Aisa dost jo Namaz roza adaa nahi karta us se sila rehmi ki jaae ya nahi?

[Sawaal]

Mera ek bohat gehra dost ‘Ali hai, Lekin yeh dost Farz Namaz nahi padhta aur na Ramzan ke roze rakhta hai, Main ne us se samjhaaya to woh meri baat nahi maanta to Kia mein us se sula rehmi karoon ya na karoon?

[Jawab]

Is tarah ke logon se Allah Ta’ala ki Khaatir bughz aur dushmani rakhna zaroori hai hatta ke woh tawbah kar lein kyunke ‘Ulama ke sahih qawl ke mutaabiq tark-e-Namaz kufur-e-Akbar hai kyunke Nabi Kareem (ﷺ) ne farmaaya hai ke:

الْعَهْدُ الَّذِي بَيْنَنَا وَبَيْنَهُمُ الصَّلَاةُ فَمَنْ تَرَكَهَا فَقَدْ كَفَرَ

(Sahih Muslim, Kitaab Al-Imaan, Baab bayaan Atlaq Ism Al-Kufur ‘Ali min tark Al-Salaat, H: 81)

“Aadmi aur kufur-o-shirk ke darmiyaan farq Namaz ka tark hai.”

Aur Nabi عليه السلام ka ek aur Irshaad-e-Giraami yeh hai ke:

الْعَهْدُ الَّذِي بَيْنَنَا وَبَيْنَهُمُ الصَّلَاةُ فَمَنْ تَرَكَهَا فَقَدْ كَفَرَ

(Sunan Tirmizi, Kitaab Al-Imaan, Baab maa jaa fi Tark Al-Salaat, H: 2621-o- Sunan Nisaa’i, Kitaab Al-Salaat, Baab Al-hukm fi Taarik Al-Salaat, H: 464,-O-Masnad Ahmad 5346, 355)

“Hamare aur un ke darmiyaan ‘ehd-e-Namaz hai, Jis ne Namaz ko tark kar diya woh kaafir ho gaya.” .

(Is Hadees ko Imaam Ahmed aur Ahl-e-Sunan ne sahi sanad ke saath riwaayat kiya hai aur is ma’ani-o-mafhoom ki aur bhi bohat si Ahadees hain.)

Shar’i ‘uzr ke baghair Ramzan ka Roza chod dena bhi bohat bada aur kabeerah-e-jurm hai. Ba’az Ahl-e-ilm ka qawl hai ke bemaari ya safar waghaira ke shar’i ‘uzr ke baghair Ramzan ka Roza chodna bhi kufur hai lehaaza aap ke liye waajib hai ke Allah Ta’ala ke liye us shakhs se bughz rakhen aur us ko chod dein hatta ke yeh Allah Ta’ala ki bargaah mein tawbah kare. Hukumaraanon par bhi waajib hai ke jin logon ke baare mein yeh ma’loom ho ke woh taarik-e-Namaz hain, Un se tawbah karaaein aur Agar woh tawbah kar lein to durust warna unhein qatal kar dein kyunke Irshaad-e-Baari Ta’ala hai:

فَاِنۡ تَابُوۡا وَاَقَامُوا الصَّلٰوةَ وَ اٰتَوُا الزَّكٰوةَ فَخَلُّوۡا سَبِيۡلَهُمۡ‌ ؕ

(Al-tawbah 95)

“Phir agar woh tawbah kar lein aur Namaz qaaim kar lein aur Zakaat dene lag jaaein to un ki raah chod do.”

To is Aayat-e-kareema se ma’loom hoa ke jo shakhs Namaz na padhe, Us ke raasta ko na choda jaae aur Nabi (ﷺ) ka Irshaad hai:

إِنِّي نُهِيْتُ عَنْ قَتْلِ الْمُصَلِّينَ

(Sunan Abi Dawood, Kitaab Al-Adab, Baab Al-hukm fi Al-Mukhtaneen, Hadees: 4928)

“Mujhe Namazi logon ke qatal se mana’ kiya gaya hai.”

To iss se bhi ma’loom hoa ke jo shakhs Namaz na padhe, Us ke qatal se mana’ nahi kiya gaya. Al-gharaz ‘adla-e-shariy’a aur Aayaat-o-Ahadees se yeh ma’loom hota hai ke musalmaan hukumaraan par yeh waajib hai ke be Namaz agar tawbah na kare to us se qatal kar de. Hum Allah Ta’ala se yeh dua’a karte hain ke woh aap ke saathi ko tawbah ki toufeeq ‘ataa farmaae aur us se siraat-e-mustaqeem par chalne ki toufeeq se nawaaze.
