayanak marz hai, Suni sunaai baat, Falaan nay yeh kaha, Us ki tashheer kar raha hai. Apnay bhai ko naraaz kar raha hai. Aur bada khush hai keh falaan ki Izzat khoob haath mein aai huwi hai. Khoob roond raha hai. Falaan ko khoob zaleel kar raha hai aur usay maloom nahin kay us par wabaal kya nazil ho raha hai. Rasoolullah (صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم) ka farmaan hai: Us par Allah ki, Tamaam logon ki aur farishton ki la’antein barasti rehti hain. (Majma-ul-Zawaaid: 9/375) Woh Namazein padh raha hai, Hajj kar raha hai, Nekiyon par nekiyan kar raha hai aur idhar din raat Allah ki phitkaaren baras rahi hain. In tasarrufaat ko check karo, Apni zabaan ko aur apnay Huqooq-ul-Ibaad kay mamlaat ko check karo bil khasoos jo maali umoor hain. Rasoolullah (صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم) ka farmaan hai: من تَعُدُّونَ الْمُفْلِس فِيكُمْ Muflis ki tareef karo. Sahaba nay kaha: مَنْ لَّا دِرْهَمَ لَهُ وَلَا دینارا Jis kay paas Dirham-o-Deenar na ho, Woh muflis hai. Farmaya keh nahin. Shariy’at mein muflis ka maana kuch aur hai. Shariy’at mein muflis woh hai مَنْ يَّأْتِي يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ بِحَسَنَاتِ jo Qayaamat kay din nekiyon kay dhair lay kar aaye ga, Lekin is tarah aaye ga keh us kay daaman kay saath kuch log chimtay huway hon gay aur duhaai detay aa rahay hon gay. Koi kehta hai: یا رَبِّ قَدْ ضَرَبَنِي Ya Allah! Is nay mujhay naa haq maara tha. Is say pooch kiun maara tha? Aur koi keh raha hai: Ya Allah! اخذ مالي “Is nay mera maal hathiya liya tha. Is say pooch mera maal kiun daba liya tha?”

Koi kehta hai: شتَمَنِی is nay mujhay gaali di thi. Koi kehta hai: Ya Allah! Is nay mujh par bohtan lagaya hai. Is nay meri gheebat ki, Yeh saaray log saath hain. Nekiyan bhi saath hain aur yeh log bhi saath chimtay huway hain. Aur yeh din insaaf ka din hai. Woh Allah ki adaalat hai koi duniya ki adaalat nahin. Duniya mein to wakeel ka tabqa jhoot sach bol bol kay haq ko chupa leta hai. Qayaamat kay din yeh saaray case Allah kay saamnay paish hon gay. Phir Aey wakeelon! Qayaamat kay din Allah kay darbaar mein kis tarah wakalat karo gay. Yeh insaaf ki adaalat hai. ملِكِ يَوْمِ الدين Ab woh sab khaday hain, Nekiyan mujood hain aur yeh Haaji saahib bhi khaday hain. Allah farmaye ga: Yeh insaaf ka din hai aur mein nay sab ko raazi karna hai, Lihaza un mein is ki nekiyan taqseem karo. Namazein aik ko day do, Rozay doosray ko day do, Baqi nekiyan teesray chouthay ko taqseem ho rahi hain aur chunkeh Allah nay un ko raazi karna hai, Insaaf ka din hai, Allah poochay ga: Raazi ho gaye, Woh kahen gay: Nahin ya Allah! Abhi us takleef ki chuban baqi hai. Allah farmaye ga: Theek hai, Phir un sab kay gunah lay lo, Haaji saahib kay sar par daal do. Ab aik aik kay gunah us kay sar par daalay ja rahay hain, Nateeja yeh keh jo nekiyon ka dhair lay kar aaya tha barbaad kar kay jahhanum mein chala gaya aur jo nekiyon say khaali haath thay, Nekiyon say daaman bhar kay jannat mein daakhil ho rahay hain. Hamaray aik saathi hain. Un ki aik baat badi pasand aai. Koi un say qarza maangay ya udhaar maal lay to woh kehtay hain: Dekho bhai! Agar yeh wapas karo gay to tumhara faaidah hai, Wapas nahin karo gay to mera faaidah hai. Kiun? Is liye keh agar mein yeh sadqa doon ya zakat doon, Mujhay maloom nahin Allah qabool karay ga ya nahin karay ga lekin agar tum lay kar daba kar beth jaaw gay to woh to yaqeenan Allah kay darbaar mein likh diya gaya. Woh Allah Ta’ala Qayaamat kay din zaroor mujhay tum say lay kar day ga. Yeh badi muhlik soorat hai, Allah kay paighambar nay farmaya keh yeh muflis hai. Haraam ma’eeshat kay hawalay say yeh kuch muasharti gunah hain.

