‘Uzr ke baghair tark-e-Jama’at jaaiz nahi

Mein Namaz to hamesha bar waqt adaa karta hoon lekin Masjid mein nahi balkeh apne bachon ke saath ghar mein hi adaa kar leta hoon. Kia yeh jaaiz hai? Aur Kia ghar mein adaa ki jaane waali Namaz ajar-o-sawaab ke e’itbaar se Masjid mein adaa ki jaane waali Namaz ke baraabar hai?

Aap ke liye Jama’at aur Masjid ko tark karna jaaiz nahi, Khuwah apne ghar mein bachon ke saath Namaz ba jama’at hi kio na adaa karen kyunke Masjiden banaai hi is liye jaati hain ke unhein Namaz ba jama’at ke ehtimaam ke saath abaad kiya jaae aur muazzin jo azaan mein yeh kalma kehta hai ke:
(حَتَّی عَلَی الصَّلوة)To is ke ma’ani bhi yehi hain ke Masjid mein aakar Namaz ba jama’at adaa karo taake falaah paa sako lehaaza hum jab azaan ki awaaz sunein to hum par waajib ho jaata hai ke hum Masjid mein jaa kar Namaz adaa karen, Jahan tamaam musalmaan ek Imaam ki iqtida mein Namaz adaa karte hain, Namaz adaa karne ke tareeqon ko seekhte hain, Namazi baaham dagar mulaaqaat kar ke tohfa-e-salaam ka tabaadla karte aur ijtima’aiyat’ Mohabbat aur hamdardi-o-khair khuwaahi se shaad kaam hote hain. Wajoob-e-Jama’at par Irshaad-e-Baari Ta’ala:
(وَارْكَعُوْا مَعَ الرَّاكِعِينَ) Aur (وَإِذَا نَادَيْتُمْ إِلَى الصَّلوة) se bhi istadlaal kiya gaya hai lehaaza jo shakhs azaan sune us par Farz ‘aaid hota hai ke us par labbaik kahe aur isi wajah se yeh wa’eed bhi aai hai ke jo shakhs ba jama’at Namaz adaa na kare, Us ki Namaz qubool hi nahi hoti jaisa ke Hadees mein hai ke:
مَنْ سَمِعَ النَّدَاءَ فَلَمْ يُجِبْ فَلَا صَلَاةَ لَهُ إِلا مِنْ عُذْر
(Sunan Ibn-e-Maaja, Kitaab Al-Masaajid-o-Al-Jama’at, Baab Al-Taghleez fi Al-Takhalluf ‘an Al-Jama’at, H: 793, -o-Al-Daar Qatni 1420,-O-Al-Haakim 1245, -O-Usaanadah ‘Ali sharṭ Muslim)
“Jo shakhs azaan sune aur us par labbaik na kahe to us ki Namaz hi nahi hoti illa ye ke koi (Ma’qool shar’i ‘uzr) ho.”
Agar is silsila mein kisi ke liye rukhsat hoti to Nabi Kareem (ﷺ) us naabina aadmi ko zaroor rukhsat ‘ataa farma dete Jis ka ghar bhi Masjid se door tha, Jis ke ghar aur Masjid ke darmiyaan waadi aur khajoor ke darakht the aur jis ke paas Masjid le jaane ke liye koi mu’aawin bhi na tha. Isi tarah Nabi (ﷺ) ne Masjid mein aakar ba jama’at Namaz adaa na karne waalon ko yeh dhamki bhi di ke agar ‘Aurtein aur bachhe na hon to aap un ke gharon ko aag se jala dein. Namaz ba jama’at adaa karna un Masjidon ki abaadi hai, Jo buyoot-e-ta’at hain, Jo Islami mulkon ke shu’aair hain aur jin ke baare mein Allah Ta’ala ne yeh hukm diya hai ke un mein Allah Ta’ala ke paak naam ka zikr kiya jaae aur jin mein woh bandagaan-e-Ilaahi subah-o-shaam Allah Ta’ala ki tasbeeh-o-tehmeed ke taraane gaate hain, Jinhein tijaarat aur khareed-o-farookht Allah Ta’ala ke zikr se ghaafil nahi kar sakti.
