Ahl-e-Bidd’at ke peeche Namaz ka hukm

[Sawaal]

Ba’az log yeh fatwa dete hain ke aise Imaam ke peeche jo bidd’ati ho aur bohat si Sunnaton ka munkir ho, Namaz jaaiz nahi jab ke Hadees mein hai:

“Har neik-o-bad ke peeche Namaz padh lo.”

To Kia bidd’ati Imaam ke peeche Namaz jaaiz hai ya nahi?

[Jawab]

Yeh jo Hadees jis ki taraf saa’il ne ishaarah kiya hai, Yeh, be asal hai, In alfaaz ke saath yeh saabit nahi hai lekin is mein koi shak nahi ke jo shakhs Allah Ta’ala se ziyaada darne waala ho, Deen par ziyaada ‘amal karne waala ho, Us ke peeche is insaan ki nisbat Namaz afzal hai jo Deen mein susti ka muzaahira karne waala ho.

Ahl-e-bidd’at ki do qismein hain:

(1) Jin ki bidd’atein kufur tak pohanchaane waali hoti hain aur

(2) Jin ki bidd’atein kufur tak pohanchaane waali nahi hain.

Un mein se pehli qism ke Ahl-e-bidd’at ke peeche Namaz jaaiz nahi kyunke woh kaafir hain, Allah Ta’ala ke haan un ki Namaz sahi nahi lehaaza yeh bhi sahi nahi ke woh musalmaanon ke Imaam banen aur woh Ahl-e-bidd’at jin ki bidd’atein kufur tak nahi pohanchaatein to un ke peeche Namaz ka hukm ‘Ulama ke is masla mein ikhtilaaf par mabni hai ke Ahl-e-fasaq ke peeche Namaz jaaiz hai ya nahi. Raajeh baat yeh hai ke Ahl-e-fasaq ke peeche Namaz jaaiz hai illa yeh ke un ke peeche Namaz tark karne mein koi maslihat ho maslan Namaz na padhne ki soorat mein agar un ke liye tanbeeh ho aur is tarah woh apne fasaq-o-fajoor ko khatam kar sakte hon to phir is maslihat ki wajah se behtar yeh hai ke un ke peeche Namaz na padhi jaae.