 

Haraam ki aqsam

 

Haraam ki do qismein hain: Aik to infiradi Haraam, Infiradi kotahi, Kisi say aap nay maamla kiya aur dhoka day diya ya aap ki ma’eeshat soodi hai, Haraam ki hai, Yeh aap ka infiradi amal hai, Infiradi maal hai. Ab tak jo kuch mein nay bayan kiya, Woh infiradi khayaanatein theen. Infiradi kotahiyan theen. Haraam ki doosri shakal hai ijtimaai maal mein khayanat. Ijtimaai maal kya hota hai? Jesay madaris ka maal, Jihaad ka maal, Y’ani woh maal jo aik maqaam par jama kiya jaye. Zakatein hain, Sadqat hain, Atyat hain.

 

Ijtimaai maal mein khayanat ka wabaal

 

infiradi khayaanaton ka wabaal aap nay sun liya lekin meray doston aur bhaiyon! Jo ijtimaai maal mein kotahi aur khayaanat kay murtakib hon gay, Us ka wabaal infiradi khayaanat say bada hai. Ijtimaai maal say agar kotahi ki gai ya ijtimaai maal ko daba liya gaya to us ka wabaal infiradi Haraam say bada hai.

Dekhein Rasoolullah (صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم) kay daur mein aik sahabi tha. Is say ijtimaai maal ki ahmiayat aur Qadar-o-Qeemat ka aap andaza kijiye, Aur farmaya keh وَ إِيَّاكُمْ وَالْغُلُولَ Ghalool say bacho. Ghalool bhi ijtimaai maal mein khayaanat hai. Duniya dekhay gi yeh ijtimaai khayaanat ka murtakib aa raha hai. Aisay insaan ki nekiyan mardood, Pahaad jesay amal raaigaan. Allah kay paighambar ka aik Khaadim, Balkeh Khaadim-e-Khaas kiunkeh woh jihadi Khaadim tha. Nabi (صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم) ki sawaari ki khidmat karta hai aur Rasool Akram (صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم) us jihaad mein khud mujood hain. Aik anjaana teer aata hai aur us kay badan mein paiwast ho jata hai. Allah kay paighambar nay farmaya keh nahin. إِنَّ الشَّمْلَةَ الَّتِي أَصَابَهَا يَوْمَ خَيْبَرَ مِنَ الْمَغَائِمِ لَمْ : تُصِبْهَا الْمَقَاسِمُ لَتَشْتَعِلُ عَلَيْهِ نارا (Bukhari: 4234) Khaibar kay Maal-o-Ghaneemat say aik chaadar jo is nay chori kar li thi. Aur is ki daleel yeh thi keh mein khud mujahid hoon, Is jung mein shareek tha, Mera bhi is mein hissa hai. Lekin batanay ka mouqa nahin mila, Ab batanay ka faaidah bhi kiya hota. Rasoolullah (صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم) nay farmaya: Is chaadar ko jahhanum ki aag nay pakad liya hai aur woh chaadar is kay badan kay ird gird lipti huwi hai. Woh chaadar jahhanum ka shola ban kar us kay azaab ka sabab ban chuki hai. Ijtimaai maal mein khayaanat ka yeh nateeja hai. Yeh kon hai? Sahabi. Yeh kon hai? Allah kay paighambar ka Khaadim. Yeh kon hai? Mujahid. Yeh am’aal koi chotay nahin hain. Rasoolullah (صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم) ka farmaan hai: لَنْ تَمَسَّ النَّارُ مُسْلِمًا (Al Sunnah Libn-e-Abi Aasim: 1/494) Jis nay imaan ki haalat mein mera deedar kar liya, Us ko jahhanum ki aag nahin chuway gi. Lekin dekhein jahhanum ka luqmah ban gaya. Allah nay jihaad jesay amal ko zaya kar diya, Barbaad kar diya. Maidaan-e-Ma’arika mein apni jaan paish karta hai, Shaheed hai. Us ka aizaz yeh hai keh يُشَفَعُ فِي سَبْعِينَ إِنْسَانًا مِّنْ أَقَارِ بِهِ (Ibn-e-Maajah: 2799) Us kay aqarib mein say sattar afraad us ki shafaa’at say bakhshay jayein gay. Sattar afraad ki sifarish karay ga aur Allah qabool kar kay un sab ko maaf farma day ga. Sattar afraad ko bakhshwanay wala khud jahhanum ka luqmah ban gaya. Kis bina par? Aik chaadar chori karnay ki bina par. Yeh ijtimaai maal hai. Allah kay paighambar jab yeh bayan farma chukay, Aik sahabi rota huwa utha, Apni jaib mein haath daala aur kaha: Yeh do tasmay mujhay is jagah say milay thay aur mein nay jama karwanay ki bajaye apni jaib mein rakhay. فَاقْبَلْهُمَا Qabool kar lijiye. Mujh say ghalti ho gai, Bhool ho gai. Rasoolullah (صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم) nay irshad farmaya: لَنْ أَقْبَلَهُمَا مِنْكَ (Bukhari: 4234, Maanan) Ab qabool nahin karoon ga, Qayaamat kay din lay kar aana ab wahein baatein hongi. Qayaamat kay din kon kya day sakay ga? Khaali haath aawgay. Jis tarah tumhari maaon nay tumhein jana hai usi tarah aawgay. Libaas tak nahin hoga, Barhana aawgay. Aik khayaanat infiradi hoti hai aur aik ijtimaai hoti hai. Ijtimaai khayaanat ka irtikaab bada khatarnaak hai.

