Hawaai jahaaz mein Namaz ki kefiyat

Mein ek maham ke silsila mein hawaai jahaaz mein mehaw parwaaz tha ke Namaz ka waqt ho gaya to main ne hawaai jahaaz ki seat par bethe bethe ishaaron se Namaz padh li. mujhe yeh bhi ma’loom na tha ke mera rukh kis taraf hai. Kia meri yeh Namaz sahi hai aur agar sahi nahi to Kia yeh jaaiz hai ke mein tayyaare se utarne tak Namaz ko muakkhar kar doon?

[Jawab]

Musalmaan par waajib hai ke jab woh tayyaara ya sehra mein ho to qibla ka rukh ma’loom karne ke liye koshish kare, Jaanne waalon se pooch le ya ‘alaamaat-e-qibla ko malhooz rakhte hue qibla ka rukh ma’loom kar ke ‘Ali wajah Al-baseerat qibla-e-rukh ho kar Namaz adaa kare. Agar us se qibla ka rukh ma’loom na ho sake to mehnat aur koshish ke saath us se ma’loom karne ki justuju kare aur phir us taraf munh kar ke Namaz adaa kare. Us ki yeh Namaz durust ho gi khuwaah ba’d mein yeh ma’loom ho ke us ne ghair qibla ki taraf munh kar ke Namaz adaa ki hai kyunke us ne ijtehaad kiya aur maqdoor bhar Allah Ta’ala ke dar ko pesh-e-nazar rakha hai.

Qibla-e-rukh ma’loom karne ke liye ijtehaad ke baghair us se hawaai jahaaz ya sehra mein Namaz adaa nahi karni chaahiye aur agar us ne aisa kiya to us se Namaz dobaraah padhna ho gi kyunke woh maqdoor bhar Allah Ta’ala se na dara aur na us ne ijtehaad kiya.

Saail ne jo beth kar Namaz padhne ke baare mein poocha hai to is mein koi harj nahi basharteke woh khada ho kar Namaz na padh sakta ho, Jis tarah khade na ho sakne ki haalat mein kashti aur bahri jahaaz mein bhi beth kar Namaz adaa ki jaa sakti hai.

Irshaad-e-Baari Ta’ala hai:

فَاتَّقُوا اللّٰهَ مَا اسۡتَطَعۡتُمۡ

(Al-Taghabeen 64 16)

“So jahan tak ho sake tum Allah Ta’ala se daro.”

Agar Namaz ko mouakhir kar diya jaae aur tayyaara se utar kar padh liya jaae to is mein bhi koi harj nahi basharteke waqt mein gunjaaish ho. Yaad rahe yeh sab ahkaam Farz Namaz ke hawaala se hain.

Nafil Namaz mein hawai jahaaz ya gaadi ya jaanwar par Namaz adaa karne ki soorat mein istaqbaal-e-qibla waajib nahi hai kyunke Hadees se saabit hai ke Rasoolullah (ﷺ) oont par sawaari ki haalat mein usi taraf munh kar ke Nafil Namaz adaa kar lete the jis taraf sawaari jaa rahi hoti thi lekin mustahab yeh hai ke us soorat mein takbeer-e-tehreema ke waqt Namazi ka munh qibla-e-rukh ho aur phir jis taraf sawaari chale usi taraf munh kar ke Namaz padhta rahe kyunke Hazrat Anas رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ se marwi Hadees se yehi ma’loom hota hai.
