Jo shakhs kisi ‘uzo ke dhone ya masah karne se ‘aajiz ho to woh is ke badle tayammum kare

:

Agar insaan Wuzu kare aur us ke haath mein zakham ho jis se paani nahi lagney dena aur woh us ke awaaz tayammum karta hai lekin ek daf’a woh bhool gaya aur us ne tayammum ke baghair Namaz shur’u kar li aur us se us waqt yaad aaya jab woh Namaz mein tha to us ne Namaz qat’a kiye baghair hi tayammum kar liya aur Namaz ko jaari rakha to us Namaz ka Kia hukm hai? Kia yeh Namaz baatil hai ya sahih hai?

[Jawab]

Agar Wuzu ke maqaamaat mein se kisi jagah zakham ho ke us se dhona ya us par masah karna mumkin na ho ke is se zakham ke badhne ya shifa yaabi ke mo’akkhar hone ka andesha ho to us shakhs ke liye yeh waajib hai ke woh tayammum kar le Jo shakhs zakham ki jagah ko chod kar Wuzu kar le aur Namaz ko shur’u kar le aur dauraan-e-Namaz yaad kar le ke us ne zakham ki jagah ke badle tayammum nahi kiya to woh tayammum kar le aur Namaz ko dobaraah shur’u kar le kyunke zakham ke tayammum ke baghair us ne jo Namaz padhi hai, Woh sahih nahi hai, Is ki takbeer-e-Tehreema bhi sahih na ho gi Yaane Namaz shur’u karna hi sahih na ho ga kyunke tahaarat Sehat-e-Namaz ki sharton mein se ek shart hai aur Wuzu ke maqaamaat mein se kisi maqaam ya us maqaam ke kisi hisson ko tark kar dene se Wuzu sahih na ho ga.

رأى النَّبِيُّ ، رَجُلاً فِي قَدَمِهِ قَدْرَ الدَّرْهَم لَمْ يُصِبْهُ الْمَاءُ فَأَمَرَهُ بِإِعَادَةِ الْوُضُوءِ

(Sunan Abi Dawood, Kitaab Al-Tahaarat, Baab Tafreeq Al-Wuzu, H: 173, 174, 175)

“Nabi Kareem (ﷺ) ne jab ek shakhs ko dekha ke us ke paaon mein ek darham ke baraabar jagah khushk hai jis se paani nahi pohancha to Aap (ﷺ) ne us se hukm diya ke woh dobaraah Wuzu kare.”

Yeh shakhs jis ke baare mein sawaal kiya gaya hai us ke liye agar ghusl aur masah mein dushwaari aur ma’zoori ho to us ke liye waajib hai ke woh us ke badal Yaane tayammum ko ikhtiyaar kare, hasb-e-zail Irshaad-e-Baari Ta’ala ke ‘umoom ka yehi taqaaza hai:

وَاِنۡ كُنۡتُمۡ مَّرۡضٰۤى اَوۡ عَلٰى سَفَرٍ اَوۡ جَآءَ اَحَدٌ مِّنۡكُمۡ مِّنَ الۡغَآئِطِ اَوۡ لٰمَسۡتُمُ النِّسَآءَ فَلَمۡ تَجِدُوۡا مَآءً فَتَيَمَّمُوۡا صَعِيۡدًا طَيِّبًا فَامۡسَحُوۡا بِوُجُوۡهِكُمۡ وَاَيۡدِيۡكُمۡ‌

(Al-Nisaa 4 43)

“Aur agar tum bemaar ho ya safar mein ho ya tum mein se koi bait-ul-khala se ho kar aaya ho ya tumne ‘Aurton se hum bistari ki ho aur tumhein paani na mile to paak mitti lo aur munh aur haathon ka masah kar ke tayammum kar lo.”

Zakham waale Sahaabi ke qissa se bhi yeh ma’loom hota hai. Hazrat Ibn-e-‘Abbas رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ ki riwaayat hai ke Nabi (ﷺ) ne farmaaya:

لَوْ غَسَلَ جَسَدَهُ وَتَرَكَ رَأْسَهُ حَيْثُ أَصَابَهُ الْجِرَاحُ

(Sunan Ibn-e-Maaja, Kitaab Al-Tahaarat-o-Sunanaha, Baab fi Al-Majrooh Taseebihi Al-janaabat Fayikhaaf ‘Ali Nafsihi, H: 572)

“Us se chaahiye tha ke apne jism ko dho leta aur sar mein jahan zakham tha us se chod deta.”

Aur Hazrat Jabir رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ ki riwaayat mein hai ke Nabi (ﷺ) ne farmaaya:

إِنَّمَا كَانَ يَكْفِيْهِ أَنْ يَتيمم

“Us se tayammum karna hi kaafi tha.”

(Sunan Abi Dawood, Kitaab Al-Tahaarat, Baab Al-Majdoor Yateemam, H: 336)

Agar us shakhs ne jis ke baare mein sawaal kiya gaya hai, Namaz ko nahi dohraaya to us se dohraana chaahiye.