Is liye farmaya keh إِنَّ اللهَ يَا مُرُكُمْ أَنْ تُؤَدُّوا الْأَمانَاتِ إِلَى أَهْلِهَا (Al Nisaa: 58) Allah ka hukum hai keh amaanatein un tak pohanchaaw jo un ka asal maqaam hai. Wahan tak pohanchaaw, Apni marzi ka tasarruf na karo. To ijtimaai maal mein say khayaanat karna, Yeh Ma’eeshat-e-Haraam ki bhayaanak tareen shakal hai. Meray bhaiyo! Sawal, Jahan say yeh baat chali thi keh aakhir Rizq-e-Halaal hi kiun? Mera khayaal hai keh bohat say pehlu hamaray saamnay aa gaye. Yeh Rizq-e-Haraam ijtimaai, Muasharti, Akhlaqi, Aitqaadi aur amli tamaam beemariyon ka munaba hai. Har marz yahan say phoot raha hai. Tauba qabool nahin ho rahi, Nekiyan qabool nahin ho rahi hain, Duaaein qabool nahin ho rahi hain, Rizq-e-Haraam ki bina par. Muashra ghalat, Dushmanon ka ghalba, Sab ki asaas jo hai Rizq-e-Haraam hai.

 

Maal-e-Halaal par iktifa

 

Is liye aaiye! Taqwa, Parhaizgaari aur wara’a peda karein, Zuhad aur qaleel par iktifa kay ham khogar ban jayein. Rasoolullah (صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم) ka farmaan hai: طوبى لِمَنْ أَسْلَمَ رُزِقَ كَفَافًا وَقَنَّعَهُ اللهُ بِالْقَلِيلِ Khushkhabri ho us banday kay liye jis ko Allah Islam ki hidayat day day, Rizq-e-Kafaaf day day aur kam rizq par us ko qaane kar day. Khushkhabri ho jannat ki, Tuba jannat ki aik qisam, Jannat ka aik darakht, Saaray maana mujood hain, Khushkhabri ho jis mein teen khoobiyan peda ho jayein, Jis ko Allah Ta’ala Islam ki hidayat day day aur us ka rizq kafaaf ho, Jitni ma’eeshat ho us say us ka guzara ho jaye. Itni zayada na ho keh Qayaamat kay din Sawal-o-Jawab ki uljhan mein phans jaye kiunkeh Rasoolullah (صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم) nay farmaya: Maal kay hawalay say Qayaamat kay din do sawal hon gay: مِنْ أَيْنَ كَسَبْتَهُ وَفِيمَا أَنْفَقْتَهُ Banday yeh maal kahan say kamaya aur kahan kharch kiya? (Musnad-e-Abi Yaala: 5/110) Aur jis ka maal kafaaf hoga, Farmaya keh bada mubarak insaan hai, Khushkhabri ho us kay liye: وَقَنَّعَهُ اللهُ بِالْقَلِيلِ Allah Ta’ala us ko thoday maal par qanaa’at day day. Thoday maal par Sabar-o-Shukar ataa farma day. Farmaya keh woh basharaton ka mustahiq hai. (Muslim: 1054)

