Ahl-e-Ilm me ikhtilaf ke baa’is khawateen me ye mas’ala kaafi tashweesh ka baa’is hai, ke Ha’izah aurat Quran ki Tilawat kar sakti hai ya nahi kar sakti hai, chunanche is silsile me sahih or durust Qaul ye hai ke Ha’izah aurat Quran ki Tilawat kar sakti hai.
Is mas’ala ko tafseel se jaan’ne ke liye aap ke samne wo saare nekaat pesh karta hon, jin ki wajah se Dil ko is baat par itminaan hasil hota hai ke Ha’izah aurat bhi Quran ki tilawat kar sakti hai.
(1) Is silsile me sab se buniyadi mas’ala ye hai ke Quran mahaz tilawat ki kitaab nahi hai, ye Dastoor -e- Hayat hai, is kitaab se hamare roz-o-shab balki zindagi ka Ek Ek lam’ha jura hua hai. Hamah waqt is se hamain marboot rahna hai, is me ghaur-o-fikr karte rahna hai or is ko samajh kar parhte rahna hai , ta’ake hamain Allah ka Hukm maaloom hota rahe, Hidayat milti rahe or hum is par Amal karte rahen.Is tarah jab hum Nozool-e-Quran ke maqsad par ghaur karte hain to maaloom hota hai ke mard ki tarah Ek aurat ko bhi hamesha Deeni Ahkam jaan’ne ke liye Quran parhte rahna chahiye.
Quran par Amal karne ke liye Quran ki tilawat zaroori hai hi, is ki tableegh ke liye bhi Quran ko parhne or Quran sunaane ki zaroorat hai jaise Nabi ﷺ Musalman wa ghair musalman sab par Quran parhte, ta’ake wo Allah ke Ahkaam ko samjhain or Hidayat hasil karain. Aap ﷺ ne baadshaahon ke naam jo khat likha us me Qurani Aayaat bhi hoti thi. Agar Ek kaafir ba wujood najas hone ke Qurani Aa’yaat ko chhoo sakta hai or parh sakta hai ,to Momi’nah aurat Taahir hone ke bawajood Ha’iz ki haalat me kiyun nahi parh sakti?
Isi tarah Tilawat-e-Quran se jura ek or masla ye hai, ke samajh kar kam az kam teen (three) din me Quran khatam karne ki ijazat hai, Nabi ﷺ ka farman hai:
لاَ يفقَهُ من قرأَهُ في أقلَّ من ثلاثٍ(صحيح أبي داود:1390)
Tarjuma: Jis ne Quran teen din se kam me parha us ne Quran samjha hi nahi.
Omu’man aurton ko teen dinon se ziyada Ha’iz aata hai, aurton ko is fat’rah me Tilawat se rokna bahut saare khair se rokne ke motaraadif hai, jabke teen din me Quran khatam karne ki Ek Mo’min ko ijazat hai. Is Hadees se ye maa’loom hota hai ke mo’min mard aur mo’min aurat ko kabhi Tilawat chhorna hi nahi chahiye, hamesha samajh kar Tilawat karte rahna chahiye.
Is jagah ye bhi hamain zehan me rakhna hai ke aurton ko Ha’iz ki wajah se “ناقصات الدین ” kaha gaya hai , yaani Deen me naqis.
Nabi ﷺ ne ناقصات الدین ki is tarah wazahat farmaayi hai:
أَلَيْسَ إِذَا حَاضَتْ لَمْ تُصَلِّ وَلَمْ تَصُمْ؟
(Jab aurat Ha’izah ho to, na Namaz parh sakti hai na Roza rakh sakti hai) (Bukhari: 304).
Is tarah Ha’iz ki wajah se aurton ko Deen ka nuqsan hota hi hai, mazeed Tilawat-e-Quran ke ajr se un ka nuqsan nahi kiya ja sakta hai , or Nabi ﷺ ne do hi nuqsan bataye hain is liye hum apni taraf se aurton ke haq me teesre nuqsan ka izafa nahi karenge.
Dastoor-e-Hayat yaani Quran Kareem se muta’alliq in buniyadi chand nekaat se maa’loom hota hai ke mard ki tarah Ek aurat bhi sada (hamesha) Qur’an parhti rahe, chahe wo Ha’iz ki haalat me kiyun na ho, kiyunke Deen ka ilm lena Ha’iz me bhi zaroori hai, Deen par Amal karna Ha’iz me bhi zaroori hai or Deen ki Tableegh karna Ha’iz me bhi zaroori hai.
