Namaz-e-Fajr mein hamesha dua’a-e-Qunoot padhne ka Kia hukm hai? Qunoot-e-Witr ka Kia hukm hai? Namaz-e-Maghrib ki tarah Witr ki teen raka’at padhne ke baare mein Kia hukm hai?

Is sawaal mein do masle pooche gae hain, Un mein se pehla masla Namaz-e-Fajr mein Qunoot ka hai. Us masla mein Ahl-e-ilm mein ikhtilaaf hai aur yeh is baat par mabni hai ke Nabi (ﷺ) se yeh saabit hai ke aap ne Qunoot farmaaya Jis mein kuch logon ke liye dua’a farmaai ya kuch logon ke liye aap ne bad dua’a farmaai Makkah mein rehne waale kamzor mominon ke liye aap ne dua’a farmaai aur un logon ke liye bad dua’a farmaai jinhon ne Rasoolullah (ﷺ) ke qaraa Sahaaba Karaamرضی الله عنهم ko (Dho ke se) shaheed kar diya tha. Chunaanche aap un ke liye ek maah tak bad dua’a farmaate rahe (1) To jo shakhs Rasoolullah (ﷺ) ki us Sunnat par ghour kare ga. Us ke saamne yeh haqeeqat waazeh ho jaae gi ke is masla mein sahi soorat-e-haal yeh hai ke faraaiz mein Qunoot nahi illa yeh ke musalmaan kisi iftaad mein mubtala hon ya kisi haadsa se do char hon, Jis ki wajah se zaroorat us amar ki ho ke tamaam musalmaan ilhaah-o-zaari ke saath ijtimaa’i taur par Allah Ta’ala ki bargaah-e-qadas mein dua’a karen to is soorat mein Qunoot kiya jaae. Dalaail ke zaahir se yeh bhi ma’loom hota hai ke Qunoot-e-Naazila sirf Namaz-e-Fajr hi ke saath makhsoos nahi hai balkeh iss se tamaam Namaazon mein ikhtiyaar kiya jaa sakta hai. jahri Namaazon mein Qunoot-e-jahri aur sirri Namaazon mein sirri taur par kiya jaae ga.
Hamari raae yeh hai ke ahem hawaadis ke waqt Qunoot kiya jaae phir jab haalaat ma’mool par aa jaaein to Qunoot na kiya diya jaae! Baaqi rahi sawaal ki doosri shiq Yaane Qunoot-e-Witr’ To Witr mein Qunoot karna Sunnat hai lekin dawaam-o-istamraar Sunnat nahi hai lehaaza agar ba’az auqaat Qunoot kar le to behtar hai aur agar ba’az auqaat tark kar de to yeh bhi behtar hai, Nabi (ﷺ) ne apne nawasa Hazrat Hassan-bin-‘Ali-bin-Abi Talib رضي الله عنهما ko Qunoot sikhaaya tha (2) Lekin mujhe yeh ma’loom nahi ke aap khud bhi Qunoot farmaate the ya nahi?

Saail ne jo yeh poocha hai ke Witr ko Namaz-e-Maghrib ki tarah adaa karne ka Kia hukm hai to yeh jaaiz nahi kyunke jab insaan teen raka’at Witr padhe to us se ikhtiyaar hai ke agar chaahe to unhein do salaam ke saath adaa kare Yaane do raka’at padh kar salaam pher de aur phir teesri raka’at akeli padh le ya teenon raka’at ko ek tashahhud ke saath padh kar salaam pher de. Witr ki teen raka’at ko do tashahhud ke saath Namaz-e-Maghrib ki tarah adaa karne ki Hadees mein munaai’at aai hai.