 

Kasrat-e-Maal kay liye bheek maangna

 

Is Hadees ko saamnay rakhiye aur Kasrat-e-Maal say bachnay ki koshish karein. Yeh takassur bada ghatay ka soda hai. الْهَكُمُ التَّكَاثُرُ حَتَّى زُرْتُمُ الْمَقَابِرَ (Al Takaasur: 1-2) Yeh Kasrat-e-Maal aur Kasrat-e-Aulaad ki daud nay, Is ki talab nay tumhein aisa barbaad kiya keh tum is daud mein lagay rahay hatta keh qabar tak pohanch gaye tumhein hosh hi nahin aaya. Allah kay paighambar ki Hadees hai: مَنْ سَأَلَ النَّاسَ أَمْوَالَهُمْ تَكَثُراً Jo logon say maangta phiray, Yeh baat bhi batani thi, Yeh bhi is muashray ka tareek tareen marz hai logon kay saamnay haath phelana aur bilkhasoos meray woh bhai jo apnay aap ko Ulamaa ki saf mein shumaar kartay hain, Ya jin ka Ulamaa ki saf mein shumaar kiya jata hai, Is tafazzul say bacho. Duniyadaaron kay paas jana, Chakkar lagana, Un kay tawaf karna, Ulamaa ka maqaam nahin hai, Is takassur say bacho. Bazaar, Dukaanein yeh duniya ki badtareen jaghen hain. Wahan jaaw gay gheebatein sunni padein gi. Wahan jaaw gay kisi ki recording baj rahi hai, Kaanon mein gaanon ki awaazen aarahi hain. Na kaan mahfooz, Na aankhen mahfooz aur phir kis liye jarahay ho, Sawal karnay kay liye. Ahal-e-Ilm ka maqaam hai yeh? Rasoolullah (صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم) ka farmaan hai: Jo takassur ki Khaatir sawal karay keh mera maal badhay, Kabhi is say maangta, Kabhi us say maangta, Farmaya keh Qayaamat kay din aaye ga, Us kay chehray par gosht nahin hoga. (Bukhari: 1474) Hadiyon ka panjar lay kar aaye ga. Us kay chehray par gosht nahin hoga, Aur is kay muqaabilay mein Allah kay paighambar nay farmaya: مَنْ يَضْمَن لِّي وَاحِدَةً أَضْمَنُ لَّهُ الْجَنَّةَ Kon hai woh shakhs jo mujhay aik cheez ki zamanat day day, Aaj meray saath aik waada kar lay to mein usay jannat ki zamanat deta hoon. Sauban رضی اللہ عنہ nay kaha: Ya Rasool ullah! Mein tayyar hoon. To Allah kay paighambar nay kya farmaya? Farmaya keh لا تَسْأَلِ النَّاسَ شَيْئًا Kabhi logon say na maangna, Is cheez par tum qaim raho, Mein Muhammad tumhein jannat ki zamanat deta hoon. Waada karta hoon, Zamanat deta hoon keh tum jannat mein zaroor jaaw gay. (Musnad-e-Ahmad: 5/279) Yeh bhi is muashray ka aik marz hai, Sawal karna, Haath phelana. Allah kay paighambar (صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم) nay farmaya: اليد العليا خَيْرٌ من اليد السفلی Upar ka haath neechay kay haath say behtar hai. Farmaya keh اليد العلیا الْمُنْفِقہ Upar ka haath kharch karnay wala hai. وَالسُّفْلَى السَّائِلَةُ Neechay ka haath sawal karnay wala hai. (Bukhari: 1429) Upar ka haath behtar hai. مقتنع (Qanaa’at pasand) ho jaye thoday maal par aur Faqar-o-Faqa bhi agar aaye to usay Faqar-o-Faqa mein lazzat mehsoos ho. Yeh sab Allah ki rahmat hai. Yeh sab Allah ki taraf say hai. Yeh soch kar khush ho keh mein Haraam say bacha hoon. Haraam kay raastay meray saamnay mujood hain, Sawal bhi kar sakta hoon, Maang bhi sakta hoon lekin nahin, Shariy’at ki hadood par qaim hai, Us ka dil mutamin ho, Usay khushi hoti hai.

