Salsal al-bol ka mareez

Ek shakhs jo salsal al-bol ke marz mein mubtala hai, Kia us ke liye yeh jaaiz hai ke Namaz ke ikhtitaam tak peshaab ko roke rakhe?
[Jawab]
Salsal al-bol ke mareez ko hasb-e-taaqat ‘ilaaj karwaana chaahiye aur agar yeh Shaitaani auhaam-o-wasaawis hon to phir un ki taraf koi tawajjuh na di jaae gi aur asal Yaane tahaarat ka khayaal kiya jaae ga hatta ke yaqeen ho jaae ke koi aisi cheez khaarij hoi hai jo naaqaz-e-Wuzu hai. Agar peshaab musalsal khaarij hota rehta ho aur kabhi bhi na rukta ho to yeh shakhs hasb-e-haal Namaz padh le. Agar yeh shakhs peshaab ke khaarij hone ko kam kar sakta ho to us se kam karna chaahiye khuwah us se aala-e-tanaasul ke munh par kapde ya rooi waghaira ka koi tukda rakhna pade ya aala-e-tanaasul ko kisi lifaafa waghaira mein lapet de, Jis se us ke kapde peshaab se mulawis na hon. Aur agar qatre peshaab karne ke ba’d khaarij hote hon to us se Namaz ke waqt se is qadar pehle peshaab karna chaahiye jis se us ke qatre munqat’a ho jaaein aur phir sharmgaah ko paani se dho le. Thande paani se sharmgaah ko dhone se qatron ka khurooj khatam ho jaae ga aur us ke saath yeh koshish karni chaahiye ke peshaab karne mein ziyaada waqt na lagaae aur agar us se yeh dar ho kar yeh waqt daraz ho jaae ga aur Namaz Faut ho jaae gi to us se chaahiye ke Namaz ki takmeel tak peshaab ko mu’akkhar kar le basharteke is se us se koi jalan ya takleef na ho jis ki wajah se Namaz mein khalal paida ho. Namaz mein cigrette ka paas hona aur woh paani jis mein keeda gir gaya ho :

Jab Namaz mein aadmi ke paas cigret ho to Kia hukm hai? Aur us paani ka Kia hukm hai jis mein keeda gir gaya ho?
[Jawab]
Cigrette noshi ki hurmat par ‘Ulama-e-muhaqqiqeen ka ittefaaq hai kyunke yeh Deen , Maal aur badan ke liye nuqsaan dah hai, Naapaak hai aur peene waale par is ke bohat bure asraat muratib hote hain. Lekin yeh mujhe yaad nahi ke ‘Ulama-e-muhaqqiqeen mein se kisi ne uscko bol-o-baraaz ki tarah najis-e-‘ain qaraar diya ho lekin us ki hurmat aur naapaaki ki wajah se mein yeh makrooh samajhta hoon ke yeh dauraan-e-Namaz aadmi ke paas ho ya koi us se Masjid mein le jaae khuwaah yeh packet hi mein kio na ho. Agar koi aisa kare to mein yeh nahi kehta ke woh Namaz dohraae kyunke us ke najis-e-‘ain hone mein tawaqquf hai.
Bohat se ‘Ulama ki raae hai ke jis paani mein keede gir gae hon woh naapaak hai. Us ka baha dena waajib hai kyunke yeh keede nijaasaton se paida hote hain. Yaad rahe is se bait-ul-khala mein paida hone waale keede muraad hain haan albatta kunwon mein paida hone waale keedon ka yeh hukm nahi hai. Lekin raajeh baat yeh hai ke keeda girne se paani ki tahooriyat salab nahi hoti. Keeda agarcha nijaasat se paida hota hai lekin woh ek aisi cheez mein tabdeel ho jaata hai jis mein nijaasat ka asar zaahir nahi hai. Aur phir sahih qawl ke mutaabiq paani us waqt najis hota hai jab us mein koi tabdeeli ronuma ho jaae aur un jaanwaron ke girne se ‘aam taur par paani ke ausaaf mein koi tabdeeli ronuma nahi hoti lehaaza paani paak rahe ga.
