Baayaan paaon dhone se pehle daaein paaon mein juraab pehn lena

Wuzu karte waqt ek shakhs ne mujh se kaha ke jab tak aap apne baaein paaon ko na dho lein, daaein paaon mein juraab pehnna jaaiz nahi hai. Main ne ‘arsa hoa ek kitaab mein jis ka ab naam yaad nahi, Yeh padha tha ke is masla mein ikhtilaaf hai aur rajeh qawl yehi hai ke yeh jaaiz nahi. Aap ki is baare mein Kia raae hai?
[Jawab]
Afzal aur ahwat mein hai ke baayan paaon dhone se pehle juraabein na pehni jaaein kyunke Nabi (ﷺ) ka Irshaad hai ke:
إِذَا تَوَضَّأَ أَحَدُكُمْ فَلَبِسَ خُفَيْهِ فَلْيَمْسَحْ عَلَيْهِمَا وَلْيُصَلَّ فِيْهِمَا، وَلَا يَخْلَعْهُمَا إِنْ شَاءَ إلا مِنَ الْجَنَابَةِ
(Rawah Al-Haakim, 1181, -O-Al-Daarqatni 1 203, 204 Qaal Al-Haakim Usnaadaah sahih ‘Ali shart Muslim)
“Jab tum mein se koi Wuzu kar ke mouze pehn le to woh un par masaah kar ke Namaz padh le aur agar chaahe to unhein na utaare haan albatta ghusl-e-janaabat ke liye unhein utaarna ho ga.”
Aur Isi tarah Hazrat Abu Bakrah Saqfi رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ se riwaayat hai ke:
أَنَّهُ رَخَّصَ لِلْمُسَافِرِ ثَلَاثَةَ أَيَّامٍ وَلَيَالِيَهُنَّ، وَلِلْمُقِيمِ يَوْمًا وَلَيْلَةٌ، إِذَا تَطَهَّرَ فَلَبِسَ خُفَّيْهِ أَنْ يَمْسَحَ عَلَيْهِمَا
(Ikhrajah Al-Daarqatni 1 194, Ibn-e-Khuzaimah 1 /192, -O-Qaal Al-Tirmizi fi Al-‘Ilalah Al-Kabeer Saalat Muhammada Yaane Al-Bukhari fi haza Al-Hadees faqaal Hadees Safwan-Bin-‘Asaal, Hadees-e-Hassan)
“Nabi Kareem (ﷺ) ne musaafir ko teen din aur un ki raatein aur muqeem ko ek din ek raat ke liye rukhsat di hai ke jab woh bahaalat-e-Wuzu mouze pehne to un par masaah kare.”
Hazrat Mugheerah-Bin-Sha’uba رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ se riwaayat hai ke unhon ne Nabi Kareem (ﷺ) ko Wuzu karte dekha to iraadah kiya ke aap ke mouze utaar dein to Nabi Kareem (ﷺ) ne un se farmaaya:
دَعْهُمَا فَإِنِّي أَدْخَلْتُهُمَا طَاهِرَتَيْنِ
“Inhein chod do kyunke main ne inhein bahaalat-e-Wuzu pehna hai.”
(Sahih Bukhari, Kitaab Al-Wuzu, Baab Izaa adkhal rajlih-o-hama Taahirataan, H: 206)
Un teenon aur un ke hum ma’ani Ahadees ke bazaahir alfaaz se yun ma’loom hota hai ke musalmaan ke liye mouzon par masaah jaaiz nahi hai illa yeh ke us ne unhein kamaal-e-tahaarat ke ba’d pehna ho.
Aur jo shakhs baaein paaon ke dhone se pehle daaein paaon mein mouza ya juraab pehn leta hai to us ne us se tahaarat ki takmeel se pehle pehna hai.
Baaz Ahl-e-ilm us soorat mein bhi masaah ke jawaaz ke qaail hain ke yaane khuwah baaein paaon ke dhone se pehle daaein paaon mein mouza ya juraab ko pehn liya ho to masaah jaaiz hai kyunke dono paaon mein se har ek mein tahaarat ke ba’d juraab ko pehna gaya hai, Lekin ziyaada ehtiyaat pehle qawl hi mein hai aur daleel ke e’itbaar se bhi bazaahir yehi qawl ziyaada sahih ma’loom hota hai. To jis shakhs ne aisa kar liya us se chaahiye ke woh subah se pehle apne daaein paaon se mouze ya juraab ko utaar le aur phir baaein paaon ko dhone ke ba’d us se paaon mein pehne taakeh woh ikhtilaaf se bach sake aur Deen mein us pehlu ko ikhtiyaar kare jis mein ehtiyaat hai.
