Jadu ki Tareef, Aqsaam, aur Ahekaam

 

LUGHAT (Dictionary) MEIN JADU:

Us cheez ko kaha jata hai jo posheedah(chupi hui) aur uske lateef(bahot barik) asraat hon jadu isi liye kehlaya keh woh posheeda hota hai aur bohat se log na usay jaante hain aur na hi Usay dekh sakte hain, Albatta woh kuch posheeda shaitaani aamaal hote hain jis say yeh aamaal karne waale hi jaante hain, lehaza lughat mein jadu us cheez ko kaha jata hai jo posheeda ho aur uske lateef asraat hon.

JADU FUQ’HA AUR ULAMA-E-SHARI’AT KI ISTILAAH MEIN:

Shirkiya dam, Jhaar, Gande, Dawaayen aur Dhuwen(smoke) waali cheezon ko kaha jaata hai Jinka istemaal  jadugar aur dhokeh ba’az log shayateen ki madad se kiya karte hain aur kisi jadugar ke liye yeh mumkin nahi keh woh jadu kare aur us jadu ka koi asar ho magar shayateen ke ta’awun(madad) se aur Allah Subhanahu wa Ta’aala ke saath Shirk kar ke, Jab woh Allah Subhanahu wa Ta’aalake sath Shirk aur kufar karta hai toh phir shayaateen us ke sath ta’awun (cooperate) karte hain insaanon ko behkaane par, lekin agar woh Allah Subhanahu wa Ta’aalake saath kisi ko shareaik na thehrata ho aur Kufr bhi na karta ho toh phir shayateen uske saath ta’awun nahi karte, Lihaaza har jadu gar kaafir aur Mushrik hi hoga .

Lihaaza jadu, Kufr aur Shirk aapas mein juday huay aur qareebi muaamlaat hain jo aik dusre se juda nahi ho sakte, koi jadugar aisa nahi jo Allah Subhanahu wa Ta’aalake saath Kufr aur Shirk na karta ho, koi jadu gar aisa nahi jo shayateen ke saath ta’amil (jadui amaliyaat) na karta ho, aur shayateen uski khidmat karte hain aur uske saath ta’awun karte hain insaanon ko nuqsaan pohanchanay ke liye is baat ke badle mein keh woh Allah Subhanahu wa Ta’aala ke saath Kufr kare, aur is baat ke badle mein keh woh logon ko gumrah kare aur nuqsaan pohanchaey .

Jadu qadeem(purane) zamaane se mukhtalif ummaton mein raha hai Allah Subhanahu wa Ta’aalane iska zikar Firoun ki qoum ka waqiya bayan karte huay kiya hai, keh us waqt is qoum mein jadu ka riwaaj tha aur woh log ussay bakhoobi waaqif the, lihaaza jab Moosa (علیہ السلام) Allah Subhanahu wa Ta’aala ka paighaam lekar aaye to un logon ne unhen jadugar kaha, taakeh logon ko gumrah kar saken ya phir un logon ka Aqeeda hi yehi tha keh woh jadugar hain , is liye keh un logon ka gumaan yehi tha keh agar koi aisa kaam kare jise woh nahi jaante to woh usay jadugar samajhte the, isi liye Firoun aur uske hawariyon ka dawa yeh tha keh jo kuch Moosa (علیہ السلام) lekar aaye hain woh jadu hai, aur us ne Moosa (علیہ السلام) ka muqabila jadu ke zariye karna chaha aur jadugaron ko jama kiya.

{قال الملا من قوم فرعون إن هذا لساحر عليم}

Tarjuma : “Qoum Firoun mein jo Sardaar log the unhone kaha keh waqa’i yeh shakhs bada maahir Jadugar hai.”

 [Al A’araaf : 109]

(Yani Moosa (علیہ السلام)) 

يريد أن يخرجكم من أرضكم فماذا تأمرون }

Tarjuma : “yeh chahta hai keh tum ko tumhaari sar zameen se baahar karde so tum log kya mashwera dete ho.”

[Al A’araaf : 110]

Yani Firoun ne un logon se mashwera liya, ( قالوا ارجه), unhon ne kaha keh aap unko mohlat dijiye aur jald baazi na karen , (  قالوا أرجه و أخاه ) ، unhon ne kaha keh aap unko aur un ke bhai ko mohlat dijiye, yani Haaroon (علیہ السلام) ko 

وأرسل فى المدآئن حاشرين° يأتوك بكل ساحر عليم }

Tarjuma: “Aur shehron mein har kaaron(a’elaan karne walon) ko bhej dijiye  keh woh sab maahir jadugaron ko aap ke paas laakar haazir kar den.”

(Al A’araaf : 112)

Firoun ne unke mashweray par amal kiya aur jadugaron ko aik jagah jama kiya aur Moosa (علیہ السلام) se poochha keh woh pehle  jo unke paas hai paish karenge ya jadugar pehle apna jadu dikhaayen, Moosa (علیہ السلام) ne jawab diya keh pehle tum log paish karo jo kuch tumhare paas hai, to jadugaron ne apna jadu paish kiya jis say dekh kar logon ke dilon mein khouf taari hua, yahan Allah Subhanahu wa Ta’aalane Moosa (علیہ السلام) ko hukm diya keh aap apna asaa(lathi) daal dijiye jo aapke haath mein hai, so asaa ka daalna tha keh usne unke saare bane banaaye khel ko nigalna shuru kar diya aur dekhte hi dekhte unki tamaam cheezon ko nigal liya aur woh tamaam cheezen ruposh(ghaayib) ho gayin, yahan jadugar jaan gaye keh yeh koi jadu nahi, isi liye keh jadu unka paisha hai aur woh uski haqeeqat se ba khoobi waaqif hai, lihaaza jadugar achi tarah se jaan gaye keh Moosa (علیہ السلام) jo kuch le kar aayen hain, jadu nahi aur tamaam jadugaron ne is baat ka iqraar kar liya, aur jadugaron ka iqraar karna Moosa (علیہ السلام) ke liye gawaahi thi keh woh jo kuch lekar aaye hain, Jadu nahi balkeh Allah Subhanahu wa Ta’aala ka ata kardah(diya huwa) Mojeza(miracle) hai, lihaaza tamaam jadugar Imaan le aaye aur Allah Subhanahu wa Ta’aalake huzoor sajda rez hogaye, apne gunaahon se tawba ki aur Allah Ta’aala se magfirat talab ki, yahan Firoun intihaai ghusse mein aa gaya aur ghazabnaak hogaya aur dhamki aur taaqat ke istema’l par utar aaya, is liye keh ussay shikast hogayi aur uski hujjat aur daleel nakara(baikaar) ho gayi , bil aakhir jaisa keh Allah Subhanahu wa Ta’aala ne bayan farmaaya hai :

“keh Firoun ka anjaam shikast aur barbaadi par ikhtitaam hua”, aur Allah Subhanahu wa Ta’aala ne Moosa (علیہ السلام) ko aur unke bhai Haroon (علیہ السلام) aur un dono ke saath jo Imaan laaye the un sab ko nusrat aur Kamiyaabi se hamkinaar(sarfaraaz) kiya.

فلما ألقوا قال موسى ما جئتم به السحر إن الله سيبطله إن الله لا يصلح عمل المفسدين ° ويحق الله الحق بكلماته ولو كره المجرمون}

Tarjuma : “So jab unhon ne dala to Moosa(علیہ السلام) ne unse farmaaya keh yeh jo kuch tum laaye ho jadu hai, yaqeeni baat hai keh Allah usko abhi  jaldi hi darham barham kiye deta hai , Allah aise fasaadiyon ka kaam banne nahi deta  aur Allah Ta’aala haqq ko apne farmaan se sabit kar deta hai go(chahe) mujrim kaisa hi nagawaar(napasand) samjhen.”

[Surah Yunus : 81-82]

Jab bhi haqq aur batil ka muqabila hua to batil ko har zamaane mein aur har jagah shikast hi hui hai, Jadu aur Moosa (علیہ السلام) ke Mojeza ka to koi muqabla hi nahi, is liye keh ambiya-e-kiraam ke mojezaat to Allah Subhanahu wa Ta’aalake ata kardah hote hain aur woh haqq hote hain , aur jo jadugar lekar aate hain woh baatil hote hai, aur batil haqq ke samne kabhi nahi thehar sakta.