(2) Ha’iz wali aurat Quran ki tilawat kar sakti hai is baare me doosri badi Daleel ye hai ke Quran ki Tilawat bhi Zikr hai or Ek aa’dmi har haal me Zikr kar sakta hai. Hazrat Aisha (رضی اللہ عنہا) se riwayat hai, unho ne kaha:
كَانَ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، يَذْكُرُ اللَّهَ عَلَى كُلِّ أَحْيَانِهِ(صحيح مسلم:373)
Tarjuma: Rasoolullah ﷺ apne tamaam au’qaat me Allah ka zikr karte the.
Allah Ta’ala ne poore Quran ko Zikr kaha hai, irshaad-e-baari hai:
إِنَّا نَحْنُ نَزَّلْنَا الذِّكْرَ وَإِنَّا لَهُ لَحَافِظُونَ (الحجر:9)
Tarjuma: Hum ne hi is Zikr (Quran) ko naa’zil farmaaya hai aur Hum hi is ke muhafiz hain.
Is jagah aap ghour karain, ek Momi’nah aurat par subh-o-shaam hote hain, wo soti jaagti hai or saare kaam kaaj karti hain. Haalat-e-H’aiz me bhi saare kaam karne padte hain, hatta ke Jamee’a Ibaadaat bhi anjaam deti hain, siwaaye Namaz wa Roza ke. Ha’iz wali aurat ke min-jumla Aa’maal me subh o shaam or sone jaagne ke Azkaar bhi hain jinhein wo rozana padti hain.
In azkaar me kitni Aa’yaat or kitni Sooratain hain jinhein rozana kai kai martaba padna padta hai. Jaise Aa’yat-ul-Kursi ki tilawat subh, shaam or sote waqt yani chaubees ghanton me teen martaba parhna hai. Surah Ikh’las, Surah Falaq or Surah Naas subh o shaam or sote waqt mila kar kul 27 martaba (nau martaba subh, nau martaba shaam or nau martaba sote waqt) in Sooraton ko parhna hai.
Sote waqt Surah Baqa’rah ki do aa’yaat, Surah Zumar, Surah Bani Isra’eel, Surah Sajda or Surah Mulk bhi parhna Masnoon hai. Aap in Aa’yaat or Sooraton se andaaza lagain ke Ek aurat ko Ha’iz ki haalat me chaubees ghante (24 hours) is qadar Quran padna hota hai, aur is silsile me koi mamaa’niat sabit nahi hai, na hi kisi Ahl e ilm ne kaha hai ke Ha’izah aurat in Aa’yaat or Sooraton ko na parhe.
Yahan se ye baat poori tarah samajh me aati hai ke jis tarah Ha’izah aurat tamaam qism ke azkaar parh sakti hai isi tarah Quran ki Tilawat bhi kar sakti hai.
(3) Haiz wali aurat Quran ki tilawat nahi kar sakti hai, aisi koi Sareeh or Sahih Daleel nahi hai, na hi kisi Saha’biyah se is haalat me Quran na parhne ki Daleel milti hai. Ha’iz ki haalat me Ibaadaat ke ta’alluq se Islam ne jin A’maal se muta’ayyun taur par man’aa kiya hai un me Namaz or Roza hai. Tilawat bhi Ibaadat hai or hamesha wali Ibaadat hai jabke Namaz chaubees ghante me paanch baar or Roza saal me Ek mah(month) Farz hai. Agar ba’halat-e-ha’iz Tilawat e Quran man’aa hoti to Shari’at me zaroor Saraahat ke saath is ki mamani’at hoti or Ahd e Risalat ki khawateen se is haalat me Quran na parhna manqool hota hai jabke aisa kuch mazkoor nahi hai.
Eid ki Namaz bhi Namaz hi hai iske bawajood Rasoollullah ﷺ ne Ha’iz wali aurat ko Eidgah nikalne ka Hukm dia hai, Kisi aurat ke pass parda ka intzaam na ho to tab bhi apni Muslim bahan ke sath uske parde me jaane ka Hukm dia hai,or phir Ha’izah ke Eidgah ane ka maqsad bhi or jawaaz wala A’mal bhi bataya hai. Umme Atiyyah رضی اللہ عنہا Rasoollullah ﷺ se riwayat karte huwe bayan Karti hain:
فَأَمَّا الْحُيَّضُ فَيَعْتَزِلْنَ الصَّلَاةَ وَيَشْهَدْنَ الْخَيْرَ وَدَعْوَةَ الْمُسْلِمِينَ(صحیح مسلم:890)
Tarjuma: Pas Ha’izah Namaz se door rahain,wo Khair o Barkat or Musalmano ki Dua me shareek hon.
