Jahri Namaz mein muqtadi ke liye bhi Surah Fatiha padhna waajib hai

[Sawaal]

Imaam Fatiha padhne ke ba’d kisi doosri soorat ko shur’u kar deta hai aur mein Fatiha nahi padh sakta kyunke Imaam Fatiha padhne ke ba’d itna sakta nahi karta jo Fatiha padhne ke liye kaafi ho aur Hadees mein hai ke:

((الاصلوةَ لِمَنْ لَمْ يَقْرَأُ بِفَاتِحَةِ الْكِتَابِ))

Jab ke ek doosri Hadees mein hai قراءة الإمام قراءةً لِمَنْ خَلْفَهُ To in dono Hadeeson mein kis tarah tatbeeq ho gi?

[Jawab]

Muqtadi ke liye Surah Fatiha ki qiraat ke baare mein ‘Ulama mein ikhtilaaf hai lekin Rasoolullah (ﷺ) ke is Irshaad-e-Giraami.

لا صَلَاةَ لِمَنْ لَمْ يَقْرَأْ بِفَاتِحَةِ الْكِتَاب

(Sahih Bukhari, Kiatab Al-Azaan, Baab Wajoob Al-qiraat lil Imaam-o-ul-mamoom fi Al-Salwaat . . . , H: 756; Sahih Muslim, Kitaab Al-Salaat, Baab Wajoob qiraat Al-Fatiha fi kal raka’at-o-innahu izaa lam . . . , H: 394)

“Jo shakhs Surah Fatiha na padhe us ki Namaz nahi hoti.”

ke ‘umoom ke pesh-e-nazar rajeh tareen baat yeh hai ke muqtadi ke liye bhi Surah Fatiha ka padhna waajib hai. Isi tarah Nabi (ﷺ) ka Irshaad hai ke:

بِهَا لَعَلَّكُمْ تَقْرَؤُوْنَ خَلْفَ إِمَامِكُمْ قَالُوا : نَعَمْ قَالَ : لَا تَفْعَلُوا إِلَّا بِفَاتِحَةِ الْكِتَابِ فَإِنَّهُ لَا صَلَاةَ لِمَنْ لَمْ يَقْرَأْ

(Sunan Abi Dawood, Kitaab Al-Salaat Baab min tark Al-qiraat fi salaat biFatihat Al-Kitaab H: 823)

“shaayad tum apne Imaam ke peeche padhte ho?”Sahaaba Karaam رضي الله عنهم ne jawaab diya ji haan, To Nabi (ﷺ) ne farmaaya: Surah Fatiha ke siwa aur kuch na padho kyunke jo shakhs Surah Fatiha na padhe us ki Namaz nahi hoti.”

Agar Imaam jahri Namaz mein sakta na bhi kare to phir bhi muqtadi ko har haal mein Surah Fatiha padhni chaahiye khuwah us waqt hi kio na padhe jab Imaam qiraat kar raha ho aur phir Surah Fatiha padhne ke ba’d khaamosh ho jaae taakeh dono Hadeeson par ‘amal ho jaae.

Agar muqtadi bhool jaae ya woh jaahil ho aur us se Surah Fatiha ke padhne ke wajoob ka ‘ilm na ho to is se wajoob saaqit ho jaae ga. Jis tarah us shakhs se saaqit ho jaata hai jo Imaam ko bahaalat-e-ruku’ paae aur Imaam ke saath Ruko’ mein shaamil ho jaae to ‘Ulama ke sahih qawl ke mutaabiq us ki yeh raka’at ho jaae gi Aksar Ahl-e-ilm ka yehi qawl hai kyunke Hazrat Abu Bakrah Saqafi رضي الله عنه se riwaayat hai ke jab woh Masjid mein aae to Nabi Kareem (ﷺ) Ruko’ farma rahe the to unhon ne bhi saf mein daakhil hone se pehle hi Ruko’ shur’u kar diya aur phir Isi bahaalat-e-ruku’ mein saf mein daakhil ho gae to Nabi (ﷺ) ne Namaz se salaam phera to farmaaya:

زَادَكَ اللهُ حِرْصًا وَلَا تَعُدْ

(Sahih Bukhari, Kitaab Al-Azaan, Baab Izaa raka’a daun Al-Saf, H: 783)

“Allah Ta’ala tumhare shouq mein izaafa farmaae Aainda is tarah na karna”

Lekin Nabi (ﷺ) ne unhein ui raka’at ke dobaraah padhne ka hukm nahi diya (1) Aur yeh Hadees:

مَنْ كَانَ لَهُ إِمَامٌ فَقِرَأَتُهُ لَهُ قِرَاءَةٌ

(Masnad Ahmad, 3 339, Mussanaf Ibn-e-Abi Shaibat, 1 376, Wuhuwa za’eef laa yahtaj anazar alkaamil fi Al-Za’afa laaban ‘adi 2 706, 5 2106, 3396)

“Jis ka Imaam ho to us ki qiraat us ki qiraat ho gi.”

Za’eef aur naaqaabil-e-istadlaal hai, Agar yeh sahih bhi ho to yeh ‘aam hai aur Surah Fatiha ka padhna is masla mein waarid sahih Ahadees ke pesh-e-nazar khaas ho ga.Wallahu waali Al-Toufeeq