Irshaad-e-Baari Ta’aala hai

إنما صنعوا كيد ساحر ولا يفلح الساحر حيث أتى )

Tarjuma: “……. unhon ne jo kuch banaya hai yeh sirf jadugaron ke kartab hain aur jadugar kahin se bhi aaye, kaamyaab nahi hota.”

[Surah Taahaa: 69]

أتقولون للحق لما جاءكم أسحر هذا ولا يفلح الساحرون )

Tarjuma: “kiya tum is sahih daleel ki nisbat jab keh woh tumhare paas pohanchi aisi baat kehte ho, kya yeh jadu hai, halanakeh jadugar kaamyaab nahi hua karte.”

[Surah Yunus: 77]

Jadu gar ko hamesha shikast hoti hai, aur jadu batil hai, lekin jiske paas haqq ho aur apne rab ki wazeh dalaiyl aur nishaaniyan hon to usay Allah Subhanahu wa Ta’aalaki taaeed aur nusrat hasil hoti hai, isi liye jab jadugaron ka muqabila Ehl-e-ilm aur Ehl-e-Imaan ke saath hota hai to shikast hamesha jadugaron ka muqaddar hoti hai, jadugaron mein yeh taaqat hi nahi keh woh ahle haqq ke samne khare rah saken , lihaaza tableeg wa Dawat dene waalon par aur Ehl-e-Imaan aur Ehl-e-ilm par laazim hai keh jadugaron ka muqabila karen aur unke baatil ka parda faash karen aur un par Allah Subhanahu wa Ta’aalaki hadd qayim karen taakeh musalmaan unke shar se mehfooz rah saken, yeh musalmaanon par har zamaane mein wajib hai aur un jadugaron ke bare mein khaamoshi ikhtiyaar karna kisi tour se jayez nahi , unke maamle mein narmi se kaam lena bhi jayez nahi, lihaaza jadu ki tareef Imaam muwaffiq Ibn qudamah ne apni kitaab “Al kaafi” mein yeh bayan farmaaee hai keh :

[Jadu kuch taweezaat aur gandon ka naam hai, yani shaitaani taweezaat padhe jaate hain jo keh quraani aayaat nahi hoti balkeh shaitaani taweezaat hote hain ajib wa ghareeb kalimaat hote hain, ghair maroof alfaaz hote hain , ishaare aur ramooz unke aur shayateen ke darmiyaan hote hain, Jinhen padha jata hai phir phoonka jaata hai, uske ba’ad shayateen unke sath ta’awun karte hain, aur woh kamzor Imaan waalon se ya bewaqufon aur naawaaqifon(na janne walon) se apne maqaasid hasil kar lete hain, yeh taweezaat, Gande aur dhu’aan aur dawayen aur huroof muqatt’at ka baa-zaat-e-khud koi asar nahi hota, balkeh iska jo asar zahir hota hai woh shayateen ke ta’awun aur Allah Subhanahu wa Ta’aalake saath Shirk karne ki wajah se hota hai, yeh Allah Subhanahu wa Ta’aalaki taraf se saza hoti hai keh jis kisi ne bhi is qism ka koi amal kiya ho to batour e ibtilaa(aazmaaish) aur imtihaan unke haathon kisi ko nuqsaan pohanchta hai ]

Jaisa keh Allah Subhanahu wa Ta’aala ka irshaad hai :

وما هم بضارين به من أحد إلا بإذن الله )

Tarjuma : “Darasal woh baghair Allah Ta’aala ki mashiyat ke kisi ko koi nuqsaan nahi pohancha sakte.”

[Al Baqarah: 102]

Yahan Allah Subhanahu wa Ta’aala ki mashiyat se murad : koni mashiyat hai, Yani qaza aur qadar, yahan shara’i izan ( ijaazat ) murad nahi, is liye keh Allah Subhanahu wa Ta’aala ne jadu ko jayez qaraar hi nahi diya aur na hi iska hukm diya hai, lihaaza murad koni mashiyat aur qaza wa qadar hi hai, jo keh Allah Subhanahu wa Ta’aala ne apni hikmat ke tahait apne bandon ki aazmaish aur imtehaan ke liye aik tariqah jari farmaaya hai taakeh batour-e-saza ba’az par mussallat kar de.

Aur jadu jaisa keh Ehl-e-ilm ne bayan kiya hai: Do(2) qism ka hota hai.

PEHLI QISM :

HAQEEQI JADU :

Yeh jism par bemaari ki shakal mein asar karta hai, isse maut bhi waqa’i hoti hai, aur do mohabbat karne walon ko juda bhi kar sakta hai, aur do bughz aur aDawat rakhne waalon ke dilon mein mohabbat bhi daal sakta hai, yeh aik aisi qism hai jis say sarf aur atf se tabeer kiya jaata hai, yeh haqeeqi hota hai, aur uski daleel yeh hai keh is jadu ke nateejah mein bemaari waqa’i ho jaati hai, aur Allah Subhanahu wa Ta’aala ke izn se qatal bhi ho sakta hai aur dilon mein jo ulfat aur mohabbat hoti hai is mein khalal bhi waqa’i hota hai, kisi shakhs aur uski biwi ke darmiyaan alehidgi bhi ho jati hai, yeh jadu hota hai, is liye keh yeh tamaam cheezen, qatal , bemaari, boghz aur mohabbat, sab jadugaron ke aamaal ke nataaij hain.

DUSRI QISM:

 

KHAYAALI JADU:

Yeh aaj ke dour mein logon ke nazdik (qumrah) ke naam se jaana jaata hai, aur yeh dhoke baazi ka natijah hota hai, jadugar kuch aisi cheezen aur ishaare istema’l karta hai keh logon ko yeh gumaan hota hai keh fulah cheez haqeeqat hai jabkeh woh haqeeqat nahi hoti, balkeh woh mahez koi khayaali cheez hoti hai jo shayaateen ke ta’awun ki wajah se aakhon ke samne nazar aati hai misaal ke tour woh ajeeb wa ghareeb aamaal jo jadugar kiya karte hain jaisa keh apne aap ko churaa maarna aur uska koi asar na hona, isi tarah aag ke sholey ko nigalna aur iska us par koi asar na hona, aag par chalna aur usay aag ki garmi mehsoos na hona, kyun keh darhaqeeqat woh aag par chala hi nahi aur na hi usne apne aapko churaa maara aur na hi us ne aag ke sholon ko nigla, yeh tamaam aamaal sirf zahiri takhalluaat (khayalon) ka nateeja hain , baatin mein aisa koi amal sarzad nahi hua darhaqeeqat us ne jhoot baandha aur logon ki nazron ke aage aik khayaali amal paish kiya.

Jaisa keh Allah Subhanahu wa Ta’aala ne irshaad farmaaya:

سحروا أعين الناس واسترهبوهم   و جاء بسحر عظيم )

Tarjuma: “unhon ne logon ki nazar bandi kardi aur un par haibat(dar) ghaalib kar di aur aik tarah ka bada jadu dikhlaaya.”

[Al A’araaf: 116]

Lihaaza is baat se sabit hogaya ke Firoun ke jadugaron ne bhi usi qism ke jadu ka istemaal kiya tha jo keh khayaal par qayim hota hai, logon ko yeh tasawwur paish kiya jaata hai keh yeh haqeeqat hai jabkeh woh haqeeqat nahi balkeh jhoot hota hai , woh kuchh  laathiyaan lekar aaye the jis se Moosa (علیہ السلام) ko yeh gumaan hua aur yeh tasawwur unki nazron ke samne aaya keh yeh dandiyan( lakdiyaan) harkat kar rahi hain jabkeh woh harkat nahi kar rahi thin , aam si hi dandiyan thin aur us mein unhon ne ya to kuch khufiya mawaad rakh diya tha jo usay harkat deta tha, ya phir us par khayaali jadu kiya gaya  tha.

