Taarik-e-Namaz aur Taarik-e-Jama’at

Taarik-e-Namaz ke baare mein Kia hukm hai? Nez Namaz ba jama’at adaa karne ke baare mein Kia hukm hai?

[Jawab]

Committee ne is istafta ka mutalli’a ke ba’d is ka darj-e-zail jawaab likha:

Namaz shahaadatein ke ba’d Islam ke arkaan-e-khamsa mein se sab se ahem rukan hai. Jo shakhs us ke wajoob ka inkaar karte hue us se tark kar de to tamaam musalmaanon ke ijm’a ke mutaabiq woh kaafir hai aur jo shakhs mehez ghaflat aur susti ki bina par us se tark kare ‘Ulama ke sahih qawl ke mutaabiq woh bhi kaafir hai aur is qawl ki asal buniyaad woh Hadees hai jis se Imaam Muslim ne apni “Sahih” mein in alfaaz mein riwaayat kiya hai ke Nabi Kareem (ﷺ) ne farmaaya:

بَيْنَ الْعَبْدِ وَبَيْنَ الْكُفْرِ وَالشَّرْكِ تَرْكُ الصَّلَاةِ

(Sahih Muslim, Kitaab Al-Imaan, Baab bayaan Atlaq Ism Al-Kufur ‘Ali min tark Ak-Salaat, H: 81)

“Bande aur kufur-o-shirk ke darmiyaan farq tark-e-Namaz se hai.”

Nez woh riwaayat jis se Imaam Ahmad ne “Masnad” mein aur Tirmizi ne “Jaam’a” mein riwaayat kiya hai ke Nabi Kareem (ﷺ) ne farmaaya:

الْعَهْدُ الَّذِي بَيْنَنَا وَبَيْنَهُمُ الصَّلَاةُ فَمَنْ تَرَكَهَا فَقَدْ كَفَرَ

(Sunan Tirmizi, Kitaab Al-Imaan, Baab maa jaa fi tark Al-Salaat, H: 2621,-O-Sunan Nisaai, Kitaab Al-Salaat, Baab Al-hukm fi Taarik Al-Salaat, H: 464, -O-Masnad Ahmad 5/346, 355)

“Hamare aur un ke darmiyaan ‘ehd Namaz ka hai, Jo shakhs us se tark kar de woh kaafir hai*.”

Baaqi raha Namaz ba jama’at adaa karna to yeh bhi waajib-e-‘ain hai jaisa ke kitaab-o-Sunnat ke dala’il se saabit hai, Maslan Irshaad-e-Baari Ta’ala hai:

وَاِذَا كُنۡتَ فِيۡهِمۡ فَاَقَمۡتَ لَهُمُ الصَّلٰوةَ فَلۡتَقُمۡ طَآئِفَةٌ مِّنۡهُمۡ مَّعَكَ وَلۡيَاۡخُذُوۡۤا اَسۡلِحَتَهُمۡ

(Al-Nisaa 4102)

“Aur (Ae Paighambar) Jab tum un (Mujaahideen ke lashkar) mein ho aur un ko Namaz padhaane lago to chaahiye ke un ki ek jama’at tumhare saath musallah ho kar khadi rahe.”

Is Aayat-e-kareema mein Allah Subhaan-o-Ta’ala ne apne Nabi Kareem Hazrat Muhammad (ﷺ) ko ye hukm diya ke aap haalat-e-khauf mein bhi Namaz ba jama’at adaa farmaaein to yeh is baat ki daleel hai ke haalat-e-aman mein Namaz ba jama’at adaa karna to bilaaula Farz hai. Sunnat se is ki daleel yeh hai ke Sahih Muslim mein Hazrat Abu Hurairah رضي الله عنه se marwi hai ke Nabi Kareem (ﷺ) ki khidmat mein ek naabeena aadmi haazir hoa aur us ne ‘arz kiya :

“Ya Rasoolullah! mere paas koi ma’oon nahi jo mujhe Masjid tak le jaa sake to Kia mere liye ghar mein Namaz adaa karne ki rukhsat hai?” Aap ne us se rukhsat de di aur jab woh jaane laga to aap ne us se bulaaya aur farmaaya:

هَلْ تَسْمَعُ النَّدَاءَ؟ قَالَ نَعَمْ : قَالَ فَأَجِبْ

(Sahih Muslim, Kitaab Al-Masaajid, Baab Yajab Atiyan Al-Masjid ‘Ali min Sam’a Al-Nida, H: 653)

“Kia tum azaan ki awaaz sunte ho?”

Us ne ‘arz kiya “Ji haan” To aap ne farmaaya “Phir mu’azzin ki awaaz par labbaik kaho.”

(Masnad Ahmad ki ek riwaayat mein alfaaz yeh hain ke:)

لا أَجِدُ لَكَ رُخْصَةٌ

(Sunan Abi Dawood, Kitaab Al-Salaat, Baab Al-Tashdeed fi Tark Al-jama’at, H: 552, -O- Masnad Ahmad 3423)

“Phir mein tumhare liye koi rukhsat nahi paata.”

To is Hadees se ma’loom hoa ke jab ek naabeena aadmi ke liye tark-e-jama’at ki rukhsat nahi to beena ke liye to bil aula yeh rukhsat nahi aur is ki ta’eed us Hadees se bhi hoti hai jis mein yeh hai ke Nabi Kareem(ﷺ) ne un logon ke gharon ko aag laga dene ka iraadah farmaaya tha jo Masjid mein Namaz ba jama’at adaa karne ke liye nahi aate aur zaahir hai ke jo shakhs kisi amar-e-mustahab ya Farz-e-kifaaya se peeche rahe to us se to is tarah ki sarzanish nahi ki jaa sakti.