Goya Namaze Eid ka mauqa hai to sirf Namaz se mana kiya or Namaz ke ela’wah jo Khair ke kaam hain jaise Zikr, Tilawat or Dua waghairah to unse faida uthane ki Ijaazat di.
Ek dusri rewayat me Umme Atiyyah hi bayan karti hain :
الْحُيَّضُ يَخْرُجْنَ فَيَكُنَّ خَلْفَ النَّاسِ يُكَبِّرْنَ مَعَ النَّاسِ(صحیح مسلم:890)
Tarjuma: Ha’iz wali auraten bhi nikalengi or logon ke peechhe rahengi or logon ke sath Takbeer kahengi.
Is Rewayat se ma’loom huwa ke, Ha’izah aurat Eid ki Takbeeraat bhi kahengi, Tilawat bhi Khair ka kam or Zikr hai ,wo مصلی العید me Tilawat bhi kar sakti hai, agar Ha’izah ke liye Zikr wa Tilawat mam’nu hoti to Aap ﷺ is mauqe se jis tarah Namaz se mana farmaye hain, Tilawat se bhi mana farmate.
(4)Jis tarah mard ko shaitan se khatra hai usi tarah aurat ko bhi shaitan se khatra hai, balke aurat ko mard se kahin ziyada khatra hai. Is liye shaitan ke shar se hifazat ke waste Ha’izah aurat Qur’an ki Tilawat kar sakti hai. Ba’taur e khaas jab aurat ko koi bimari laahiq ho ya aaseb waghairah ka andesha ho to Qur’an parh kar apne upar Dum kar sakti hai or Ha’iz ki haalat me kisi doosri aurat par bhi Qur’an parh kar Dum kar sakti hai. Nabi ﷺ maraz-ul-maut me mu’awwidhat (Surah Ikhlas, Surah Falaq, or Surah Naas) parh kar apne upar Dum karte or jab aap ke liye bimari ki shiddat me Dum karna dushwaar ho gaya to Syyeda Ayesha رضی اللہ عنہا aap par in Suratoun ko parh kar Dum kartin.
Kisi aurat ko jismani koi takleef ho or wo Ha’iz ki haalat me ho to bila shuba Qur’an parh kar apne upar Dum kar sakti hai, is me koi harj nahi hai.
(5) Hajj ek aisi Ibaadat hai jisme kai qism ke aa’maal anjaam diye jate hain, magar Ha’iz wali ko sirf Tawaaf se roka gaya hai.
Hajj ke dauran Rasoolullah ﷺ ne Syyeda Ayesha رضی اللہ عنہا ko jo Haalat-e-Ha’iz me thien hukm diya:
افْعَلِي كَمَا يَفْعَلُ الْحَاجُّ، غَيْرَ أَنْ لَا تَطُوفِي بِالْبَيْتِ حَتَّى تَطْهُرِي(صحیح البخاری:1650)
Tarjuma: “Jis tarah doosre Haji karte hain, tum bhi usi tarah (Arkan-e-Hajj) ada kar lo, haan Baitullah ka Tawaaf paak hone se pahle na karna.”
Hajj kai dinaun par mushtamil mukhtalif qism ki Ibadatoun ka majmu’a hai, itne dinoun wale hajj me Ha’izah ko bas tawaaf se roka gaya hai, baqi wo tamam aa’maal anjaam dengi. Aise me ye baat wazeh hai ke, Ha’izah Zikr, Talbiyah, Tilawat, Dua jaise Aa’maal anjaam dengi. Jab Ha’izah Hajj me Tilawat kar sakti hai to Hajj ke ilawa dinaun me bhi Tilawat kar sakti hai.
(6) Momin kabhi napaak nahi hota is liye Ha’iz-o-Nifaas ki haalat me aurat hukman paak hi rahti hai. Nabi ﷺ ka farman hai:
إنَّ المُؤْمِنَ لا يَنْجُسُ(صحيح البخاري:285)
Tarjuma: “Beshak Mo’min napaak nahi hota.”