Jadugar aapko aik aam kaagaz deta hai aur aapki aakhon ke samne yeh tasawwur aata hai jisse aapko yeh gumaan hota hai keh yeh aam kaagaz paanch ya das riyaal ka note ( currency )  hai ,  ya aapko lohe ka tukra Deta hai aur aap ki aakhon ke samne yeh tasawwur aata hai jis se aapko yeh gumaan hota hai keh yeh pound [currency ] hai aur woh sone ka hai , aur jab yeh kahayaal aur tasawwur aapse door hota hai to aap par haqeeqat munkashif (khul kar saaf) ho jati hai aur aap us cheez ko apni asal haalat mein dekh lete hain, kabhi yeh jadugar kuchh keere makore bhanware kankhajure wagairah lete hain aur aapki aakhon ke samne yeh tasawwur aata hai jis se aapko yeh gumaan hota hai keh yeh bher bakriyan hain jo chal rahin hain aur jab yeh khayaal aur tasawwur aap se door hota hai to aap par haqeeqat munkashif ho jaati hai aur aap us cheez ko apni asal haalat mein dekh lete hain.

Uski wajah jadu gar ki mojudgi hai , is liye keh woh aise aamaal kar raha hai jiske natije mein aap ki aakhon ke samne yeh tasawwur paida ho raha hai, aur jab yeh tasawwur ( khayaali jadu) door hota hai to aap par haqeeqat munkashif ho jaati hai aur aap us cheez ko apni asal haalat mein dekh lete hain, agar aap un kaagzaat ki taraf dekhenge keh yeh to aam se kaagzaat hain , aur bher bakriyon ko dekhenge keh woh keere makore ban gaye, Yani apni asal haalat mein aagaye, is liye keh woh tasawwur aur khayaal aapse door hogaya jo aapki aakhon ke samne kiya gaya tha, aur yeh khayaali jadu kahlaata hai jiski koi haqeeqat nahi hoti , woh mehez nazar bandi aur dhoka hota hai , isi tarah circus wagairah mein jo kamaalaat dikhaaye jaate hain, yeh dhokeba’az  jadugar aakhon ka jadu paish karte hain, aapko aisa nazar aata hai jaise keh woh rassi par chal raha hai , ya phir chhure ki dhaar par chal raha hai. ya gaari ke niche let jata hai aur gaari uske uper se chalti hai aur usay kuch nahi hota, ya hathore se usay maara jaata hai , yeh sab jhoot hota hai jiski koi haqeeqat nahi, na kisi hathore se usay maara gaya, na kisi chhure se , na koi gaari us par chali , balke yeh sab aapki nazron ke samne jadu ke zariye aik khayaal aur tasawwur paish kiya gaya, jo keh jhoot hai jiski koi haqeeqat nahi.

Yeh sab khayaali baatil jadu hai, aur jadu ka zikr Allah Subhanahu wa Ta’aala ne Qur’an-e-Kareem mein bohat se Muqamaat par kiya hai, uske shadeed khatre ke bais , Allah Subhanahu wa Ta’aala ne qoum e Firoun ka qissa Moosa (علیہ السلام) ke saath surat Al Aa’raaf  aur surah Taahaa mein bayan kiya, tafseel ke saath yeh qissa surat Al Shu’arah mein bayan kiya gaya, uske tamaam waqa’iaat bayan kiye gaye aur iska anjaam bhi bayan kiya gaya jo jadu ki shikast aur haqq ki fatah aur nusrat ki shakal mein ikhtetaam pazeer hua.

Allah Subhanahu wa Ta’aalane yahood ka bhi zikr kiya hai, yahood jadu ke saath wabasta the , aur jab unhon ne touraat mein tahreef Yani rad wa badal kiya to Allah Subhanahu wa Ta’aalane unhain sazaa di , unhon ne touraat ko jadu aur jadu ke ilm se tabdeel kar daala , wahi ilaahi ka ilm jo Moosa (علیہ السلام) le kar aaye the, usay jadu ke ilm se jo shayateen ka hai, usse tabdeel kar daala , yeh unki sazaa thi , is liye keh jo haqq ko chhor deta hai usay baatil mein mubtila kar diya jaata , yehi hai Allah Subhanahu wa Ta’aalaka tariqah keh jis ne haqq jaanne ke ba’ad bhi usay chhor diya aur us par amal na kiya to Allah Subhanahu wa Ta’aalausay baatil mein mubtila kar dete hain batour e sazaa :

فلما زاغوا أزاع الله قلوبهم والله لا يهدى القوم الفاسقين )

Tarjumah : “pas jab woh log tedhe hi rahe  toh Allah ne unke dilon ko ( aur ) tedha kar diya , aur Allah Ta’aala nafarmaan qoum ko hidAayat nahi deta.”

[As Saaf : 05]

  • Jo Allah Subhaan ahu Wa Ta’aala ki itaa’at aur farmabardaari mein masroof ho jaata hai to Allah Subhanahu wa Ta’aala uski hifaazat karte hain. aur jo farmabardaari tarak kar deta hai toh woh naafarmaani aur gunaahon mein mubtila kar diya jaata hai, aur jo Imaan ko tarak karta hai woh Kufr mein mubtila kar diya jaata hai, jo mufeed nafa bakhsh ilm ko tarak karta hai woh baatil ilm mein mubtila kar diya jaata hai.

Allah Subhanahu wa Ta’aalaka irshaad hai :

ولما جاءكم )

[ Jab woh unke paas tashreef laaye ] Yani Allah Subhanahu wa Ta’aalake rasool Mohammad Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam

ولما جاءكم )

[Jab un logon ke paas aaye ] Yani : yahood jab kabhi unke paas Allah Subhanahu wa Ta’aalaka koi rasool unki kitaab ki tasdeeq karne waala aaya , un ahle kitaab ( yahood) ke aik firqe ne Allah Subhanahu wa Ta’aalaki kitaab ko is tarah peeth peechhe daal diya, goya jaante hi na the , unhon ne touraat ko peeth pichhe daal diya is liye keh is mein Mohammad (ﷺ)ki nabuwat aur risaalat ka zikr hai , bas isi wajah se unhon ne iska inkaar kiya aur usay tarak(chhor) kar diya keh Allah Subhanahu wa Ta’aala ne touraat aur injeel mein Mohammad(ﷺ) ki nabuwat ka zikr kiya hai:

الذين يتبعون الرسول النبي الأمى الذي يجدونه مكتوبا عندهم في التوراة والإنجيل )

Tarjuma: “Jo log aise Rasool Nabi ummi ka ittiba karte hain Jinko woh log apne paas touraat wa injeel mein likha hua paate hain.”

[Al A’araaf : 107]

Touraat aur Injeel ka zikr kiya gaya, Nabi (ﷺ) ki nabuwat aur risaalat ka zikr kiya gaya, lihaaza yahud ne us mein tahreef ki aur Rasool Allah(ﷺ) ke zikr ka inkaar kiya zidd aur hasad ki wajah se , naijah yeh hua keh Allah Subhanahu wa Ta’aala ne unhen sazaa di aur woh jadu ke ilm mein masroof ho gaye.

 
نبذ فريق من الذين أوتوا الكتاب الله وراء ظهورهم كأنهم لا يعلمون )

Tarjumah: “un ahle kitaab ke aik firqah ne Allah ki kitaab ko is  tarah peeth pichhe daal diya , goya jaante hi na the.”

[Al Baqarah: 101]

واتبعوا ما تتلوا الشياطين على ملك سليمان )

Tarjumah: “Aur us cheez ke pichhe lag gaye jise shayateen Sulaimaan (علیہ السلام) ki hukoomat mein padhte the.”

