Zakhmon ki safaai ke liye us khushboo ka iste’maal jis mein alcohol Ki ameezish Ho
[Sawaal]
Kia zakhmon waghaira ki safai ke liye un ‘atariyat-o-khushbooyaat ka zaahiri iste’maal jaaiz hai jin mein alcohol ki ameezish ho?
[Jawab]
Is sawaal ke jawaab se pehle do baaton ki wazaahat zaroori hai:
Awwalan: Kia sharaab naapaak hai ya nahi? Is mein Ahl-e-ilm ka ikhtilaaf hai. Aksar ki raae yeh hai ke sharaab hasi taur par najis hai, Jis ke ma’ani yeh hain ke agar yeh kapdon ya jism ko lag jaae to us se dho kar paak karna waajib hai jab ke ba’az Ahl-e-ilm ka yeh kehna hai ke sharaab hasi taur par najis nahi hai kyunke najaasat ka hasi hona ek shar’i hukm hai, Jis se saabit karne ke liye daleel ki zaroorat hai aur yahan koi daleel maujood nahi hai
Lehaaza jab kisi shar’i daleel se sharaab ka naapaak hona saabit nahi to ma’loom hoa ke yeh paak hai. Koi shakhs yeh keh sakta hai ke sharaab ke naapaak hone ki daleel to khud kitaabullah ki yeh Aayat-e-Kareema hai:
يٰۤاَيُّهَا الَّذِيۡنَ اٰمَنُوۡۤا اِنَّمَا الۡخَمۡرُ وَالۡمَيۡسِرُ وَالۡاَنۡصَابُ وَالۡاَزۡلَامُ رِجۡسٌ مِّنۡ عَمَلِ الشَّيۡطٰنِ فَاجۡتَنِبُوۡهُ لَعَلَّكُمۡ تُفۡلِحُوۡنَ
(Al-Maa’idaah: 5 90)
“Ae Imaan waalon! Sharaab aur juwa aur buton aur phaanse ka iste’maal (Yeh sab) naapaak kaam hain, Am’aal-e-shaitaan se hain, So un se bachte rehna taa ke nijaat paao.”
Aur rijs bama’ani najis hai aur is ki daleel hasb-e-zail Irshaad-e-Baari hai:
لَّا أَجِدُ فِي مَا أُوحِيَ إِلَى مُحَرَّمًا عَلَى طَاعِمٍ يَطْعَمُهُ إِلَّا أَن يَكُونَ مَيْنَةً أَوْ دَمَا تَسْفُوحًا أَوْ
لَحْمَ خِيزِيرٍ فَإِنَّهُ رِجْسٌ أَوْ فِسْقًا أُهِلَّ لِغَيْرِ اللَّهِ بِهِ
(Al-An’aam 6 145)
“Kaho ke jo ahkaam mujh par naazil hue hain mein un mein koi cheez jis se khaane waala khaae’ Haraam nahi paata bajuz is ke ke wo mara hoa jaanwar ho ya behta hoa lahoo ya soor ka gosht ke yeh sab naapaak hain ya koi gunaah ki cheez ho ke us par Allah ke siwa kisi aur ka naam liya gaya ho.”
Is Aayat se ma’loom hoa ke murdaar Khinzeer ka gosht aur dam masfooh rijs Yaane najis hain, rijs ke yahan najis hone ki daleel yeh Hadees hai ke Nabi (ﷺ) ne murdah jaanwaron ki khaalon ke muta’lliq farmaaya hai ke:
“Paani unhein paak kar deta hai” ((یطھرھا)) “Yaane us se paak kar deta hai” Yeh is baat ki daleel hai ke yeh pehle naapaak thin jaisa ke Ahl-e-ilm ke yahan yeh baat ma’loom hai lekin is baat ka jawaab yeh hai ke yahan rijs se muraad rijs-e-‘amli hai rijs-e-hassi nahi aur is ki daleel yeh alfaaz hain:
رِجْسٌ مِنْ عَمَلِ الشَّيْطَانِ
(Al-Maa’idah 5 90)
“(Yeh sab) naapaak kaam am’aal-e-shaitaan se hain.”
Aur doosri daleel yeh hai ke juwa, But aur paanse hassi taur par najis nahi hain aur Aayat mein chaar cheezon ke muta’lliq khabar hai aur woh hain [1] Sharaab’ [2] Juwa’ [3] But aur [4] Paanse to jab khabar in chaaron ke muta’lliq hai to hukm bhi in sab ke muta’lliq masaawi ho ga.
Jo log yeh kehte hain ke sharaab hisi taur par najis nahi hai, Un ke paas ek doosri daleel Sunnat se yeh bhi hai ke jab sharaab ki hurmat ka hukm naazil hoa to Nabi (ﷺ) ne sharaab ke bartanon ke dhone ka hukm nahi diya. Hazraat Sahaaba Karaam رضي الله عنهم ne bhi hurmat ke hukm ke naazil hone ke ba’d sharaab ko bauzaron mein baha diya. Agar sharaab najis hoti to woh us se bauzaron mein na bahaate kyunke us se bazaaron mein chalne waalon ke najis hone ka andesha tha.
Saaniyan:
Jab yeh baat waazeh ho gai ke sharaab hassi taur par najis nahi hai aur mere nazdeek bhi yeh qawl raajeh hai, To ma’loom hoa ke alcohol bhi hassi taur par najis nahi hai balkeh us ki nijaasat ma’anwi hai. kyunke jis alcohol se sakar (Nasha) paida ho woh sharaab hai, Is liye ke Nabi Kareem (ﷺ) ne farmaaya hai:
کل مسکر خمر
“Har nashaawar cheez sharaab hai*.”
(Sahih Muslim, Kitaab Al-Asharbat, Baab bayaan an kul khamar Haraam’ H: 2002)
Aur jab yeh sharaab hai to akal-o-sharaab (khaane peene) mein is ka iste’maal ke us se kisi khaane peene ki cheez mein milaaya jaae aur uski taseer us mein zaahir ho to Haraam hai aur is ki hurmat-e-nas aur ijm’a se saabit hai, Deegar umoor maslan jaraaseem ke khaatma waghaira ke liye us ka iste’maal to yeh masla mahaal-e-nazar hai aur ijtinaab hi mein ziyaada ehtiyaat hai lekin mein us se Haraam nahi keh sakta aur mein siwaae zakhmon ko mandamil karne waghaira ki zaroorat ke khud iste’maal bhi nahi karta.