Lihaza Ha’izah ke liye Qur’an parhne me koi harj nahi hai. Nabi ﷺ ek martaba aadhi raat ko so kar uthe or beghair wozu ke Surah Aal-e-Imran ki Tilawat farmayi (Sahih al-Bukhari: 183). Is se ye bhi maloom hota hai ke aadmi beghair wozu ke bhi Tilawat kar sakta hai kyunke Mo’min ki asal Taharat hai.
Jab ek Mo’minah aurat ba-haalat-e-ha’iz bhi paak hi hai to wo Qur’an ki Tilawat kar sakti hai, haan is haalat me Shar’iat ne jin khaas Ibadaton se man’aa kiya hai un se ruk jana hai aur wo Namaz o Roza hai.
(7) Aaj badi ta’adad me bacchiyan Deeni Ta’aleem hasil kar rahi hain, bade bade niswan idare chal rahe hain, jin me kai ustani or beshumar bachiyan zere taleem hain. Agar Ha’iz me Qur’an parhne se roka jaye to tamam niswan madaris ke nizaam-e-taleem me ek bada khalal paida ho jaye ga kyunki ustani samait tamam bachiyon ko har mah kai kai din maahwari aati hai, aise me parhne or parhane ka poora nizaam darham barham ho jaye ga, yahan tak ke kitni bachiyon ko imtihaan se haath dhona pare ga. Allah Ta’ala banat-e-Adam par Ha’iz ko likh diya hai jo har maah muqarrar waqt par tamam khatoon ko aata hai or iske anay se aurat najis nahi kahlayegi, wo paak hi hai or Qur’an jo Dastoor-e-Hayat hai, parhne parhane, Amal karne aur phailane wali Kitaab hai, isko Ha’iz me parhne se mana nahi kiya ja sakta.
(8) Saal me ek baar maah-e-Ramadan aata hai, aurat is maah me bhi ha’izah hoti hai, hatta ke aakhri ashray or iski taa’q Raaton (Laylatul Qadr) ko bhi kitni auratein ha’iz me hoti hain. Agar aurat ko in mubarak ayaam me Tilawat-e-Qur’an se roka jaye to Ajr ke aitbaar se auraton ke haq me badi mahroomi hai, balke Nabi ﷺ ne aisi aurat ko Eid ke din Eid-ul-Fitr ki barkat wa Sa’aadat sametne ka moqa diya hai, sirf Namaz-e-Eid se mana kiya hai. Jis se samjha ja sakta hai ke aurat Ha’iz ki haalat me Ramazan-ul-Mubarak ke ba’Barkat lam’haat se mustafeed ho sakti hai, or wo Qur’an ki tilawat kar sakti hai.
Kitni saari auraton par Juma’ah ka sooraj toloo’a hota hai or wo Ha’iz ki haalat me hoti hain, ya kabhi ‘Ashrah Dhul-Hijjah ho ya Yaum-e-Arafah ho, in dinon koi aurat Ha’iz me ho sakti hai, to sawal ye hai ke kia auraton ko in ayyaam se faida uthane ki ijazat nahi hai, Kia ye ayyaam sirf mardon ke liye hain ya kah’lain ke aurat ko sirf maah’wari (mensis) ane se in ayyaam ki Barkat se mahroom kiya ja sakta hai? Nahi. Wo Namaz wa Roza se pahle hi mahroom hai, baqia Ibaadaat ya’ni Zikr, Dua, Tilawat waghairah kar sakti hai kyunki in tamam mawa’qe par kahin auraton ke liye Tilawat ki mamani’at sabit nahi hai.
Ha’izah Aurat Or Tilawat-e-Qur’an Se Muta’aliq Aakhri Nukta :
Sutoore baala me jo umoor zikr kiye gaye hain, unse ye baat wazeh hoti hai ke Ha’izah ko Tilawat-e-Qur’an se nahi roka ja sakta, ya’ni ba-haalat-e-ha’iz aurat Qur’an ki Tilawat kar sakti hai, khwah mo’allima ho, taliba ho, qaari’aa ho ya aam Ha’izah aurat ho. Sabhi auratain Qur’an ki Tilawat kar sakti hain. Is jagah Ha’izah aurat ko ek mashwara ye dena chahta hoon ke agar aap zabaani Qur’an ki Tilawat karti hain to isme koi masla hi nahi hai, lekin dekh kar Mus’haf se Tilawat kar rahi hain or aap Mobile se Qur’an parh sakti hain to behtar hai ke Mobile se Tilawat karen taa ke Mus’haf chhoona na pade. Mobile me Qur’an ke, ek se ek applications maujood hain, bade bade fonts me Qur’ani app maujood hain, is liye aap Mobile se ya phir iPad, Laptop ya Computer se Tilawat karen.