[Al Baqarah: 102]

Aur woh cheez jadu hi hai, jo is baat ki daleel hai keh jadu shayateen ka amal hai, yeh Aayat is baat ki daleel hai keh jadu shayateen ka amal hai. [jo shayateen padha karte the] Yani jo un shayateen ke aamaal aur ma’amulaat the. [Sulaimaan (علیہ السلام) ki hukoomat mein] Yani Sulaimaan (علیہ السلام) ke dour-e-hukoomat mein, is liye keh Sulaimaan (علیہ السلام) ke liye Jinnat musakhkhar kar diye gaye the, shayateen aur Jinnat mein jadugar bhi hua karte the, aur woh Sulaimaan (علیہ السلام) ke dour-e-hukoomat mein jadu kiya karte the, lekin Sulaimaan (علیہ السلام) ki Allah Subhanahu wa Ta’aala ne jadu se hifaazat farmaayi thi, is liye keh woh Allah Subhanahu  Wa Ta’aala ke Rasool the, lekin un logon ne shiddat-e-Kufr aur inkaar ki wajah se jadu ki nisbat Sulaimaan (علیہ السلام) ki taraf kardi keh jadu Sulaimaan (علیہ السلام) ka amal hai aur unhon ne Sulaimaan (علیہ السلام) se seekha hai, lekin Allah Subhanahu wa Ta’aala ne apne Nabi ko isse mubarra(bari) aur paak qaraar diya :

وما كفر سليمان ولكن الشياطين كفروا )

Tarjuma: “Sulaimaan (علیہ السلام) ne to Kufr na kiya tha, balkeh yeh Kufr shaitaanon ka tha.”

[Al Baqarah: 102]

Yani Sulaimaan (علیہ السلام) ne kabhi jadu na kiya tha, is liye keh jadu karna Kufr hai.

Ambiya-e-kiraam Kufr ke muaamlaat nahi kiya karte, aur un mein se aik Sulaimaan (علیہ السلام) bhi hain.

Allah Subhanahu wa Ta’aala ka yeh kehna :

وما كفر سليمان )

Tarjumah: (“Sulaimaan(علیہ السلام) ne to Kufr na kiya tha.”

Is baat ki daleel hai keh jadugar kaafir hota hai, aur jadu ki taleem hasil karna bhi Kufr hai .

Phir farmaaya:

ولكن الشياطين كفروا يعلمون الناس السحر )

Tarjumah : “Balkeh yeh Kufr shayateen ka tha, wo logon ko jadu sikhaaya karte the.”

[Al Baqarah: 102]

Jo is baat ki daleel hai keh jadu ki taleem hasil karna Kufr hai, [woh logon ko jadu seekhaaya karte the aur baabil mein Haaroot wa Maaroot do farishton par jo utaara gaya tha, woh dono bhi kisi shakhs ko us waqt tak nahi seekhate the jab tak yeh na kah den hum to aik aazmaish hain tu Kufr na kar] baabil iraaq ka aik shehr hai, Haaroot aur Maaroot do farishte the jo jadu ki taleem dene se qabl yeh naseehat kar diya karte the keh hum to aik aazmaish hain aur jadu ki taleem hasil karna Kufr hai, jayez nahi aur un do farishton ka yeh kehna keh:

إنما نحن فتنة فلا تكفر )

Tarjumah : “Hum to aik aazmaish hain tu Kufr na kar.”

[Al Baqarah: 102]

Is baat ki daleel hai keh jis ne jadu ki taleem hasil ki to usne Kufr kiya.

فيتعلمون منهما ما يفرقون به بين المرء و زوجه )

Tarjumah : “phir log unse woh seekhte jisse khaawind aur biwi mein judaai daal den.”

[Al Baqarah: 102]

Yeh is baat ki daleel hai keh jadu aik haqeeqat hai, aur woh khaawind wa biwi mein judaai daalta hai, khaawind ke dil mein biwi se bughz aur nafrat daalta hai, isi tarah biwi ke dil mein bhi khaawind se bughz aur nafrat daalta hai, yaqeenan yeh jadu ka hi asar hota hai, [Aur darasal woh baghair Allah ki marzi ke kisi ko koi nuqsaan nahi pohancha sakte].

Yani Allah Subhanahu wa Ta’aala ki qaza wa qadar ke baghair, kyun keh Allah Subhanahu wa Ta’aala hi ne khair bhi muqaddar farmaaya aur shar bhi, Kufr bhi muqaddar farmaaya aur Imaan bhi, bemaari bhi muqaddar farmaayi aur sehat bhi, har cheez Allah Subhanahu  Wa Ta’aala ki muqaddar ki hui hai, lekin Allah Subhanahu wa Ta’aala nuqsanaat ko batour-e-saza muqaddar farmaata hai, Allah Subhanahu wa Ta’aala  nuqsanaat ko logon ke liye batour-e-saza aur batour-e-imtihaan muqaddar farmaata hai, faaydon ko logon ke liye batour-e-rahmat aur naik aamaal ke sila ke tor par muqaddar farmaata hai.

وما هم بضآرين به من أحد إلا بإذن الله ويتعلمون ما يضرهم ولا ينفعهم )

Tarjumah : “Darasal woh baghair Allah ki marzi ke kisi ko koi nuqsaan nahi pohancha sakte yeh log woh seekhte hain jo unhain nuqsaan pohanchaey aur nafa na pohancha sake.”

[Al Baqarah :102]

Ye is baat ki daleel hai keh jadu mein sirf nuqsaan hi nuqsaan hai kabhi koi faida nahi.

Ba’az haraam cheezon mein kabhi kuch  nafa bhi paaya jaata hai , lekin is ka nafa kam aur nuqsaan ziyaada hota hai, aur isi liye usay haraam qaraar diya jaata hai, is liye keh jis cheez mein nuqsaan ziyaada ho woh haraam hoti hai, maamooli nafa ko azeem nuqsaan ke muqable mein nahi dekha jaata, azeem nuqsaan ke muqable mein maamooli nafa ko nazar andaaz kar diya jaata hai, yeh aik shara’i qaida hai, jab keh Jadu mein to nafa ka koi pehlu hi nahi, na kam na ziyada.

(  ويتعلمون ما يضرهم ولا ينفعهم )

Tarjumah : “yeh log woh seekhte hain jo unhain nuqsaan pohanchaey aur nafa na pohancha sake.”

[Al Baqarah: 102]

Allah ne jadu mein nafa ki gunjaish ko shadeed tariqe se radd kar diya hai, aur ussay khaalisatan(purely) nuqsaan qaraar diya jaata hai, yeh is baat ki daleel hai keh jadu haraam hai aur woh nuqsaan dah hai, jab kisi cheez mein nafa aur nuqsaan dono paaye jate hai lekin nafa ki miqdaar nuqsaan ke muqable bohat kam ho to woh cheez haraam hoti hai, jadu mein toh nafa bilkul hi nahi, lihaaza uski hurmat to aur bhi ziyada hogi.

Phir Farmaaya:

ولقد علموا لمن اشتراه ما له في الآخرة من خلاق )

Tarjumah: “Aur woh bil yaqeen jaante hain keh uske lene waale [ kharidaar ] ka aakhirat mein koi hissa nahi.”

[Al Baqarah: 102]

Murad hai sikhne waala, kharidaar se is liye tabeer kiya, keh kisi cheez ko kharidne ka matlab hai uske badle kisi aur cheez ko dena, kharid o farokht mein kharidaar maal deta hai aur uske badle kuch aur cheez leta hai, isi tarah jadu seekhne waale ne apna Imaan diya aur jadu ki taleem hasil ki, yeh dar haqeeqat kharidna hi hai, usne apna Aqeedah Imaan aur deen ko jadu se tabdeel kar liya, aur yeh bohat hi ghaatay ka souda hai.

(Aur woh bil yaqeen jaante hain keh iska khareedaar ) Yani jisne deen aur Aqeedah se usay tabdeel kar daala , (uske lene waale ka aakhirat mein) Yani jannat mein (koi hissa nahi) Yani koi naseeb nahi, yeh bhi is baat ki daleel hai keh jadu Kufr hai aur jadugar kaafir hai, is liye keh jannat Ehl-e-Imaan par haram nahi, sirf kaafir par haraam hai, [unhon ne kaha keh Allah ne jannat kaafiron par haraam kar di hai], [Jo koi Allah ke saath shareek thairaega toh Allah ne us par jannat haraam kar di hai aur uska theekana jahannam hai], jadu gar jannat se mehroom hai aur us ka jannat mein koi hissa nahi, yeh bhi jadugar ke kaafir hone ki daleel hai, is liye keh mukammal tour se jannat se mehrum sirf kaafir hi hoga, lekin momin agarche us ka Imaan kitna hi kamzor kyun na ho woh jannat se mukammal tour se mehrum nahi kiya jata, agar apne bure aamaal ke natije mein batour-e-sazaa jahannam mein daakhil bhi kar diya jaaye to aik din woh us se zaroor nikaala jaayega aur jannat mein dakhil kar diya jayega, jannat se mukkammal tour par sirf kaafir hi mehrum kiya jaata hai, yeh is baat ki daleel hai keh jadugar kaafir hai, is liye keh woh jannat se mehrum kar diya gaya hai, yeh to is mazkoorah Aayat se daleel hai keh jadugar kaafir hai.

