Subah ki Namaz ke waqt soya rehna

[Sawaal]

Mein ba’az auqaat bohat thaka hota hoon aur raat ko sota bhi der se hoon Jis ki wajah se Namaz-e-Subah ghar hi mein padh sakta hoon to Kia yeh jaaiz hai?

[Jawab]

Har baaligh musalmaan mard ke liye yeh zaroori hai ke woh paanchon Namaazein , apne musalmaan bhaiyon ke saath mil kar Masjid mein baa jama’at adaa kare aur is silsila mein susti-o-kaahili hargiz jaaiz nahi, Subah ya deegar Namaazon mein jama’at se peeche reh jaana nifaaq ki nishaani hai, Jaisa ke Irshaad-e-Baari Ta’ala hai:

اِنَّ الۡمُنٰفِقِيۡنَ يُخٰدِعُوۡنَ اللّٰهَ وَهُوَ خَادِعُوْهُمۡ‌ ۚ وَاِذَا قَامُوۡۤا اِلَى الصَّلٰوةِ قَامُوۡا كُسَالٰى ۙ

(Al-Nisaa 4 142)

“Munaafiq Allah ko dhoka dete hain (Yeh us ko Kia dhoka dein ge) woh unhi ko dho ke mein daalne waala hai aur jab yeh Namaz ke liye khade hote hain to sust aur kaahil ho kar.”

Aur Nabi Kareem (ﷺ) ne farmaaya:

أَثْقَلُ الصَّلَاةِ عَلَى الْمُنَافِقِينَ صَلَاةُ الْعِشَاءِ وَصَلَاةُ الْفَجْرِ، وَلَوْ يَعْلَمُونَ مَا فِيهِمَا لأتَوْهُمَا وَلَوْ حَبوا

(Sahih Bukhari, Kitaab Al-Azaan, Baab Fazal Salaat Al-‘Ishaa fi Al- jama’at, H: 657, -O- Sahih Muslim, Kitaab Al-Masaajid, Baab Fazal Salaat Al-jama’at-o-Bayaan At-Tashdeed . . . , H: 651)

“Munaafiqon ke liye sab se bhaari Namaz ‘Ishaa aur subah ki Namaz hai aur agar unhein ma’loom hota ke in mein kis qadar ajar-o-sawaab hai to woh in Namaazon mein ghutnon ke bal aakar bhi shareek hote.”

Rasoolullah (ﷺ) ne farmaaya :

مَنْ سَمِعَ النَّدَاءَ فَلَمْ يَأْتِ فَلَا صَلَاةَ لَهُ إِلَّا مِنْ عُذر

(Sunan Ibn-e-Maaja, Kitaab Al-Masaajid-o-Al- jama’at, Baab Al-Taghleez fi Al-Takhalaf ‘an Al-jama’at, H: 793,-o-Daarqatni 1420, -o-Al-Haakim 1 245)

“Jo shakhs azaan sune aur phir Masjid mein na aae to us ki Namaz hi nahi hoti illa yeh ke koi ma’qool shar’i ‘uzr ho.”

Ek naabina aadmi Rasoolullah (ﷺ) ki khidmat-e-aqadas mein haazir hoa aur us ne ‘arz kiya ya Rasoolullah! mere paas koi mu’awin nahi hai jo mujhe Masjid mein le jaae to Kia mujhe ghar mein Namaz padhne ki rukhsat hai? To Nabi Kareem (ﷺ) ne farmaaya:

هَلْ تَسْمَعُ النَّدَاءَ بِالصَّلَاةِ؟ قَالَ نَعَمْ: قَالَ فَأَجِبْ

(Sahih Muslim, Kitaab Al-Masaajid, Baab Yajab Atiyan Al-Masjid ‘Ali min Sam’a Al-Nida, Hadees: 653)

“Kia tum Namaz ke liye azaan sunte ho?”

‘Arz kiya “Ji haan” To aap ne farmaaya “Phir mu’azzin ki awaaz par labbaik kaho.”

Jab aise naabina shakhs ko jis ke paas koi mu’awin bhi na ho, jama’at mein shirkat se ma’zoor nahi samjha gaya to koi doosra insaan to bil Aaula ma’zoor nahi ho sakta lehaaza Ae saa’il! Aap par waajib hai ke Allah se daren Fajr aur deegar Namaazon ko ba jama’at adaa karne ka ehtimaam karen,(Raat ko) jald so jaaein taake subah ki Namaz ke liye uth saken aur bemaari ya khauf waghaira ke shar’i ‘uzr ke baghair ghar mein Namaz adaa karna jaaiz nahi hai.Allah Ta’ala hum sab ko haqq ko ikhtiyaar karne aur us par saabit qadam rehne ki toufeeq ‘ataa farmaae.
