Ta’weezon aur mantaron ki furookht
الْحَمْدُ للهِ وَالصَّلُوةُ وَالسَّلَامُ عَلَى رَسُولِهِ وَآلِهِ وَصَحْبِهِ وَبَعْدُ

[Sawaal]

Bahaus e Al-‘Ilmiya-o-Al-Iftaa” ki fatwa-e-committee ke saamne yeh sawaal aaya jis se wizaarat-e-daakhila ke secretery ki taraf se janaab ‘Izzat ma’ab director general ki khidmat mein pesh kiya gaya tha aur woh yeh hai:

(‘A-M-Z) naami ek shakhs ne Muntaqa Riyaaz ke Ameer se ijaazat talab ki hai ke us se bizaar mein ta’weezon aur mantaron ke bechne ki ijaazat di jaae kyunke Amar Baal M’aroof aur Nahi ‘An Al-Munkir ke idaare ne us se Ameer ki taraf se ijaazat naama talab kiya hai aur Ameer ne tajweez pesh ki hai ke us se aap ki taraf se ijaazat naama diya jaae aur rukhsat ke talab se yeh tasalli kar li jaae ke woh un qawaaid-o-zawaabit ki paabandi karega jo hum watnon ko najaaiz nafa andozi se bachatey hain. Umeed hai ke aap is silsila mein hamare saath ittefaaq farmaaein ge aur kaaroobaar ke liye shar’it ko poora karne waale ko ijaazat naama dene ke imkaanaat par ghour farmaaein ge?

qabl azeen bhi yeh fatwa saadir kiya ja chuka hai ke Qur’an-e-Majeed ya Azkaar-e-Nabwiya waghaira ko kaaghaz ya plate par likhna aur phir paani waghaira se mita kar mareez ko pilaana taakeh us se beemaari se shifa naseeb h, mana’ hai kyunke Nabi Kareem (ﷺ) se Khulafa-e-Raashideen se ya Hazraat Sahaaba Karaam رضي الله عنهم se aisa saabit nahi hai, hamare ‘ilm ki had tak un mein se kisi ne aisa nahi kiya, Har tarah ki khair-o-bhalaai Rasoolullah (ﷺ) se , Khulafa-e-Raashideen aur Sahaaba Karaam رضي الله عنهم ki pairwi mein hai. Mazkoora-e-fatwa ki mukammal ‘ibaarat hasb-e-zail hai:

Nabi Kareem (ﷺ) ne Qur’an-e-Majeed , Azkaar aur dua’aon ke saath dam karne ki ijaazat di hai basharteke dam ke liye koi aisa kalima ikhtiyaar na kiya jaae jo shirkiy’a ho ya jis ka mafhoom samajh mein na aata ho kyunke mein ‘Auf-Bin-Malik se marwi hai:

كُنَّا نَرْقِي فِي الْجَاهِلِيَّةِ فَقُلْنَا يَارَسُولَ اللَّهِ كَيْفَ تَرَى فِي ذَلِكَ؟ فَقَالَ: اعْرِضُوا عَلَيَّ رْقَاكُمْ لَا بَأْسَ بِالرُّقَى مَا لَمْ تَكُنْ شِرْكًا

“Hum zamaana-e-jaahiliyat mein dam kiya karte the aur is baare mein jab hum ne Rasoolullah (ﷺ) se poocha to aap ne farmaaya:

“Mere saamne apne dam pesh karo, Dam mein koi harj nahi basharteke shirkia na ho.*”

Is tarah ke dam ke baare mein ‘Ulama ka ijm’a hai ke yeh jaaiz hai basharteeka yeh ‘aqeedah rakha jaae ke is mein taakheer sirf us soorat mein hai ke Allah Ta’ala paida farma de. Gardan ya jism ke kisi doosre ‘uzo ke saath bandha jaane waala ta’weez agar Qur’an ke ‘ilaawa kuch aur ho to woh Haraam balkeh shirk hai kyunke Hazrat ‘Imran-Bin-Hussain رضی اللہ عنه se marwi hai:

أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ، رَأَى رَجُلاً فِي يَدِهِ حَلْقَةً مِنْ صُفْرٍ فَقَالَ: مَا هَذَا؟ قَالَ : مِنَ الْوَاهِنَةِ فَقَالَ: انْزِعْهَا فَإِنَّهَا لَا تَزِيدُكَ إِلَّا وَهْنًا ، فَإِنَّكَ لَوْ مُتَّ وَهِيَ عَلَيْكَ مَا أَفَلَحْتَ أَبَدًا

(Sunan Ibn-e-Maaja, Kitaab Al-Tab, Baab T’aleeq Al-Tama’im, H: 3531, -O-Masnad Ahmad, 4/455)

“Nabi Kareem (ﷺ) ne ek shakhs ke haath mein peetal ka challa dekha to farmaaya yeh Kia hai? Us ne jawaab diya ke yeh waahna (Kamzori) ki wajah se hai to aap ne farmaaya iss se utaar de, yeh tujhe kamzori ke siwa aur koi faaida na dega. Agar is challa ko pehne hue tujhe mout aagai to tu kabhi nijaat na paae ga.”

