Jumm’a ke din ki ba’az bidd’at

Bahaus e Al-‘Ilmiya-o-Al-Iftaa ki fatwa-e-committee ke paas woh risaala aaya Jo janaab ‘izzat ma’ab director general ki khidmat mein bheja gaya tha aur jis mein yeh likha hoa hai ke Irshaad-e-Baari Ta’ala hai:

فَلَا وَرَبِّكَ لَا يُؤۡمِنُوۡنَ حَتّٰى يُحَكِّمُوۡكَ فِيۡمَا شَجَرَ بَيۡنَهُمۡ ثُمَّ لَا يَجِدُوۡا فِىۡۤ اَنۡفُسِهِمۡ حَرَجًا مِّمَّا قَضَيۡتَ وَيُسَلِّمُوۡا تَسۡلِيۡمًا

(Al-Nisaa 465)

“Tumhare Parwardigaar ki qasam yeh log jab tak apne tanaaz’aat mein aap ko mansaf na banaaein aur jo faisla aap karen us se apne dil mein tang na hon balkeh us ko khushi se maan lein tab tak momin nahi hon ge.”

Khalid: Jumm’a ke din azaan-e-Zuhr se pehle Jumm’a ke liye shoq dilaana aur ash’aar padhna waajib hai.

Umar: mujhe yeh ziyaada pasand hai ke loudspeaker par Qur’an-e-Majeed ki tilaawat ki jaae.

Khalid: Khutba shur’u hone se pehle samadiya ki qira’at aur Deeni tarteel waajib-o-mustahab hai.

‘Umar: Is ka Allah ne hukm diya hai na us ke Rasool ne lehaaza yeh waajib nahi hai balkeh waajib ye hai ke sukoot ikhtiyaar kiya jaae aur jab khateeb mimbar par chadh jaae to phir azaan di jaae.

Khalid: Namaz-e-Jumm’a se faraaghat ke ba’d Deeni dars ek mustahab cheez hai aur is mein koi harj nahi.

Umar: Rasoolullah (ﷺ) aur Hazraat Sahaaba Karaam رضى الله عنهم ke am’aal se yeh saabit nahi aur unhon ne saari zindagi aisa nahi kiya.

Khalid: Namaz-e-Jumm’a se pehle do raka’at waajib hain, Unhein Sunnat-e-qabeela kehte hain.

‘Umar: Rasoolullah (ﷺ) aur Sahaaba Karaam رضى الله عنهم ne mein unhein nahi padha.

Khalid: Azaan ke ba’d mu’azzin ka Nabi Kareem (ﷺ) ki Zaat-e-Giraami par Durood padhna mustahab hai aur is mein koi harj nahi.

‘Umar: Nahi yeh jaaiz nahi, Iss se Rasoolullah (ﷺ) aur Sahaaba Karaam رضى الله عنهم ne masnoon qaraar nahi diya.

Umeed hai aap sahi jawaab se tehreeri taur par mutall’a farmaaein ge ke hukm-e-shariy’at Kia hai? (Jazakum Allahu Khaira Al-Jaza)

[Jawab]

Awwalan:

Namaz-e-Jumm’a ki azaan se pehle ash’aar padhna shariy’at se saabit nahi hai balkeh yeh bidd’at hai. Loudspeaker ke zariy’a Qur’an-e-Majeed ki tilaawat ke liye Jumm’a ke din ko makhsoos na kiya jaae aur yeh tilaawat na azaan se pehle ki jaae aur na Namaz ke ba’d’ Sirf Jumm’a ke din tilaawat Islami shu’aar nahi hai balkeh hukm-e-shariy’at to yeh hai ke rozaana tilaawat ki jaae lehaaza sirf Jumm’a ke din ki takhsees bidd’at hai aur Sunnat se saabit yeh hai ke sirf azaan par iktifa kiya jaae.

Saaniyan:

Qur’an-e-Majeed se samadiya waghaira ki qira’at ya khutba shur’u hone se pehle deegar azkaar waghaira ka padhna waajib ya mustahab nahi balkeh yeh bidd’at hai aur Nabi Kareem (ﷺ) se yeh saabit hai ke:

مَنْ أَحْدَثَ فِي أَمْرِنَا هُذَا مَا لَيْسَ مِنْهُ، فَهُوَ

(Sahih Bukhari, Kitaab Al-Salaah, Baab Izaa Aslahu ‘Ali Salaah . . . , H: 2697, Sahih Muslim, Kitaab Al-Azdiya, Baab Naqaz Al-Ahkaam . . . , H: 1718)

“Jo koi hamare is Deen mein koi aisi baat ijaad kare jo us mein se na ho to woh mardood hai.”

Saalisan:

Jumm’a ke din Namaz adaa karne ke ba’d ‘ilmi majlis mein dars dene mein koi harj nahi kyunke is ki koi mumaani’at nahi hai.

Raabi’an:

Namaz-e-Jumm’a se pehle Sunnatein nahi hain kyunke yeh Nabi Kareem (ﷺ) aur hazraat Sahaaba Karaam رضى الله عنهم mein se kisi se bhi saabit nahi hain haan albatta jo shakhs Jumm’a adaa karne ke liye aae to us se ijaazat hai ke khateeb ke mimbar par chadhne se pehle woh jis qadar chaahe Nawaafil padh sakta hai lekin khateeb ke mimbar par bethne ke ba’d sirf do raka’at Tahiyyat-ul-Masjid adaa karne ki ijaazat hai.

Khaamsan:

Nabi Kareem (ﷺ) ki Zaat-e-Giraami par Durood Shareef padhne ki shariy’at ne bohat ziyaada targheeb di hai, Is ka ajar-o-sawaab bhi bohat ziyaada hai lekin Sunnat yeh hai ke us se mu’azzin azaan se faarigh hone ke ba’d apne dil mein aahista se padhe, Buland awaaz se na padhe kyunke mu’azzin ka us ko azaan se faraaghat ke ba’d buland awaaz se padhna bidd’at hai. Jo shakhs azaan sune us ke liye masnoon yeh hai ke woh bhi mu’azzin ke saath azaan ke kalmaat kehta jaae, Jab mu’azzin azaan se faarigh ho to sunne waala bhi Nabi Kareem (ﷺ) ki Zaat-e-Giraami par Durood bheje aur Allah Ta’ala se Nabi Kareem (ﷺ) ke liye waseela ka sawaal karte hue yeh dua’a padhe:

(اللَّهُمَّ رَبَّ هَذِهِ الدَّعْوَةِ التَّامَّةِ وَالصَّلوةِ الْقَائِمَةِ أَتِ مُحَمَّدًا الْوَسِيلَةَ وَالْفَضِيلَةَ وَابْعَثْهُ مَقَامًا مَّحْمُوْدًا الَّذِي وَعَدْتَهُ)

“Ae Allah! Is da’wat-e-kaamil aur khadi hone waali Namaz ke Maalik! Muhammad (ﷺ) ko waseela aur fazeelat ‘ataa farma de aur unhein us maqaam-e-Mehmood par pohancha de jis ka aap ne un se waada farma hai!”
