Namaz mein aise bareek kapde pehne ka hukm jin se satar poshi na hoti ho

[Sawaal]

Aaj kal bareek kapde kasrat se pehne jaate hain aur un ka ‘aam musalmaanon mein bohat riwaaj ho gaya hai khusoosan hum dekhte hain ke mausam-e-garma mein to aksar Namaaziyon ne yeh bareek kapde pehne hote hain aur woh neeche nasf-e-raan ya sulus-e-raan tak underwear pehn lete hain aur ba’az log neeche banyaan waghaira bhi pehante hain lekin is se zer-e-naaf hissa bareek kapde se nazar aata hai lekin jaisa ke aap jaante hain satar poshi to sehat-e-Namaz ki sharton mein se ek ahem shart hai to Kia is tarah ke bareek kapde pehanne se satar poshi ho jaati hai? Baraah-e-Karaam rehnumaai farmaaiye Allah Ta’ala aap ko apni barkaton se nawaaze.

[Jawab]

Tamaam musalmaanon ka is baat par ijm’a hai ke Namazi ke liye Namaz mein satar poshi waajib hai aur us ke liye ‘uryaan taur par Namaz padhna jaaiz nahi khuwaah woh mard ho ya ‘Aurat Haan albatta ‘Aurat ke liye satar poshi ka hukm ziyaada takeed aur kasrat ke saath aaya hai. Aadmi ka satar naaf se le kar ghutnon tak hai aur hasb-e-maqdoor dono ya ek kandhe ko dhaanpna bhi zaroori hai kyunke Nabi (ﷺ) ne Hazrat Jabir رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ se yeh farmaaya tha ke:

إِنْ كَانَ الثَّوْبُ وَاسِعًا فَالْتَحِفْ بِهِ وَإِنْ كَانَ ضَيِّقًا فَاتَّزِرْ به

(Sahih Bukhari, Kitaab Al-Salaat, Baab: Izaa kaana Al-Saub Ziqa, H: 361)

“Agar kapda kushaadah ho to us se lapet lo aur agar tang ho to us se chaadar ke taur par iste’maal karo.”

Hazrat Abu Hurairah رضي الله عنه se marwi Hadees mein hai ke:

لا يُصَلِّي أَحَدُكُمْ فِي الثَّوْبِ الْوَاحِدِ لَيْسَ عَلَى عَائِقَيْهِ مِنْهُ شَيْءٌ

(Sahih Muslim, Kitaab Al-Salaat, Baab Al-Salaat fi saub waahid-o-sifat libasahu, H: 516, -O-Sunan Abi Dawood, Kitaab Al-Salaat, Baab Jama’a Aswaab maa yassali fihi, H: 626).)

“Tum mein se koi ek kapde mein is tarah Namaz na padhe ke us ke kandhe par koi cheez na ho.”

Namaz mein chehre ke siwa ‘Aurat ka saara jism hi pardah hai. ‘Aurton ke haathon ke muta’lliq ‘Ulama mein ikhtilaaf hai, Ba’az ne to haathon ke dhaanpne ko bhi waajib qaraar diya hai aur ba’az ne un ke nanga rakhne ki rukhsat di hai lekin ma’loom hota hai ke is mein In shaa Allah dono tarah gunjaaish hai haan albatta dhaanp liya jaae to ziyaada afzal hai aur phir us mein ikhtilaaf ki koi gunjaaish bhi baaqi nahi rehti. Jamhoor Ahl-e-ilm ke nazdeek ‘Aurat ke liye Namaz mein paaon ko chupaana bhi waajib hai.

Imaam Abu Dawood رحمة الله ne Hazrat Umm-e-Salma رضي الله عنها ki yeh riwaayat bayaan ki hai ke unhon ne Nabi Kareem (ﷺ) se poocha ke Kia ‘Aurat chaadar ke baghair mehez qamees aur dupatte mein bhi Namaz padh sakti hai? To aap ne farmaaya:

إِذَا كَانَ الدَّرْعُ سَابِعًا يُغَطِّي ظُهُورَ قَدَمَيْهَا

(Sunan Abi Dawood, Kitaab Al-Salaat, Baab fi kam tasalli Al-Maraat, H: 640)

“Haan jab qamees is qadar kushadah ho ke us se paaon ke upar ka hissa chup jaae.”

Hafiz Ibn-e-Hajar رحمة الله ne “Bolough Al-Maraam” mein likha hai ke Aimmah-e-karaam ne is Hadees ke Hazrat Umm-e-Salma رضي الله عنها se mauqoof hone ko sahih qaraar diya hai.In dalaa’il se ma’loom hota hai ke waajib hai ke Namaz mein mard aur ‘Aurat ka libaas aisa ho jo satar poshi ke taqaazon ko poora karta ho aur agar libaas bareek ho ke us se satar poshi na ho rahi ho to Namaz baatil ho jaae gi. Maslan yeh ke mard ne agar choti nikar pehni ho ke us se us ke raan-e-ghair mastoor (nange) hon aur nikar ke upar koi aur kapda na pehne ke jis se raan chup jaaein to is haal mein us ki Namaz sahih na ho gi. Is tarah agar ‘Aurat is qadar baareek libaas pehne jo satar poshi ka kaam na de to us ki Namaz baatil ho jaae gi. Namaz Islam ka sutoon hai aur shahaadatein ke ba’d Islam ka sab se ‘Azeem rukun hai lehaaza tamaam musalmaan mardon aur ‘Aurton par yeh waajib hai ke woh Namaz ka khaas ihtemaam karen, Namaz ko us ki mukammal shara’it ke saath adaa karen aur aise umoor se ijtinaab karen jo Namaz ko baatil kar dene waale hon.

Irshaad-e-Baari Ta’ala hai:

حَافِظُوا عَلَى الصَّلَوَاتِ وَالصَّلوةِ الْوُسْطَى

(Al-Baqrah 2 238)

“(Muslmano! Sab Namaazein khusoosan beech ki Namaz (Yaane Namaz-e-‘Asar) poore iltizaam ke saath adaa karte raho.

Nez farmaaya:

وَأَقِيمُوا الصَّلَوَةَ وَمَاتُوا الزَّكَوةَ

(Al-Baqraah 2 43)

“Aur Namaz padha karo aur Zakaat diya karo.”

Beshak Namaz ka khaas ehtimaam karna aur Namaz ke sharaa’it aur tamaam waajibat ko adaa karna bhi Namaz ki us hifaazat aur iqaamat mein shaamil hai, Jis ka Allah Ta’ala ne apne bandon ko hukm diya hai. Agar Namaz padhte hue ‘Aurat ke paas koi ajnabi shakhs ho to phir us ke liye chehre ko chupaana bhi farz hai, Isi tarah tawaaf mein bhi ‘Aurat ke liye saare jism ko chupaana farz hai kyunke tawaaf bhi Namaz ke hukm mein hai.