Hazrat ‘Uqbah-Bin-‘Amir رضی اللہ عنه ne Nabi (ﷺ) se bayaan kiya hai ke Aap (ﷺ) ne farmaaya:

مَنْ تَعَلَّقَ تَمِيمَةً فَلَا أَتَمَّ اللهُ لَهُ ، وَمَنْ تَعَلَّقَ وَدَعَةً فَلَا وَدَعَ اللهُ لَهُ

(Masnad Ahmad, 4/154, Majma’a Al-Zawa’id, 5/103, -O-Abu Ya’ali fi Al-Masnad, Raqam: 1759)

“Jo shakhs ta’weez latkaae Allah Ta’ala us ki muraad poori na kare aur jo shakhs sapi (Ghoonga) latkaae Allah Ta’ala us ko araam na de.”

(Masnad Ahmad hi ki ek aur riwaayat mein hai ke:)

أَشْرَكَ مَنْ تَعَلَّقَ تَمِيمَةً فَقَدْ

إن الرقى والثَّمَانِمَ والتولة شرك

“Jis ne ta’weez latkaaya us ne shirk kiya.”

Hazrat Ibn-e-Mas’ood رضی اللہ عنه se yeh Hadees marwi hai ke main ne Rasoolullah (ﷺ) ko yeh Irshaad farmaate hue suna:

إِنَّ الرُّقَى وَالتَّمَائِمَ وَالتَّوَلَةَ شِرْكٌ

“Jhaad phoonk, ta’weez aur am’aal-e-hub shirk hain.”

Khuwaah us ne jo latkaaya hai woh Qur’ani Aayaat hi hon. Sahih baat yehi hai ke Qur’ani Aayaat ka latkaana bhi mamn’oo hai aur is ke teen asbaab hain:

(1) Ta’weez latkaane ki Mumaani’at ke baare mein Ahadees ‘aam hain, Takhsees ki koi daleel nahi hai.

(2) Sad zariy’a ke liye us ki Mumaani’at hai kyunke isse ghair Qur’an ke latkaane ka raasta khulta hai.

(3) Latkaae jaane waale kalimaat ki touheen hoti hai kyunke aadmi unhein qaza-e-haajat , Istanja aur jaansi ‘amal ke waqt bhi apne saath latkaae hota hai.

Qur’an-e-Majeed ki kisi soorat ya Aayaat ka plate ya kaaghaz par likhna aur phir us se paani ya za’fraan waghaira ke saath dhona aur us se barkat ya ‘ilmi istefaadaah ya kasb-e-maal (Maal kamaney) ya sehat-o-‘aafiyat waghaira ke husool ki niyat se peena Nabi Kareem (ﷺ) se saabit nahi hai. Aap (ﷺ) ne khud kabhi apne liye aisa kiya aur na kisi doosre insaan ke liye aur na aap ne us ke liye Sahaaba Karaam رضي الله عنهم ya Ummat mein se kisi ko ijaazat di halaankeh us waqt us ke dawa’ai aur asbaab bhi maujood the Lehaaza behtar yeh hai ke iss se tark kar diya jaae aur sirf usi par iktifa kiya jaae jo shariy’at mein saabit hai yaane Qur’an-e-Kareem’ Asma-e-Husna aur Rasoolullah (ﷺ) se saabit azkaar-o-ad’iya aur aise kalimaat jin ke ma’ani waazeh hon aur jin mein shirk ka shai’ba na ho aur aise tareeqe se taqarrub-e-Ilaahi ke husool ki koshish karni chaahiye jo us ne khud farmaaya hai taakeh sawaab haasil ho sake, Allah Ta’ala pareshaaniyon ko door farma de, Gham-o-fikar se nijaat de de, ‘Ilm-e-naf’a se Sarfaraaz farmaae aur ek musalmaan ke liye Allah aur us ke Rasool (ﷺ) ke muqarrar kardaah tareeqe hi kaafi hain aur jo shakhs Allah Ta’ala ke ahkaam-o-Irshaadaat ko kaafi samjhe to woh us se masiwa-e-Allah se beniyaaz kar deta hai aur Allah hi toufeeq ‘ataa farmaane waala hai.

Un dalaail ki buniyaad par us shakhs ko ta’weezon aur mantaron ki farookht ki ijaazat nahi honi chaahiye balkeh iss se un ke farookht karne se mana’ karna chaahiye.