 

Rasoolullah (صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم) aur sahaba ki ma’eeshat

 

Allah Ta’ala nay apnay paighambar ko ikhtiyar diya keh do mein say aik cheez ban jaaw. Ya to Nabi-e-Malik ya Nabi-e-Faqar, Baadshah Nabi ya faqeer Nabi. Allah kay Nabi (صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم) nay farmaya: فَاخْتَرْتُ أَنْ أَكُونَ عَبْدًا رسُولاً Mein nay pasand kiya keh baadshah na banoon balkeh faqeer banoon. (Majma-ul-Zawaaid: 9/307) Allah kay paighambar ki zindagi aap kay saamnay hai, Sahaba Kiraam رَضِيَ اللهُ عَنْهُ ki ma’eeshat aap kay saamnay hai. Jannatein kis tarah wahan taqseem ho rahi hain? أَبُو بَكْرِ فِي الْجَنَّةِ، عُمَرُ فِي الْجَنَّةِ، عُثْمَانُ فِي الْجَنَّةِ ، عَلِيٌّ فِي الْجَنَّةِ beshtein taqseem ho rahi hain. Ghour to karein woh kesa muashra tha. Allah kay paighambar (صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم) fout huway وَدِرْعُهُ مَرْهُونَةٌ عِنْدَ يَهُودِي (Bukhari: 2916) Aap ki zirah aik Yahoodi kay paas girwi padi huwi thi. Yeh aap ki ma’eeshat hai, Aap ki zirah aik Yaahoodi kay paas tees sa’aa anaaj kay badlay girwi padi hai. Sahaba Kiraam رَضِيَ اللهُ عَنْهُ nay baad mein woh anaaj wapas kar kay Allah kay paighambar ki ziraah ko chadhwaya. Yeh aap ki ma’eeshat hai. Teen teen chaand guzar jatay aap kay ghar chulha nahin jalta tha. Azwaaj-e-Mutahharat ba’az auqaat raat ko charaagh jalanay kay liye padosiyon say tail udhaar lay kar aatein. Allah kay paighambar (صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم) nay Anas Bin Maalik رَضِيَ اللهُ عَنْهُ ko bheja, Jaaw! Falaan Yahoodi kay paas jaaw, Us ka kapdon ka kaaroobar hai. Azwaaj-e-Muhammad kay paas kapday nahin hain, Meri biwiyon kay paas, Umhaat-ul-Momineen kay paas kapday nahin hain, Us say jaa kar kehdo keh Muhammad (صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم) kuch kapday maangta hai: الی ميسرة Jab assani hogi tumhein adaa kar doon ga. Anas Bin Maalik رَضِيَ اللهُ عَنْهُ kuch der kay baad rotay huway aaye, Allah kay paighambar nay poocha: Kya baat hai? Kaha keh Yahoodi nay jo jawab diya hai us nay rula diya. Yahoodi nay kaha: Muhammad say jaakar kehdo: Yeh meray kapday kab dogay? Tumhari konsi factoriyan chal rahi hain. Allah kay paighambar nay farmaya: كَذَبَ Us nay jhoot bola. لَقَدْ عَرَفُوا أَنِّي أَتْقَاهُمْ لِلَّهِ عَزَّ وَجَل أَوْ قَالَ أَصْدَقُهُمْ حَدِيثاً وَ آدَاهُم لِلأمانة Warna poori duniya jaanti hai aur woh Yahoodi bhi jaanta hai keh mein sab say badh kar Allah say darnay wala, Ya farmaya un sab say badh kar sachi baat kehnay wala aur sab say badh kar amanat ko adaa karnay wala hoon. (Musnad-e-Ahmad: 6/147) Yeh aap ki ma’eeshat hai. Raat ka waqt hai, Ghar say bahir niklay, Abu Bakar-o-Umar رَضِيَ اللهُ عَنْهُ saamnay aatay huway nazar aaye. Farmaya keh ما أَخْرَجَكُمَا Ghar say kiun bahir aaye, Kya baat hai? Kaha keh الجوع Ya Rasoolullah! Hamein bhook nay ghar say bahar nikaal diya, Khaana ghar mein mujood nahin, Karwatein badal rahay thay aur time paas karnay kay liye ghar say bahir aa gaye. Rasoolullah (صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم) nay irshad farmaya: لأَخْرَجَنِي الَّذِي أَخْرَجَكُمَا Jis cheez nay tumhein ghar say nikala us nay