Khutba-e-Jumm’a ka ghair ‘Arabi zabaan mein tarjuma

Hamare haan is masla mein ikhtilaaf hai ke Khutba-e-Jumm’a ka hamari mulki zabaan mein tarjuma jaaiz hai ya nahi? Kuch log us se jaaiz bataate hain aur kuch najaaiz to sawaal yeh hai ke is masla mein shar’i hukm Kia hai? الفيدونا افادكم الله
[Jawab]
‘Ulama-e-Karaam رضى الله عنهم ka Jumm’a-o-‘Eideen ke khutbon ke ‘ajami zabaanon mein tarjumon ke baare mein ikhtilaaf hai, Ahl-e-ilm ki ek Jama’at ke nazdeek yeh mamn’oo hai aur unhon ne us se mamn’oo is liye qaraar diya hai taake ‘Arabi zabaan baaqi rahe, Is ki hifaazat ho sake aur Rasoolullah (ﷺ) aur Hazraat Sahaaba Karaam رضى الله عنهم ke tareeqa ke mutaabiq khutbe ‘Arabi mein diye jaaein khwaah ‘ajami mumaalik hon ya ghair ‘ajami aur phir ‘Arabi zabaan mein khutba dene se logon mein ‘Arabi zabaan seekhne ka shouq bhi paida ho ga.
Deegar Ahl-e-ilm ka nuqta-e-nazar yeh hai ke khutbon ka ‘Arabi zabaan mein tarjuma bhi jaaiz hai jab ke saami’een ya un ki aksariyat ‘Arabi zabaan na jaanti ho taake woh maqsood haasil ho sake jis ke liye Jumm’a ka hukm hai aur woh yeh ke logon tak Allah Ta’ala ki muqarrar kardaah shariy’at ke awaamir aur nuwaahi ko pohancha diya jaae, Ikhlaaq-e-Kareema aur sifaat-e-Hameedah ki talqeen ki jaae aur un ki khilaaf warzi se bachne ki tanbeeh ki jaae aur is mein qat’an koi shak nahi ke alfaaz-o-rasoom ki paabandi ki bajaae ma’ani-o-maqaasid ki paabandi ziyaada afzal aur ziyaada waajib hai khusoosan jab ke saami’een ‘Arabi zabaan ka ehtimaam karne waale na hon aur khateeb ka ‘Arabi mein khutba bhi un mein Arabi zabaan ke seekhne ka shouq paida na kare to is se maqsood haasil na ho ga aur ‘Arabi zabaan mein khutba ke baqa ka matloob haasil na ho ga to is se ghour karne waale ke saamne yeh baat zaahir hoti hai ke saami’een mein marooj un zabaanon mein khutba dena jin ko woh jaante hon aur jin se woh ma’ani-o-muraad ko samajh jaate hon, ziyaada mouzon aur laaiq-e-itteb’a hai khusoosan jab ke tarjuma na karne se naz’a aur jhagde ke paida hone ka bhi andesha ho to is se ma’loom hoa ke is mein koi shak nahi ke un halaat mein husool-e-maslihat aur daf’a-e-mufsidat ke liye tarjuma zaroori hai.
Agar saami’een mein kuch log ‘Arabi jaanne waale bhi hon to phir khateeb ke liye mouzon yeh hai ke woh donon zabaanon ka iste’maal kare, Khutba ‘Arabi zabaan mein de aur phir doosri zabaan mein jis se saami’een samajhte hon dohraae Is se donon maslihatein jam:a ho jaaen gi Har tarah ki muzarat ki nafi ho jaae gi aur saami’een mein har tarah ka naz’a bhi khatam ho jaae ga. Shariy’at-e-mutahara ke bohat se dalaail se yehi saabit hota hai, Un mein se ek daleel to yehi hai jo bayaan ki jaa chuki hai ke khutba se maqsood saami’een ko naf’a pohanchaana Allah Ta’ala ke huqooq yaad dilaana, Us ki taraf da’wat dena aur unhein un umoor ke irtikaab se darana hai, Jin se Allah Ta’ala ne mana’ farmaaya hai aur yeh maqsad usi soorat mein haasil ho sakta hai ke khutba mein aisi zabaan iste’maal ki jaae, Jis se saami’een samajhte hon. Doosri daleel yeh hai ke Allah Ta’ala ne tamaam Rasoolon ko un ki qaumon ki zabaanon ke saath mab’oos farmaaya taake woh un ki zabaanon mein un tak Allah Ta’ala ki muraad ko pohancha dein jaisa ke Irshaad-e-Baari Ta’ala hai:
وَمَاۤ اَرۡسَلۡنَا مِنۡ رَّسُوۡلٍ اِلَّا بِلِسَانِ قَوۡمِهٖ لِيُبَيِّنَ لَهُمۡؕ
(Ibrahim 144)
“Aur hum ne koi paighambar nahi bheja magar (Woh) apni qaum ki zabaan bolta tha taake unhein (Ahkaam-e-Ilaahi) khol khol kar bata de.”
