Najoomi aur kaahin se sawaal poochna jaaiz nahi

Mere waalid nafsiyaati mareez hain, Un ka marz bohat taul ikhtiyaar kar gaya hai, Kai baar hum ne unhein hospital mein bhi daakhil karwaya hai, Ab ba’az qareebi rishtedaaron ne yeh kaha ke hum iss se falaan ‘Aurat ke paas le jaaein ke woh is tarah ki beemariyon ka ‘ilaaj jaanti hai. Unhon ne yeh bhi bataaya ke hamein us ‘Aurat ko sirf mareez ka naam bataana ho ga aur woh yeh bata degi ke un ki bemaari Kia hai aur us ka ‘ilaaj Kia hai, Sawaal yeh hai ke us ‘Aurat ke paas jaana hamare liye jaaiz hai?

Us ‘Aurat aur us jaisi deegar ‘Aurton ke paas jaana Un se sawaal karna aur un ki tasdeeq karna jaaiz nahi hai kyunke yeh ‘Aurtein un najoomiyon aur kaahinon se ta’lluq rakhti hain jo ‘ilm-e-ghaib ke mad’i hain aur ‘ilaaj karne aur khabrein bataane mein jinon se madad lete hain aur sahih Hadees mein hai Rasoolullah (ﷺ) ne farmaaya:
مَنْ أَتَى عَرَّافًا فَسَأَلَهُ عَنْ شَيْءٍ لَمْ تُقْبَلْ لَهُ صَلوةُ أَرْبَعِينَ لَيْلَةً
(Sahih Muslim, Kitaab Al-salaam, Baab Tehreem Al-Kahanat-o-Atiyan Al-Kahaan, H: 2230-O-Ahmad fi Al-Masnad, 4 68 , 5 380)
“Jo shakhs kisi najoomi ke paas jaakar sawaal kare to chaalees raaton tak uski Namaz qubool nahi hoti.”
Yeh bhi Rasoolullah (ﷺ) ki sahih Hadees hai ke aap ne farmaaya:
مَنْ أَتَى عَرَّافًا أَوْ كَاهِنًا فَصَدَّقَهُ بِمَا يَقُولُ فَقَدْ كَفَرَ بِمَا أُنزِلَ عَلَى مُحَمَّدٍ
(Sunan Abi Dawood, Kitaab Al-Tab, Baab fi Al-Kahaan, H: 3904, -O-Ikhrajah Al-Tirmizi fi Al-Jam’a, Raqam: 135, -O-Ibn-e-Maaja fi Al-Sunan, Raqam: 639, -O-Ahmad fi Al-Masnad, 2 408 , 476)
“Jo shakhs kisi najoomi ya kaahin ke paas jaae aur uski tasdeeq kare to us ne us Deen-o-Shariy’at ke saath kufur kiya jo Muhammad (ﷺ) par naazil kiya gaya hai.”
Is mafhoom ki aur bhi bohat si Ahadees hain Lehaaza waajib hai ke un logon ka aur un ke paas aane waalon ka inkaar kiya jaae, Na un se koi sawaal poocha jaae, Na un ki tasdeeq ki jaae, balkeh un ka ma’amla hukmaraanon tak pohachaana chaahiye taakeh unhein woh saza di jaae jis ke yeh mustahiq hain kyunke unhein chodne aur hukumraan ko un ke baare mein mutall’a na karne mein mu’ashre ka nuqsaan hai aur jaahil logon ke dhoka khaane mein madadgaar banna hai ke woh dhoka-o-ghareebi ki wajah se un se sawaal bhi karen ge aur un ki tasdeeq bhi karen ge. Aur Nabi Kareem(ﷺ) ke farmaan hai:
مَنْ رَأَى مِنْكُمْ مُنْكَرًا فَلْيُغَيْرُهُ بِيَدِهِ فَإِنْ لَمْ يَسْتَطِعْ فَبِلِسَانِهِ، فَإِنْ لَمْ يَسْتَطِعْ فَبِقَلْبِهِ، وَذَلِكَ أَضْعَفُ الإِيْمَانِ
(Sahih Muslim, Kitaab Al-Imaan, Baab bayaan Kon Al Nahi ‘an Al-Munkir . . . , H: 49, -O-Ikhrajahu Al-Tirmizi fi Al-Sunan Raqam: 2173, -O-Ahmad fi Al-Masnad, 3 49 , 52, 53, 54, -O-An-Nisai fi Al-Sunan Raqam: 5011).)
“Tum mein se jo koi buraai dekhe to us se haath se mita de agar us ki taaqat na ho to zabaan se samjhaaye aur agar us ki taaqat bhi na ho to dil se bura samjhe aur yeh Imaan ka kamzor tareen darja hai.”
Bilaa shak-o-shuba hukumaraanon maslan ameer shehr ya mehakma amar baal ma’roof ya ‘adaalat mein un ki shikaayat karna zabaan se us buraai ko rokne ke mutraadif ho gi aur yeh neiki aur taqwa mein ta’awun ho ga. Allah Ta’ala musalmaanon ko toufeeq bakhshe ke woh neiki-o-salaamti ko ikhtiyaar karen aur har buraai se bachen.
