Namaz na padhne ki wajah se main ne apne bhai ko kaafir kaha

Mera apne bhai se jhagda ho gaya to ghus se ki haalat mein main ne us se yeh keh diya ke “Ae kaafir! Mujh se door ho jaa.” Aur yeh main ne is liye kaha ke woh khaas khaas mouq’on maslan rishtedaaron ki aamad waghaira ke mouq’a par hi Namaz padhta hai aur ‘aam halaat mein nahi padhta’ To is baare mein Kia hukm hai, Kia woh waqa’i kaafir hai?
[Jawab]
(Sahih Hadees hai ke Rasoolullah (ﷺ) ne farmaaya:)
بَيْنَ الرَّجُلِ وَبَيْنَ الْكُفْرِ وَالشِّرْكِ تَرْكُ الصَّلَاةِ
(Sahih Muslim, Kitaab Al-Imaan, Baab Bayaan Atlaq Isim Al-Kufur ‘Ali min tark Al-Salaat, H: 82)
“Aadmi aur kufur-o-shirk ke darmiyaan farq tark-e-Namaz ki wajah se hai.”
Isi tarah Imaam Ahmad aur Ahl Al-Sunan ne jaid-e-sanad ke saath Hazrat Buraidah-bin-Haseeb رضى الله عنه se riwaayat kiya hai ke Nabi Kareem (ﷺ) ne farmaaya:
الْعَهْدُ الَّذِي بَيْنَنَا وَبَيْنَهُمُ الصَّلَاةُ فَمَنْ تَرَكَهَا فَقَدْ كَفَرَ
(Sunan Tirmizi, Kitaab Al-Imaan, Baab maa Jaa fi tark Al-Salaat, H: 2621 Sunan Al-Nusaa’i, Kitaab Al-Salaat, Baab Al-hukm fi Taarik Al-Salaat, H: 464 Masnad Ahmad: 5 346, 355)
“Woh ‘ehd jo hamare aur un ke mabain hai, Woh Namaz hai, Jis ne us se tark kat diya woh kaafir ho gaya.”
Is mafhoom ki aur bhi bohat si Ahadees hain. Lekin aap ko chaahiye ke in haalaat mein is lafz ke iste’maal mein jaldi na karen, pehle us se samjhaaein aur yeh bataaein ke tark-e-Namaz kufur aur gumraahi hai lehaaza waajib hai ke Allah Subhaan-o-Ta’ala ki bargaah mein tawbah karo, Ho sakta hai ke woh tumhari baat maan le aur naseehat ko qubool kar le.