Iske ilaawa bhi bohat se muqamaat par mukhtalif aayaat mein uska zikr aaya hai.

ولقد علموا لمن اشتراه ما له في الآخرة من خلاق و لبئس ما شروأ به أنفسهم لو كانوا يعلمون )

Tarjuma : “Aur woh bil yaqeen jaante hain keh us ke lene waale ka aakhirat mein koi hissa nahi , aur woh badtareen cheez hai jis ke badle woh apne aap ko farokht kar rahe hain, kash keh yeh jante hote.”

[Al Baqarah: 102]

Phir farmaaya:

ولو أنهم آمنوا واتقوا )

Tarjuma: “Agar yeh log sahib Imaan muttaqi ban jaate.”

[Al Baqarah: 102]

Yeh is baat ki daleel hai keh jadugar na to momin hai aur na hi mutaaqi.

ولو أنهم آمنوا واتقوا لمثوبة من عند الله خير لو كانوا يعلمون )

 Tarjumah: “Agar yeh log sahib-e-Imaan muttaqi ban jaate to Allah ki taraf se behtareen sawaab unhen milta, agar yeh jaante hote.”

[Al Baqarah : 102]

Yeh is baat ki daleel hai keh jadugar na to sahib-e-Imaan hai aur na hi muttaqi, jis ka matlab ye hua keh woh kaafir hai, yeh Aayat-e-kareema se daleel hai keh jadu Kufr-e-Akbar hai jo millat-e-islamiya se khaarij kar deta hai, Aaoozu Billaah.

Surah yunus: Aayat 77 mein Allah Subhanahu wa Ta’aala ka yeh farmaan :

ولا يفلح الساحرون )

Tarjuma: “Jadugar kabhi kaamyaab na honge.”

Surah Taaha Aayat 69 mein farmaaya :

ولا يفلح الساحر حيث أتى )

Tarjuma: “Jadugar kahin se bhi aaye kaamyaab nahi hota.”

[Kaamyaab nahi hota] yeh uske Kufr ki daleel hai, is liye keh kabhi kaamyaab na hoga woh kaafir hi hai, jab keh momin agarche us ka Imaan kamzor bhi ho to behr-e-haal woh apne Imaan ke mutaabiq aik din zaroor kamiyaab hoga, kamiyaabi se hamesha ke liye mehrum nahi rahega, jo kamiyaabi se hamesha ke liye mehrum rahega woh kaafir hi hai , [Jadugar kahin se bhi aaye kamiyaab nahi hota]

Allah Subhanahu wa Ta’aala ne jadu gar ko fasaadi se bhi taabeer kiya hai:

فلما ألقوا قال موسى ما جئتم به السحر إن الله لا يصلح عمل المفسدين )

Tarjuma: “Jab unhon ne [Apni rassiyon aur laathiyon ko] zameen par daal diya, to Moosa(علیہ السلام) ne farmaaya keh yeh jo kuch tum laaye ho jadu hai, yaqeeni baat hai keh Allah is ko abhi darham barham kiye deta hai, Allah aise fasadiyon ka kaam banne nahi deta.”

[Surah Yunus : 81]

[Allah usko abhi darham barham kiye deta hai [yaqeenan Allah Ehl-e-Imaan ke haathon usay darham barham karega, Allah Subhanahu wa Ta’aala ki taraf se naazil kardah wahi ke zariye karega, phir farmaaya :[Allah aise fasadiyon ka kaam banne nahi deta] jo is baat ki daleel hai keh jadu gar fasaadi hai, Zameen mein fasaad barpa karta hai, mulk mein fasaad karta hai , Aqaaid mein fasaad karta hai, logon ka maal baatil tariqe se khaata hai, logon ko dhoka deta hai, logon ke aqaaid mein khalal daalta hai, jadugar har atebaar se fasaadi hai [Allah aise fasadiyon ka kaam banne nahi deta]

Surah Al falaq mein farmaaya:

قُلْ أَعُوذُ بِرَبِّ الْفَلَقِ ° مِنْ شَرِّ مَا خَلَقَ ° وَمِنْ شَرِّ غَاسِقٍ إِذَا وَقَبَ ° وَمِنْ شَرِّ النَّفَّاثَاتِ فِي الْعُقَدِ ° وَمِنْ شَرِّ حَاسِدٍ إِذَا حَسَدَ °

Tarjuma : “Aap kah dijiye ! keh main subha ke Rab ki panah mein aata hun  har us cheez ke shar se jo us ne paida ki hai  aur andheri raat ki taariki ke shar se jab us ka andhera phail jaaye aur girah [laga kar un] mein phoonkne waaliyon ke shar se (bhi)  aur hasad karne waale ke shar se jab woh hasad kare.”

ANNAFAASAAT : Murad jadugarniyan, annafas : ke ma’ana hain, kuch thuk ke saath kisi cheez par phoonkna, woh is liye keh jadugar ya jadugarniyan shaitaani taweezaat padh kar jis mein woh shayateen se madad maangte hain, yeh shaitaani taweezaat padhne ke ba’ad woh dhaagon par phoonkte hain aur girah lagate hain, jis ke natije mein jadu waqa’i hota hai, mahez dhaaga aur girah ki wajah se aisa nahi hota, balkeh aisa is liye hota hai keh us jadugar ne shayateen se madad maangi thi aur Allah Subhanahu wa Ta’aala ke saath Shirk kiya tha, aur phoonk lagaane mein shayateen ko un ke naamon se pukaara tha, lekin bewaquf nadaan shakhs yeh jaanta hi nahi keh jadugar ne kiya padha aur kiya phoonka woh samajhta hai keh yeh mahez dhaaga hai aur is mein qur’aani aayaat padh kar phoonka gaya hai, woh kehta hai keh Maa Shaa Allah  fulhn shakhs qur’aan padh kar phoonkta hai , jabkeh woh qur’aan nahi shaitaan ka kalaam padh kar phoonk raha hota hai, woh Rahmaan ka kalaam nahi padhta, balkeh kuch khaas jumle aur ishaare hote hain jise woh jaante hain aur yeh koi naazil kardah wahi ilaahi ka kalaam nahi hota, balkeh yeh shaitaani wahi ka kalaam hota hai jis se na waaqif log dhoke mein aa jaate hain aur samajhte hain keh yeh shara’i taaweez hai, kehte hain keh fulah padhta hai aur phoonkta hai, yeh baat sahih nahi, yeh baat ko gol mol karna hai.

 
ومن شر النفاثات فى العقد )

Tarjuma : “Aur girah [laga kar un] mein phoonkne waaliyon ke shar se (bhi)”

PHOONKNE WALIYAN : Issay murad jadugarniyan hain, aur girah laga kar phoonkna jaisa keh aap log jaante hain, dhaage mein girah lagaati hai phir Shirkiya  aur shaitaani kalimaat padh kar phoonkti hai, shayateen ki madad se jis par jadu kiya ja raha hai usay nuqsaan pohanchaaya jaata hai, ya usay jaan se maar dala jaata hai, ya usay bimaar kar diya jaata hai, ya uski biwi  ke dil mein uske liye aur biwi ke liye khaawind ke dil mein nafrat daal di jaati hai wagairah wagairah.