Nez farmaaya:
كِتٰبٌ اَنۡزَلۡنٰهُ اِلَيۡكَ لِـتُخۡرِجَ النَّاسَ مِنَ الظُّلُمٰتِ اِلَى النُّوۡرِ ۙ بِاِذۡنِ رَبِّهِمۡ اِلٰى صِرَاطِ الۡعَزِيۡزِ الۡحَمِيۡدِۙ
(Ibrahim 141)
“(Yeh) ek (Pur Noor) kitaab (Hai) is ko hum ne aap par is liye naazil kiya hai ke logon ko andheron se nikaal kar roshni ki taraf le jaaein (Yaane) un ke Parwardigaar ke hukm se ghaalib aur Qaabil-e-ta’reef (Allah) ke raaste ki taraf.”
Aur jab woh Allah Ta’ala ki muraad ko jaanein ge hi nahi to unhein tareekiyon se nikaal kar roshni ki taraf le jaana kis tarah mumkin ho ga? Is se ma’loom hoa ke is ke baghair aur koi chaara nahi ke muraad-e-Ilaahi ko samjhaane ke liye us ka logon ki un zubaanon mein tarjuma kiya jaae jinhein woh samajhte hon aur agar un ke liye asal zabaan-e-shariy’at ko samajhna asaan na ho to zaroori hai ke un ke saamne un ki apni zabaan mein yeh wazaahat kar di jaae ke Allah Subhaan- o-Ta’ala ka un par Kia Kia haqq hai? Chunaanche is silsila mein ek daleel yeh bhi hai ke Rasoolullah (ﷺ) ne Zaid-bin-Saabit ko yeh hukm diya tha ke woh Yahoodiyon ki zabaan seekh lein taake aap un ki zabaan mein un se khat-o-kitaabat kar ke un par hujjat tamaam kar dein aur agar un ki taraf se khatoot aaein to woh unhein padh kar aap ko suna saken aur un ke maqsood ko aap ki khidmat mein pohancha saken.
Ek daleel yeh bhi hai ke Hazraat Sahaaba Karaam رضي الله عنهم ne jab bilaad-e-‘Ajam Faaris aur Rome se jihaad kiya to us waqt tak ladaai na ki jab tak mutarjimeen ke waasta se unhein Islam ki da’wat na de li aur jab unhon ne ‘Ajami mulkon ko fatah kar liya to unhon ne logon ko ‘Arabi zabaan mein da’wat-e-illi Allah di’ Logon ko ‘Arabi zabaan seekhne ka hukm diya Jo ‘Arabi zabaan na seekh saka. us se us ki zabaan mein da’wat di aur us tak us zabaan mein Deen ka paighaam pohancha diya jis se woh samajhta tha, Is se hujjat tamaam ho gai aur ma’zrat khatam ho gai to is mein koi shak nahi ke us tarjuma ki raah ko ikhtiyaar kiye baghair chaarah nahi khusoosan us aakhri daur mein Us ghurbat-e-Islam ke ‘ehd mein’ Jab ke har qaum ne apni hi zabaan ko mazbooti se thaam rakha hai to aaj tarjuma ki zaroorat aur ahmiyat bohat badh chuki hai aur is ke baghair daa’i-e-da’wat ke kaam ko paaya-e-takmeel tak pohancha hi nahi sakta. Allah Ta’ala se dua’a hai ke woh musalmaanon ko———-khuwah woh kahin bhi hon———-yeh toufeeq bakshe ke woh apne Deen mein samajh bojh haasil karen, Shariy’at ko mazbooti se thaam kar istaqamat ka muzaahira karen. Musalmaanon ke hukumaraanon ki bhi Allah Ta’ala islaah farmaae apne Deen ko fatah-o-nusrat se nawaaze aur apne dushmanon ko zillat- o-ruswaai se do chaar kare.إِنَّهُ جَوَادٌ كَرِيمٌ
