Namaz ya Tilaawat-e-Qur’an ke dauraan Wuzu ka toot jaana

[Sawaal]

Namaz ya Tilaawat-e-Qur’an ke darmiyaan hawa khaarij hone se mera Wuzu toot jaata hai to mein dobaraah Wuzu kar leti hoon lekin mujh se ek Deeni behn ne yeh kaha ke tumhein baar baar Wuzu karne ki zaroorat nahi balkeh ek hi Wuzu se Namaz padh lo. Ek baar Wuzu toot jaae to dobaraah kar lo , Dobaraah toote to phir kar lo lekin agar teesri baar bhi toot jaae to phir Wuzu karna laazim nahi hai. To Kia un ki yeh baat sahi hai? Aur mujhe aisi haalat mein Kia karna chaahiye?

[Jawab]

Jab Namaz padhte hue yaqeenan Wuzu toot jaae Yaane hawa khaarij hone ki awaaz sunai de ya badbu mehsoos ho to Wuzu aur Namaz ko dohraana ho ga kyunke Nabi (ﷺ) ka Irshaad hai ke:

إِذَا فَمَا أَحَدُكُمْ فِي الصَّلَاةِ فَلْتَنْصَرِفْ وَلْيَتَوَضَّأْ وَلْيُعِدِ الصَّلَاةَ

(Sunan Abi Dawood, Kitaab Al-Tahaarat, Baab faiman yahadsa fi Al-Salwaat, H: 205)

“Jab tum mein se kisi ki Namaz mein hawa khaarij ho to us se Namaz khatam kar ke Wuzu karna aur Namaz ko dohraana chaahiye.”

Is Hadees ko Ahl-e-Sunan ne husn-e-sanad ke saath riwaayat kiya hai. Isi tarah Nabi Kareem (ﷺ) ka yeh Irshaad bhi hai ke:

يَتَوَضَّاً لا تُقْبَلُ صَلَاةُ أَحَدِكُمْ إِذَا أَحْدَثَ حَتَّى

“Be Wuzu ki Namaz qubool nahi hoti hatta keh woh Wuzu kare.”

Haan albatta agar hamesha naapaaki ki haalat rehti ho to phir Namaz ka waqt shur’u hone ke ba’d Wuzu kar lo aur waqt ke andar andar us Wuzu se jis qadar chaaho Farz-o-Nafil Namaz adaa kar lo aur waqt ke andar khaarij hone waali hawa se tumhein koi nuqsaan na ho ga kyunke yeh haalat-e-zaroorat hai aur bohat se dalaail se yeh saabit hai ke daaimi taur par be Wuzu rehne waale insaan ke liye ma’afi hai, Jab us ne waqt daakhil hone ke ba’d Wuzu kiya ho.

Irshaad-e-Baari Ta’ala hai:

فَاتَّقُوا اللّٰهَ مَا اسۡتَطَعۡتُمۡ

(Al-Taghyun 16 64)

“So jahan tak ho sake tum Allah se daro.”

Aur Hazrat Ayesha رضي الله عنها se qissa-e-mustahaza ke silsila mein marwi Hadees mein hai ke Nabi Kareem (ﷺ) ne farmaaya tha:

ثُمَّ تَوَفَّنِي لِوَقْتِ كُلِّ صَلَاةِ

“Phir tum har Namaz ke waqt ke liye Wuzu karo.”

Ghair Tahir-e-haalat mein zabaani Qur’an-e-Majeed ki tilaawat mein koi harj nahi lekin haalat-e-janaabat mein ghusl kiye baghair tilaawat jaaiz nahi. Qur’an-e-Majeed ko haath bhi usi soorat mein lagaana chaahiye jab hadas-e-Akbar-o-Asghar se tahaarat haasil kar li gai ho. Haan albatta agar hadas daaimi ho to phir Namaz ke waqt mein Wuzu kar ke Namaz bhi padh sakti ho aur zubaani aur dekh kar Qur’an-e-Majeed ki tilaawat bhi kar sakti ho jaisa ke Namaz ke hukm mein tafseel bayaan ki jaa chuki hai. Allah Ta’ala hum sab ko neiki ki toufeeq bakshe.