Haan, agar aap ke paas Mobile se parhne ki sahoolat nahi ho ya Mus’haf se hi Qur’an parhne ki zarurat ho jaise mu’allima aur taliba to phir Mus’haf se dekh kar ya haath me lay kar bhi Qur’an parh sakti hain. Aisi surat me aap apne haath me dastana lagain. Imam Bukhari ne apni Sahih me
“كِتَابُ الحَيْض “(بَابُ قِرَاءَةِ الرَّجُلِ فِي حَجْرِ امْرَأَتِهِ وَهِيَ حَائِضٌ)
ke tehat tarjum-ul-baab ke taur par ek asar zikr kiya hai:
وَكَانَ أَبُو وَائِلٍ: «يُرْسِلُ خَادِمَهُ وَهِيَ حَائِضٌ إِلَى أَبِي رَزِينٍ، فَتَأْتِيهِ بِالْمُصْحَفِ، فَتُمْسِكُهُ بِعِلاَقَتِهِ»
Tarjuma: Abu Wa’il apni khaadima ko Ha’iz ki haalat me Abu Razeen ke paas bhejte the or wo unke yahan se Qur’an majeed Juz’dan me lipta hua apne haath se pakar kar laati thi.
Imam Bukhari ne is asar ko garchay mo’allaqan riwayat kiya hai, magar Ibne Abi Shaybah ne ise mawsulan riwayat kiya hai. Is asar se maloom hota hai ke aad(kapda/dastana etc) ke saath Ha’izah aurat Qur’an pakar aur chhoo sakti hai. Jab haath se Ha’izah Mus’haf pakar sakti hai to zabaan se parhne me koi masla hi nahi hai, kyunke zabaan to paak hoti hai, wahan najasat lagne ka andesha hi nahi hai. Najasat lag sakti hai to haathon ko aur doosray hissoon ko. Baawajood iske, Mo’min hamesha paak hota hai.
Mamani’at Ke Dala’il ka Jaaiza:
Is jagah ikhtisaar ke saath un chand Dala’il ke baare me bhi jaan lein jo Ha’iz ki haalat me Tilawat-e-Qur’an se rokne ke liye pesh kiye jate hain.
(1) Ek baat ye kahi jati hai ke Ha’izah Junbi ke hukm me hai, isliye jis tarah junbi Qur’an nahi parh sakta, usi tarah Ha’izah bhi Qur’an nahi parh sakti hai . Ha’izah ko Junbi ke hukm me maan’na sahi nahi hai. Jenabat jab chahein ghusl karke door kar lein jabke Ha’iz muqarrar muddat ke liye har maah(month )aata hai, isko apni marzi se zaa’il nahi kiya ja sakta. Isliye Jenabat or Ha’iz me bahut farq hai or dono ke alag alag Ahkaam hain.
(2) Ha’izah Qur’an na parhe, is silsile me jo Hadees pesh ki jati hai, wo Za’eef hai. Abdullah bin Umar رضی اللہ عنہما kahte hain ke Rasoolullah ﷺ ne farmaya:
لا يقرأُ القرآنَ الجنُبُ ولا الحائضُ(ابن ماجہ :595)
Tarjuma: Junbi or Ha’izah Qur’an na parhen.
Ye Hadees Za’eef hai, Isko Sheikh Al’bani ne munkar kaha hai.

Isi tarah ye bhi alfaaz waarid hain:
لا تَقرأِ الحائضُ ، ولا الجنُبُ شيئًا منَ القرآنِ
Ya’ni Ha’izah aur Junbi Qur’an se kuch bhi na parhen.
Isko bhi Sheikh Al’bani ne munkar kaha hai.

(3) Mamaani’at ke liye Qur’an se Ek daleel di jati hai ke Qur’an ko paak log hi chhute hain. Aap is aayat ko pichhli do Aa’yaat se milakar dekhain to baat wazeh ho jati hai. Allah ka farmaan hai:
إِنَّهُ لَقُرْآنٌ كَرِيمٌ فِي كِتَابٍ مَكْنُونٍ لا يَمَسُّهُ إِلا الْمُطَهَّرُونَ (الواقعة: 77-79)
Tarjuma: Beshak ye Qur’an bahut badi izzat wala hai, jo Ek mahfooz kitaab me darj hai, jise sirf paak log hi chho sakte hain.