Ahaadith kareema se ye baat sabit hai keh Nabi (ﷺ)ne jadu ko muhlik cheezon mein shumaar kiya hai :

 
Irshaad e nabawi ()hai keh :

اجْتَنِبُوا السَّبْعَ الْمُوبِقَاتِ ‏”‏‏.‏ قَالُوا يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ وَمَا هُنَّ قَالَ ‏”‏ الشِّرْكُ بِاللَّهِ، وَالسِّحْرُ، وَقَتْلُ النَّفْسِ الَّتِي حَرَّمَ اللَّهُ إِلاَّ بِالْحَقِّ، وَأَكْلُ الرِّبَا، وَأَكْلُ مَالِ الْيَتِيمِ، وَالتَّوَلِّي يَوْمَ الزَّحْفِ، وَقَذْفُ الْمُحْصَنَاتِ الْمُؤْمِنَاتِ الْغَافِلاَتِ ‏”‏‏.‏

(Saat(7) muhlik cheezon se ijtenaab karo ‘

” puchha gaya : wo koun se hain ya Rasoolullah (ﷺ)? Aap ne farmaaya : ” Allah ke saath sharik thehrana, jadu, kisi nafs ko baghair shara’i wajah ke qatal karna, sood khana, yateem ka maal khaana, dushman ke muqable se piche hatjana, paak daaman bholi bhaali ba Imaan auraton par tohmat lagana).

Is hadith se yeh sabit hota hai keh Nabi kareem(ﷺ) ne jadu ko Shirk ke ba’ad dusri badi muhlik cheez  qarar diya hai, jo is baat ki daleel hai keh jadu  intehaee buri aur qabeeh(gunaah ki) cheez hai.

[Bukhari : 6857]

ALMOUBIQAAT : Yani halaak kar dene waali cheezen, is ke ilaawa surat Al Baqarah mein bhi wazeh kar diya gaya hai keh jadu ki taleem hasil karna Kufr hai aur jadugar kaafir hai.

Nabi (ﷺ) ne jadu ki bohat si qismein bayan farmaayi hain, taakeh logon ko is se khabardaar kiya ja sake:

Misaal ke tour par Nabi (ﷺ) ka yeh farmaan :

من اقتبس علما من النجوم فقد اقتبس شعبة من السحر ، زاد ما زاد )

(Jis kisi ne sitaaron ka kuch ilm hasil kiya toh us ne jadu ka ilm hasil kiya, ziyada ho ya kam is se sabit ho gaya keh bhi jadugar hain, sitaaron ke zariye zameeni waqiyat bayan karte hain , kehte hain keh fulah sitaara namudaar hoga to bemaari hogi ya maut waqa’i hogi , ya baarish zar khaizi aur shadaabi hogi , fulah sitaara namudaar hoga to mehngaaei ya sastaaei hogi, yeh hai ilm e nujoom, a’oozu billaahi, yeh Kufr aur ilm-e-gayb ka dawa hai, mustaqbil mein kiya hone waala hai, zindagi, maut, mehngaaei sastaaei, qahait aur khushk saali (sukha) wagairah, is sab ka ilm sirf Allah ke paas hai, lihaaza jo mustaqbil ki baatein bataata hai to goya woh ilm ul gayb ka dawah karta hai, aur woh yeh dawah ilm-e-nujoom ke zariye karta hai jo keh jadu ka aik hissa hai.

Sitaaron ka ilm ya ilm-e-nujoom bhi dar haqeeqat jadu ka hi ilm hai, jis ne sitaaron ka ilm hasil kiya aur sitaaron ke zariye zameen mein jo kuch ho raha hai aur mustaqbil mein jo hone wala hai jiska ta’alluq logon ki zindagi, maut, bemaari, sehat, ameeri, gareebi, mehngaaei, sastaaei wagairah se hai, is ke bare mein bayan kiya to yeh bhi jadu hi hai, chaaho to usay nujoomi kaho ya jadugar kaho, baat aik hi hai, ilm e nujoom jadu ka hi ilm hai.

Haan sitaron ka woh ilm jis se darja-e-hararat (temperature)  ya mousam ka haal ya namaaz ke auqaat  ma’loom ho, yeh aik achha ilm hai, jadu nahi.

Allah  subhanahu wa Ta’aala ne sitaron ko teen maqasid ke liye paida farmaya hai:

[Aasmaan ki khubsoorti ke liye, shayateen ko rajam karne ke liye, aur raasta pahchanne ke liye]

وهو الذي جعل لكم النجوم لتهتدوا بها في ظلمات البر و البحر )

Tarjuma: “Aur woh aisa hai jis ne tumhare liye sitaaron ko paida kiya, taakeh tum un ke zariye se andheron mein, khushki mein aur darya mein bhi raasta maaloom kar sako.”

[Al An’aam : 97]

إنما ربنا السماء الدنيا بزينة الكواكب )

Tarjuma : “Hum ne Aasmaan-e-Duniya ko sitaaron ki zeenat se aaraasta kiya.”

[Al saffaat : 06]

Aur sarkash shayateen se Aasman ki hifaazat ke liye, taakeh aalam-e-bala(aasmani aalam) ke farishton ki baatein  na sun paayen, isi liye aise shayateen ko un sitaaron ki aag se maara jaata hai, to woh jal jaate hain, sitaare paida karne ke yeh maqaasid hain, lekin agar sitaaron ke zariye se zameen par jaari mustaqbil ke haalaat maaloom kiye jaayen toh yeh jadugaron aur nujoomiyon ka kaam hai.

Yehi Nabi (ﷺ)ke farmaan ka matalab hai:

(من اقتبس علما من النجوم فقد اقتبس شعبة من السحر زاد ما زاد )

“Jis kisi ne sitaaron ka kuch ilm hasil kiya to us ne jadu ka ilm hasil kiya, ziyaada ho ya kam.”

[Abu Dawood: 3905]

Yeh is baat ki daleel hai keh is qism ka ilm-e-nujoom jadu hai aur nujoomi bhi jadugar hai, aur jadugar kaafir hai millat– islaamiya se khaarij hai, aur jo koi bhi ilm ul gayb ka dawah kare woh bhi kaafir hai, balkeh do bade taaghuton mein se hai, is liye keh ghayb ka ilm Allah Subhanahu wa Ta’aala ke siwa kisi ke paas nahi, aur Jin logon ko Allah Ta’aala ne apne kuch ilm se matlea (inform kiya) farmaaya hai woh ambiyaa-e-kiraam hain.

عالم الغيب فلا يظهر على غيبه أحدا ° إلا من ارتضى من رسول )

Tarjuma: “Woh ghayb ka jaanne waala hai aur apne ghayb par kisi ko matlea nahi karta  siwaaye us paigamber ke jise woh pasand karle.”

[Al Jinn: 26:27]

Allah Subhanahu wa Ta’aala ambiya-e-kiraam ko ghayb ki kuch baaton se matlea kar dete hain kisi khaas maslihat ki wajah se, aur yeh ambiya-e-kiraam ke mojezaat hote hain, lekin ambiya-e-kiraam ko yeh ilm bazaat-e-khud hasil nahi hota, aur na hi ilm-e-nujoom ya jadu ke zariye se, balkeh Allah Subhanahu wa Ta’aala ki taraf se naazil kardah wahi ke zariye se unhen woh baatein maaloom hoti hain, lekin jo ilm ul ghayb ka dawah kare to woh Mushrik aur kaafir hi tasawwur kiya jayega, is liye keh woh Allah Subhanahu wa Ta’aala ki kuch sifaat mein moshaarikat(sharik hone) ka dawah kar raha hai, aur woh hai ilm ul ghayb ki sifat, jo sirf Allah Subhanahu wa Ta’aala ki sifat hai, ya Jinhein Allah Ta’aala ne apne kuch ilm par matlea kar diya ho aur woh hain ambiya e kiraam Allah Subhanahu wa Ta’aala ne jadugaron ko, kaahin aur nujoomiyon ko ghayb ke ilm par matlea nahi kiya hai, yeh to un ki taraf se jhoot baandha ja raha hai Allah Subhanahu wa Ta’aala par, isi liye keh unhon ne Allah Subhanahu wa Ta’aala se Kufr kiya aur Shirk kiya.

Yeh jadu ki aik qism hai jise ilm ul nujum kaha jata hai.

DUSRI QISM: Dhaagon mein phoonkna aur girah lagaana

Jaisa keh Allah Subhanahu wa Ta’aala ka irshaad hai :

ومن شر النفاثات فى العقد )

Tarjuma : “Aur girah [ laga kar un ] mein phoonkne waaliyon ke shar se [ bhi].

