Joote pehn kar Namaz padhne ka hukm
[Sawaal]
Ek bhai jinhon ne apna naam S.S.S. ke ishaare ke saath likha hai, Unhon ne sawaal kiya hai ke joote pehn kar Namaz padhne ke baare mein Kia hukm hai ke is se Namaaziyon ko takleef pohanchti hai, Khaas taur par ‘Asar-e-hazir mein jab ke Masjidon mein khubsoorat qaleen waghaira bichaae hote hain? Lekin jooton mein Namaz padhne waale ba’az log yeh kehte hain ke woh is tarah Sunnat-e-Rasool (ﷺ) ko zindah kar rahe hain to is ke baare mein shar’i hukm Kia hai?
[Jawab]
Is sawaal ke jawaab ke liye qadre tafseel ki zaroorat hai aur woh yeh ke agar joote paak saaf hon, Un mein koi aisi cheez na lagi ho jis se Namaaziyon ya Masjidon ke qaleenon waghaira ko nuqsaan pohanchne ka andesha ho to un ko pehn kar Namaz padhne mein koi harj nahi, Namaz sahih ho gi kyunke Hadees se yeh saabit hai ke Nabi (ﷺ) ne apne na’aleen-e-sharifeen mein Namaz adaa farmaai aur ek din Namaz padhaate hue aap ne jab na’leen (Joote) utaar diye aur Hazraat Sahaaba رضي الله عنهم ne bhi utaar diye to Aap (ﷺ)ne salaam pherne ke ba’d Sahaaba Karaamرضي الله عنهم se farmaaya:
مَا لَكُمْ خَلَعْتُمْ نِعَالَكُمْ؟ قَالُوا : رَأَيْنَاكَ يَا رَسُولَ اللهِ خَلَعْتَ نَعْلَيْكَ فَخَلَعْنَا نِعَالَنَا فَقَالَ : إِنَّ جِبْرِيلَ أَتَانِي فَأَخْبَرَنِي أَنَّ بِهِمَا أَذًى وَفِي لَفْظُ قَذَرًا فَخَلَعْتُهُمَا، فَإِذَا أَتَى أَحَدُكُمْ إِلَى الْمَسْجِدِ فَلْيَنْظُرْ فَإِنْ رَأَى فِي نَعْلَيْهِ أَذًى فَلْيَمْسَحْهُ ثُمَّ لِيُصَلِّ فِيهِمَا
(Sunan Abi Dawood, Kitaab Al-Salaat, Baab Al-Salaat fi Al-Na’al, H: 650)
“Tum ne apne joote kio utaare?” Unhon ne ‘arz kiya, Ya Rasoolullah! Jab hum ne yeh dekha ke aap ne apne joote utaar diye hain, To hum ne bhi utaar diye.” Aap ne farmaaya “mujhe to Jibreel ne abhi abhi yeh bataaya tha ke mere joote mein napaaki lagi hoi hai lehaaza main ne unhein utaar diya lehaaza tum mein se jo shakhs Masjid mein aae to us se chaahiye ke woh apne jooton ko dekhe agar un mein koi napaak cheez lagi ho to unhein ragad kar saaf kar le aur phir un mein Namaz padh le.”
Agar joote napaak hon ya un mein koi paleed cheez lagi ho ya koi aisi cheez lagi ho maslan mitti ya keechad waghaira jis se Masjid ka farsh ya qaleen waghaira kharaab hote hon to woh un jooton mein Namaz na padhe aur na un ke saath Masjid mein daakhil ho balkeh unhein Masjid ke darwaaze ke paas rakh de taakeh na Masjid kharaab ho aur na Namaaziyon ko takleef ho, Na Namaz ki jagah aaloodah ho, Khaas taur par dariyon aur qaleenon ki maujoodgi mein jo bohat jald mutaasir hote hain to us haalat mein momin ko chaahiye ke woh apne jooton ko kisi mehfooz jagah par rakh de aur Masjid mein nange paaon jaae taakeh mitti aur keechad waghaira se kisi ke liye bhi takleef ka baa’is na bane. Jahan tak ahyaa-e-Sunnat ki baat hai to woh kalaam-o-bayaan se bhi ho sakti hai Yaane aadmi yeh bayaan kar de ke Nabi(ﷺ) se yeh ‘amal bhi saabit hai aur is ke karne mein koi harj nahi lekin aksar log parwah nahi karte aur na jooton ki safai ka khayaal rakhte hain balkeh laaparwahi se jooton samait Masjid mein daakhil ho jaate hain, aise logon ko agar ijaazat de di jaae to Masjid ki dariyon aur qaleenon par gandagi jam’a ho jaae gi aur us gandagi ki wajah se kayi log Masjid mein Namaz padhna chod dein ge to is tarah yeh shakhs Namaaziyon ke liye karaahat ka baa’is bane ga aur unhein aiza pohanchaae ga halaan ke us ka maqsad neik aur Sunnat par ‘amal karne ka hai to is haalat mein Sunnat yeh hai ke Namaaziyon ko takleef na pohanchaai jaae aur na Masjid ko gandah kiya jaae ke ek momin ke yehi baat shayaan-e-shaan hai. Aur is mein koi shak nahi ke dariyaan aur qaleen waghaira har cheez se mutaasir hoti hain, To is haalat mein afzal aur shar’i qawaaid ke taqazon ke mutaabiq yeh baat hai ke joote utaar kar Namaz padhi jaae aur agar kisi jagah dariyaan aur qaleen waghaira na hon to phir jooton samait Namaz padhna afzal hai basharteke woh paak saaf hon aur un mein koi napaak cheez na lagi ho.