mujhay bhi nikala. Mein bhi bhooka hoon. Allah-u-Akbar! Kaainaat kay sardar, Yeh aap ki ma’eeshat. Rizq-e-Halaal par qanaa’at ki misalein suniye aap! Warna kya kuch nahin aa sakta, Yeh aap ki ma’eeshat hai. Farmaya keh chalo kahein chaltay hain. Aik ghar jaakar dastak di. Woh aik Ansari ka ghar tha. Poocha: Falaan kahan hai? Biwi nay kaha: Woh gaye hain, Aap bethen, Abhi woh aa jayein gay. Ansari bhi pohanch gaya aur kaha: Aaj jesa behtareen din meri zindagi mein kabhi nahin aaya aur aaj jesay pakeeza mehmaan meray ghar mein kabhi daakhil nahin huway. Allah kay paighambar kay saamnay khajooren lay aaye, Paani paish kiya aur churi haath mein pakadli. Rasoolullah(صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم) nay farmaya: Agar jaanwar zibah karna hai to إِيَّاكَ وَالْحَلُوبَ Doodh wala jaanwar zibah na karna. Jaanwar aisa zibah karna jo doodh na deta ho, Chunacha gosht paish kiya, Allah kay paighambar nay khaaya. Aankhon mein aansu aa gaye aur farmaya: هذَا وَالَّذِي نَفْسِي بِيَدِهِ مِنَ النَّعِيمِ الَّتِي تُسْأَلُونَ عَنْهُ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ Qayaamat kay din in nematon kay baaray mein sawal hoga. (Muslim: 2038) Yeh aap ki ma’eeshat hai. Aik mehmaan aaya, Masjid mein saath lay aaye aur kaha keh isay kon lay kar jaye ga? Us mehmaan ko aik sahabi lay gaya, Ab us sahabi ka waqiya sunein! Apnay ghar lay to gaya, Ghar mein biwi say poocha: Kuch hai in kay liye? Kaha: Kuch nahin, مَا عِنْدَنَا إِلَّاقُوتُ صِبْيَانِي Bachon kay liye thoda sa khaana pada huwa hai. Raat hai karwaten badlein gay aur bhook kay maaray so hi jayein gay, Subah ko khaana kaam aa jaye ga. Raat to sotay sotay guzar hi jaye gi, Subah khilanay kay liye rakha huwa hai. Farmaya keh khaana tayyar karo. Khaana itna kam keh mehmaan kay liye bhi kaafi nahin. Ab Adaab-e-Mehmaani mein yeh baat daakhil hai keh mezban bhi saath bethay aur khaaye. Bachay bhook say ro ro kar so gaye aur mehmaan kay saamnay khaana rakh kar khud bhi saath beth gaye. Ab masla yeh keh khud khaayen to mehmaan bhooka reh jaye ga. Charaagh theek karnay kay bahanay bujha diya. Kamray mein tareeki huwi, Ab mun chala rahay hain, Haath chala rahay hain aur yeh baawar kara rahay hain keh ham bhi khaana khaa rahay. Lekin haqeeqat yeh hai keh khud nahin khaa rahay. Mehmaan nay khaana khaaya. Miyan biwi khush ho gaye. Fajar ki azaan huei, Hadees-e-Bukhari kay alfaaz hain keh فباتا طَاوِبین Donon miyan biwi nay karwatein badaltsy badaltsy raat guzaar di hatta keh Fajar ki azaan ho gai. Namaz kay liye Masjid mein gaye. Masjid kay darwazay par Allah kay paighambar ko khada paaya. Allah kay paighambar muskura rahay hain aur farma rahay hain keh raat jo tum nay amal kiya mujhay Allah nay bata diya. Aur jab tak tum miyan biwi khaali haath chala rahay thay Allah Ta’ala apnay arsh par muskura raha tha. Tumharay baaray mein Qur’an aa chuka hai, Allah ki wahi aa chuki: وَيُؤْثِرُونَ عَلَى أَنْفُسِهِمْ وَلَوْ كَانَ بِهِمْ خَصَاصَةٌ (Al Hashar: 9) Us daur ki yeh misaalein, Har daur mein aisay banday mujood hain jo Rizq-e-Halaal par iktifa karnay walay thay. Phir kesa muashra bana? Kesay aqeeday banay? Kesay manhaj banay? Kesay amal banay? Un kay amal misaali ban gaye.