“laa’ya’mas’sahu“ لایمسہ me khabar di ja rahi hai ke isko paak log chhute hain, or yahan “ہ” zameer ka marja’ sabiq a’yat “کتاب مکنون” yani Lauh-e-Mahfooz hai or paak log se muraad Farishte hain, Goya ma’na ye hua ke Lauh-e-Mahfooz ko sirf Farishte chhute hain. Ya baaz log “ہ” zameer ka marja’ Qur’an lete hain, is surat me ma’na ye hoga ke jo Qur’an Lauh-e-Mahfooz me hai, usko paak log yani Farishte hi chhute hain. Isliye is A’yat ki roshni me ye nahi kaha ja sakta ke koi bila Wozu Tilawat nahi kar sakta ya Ha’iz wali aurat Tilawat nahi kar sakti.
Seerat nigaron ne Rasoolullah ﷺ ke Ek khat ka zikr kia hai jise aap ne Amr bin Hazm ko dekar Yaman ki taraf bheja tha. Isme Aap ﷺ ka ye farmaan hai:
لا يَمَسُّ القُرآنَ إلَّا طاهِرٌ(صحيح الجامع:7780)
Tarjuma: Paak shakhs ke alawa’h Qur’an majeed ko koi or na chhoo’e.
Ye riwayat Muwatta, Darimi, Ibn Hibban, Bayhaqi, Daare Qutni, or Tabarani waghairah me maujood hai, Isko mota’addid Ahl-e-ilm ne Za’eef kaha hai or baaz ne sahi bhi kaha hai. Sheikh Al’bani bhi ise Sahih qa’raar dete hain.
Is Hadees ki roshni me ye kaha jaye ga ke Ha’izah aurat Mus’haf dekh kar Tilawat karte waqt haath me Dastana laga le, aur is qaid ke saath ooper me ne zikr bhi kia hai or Imam Bukhari ka Asar bhi pesh kiya hai.
Ha’iz Ki Haalat Me Tilawat Se Muta’aliq Deegar Masail:
(1) Is tahreer ka khulasa ye hai ke Ha’iz wali aurat zabani Qur’an ki Tilawat kare to koi mas’ala nahi hai, electronic device ya’ani mobile waghaira se bhi tilawat kare to koi mas’ala nahi hai lekin Mus’haf haath me le kar tilawat kare to haath me dastana laga le.
(2) Hai’z wali aurat ko Qur’an se mota’alliq kai kaam ho sakte hain, maslan Qur’ani A’ayaat ko likhna, bachon ko naazra padana, Qur’an ki Tajweed, Tafseer ya Dars dena, ya kisi ko utha kar Mus’haf dena, ya ghar ki safai ke waqt Ek jagah se doosri jagah Qur’an rakhna, ye sare kaam Ha’izah kar sakti hai, is baat ke saath ke Mus’haf haath me lete waqt dastana lagaliya jaye.
(3) Ha’iz ki haalat me A’yat-e-sajdah ki tilawat kare to wo Sajda-e-tilawat kar sakti hai, or Sajda-e-tilawat ke liye taharat shart nahi hai. Neez ye bhi maloom rahe ke Sajda-e-tilawat Wajib nahi hai, koi chhor de ya chhoot jaye to gunaah nahi hai.

Is ki wajah ye hai ke aurton ko har maheena Ha’iz aata hai or Ha’iz wali aurat ko Masjid me theharna mana hai, taa’hum Masjid ke us hissa me aurat thehar sakti hai jo Namaz ke elawah deegar zaruriyat ke liye mukh’tas kiya gaya ho.
- Baaz khawateen kaam kaaj ke waqt Qur’an ki recording ghar me chalu kar deti hain taake kaam bhi karen or tilaawat bhi sun sakein. Aise me Ha’izah ka Qur’an sun’ne me koi harj nahi hai. - Ooper bhi ye baat zikr ki gayi ke Ha’izah khud par ya doosron par Qur’ani A’yaat pad kar Dum kar sakti hai, koi mas’ala nahi hai. or isi tarah jo aurat Ha’iz ki haalat me ho, us par bhi Dum kiya ja sakta hai.
