Tilaawat-e-Qur’an ki ujrat ka taqaaza karna

Bohat se musalmaan mulkon mein hum yeh mushaahida karte hain ke qaariyon se ujrat par tilaawat karwaai jaati hai, Sawaal yeh hai ke qaari ke liye qiraat ki ujrat lena jaaiz hai? Kia tilaawat ki ujrat dene waala gunaah gaar ho ga?

Qur’an-e-Majeed ki tilaawat khaalis ‘ibaadat-e-Ilaahi aur taqarrub-e-Ilaahi ke husool ka zariy’a hai. Tilaawat aur deegar tamaam ‘ibaadaat ke liye yeh zaroori hai ke unhein musalmaan mehaz Allah Ta’ala ki raza ke husool ke liye saranjaam de aur usi se sawaab ko talab kare, Makhlooq se iska badla ya sila na chaahe, Yehi wajah hai ke salaf-e-saaleh se murdon ke liye ya mehfilon aur majlison mein logon se ujrat lekar Qur’an padhna saabit nahi hai, Na Aimmah-e-Deen mein se kisi se yeh saabit hai ke unhon ne is ka hukm ya is ki ijaazat di ho aur na hi Aimmah-e-karaam mein se kisi se yeh saabit hai ke us ne tilaawat-e-Qur’an ki ujrat li ho balkeh who sirf Allah Ta’ala ki raza ke liye aur mehez us se husool-e-sawaab ke liye tilaawat kiya karte the, Nabi Kareem (ﷺ) ne bhi yehi hukm diya hai ke jo shakhs Qur’an padhe woh Allah Ta’ala se maange, Logon se sawaal karne se aap ne mana’ farmaaya hai. Sunan Tirmizi mein Hazrat ‘Imran-Bin-Hussain رضي الله عنه se riwaayat hai ke un ka guzar ek qissa go ke paas se hoa jo Qur’an padh kar logon se maang raha tha, Unhon ne
“انا للہ وانا الیہ راجعون”
padha aur phir kaha ke main ne Rasoolullah (ﷺ) ko yeh Irshaad farmaate hue suna:
مَن قرأ القرآن فلْيَسأل اللهَ به؛ فإنه سيجيء أقوامٌ يقرؤون القرآن يسألون به الناس
(Jaam’a Al-Tirmizi, Kitaab fazaail Al-Qur’an, Baab Min Qara Al-Qur’an Fayasaal Allah Bihi . . . , H: 2917, -O-Musnad Ahmad: 4 432)
“Jo shakhs Qur’an padhe to woh Allah Ta’ala hi se maange, Kuch log aise aaeinge jo Qur’an padh kar logon se maangein ge.”
Baaqi raha Qur’an-e-Majeed ki ta’leem, Ya dam karne ya is tarah ke kisi aise kaam ki ujrat jis ka naf’a qaari ke ‘ilaawa kisi aur tak bhi pohnachne waala ho to sahih Ahadees se iska jawaaz saabit hai jaisa ke Hadees-e-Abu Sa’eed mein hai ke unhon ne Surah Fatiha ke saath dam kar ke shifa haasil hone par bakriyon ka ek reewad bataur-e-ujrat liya tha. Hadees-e-sahal se saabit hai ke Nabi (ﷺ) ne ek aadmi ke liye shaadi mein meher hi yeh muqarrar kiya tha ke us se jis qadar Qur’an-e-Kareem yaad hai woh apni biwi ko bhi yaad kara de, Lekin jo shakhs nafs-e-tilaawat par ujrat le ya ujrat par kuch logon se tilaawat karwaae to woh Sunnat aur salaf-e-Saaleh Rizwanullah ‘Afham Ajma’een ke ijm’a ka mukhaalif hai.