[Al Falaq : 4]

Shayaateen ke naam par aur shaitaani taweezaat parh kar dhaagon mein girah laga kar us mein phoonkna, yeh aik qism hai, balkeh yeh jadu ki sab se badi qism hai aur yeh bilkul waazeh Kufr hai [a’oozu billaahi] –

Nabi Kareem(ﷺ) ne ilm ul bayan ko bhi jadu ki aik qism qaraar diya hai.

Jaisa keh Nabi (ﷺ)ka irshaad hai :

إن من البيان سحرا وإن من الشعر حكمة )

“Ash’aar mein kuch hikmat waale sha’r bhi hain , aur bayan mein jadu waale  bayanaat bhi hain.”

[Al Bukhaari : 303]

             Bayan, khutba, taqreer mein zabaan ki fasaahat balaagat aur Andaaz-e-bayan ki badi ahmiyat hai, aur kabhi yeh jadu ka kaam bhi karta hai, is liye keh taqreer karne waale ka Andaaz-e-bayan nihaayat umdah ho toh woh badi khubsoorti se haqq ko baatil aur baatil ko haqq ki surat mein bayan karta hai aur log us ke dhoke mein aa jaate hain.

Baatil ki Dawaat dene waale ( A’oozu billaahi) isi qism ke hote hain, Jab woh koi taqreer karta hai to logon ko Kufr aur Shirk ki taraf bulaata hai, aur apne Andaaz-e-bayan ke zariye, be bunyaad dalaa’il  paish karta hai , aur log samajhte hain keh woh haqq baat kar raha hai

Isi liye Nabi (ﷺ) ne farmaaya:

إن من البيان سحرا )

“Aur bayan mein jadu waale bayanaat bhi hain.”

[Al Bukhaari: 5146 ]

Yahan Nabi (ﷺ) ka yeh farmaana: ( bayan mein ) is baat ki daleel hai keh har qism ka bayan bura nahi, jis bayan mein haqq ki baat ki jaaye aur haqq ki taaeed ki jaaye woh bura nahi achha hai.

Khateeb aur taqreer karne waala agar apni fasaahat aur Andaaz-e-bayan ko Allah ke Deen ki nusrat ke liye aur logon tak sahih ilm pohanchaane ke liye aur khair ki Dawat dene  ke liye istema’l karega to yeh badi achhi bat hai layeq-e-tareef hai, lekin agar khateeb ( khutba dene waale) ya jadugar agar isi cheez ko baatil ki nusrat ke liye istema’l karega to yeh jadu hoga.

إن من البيان سحرا )

Matlab yeh hai keh woh apne Andaaz-e-bayan se logon ke zehno par haawi ho jaata hai aur us ke andaaz ki wajah se log baatil ko haqq tasleem karte hain, lihaaza yeh jadu ki aik qism hai jo Kufr tak le ja sakti hai, aur kuch Kufr toh, nahi hotin lekin us ke bohat hi qareeb hoti hai isi tarah Nabi (ﷺ)ne chughal khori ko bhi jadu ki qismon mein shumaar kiya hai.

Nabi (ﷺ) ne farmaaya :

إلا انبئكم ما  العضه ؟ هى النمنمة : القالة بين الناس )

“Kiya main tumhein yeh na bataaon keh Al addah ( jadu ) kiya hai ? yeh chugul khori hai Yani logon ke darmiyaan( aik dusre ki) baaton ka phailana.”

Kiya aap log jaante hain chughal  khori kiya hoti hai ?

CHUGHAL KHORI : Fasaad ki niyat se logon ki baat aik jagah se dusri jagah muntaqil karna, chughal khor aik shakhs ke paas jaata hai aur kehta hai keh fulah tum ko gaaliyan deta hai, fulah tumhari buraai karta hai, kehta hai tum kanjoos ho, tum jaahil ho tum aise ho tum waise ho, gharz yeh keh us shakhs ke seene ko dusre ke liye bughz aur nafrat se bhar deta hai, phir dusre ke paas jaata hai aur kehta hai fulah  tum ko gaaliyan deta hai, fulah  tumhari buraai karta hai, aur is tarah do doston mein dushmani daal deta hai, mominon mein dushmani daal deta hai , momin to aapas mein bhai bhai hain, chughal khor dono se yehi kehta hai keh fulah aap ke baare mein aisa kehta hai waisa kehta hai, aur is tarah musalmaanon mein tafarruqa daal deta hai, balkeh kabhi to noubat jung tak aa jaati hai, aur kabhi musalmaanon mein aisi doori ho jaati hai keh woh marte dam tak aapas mein aik dusre se nahi milte. kabhi rishte daaron mein doori daalta hai, baap aur bete ke darmiyaan, maa bete ke darmiyaan, bhai bhai ke darmiyaan, kabhi Aalim-e-Deen aur us ke shaagirdon ke darmiyaan, kabhi shagirdon mein aapas mein, kabhi aam musalmaanon  mein doori daalta hai, aur saara mo’aashra us chughal khor ki wajah se keena bughz aur Adawat mein mubtila ho jaata hai.

Ye jadu ki aik qism hai.is liye keh  Allah Subhanahu wa Ta’aalane irshaad farmaaya hai :

ما يفرقون به بين المرء و زوجه )

Tarjuma: “ Keh woh khaawind aur biwi ke darmiyaan tafarruqa daalta.”

[Al Baqarah : 102]

Chughalkhor bhi isi tarah mohabbat karne waalon ke darmiyaan tafarruqa daalta hai , isi liye ba’az salaf saaliheen ne farmaaya keh chughalkhor aik ghante mein jo fasaad barpa karta hai , is mein jadugar ko aik saal lagta hai , is liye keh jadugar ka fasaad  do teen ya aik giroh tak mahdood hota hai jabkeh chughal khor ka fasaad saare mu’aashre ko barbaad kar deta hai, han saara mu’aashra, is liye keh woh aik majlis se dusri majlis mein jaata hai , aik daftar se dusre daftar , aik jagah se dusri jagah aur chughal khori ka kaam bakhoobi anjaam deta rahta hai , yahan tak keh saare mu’aashre ke logon mein fasaad barpa ho jaata hai.

Nabi (ﷺ) ne  irshaad farmaaya:

ألا أنبئكم ما العضه ؟ هى النمنمة القالة بين الناس )

“Kiya main tumhein bataaoon keh jadu kiya hai ? woh chughal khori hai jo logon ki baat aik jagah se dusri jagah karna  hai.”

[Muslim : 2606]

Yeh jadu ki aik qism hai , agarcheh chughalkhor ka woh sharaee hukm nahi hai jo jadugar ka hai, chughalkhor ko kaafir qaraar nahi diya ja sakta lekin uska amal jadugar ke amal se mushabihat rakhta hai, chughal khori kabeerah gunahon mein se aik kabeerah gunaah hai , lekin behr-e- haal Kufr nahi, haqeeqat yeh hai keh chughal khori ke asraat aur nataaeej jadu jaise ya us se bhi khatarnaak hote hain, jabkeh chughalkhor Shirk bhi nahi karta, shayateen se bhi madad nahi maangta, Shirkiya kalimaat bhi nahi parhta, na phoonk maarta hai aur na hi dhaagon mein girah lagaata hai, chughalkhor jadugar jaise aamaal nahi kiya karta, balkeh usay jadugar chughal khori ke nataaeej ke atebaar se kaha gaya hai, chughalkhor faasiq hai, is liye keh us ne kabeerah gunahon mein se aik gunah ka Airtikaab kiya hai, is par us gunah se Allah Subhanahu wa Ta’aala ke huzoor tawba karna wajib hai.

Yeh jadu ke aqsaam mein se aik qism hai jise Nabi (ﷺ) ne bayan farmaaya hai, lihaaza zaroori hai keh is se ijtinaab kiya jaaye aur is se door raha jaaye .