 

Umar Ban Abdul Aziz رحمہ اللہ ka waqiya

 

Aakhir aap ko mein Umar Bin Abdul Azeez رحمہ اللہ ka chotta sa aik waqiya suna kar baat khatam karoon. Yeh khalifa hain. In ko Umar-e-Sani kaha jata hai. In ka aik qaul hai. Agar mein sirf Farz Namaz padhoon aur Nafil na padhoon, Ramzaan kay Rozay rakhoon aur koi nafli roza na rakhoon, Farz Hajj kar loon aur koi nafli Hajj na karoon, Zakat doon aur sadqay ka aik paisa na doon lekin meri Rozi halaal ki ho, Jahhanum ka mujhay koi khauf nahin. Mein zaroor jannat mein jaawon ga. Yeh un ka qaul hai. Aik dafa apnay ghar mein aaye jabkeh Khalifat-ul-Muslimeen thay.Apni betiyon say koi baat karna chahi, Dekha keh betiyan baat to kar rahi hain lekin mun duppatay say achi tarah dhanpa huwa hai. Pareshan huway keh meri betiyan is tarah mujh say mun kiun chupa rahi hain to khadima raaz daan hoti hai. Khadima ko bulaya aur kaha keh yeh pehli baar dekh raha hoon, Meri betiyon nay mun dhaanp kar mujh say baat ki, Kiun? Kaha keh aap ki betiyon ko aaj khaana nahin mila. Unhon nay khaanay ki jagah kacha piyaaz khaaya hai. To aap ko piyaaz ki bu aa sakati thi aur aap samajh saktay thay keh meri betiyon nay aaj kacha piyaaz khaa kar guzara kiya. To un ki kefiyat aap par munkashif ho jati. Aap ko bhi afsos hota. Apnay baap ko is ka ahsaas nahin honay diya. Aankhon mein aansun aa gaye, Wapas apni betiyon kay paas gaye aur kaha keh tumhara baba agar chahay to duniya ki lazeez tareen nematein tumharay dastar khawaan par chun day. Duniya kay haakimon! Ghour karo! Awam-ul-Naas kay paison par palnay walay Haraam khoron! Ghour karo! Khalifa aur haakim kesay hotay hain. Tumhara baap agar chahay to duniya kay qeemti khaanay, Qeemti nematein dastar khawaan par chun day lekin meri betiyon! Is kay badlay tumharay baap ko Allah Ta’ala jahhanum mein daal day ga. Is liye is kafaaf par iktifa karo, Kafaaf par qanaa’at karo aur buland darjaat ka intizaar karo jo Allah Ta’ala nay Qayaamat kay din mominon kay liye tayyar kiye huway hain, Allah mujhay aur aap ko taufeeq ataa farmaye.

 

وَأَقُولُ قَوْلِي هُذَا وَأَسْتَغْفِرُ اللهَ لِي وَلَكُمْ وَآخِرُ دَعْوَانَا أَنِ الْحَمْدُ لِلَّهِ رَبِّ الْعَالَمِينَ.
