Qaadiaaniyat ki taraf intisaab ka hukm
Fiqhi council ne Qaadiyani giroh ka bhi jaaiza liya hai jo ke guzishta sadi (Uneesween sadi ‘Iswi) mein paida hoa aur jo apne aap ko Ahmadiya Jama’at ke naam se mausoom karta hai. Is giroh ka baani Mirza Ghulaam Ahmad Qaadiyaani (1876) tha, Jis ne yeh da’wa kiya tha ke woh Nabi hai aur us par wahi naazil hoti hai, Woh Maseeh Mau’ood hai. Mirza Qaadiyaani ka yeh da’wa bhi tha ke Nabuwwat Paighambar-e-Islam Sayyedina Hazrat Muhammad-Bin-‘Abdullah (ﷺ) par khatam nahi hoi (Jaisa ke Qur’an-e-‘Azeem aur Sunnat-e-Mutahara ki roshni mein musalmaanon ka yeh ‘aqeedah hai) balkeh Nabuwwat ka silsila ab tak jaari hai, Woh khud Nabi hai aur us par das hazaar se ziyaada Aayaat buzariy’a wahi naazil ho chuki hain, Jo is ki takzeeb kare woh kaafir hai, Musalmaanon par farz hai ke woh Qadiyaan ka Hajj karen kyunke yeh shehar Makkah aur Madina ki tarah Muqqadas hai, Isi shehar ka Qur’an-e-Majeed mein naam Masjid-e-Aqsa hai. Yeh saari baatein Mirza ki kitaab “Baraheen-e-Ahmadiya” aur us ke risaala “Al-Tableegh” mein maujood hain.
Council ne Mirza ke khalifa Mirza Bashir-ul-Din-bin-Ghulaam Ahmad Qaadiyaani ke aqwaal ka bhi jaaiza liya. Chunaanche us ki kitaab “Aaina-e-Sadaaqat” mein hai ke har woh musalmaan jo Maseeh (yaane us ke waalid Mirza Ghulaam Ahmad) ki bi’at na kare, Khuwaah woh un ke baare mein sune ya na sune woh kaafir aur daaira-e-Islam se khaarij hai (Kitaab-e-mazkoor Safha 35). Isi tarah us ne apne akhbaar “Al-Fazal” mein apne waalid Mirza Ghulaam Ahmad ke hawaale se likha ke hum har cheez mein hatta ke Allah , Rasool , Qur’an , Namaz , Roza , Hajj aur Zakaat ke baare mein muslamaanon se ikhtilaaf rakhte hain, Un mein se har cheez ke baare mein hamare aur musalmaanon ke darmiyaan jouhari ikhtilaaf hai (Akhbasr Al-Fazal’ Majriya 30 July 1931).
Isi akhbaar ki teesri jild mein bhi likha hai ke Mirza Ghulaam Ahmad hi Nabi Kareem Muhammad (ﷺ) hain, Qur’an-e-Majeed mein jo yeh hai ke Hazrat ‘Isaa عَلَيْهِ ٱلسَّلَامُ ne bashaarat di thi ke:
وَمُبَشِّرًۢا بِرَسُوۡلٍ يَّاۡتِىۡ مِنۡۢ بَعۡدِى اسۡمُهٗۤ اَحۡمَدُؕ
(Al-Saf 61 6)
“Aur ek paighambar jo mere ba’d aaein ge, Jin ka naam Ahmad ho ga. Un ki bashaarat sunaata hoon.”
To is ka musdaq bhi Mirza Ghulaam Ahmad Qaadiyaani hai (Kitaab Anzaar-e-Khilaafat Safha: 21) Council ne siqa-e-musalmaan ‘Ulama-o-musaannifeen ki un kitaabon ka bhi mutaall’a kiya hai, Jo unhon ne Qaadiyaani-o-Ahmadi firqa ki tardeed mein likhin aur jin mein unhon ne naqaabil-e-tardeed dalaail-o-baraheen se yeh saabit kiya hai ke yeh firqa bilkul qat’i taur par khaarij az Islam hai.
Isi wajah se Pakistan ke shumaali ‘ilaaqon (Azad Kashmir) ki assembly ne 1974 mein baaittefaq raae se yeh qarardad paas ki ke Qaadiyaani firqa ghair muslim aqliyat hai aur phir is ke ba’d Pakistan ki qaumi assembly ne bhi baaittefaaq raae se Qadiyaaniyon ko ghair muslim aqliyat qaraar de diya.
In Qaadiyaani ‘aqaaid ke saath saath jo Mirza Ghulam Ahmad ki apni kitaabon se saabit hain, Hum us ke un khatoot ki taraf bhi tawajjuh mabzool karwaaein ge, Jo us ne Hindustan ki us daur ki Angrezi hukumat ko likhe Jis se us se maali imdaad bhi milti thi aur jihaad ko Haraam qaraar dene ke silsila mein Mirza ko Angrezi hukumat ki taa’eed-o-himaayat bhi haasil thi. Mirza jihaad ka is liye munkir tha ke woh chaahta tha ke Angrezi hukumat ke khilaaf jihaad ke bajaae woh us waqt ki ist’emaari Angrezi hukumat ke liye musalmaanon ke dilon mein ikhlaas paida kar sake. Mirza samajhta tha ke musalmaanon mein jazba-e-jihaad ke hote hue Angrezon ke liye ikhlaas paida karna na mumkin hai Chunaanche is silsila mein woh apni kitaab “shahaadat-ul-Qur’an” safha 17 tab’a-e-Shasham mein likhta hai ke
“Mera Imaan hai ke jaise jaise mere pairokaaron mein izaafa hota jaae ga aur un ki tadaad ziyaada hoti chali jaae gi Jihaad par Imaan laane waalon ki tadaad kam hoti chali jaae gi kyunke mere Maseeh aur Mehdi hone par Imaan laane ka ma’ani hi jihaad ka inkaar hai.”
Mulaahiza farmaaiye Moulaana Sayyed Abu Al-Hasan ‘Ali Nadwi ka risaala “Qadiyaaniyat” safha 25 tab’a-e-Raabta ‘Aalam-e-Islami !
Qadiyaaniyat ke baare mein nihaayat siqa aur qaabil-e-e’itemaad literature ke mutaall’a ke ba’d aur Qadiyaaniyon ke ‘aqaaid’ Baani-e-Qadiyaaniyat ke halaat Qadiyaaniyat ke e’raaz-o-maqaasid aur ahdaaf ke mutaall’a ke ba’d council is nateeje par pohanchi hai ke Qaadiyaani mu’ataqidat’ Sahi Islami ‘aqaaid ke bilkul khilaaf hain. Qadiyaaniyon ki koshish hai ke musalmaanon ko un ke ‘aqaaid se door hata kar gumraah kar dein’ Is liye council ne baaittefaq raae se yeh qaraardaad paas ki hai ke Qadiani ya Ahmadi jama’at bilaashak-o-shubha mukammal taur par daaira-e-Islam se khaarij hai. Qaadiyaani kaafir aur murtid hain, Un ka apne aap ko musalmaan zaahir karna dhoka-o-fareb hai, lehaaza Islami Fiqhi council yeh e’laan karti hai ke tamaam musalmaanon par , Un ki hukoomaton, ‘Ulama, musaannifeen , Mufakkireen aur dua’at-o-mubaligheen par yeh farz hai ke woh duniya ke har kone aur goshe mein us gumraah firqe aur us se waabasta logon ki tardeed mein koi daqeeqa faroguzaasht na karen.