EHL-E-ILM AUR TEENO AEIMAH :

Abu Haneefa , Maalik, Shafai’i ke nazdik, aur ulama-e-kiraam ki aik badi tadaad ne is baat par ittefaaq kiya hai keh jadugar ko qatal kiya jaye aur usay tawba ki mohlat bhi na di jaaye , agar yeh baat sabit ho jaaye keh woh jadugar hai, ya to woh khud iqraar kare ya phir woh shakhs is baat ki gawaahi den keh fulah jadugar hai, aur in dono baaton mein se kisi aik baat se bhi sabit ho jaaye keh woh jadugar hai toh us ko qatal kar diya jaaye aur tawba ki mohlat bhi na di jaaye, is liye keh agarche woh yeh zahir bhi kare keh woh tawba karta hai to uski tawba par yaqeen nahi kiya jaa sakta, is liye keh woh tawba ka izhaar dhoke se kar raha hai sirf  apni jaan bachaane ke liye jaise keh koi mulhid aur murtad karta hai, jis tarah mulhid ko tawba ka mouqa nahi diya jaata, isi tarah jadugar ko bhi tawba ka mouqa na diya jaaye, agar woh tawba ka izhaar bhi kare to is baat ki kiya zamaanat hai keh aeindah log us ke shar se mehfooz rahenge.

Aur is ki daleel Nabi (ﷺ) ka yeh farmaan hai :

حد الساحر ضربة بالسيف )

“Jadugar ki saza talwaar se maarna hai.”

[Moqoof Tirmidhi : 146]

          Yeh hadith sahih Isnaad ke saath marfoo’an bhi sabit hai aur mouqoofan bhi keh jadugar ki saza talwaar se maarna hai us ki tawba qubool kiye baghair, aur is mein hikmat yeh hai keh mustaqbil mein us ke shar se mehfooz rehne ki koi zamaanat nahi aur woh mahez apni jaan bachaane ke liye dhoka de raha hai keh woh tawba karta hai, jis tarah woh jadu ke zariye dhoka deta raha hai, usi tarah ab woh tawba ka izhaar kar ke dhoka de raha hai, aur is liye bhi keh hadith mein kisi qism ki takeed nahi lagaayi gayi balkeh lafz aam hai keh [ jadugar ki saza talwaar se maarna hai], is mein tawba ki mohlat dene ka koi zikr nahi, lihaaza yehi sahih Qawl hai keh usay qatal kar diya jaaye aur tawba ki na to mohlat di jaaye aur na hi tawba qubool ki jaaye , yehi Ehl-e-ilm ki aik bari tadaad ki raaye hai ,  aur us ke jadu ki tafseelaat bhi maaloom na ki jaayen keh tumhaara jadu kis qism ka hai ?

yeh nahi kaha jayega keh hamen apne jadu ki aqsaam bayan karo , jabkeh ba’az ulama ka Qawl hai keh us ke jadu ki tafseelaat daryaaft ki jaayen , agar us ka jadu us qism ka hai jo Kufr hi hota hai to us par Kufr ka hukm laagu hoga , aur agar us qism ka nahi hai to us par Kufr ka hukm laagu nahi hoga , lekin us ko jadu se roka jaayega , aur yeh baat durust nahi hai , is liye keh jadu kisi bhi qism ka ho woh Kufr hota hai [ hamesha ] is liye keh yeh shayateen ke baghair mumkin hi nahi , yehi sahih qawl hai, koi bhi jadu ho woh shayateen ke zariye hi hota hai, lihaaza sahih aur rajeh qawl jis par Jamhoor Ehl-e-ilm hain keh jadu kisi bhi qism ka ho woh Kufr hai aur jadugar ki saza qatal hai , aur jis ne mu’aamla tafseel ka zikr kiya hai us ka qawl marju’a aur zayeef hai, is liye keh us ka Qawl wahem par qaayim hai, us ko yeh wahem hai keh jadu ki kuch aqsaam shayateen ke amal ke baghair hoti hain, Jabkeh aisa hargiz nahi hota, koi bhi jadu shayateen ke amal ke baghair nahi hota, aur koi bhi jadugar aisa nahi, Jo Mushrik na ho, aur aisa samajhna mahez aik tasawwur hai jis ki koi haqeeqat nahi keh Kufr ke baghair bhi koi jadu hota hai, yeh hargiz sahih nahi, na zameeni haqaayiq us ki aagaahi de rahe hain, aisa samajhna mahez aik gumaan hai jis ki koi haqeeqat nahi. yeh hai jadugar ka hukm, usay qatal kiya jaaye aur us ki tawba qubool na ki jaaye.

Aur uski daleel Nabi (ﷺ)ka yeh farmaan :

حد الساحر ضربة بالسيف )

“Jadugar ki saza talwaar se maarna hai.”

[Tirmidhi: 146]

Aur is liye bhi keh khaleefa-e-Saani Umar Bin Khattaab(رضي الله عنه)ne apne waaliyon ( governer) ko likha keh :

(اقتلوا كل ساحر و ساحرة )

“Har jadugar aur jadugarni ko qatal kar daalo.”

[Abu Dawood: 3043]

Aur unhon ne us mein tawba ka koi zikr nahi kiya, is Qawl ko naqal karne waale raawi ne kaha keh hum ne Umar(رضي الله عنه) ke hukm par amal karte huay teen jadugaron ko qatal kar daala.

Yeh hai khulfaae raashideen ke khaleefa thaani Umar(رضي الله عنه) muhajireen aur ansaar ko hukm diya keh jadugaron ko qatal kar daalo aur kisi ne bhi un ki mukhaalifat nahi ki, yeh bhi is baat ki daleel hai keh jadugar ko qatal kiya jaaye aur uski tawba qubool na kii jaaye.

إن حفصة أم المومنين زوجة النبي صلى الله عليه و سلم امرت بقتل جارية لها سحرتها فقتلت )

       “Ummul momeneen Hazrat Hafsa (رضی اللہ عنہا) ne apni us loundi ko qatal karne ka hukm diya tha, jis ne un par jadu kar diya tha aur woh qatal kar di gayi.”

[Muwatta : 871]

         Hafsa Binte Umar (رضی اللہ عنہا) jo keh Nabi (ﷺ) ki zauja mohtarma hain, unhon ne aik ladki ko qatal kar daala jis ne un par jadu kiya tha, Jabkeh woh ummul momeneen aur Jaleelul qadr sahaabiyah hain, unhon ne us larki ko qatal kar diya jis ne un par jadu kiya tha, lihaaza sahaabiyah  ka amal hujjat hai, isi tarah Jundub Bin Ka’ab Al Azdi(رضي الله عنه) ne aik jadugar ko kheefa ki majlis mein qatal kar daala, usay talwaar se qatal kar daala, yeh bhi jaleelul qadr sahaabi ka amal hai.

Isi liye Imaam Ahmed Bin Hambal Rahimahullaah ne farmaaya:

صح عن ثلاثة من اصحاب النبي صلى الله عليه و سلم في قتل الساحر )
[Ibn Katheer : 144 / 1]

Jadugar ko qatal karna, Nabi (ﷺ) ke teen sahaaba se sabit hai:

  1. Umar Bin Al Khattaab(رضي الله عنه) aur un ki beti
  2. Hafsa Binte Umar(رضی اللہ عنہا)  aur
  3.  Jundub (رضي الله عنه).

Phir Nabi (ﷺ)ka yeh farmaan:

حد الساحر ضربة بالسيف )

“Jadugar ki saza talwaar se maarna hai”

[Tirmidhi : 146]

Yeh sab is baat ki daleel hai keh jadugar ko qatal kiya jaaye aur us ki tawba qubool na ki jaaye, balkeh jald az jald usay qatal kar diya jaaye taakeh musalmaanon ko us ke shar se mehfooz rakha ja sake, behr-e-haal muaamla Intehaee khatarnaak hai, aur jis shakhs ko yeh maaloom ho jaaye keh fulah  jadugar hai, is mulk mein ya kisi aur mulk mein, to usay chaheye keh fouran hukoomat ko us se aagaah kare, taakeh usay giraftaar kiya ja sake aur musalmaanonn ko us ke shar aur fasaad se mehfooz rakha ja sakte.

Hum Allah Subhanahu wa Ta’aala se Dua go hain keh sab ko is baat ki taufeeq de jis mein islaam aur musalmaanon ki behtari ho aur jis mein dilon ki salaamti ho, aapas mein ittefaaq aur ittehaad ho, haqq  ki nusrat ho aur baatil ki shikast ho.
