Jab Ek Mard Nikaah Ke Zariya Aurat Ke Sath Apni Zindagi Shuru Karta Hai To Fir Allaah Ki Meharbani Ke Sath Biwi Ki Rifaqat Uski Zindagi Ke Masail Ke Liye Kaafi Ho Jaati Hai. Dono Mil Kar Achcha Ghar,Achcha Samaaj Aur Achchi Duniya Bana Lete Hai. Na Sirf Mardo Ko Aurat Ki Zaroorat Hai Balke Aurto Ko Bhi Mardo Ki Shadeed Zaroorat Hai Taham Aurto Ki Ba Nisbat Mardo Me Ishtiyaq Ziyadah Paya Jata Hai. Uski Wajah Yah Hai Ke Allaah Ne Aurat Ko Haseen Paidaish Aur Purkashish Wasaf Se Nawaza Hai. Islaam Ne Apne Tamam Usolo me Paakizgi Ikhtiyaar Karta Hai,Aurat Jo Apne Aap Me Sinfe Mukhalif Ke Liye Purkashish Hai Use Maharim Ke Alawah Tamam Ajnabi Mardo Se Pardah Ikhtiyar Karne Ka Hukam Diya Hai Hatta Ke Sar Ke Baal Bhi Chupane Ka Hukam Deta Hai,Uski Namaaz Bhi Nange Sar Jaaiz Nahi Hai. Aurat Mukammal Wajood Pardah Hai. Us Wajah Se Sar Se Le Kar Pair Tak Dabeez(Mote)Kapde Se Apne Aaza E Badan Chupane Ka Hukam Diya Gaya Hai. Zair E Nazar Mazmoon Me Aurat Ke Sar Ke Baal Ke Ahkaam Bataae Jaaen Ge Taaki Musalim Aurto Ko Un Baato Ki Sharai Haisiyat Ma’loom Ho Sake.

 

Sar Ke Baal Ki Hifazat Karna,Usme Comb Karna Aur Oil Lagana:

Haa Itna Zaroor Dhiyaan De Ke Baalo Ko Sajaane Sanwaarne Aur Oil Comb Karne Me Ziyadah Waqt Barbaad Na Kare Aur Na Hi Maal Me Israaf Kare Jaisa Ke Bahut Sari Aurto Ko Dekha Jata Hai Ke Baal Dhone Me Mubalga,Dhoop Me Sukhane Me Mubalga Aur Usko Sajaane Sanwaarne Me Mubalga Aaraai Se Kaam Leti Hai Goya Din Ka Balke Raat Ka Bhi Aksar Hissa Baalo Ki Zeenat Aur Hifazat Par Sarf Kiya Jata Hai. Isi Tarah Baalo Me Khushboo Ya Khushbu Daar Oil Laga Kar Bahar Na Nikle,Khushboo Ka Istimaal Ghar Tak Hi Mehdood Rakhkhe.

Din Aur Raat Ke Kisi Hisse Me Rozana Aurat Balo Me Comb Kar Sakti Hai Yaha Tak Ke Haiz Aur Nifaas Aur Janabat Ki Halat Me Bhi Albatta Eidul Azha Ki Munasibat Se Jo Qurbani Ka Iradah Rakhkhe Woh Un Dino Aaraam Se Aur Narmi Ke Saath Comb Kare. Halat E Ahraam Me Comb Karne Ki Mumaniat Nahi Aai Hai Lekin Chunke Baal Katna Ya Todna Ahraam Ki Halat Me Mana Hai Is Wajah Se Comb Nahi Karni Chaahiye Aur Jise Comb Karne Se Baal Tutne Ka Yaqeen Ho To Uski Har Haal Me Comb Nahi Karna Chaahiye. Iddat Me Zeenat Ikhtiyaar Karna Ma’na Hai Is Wajah Se Aurat Iddat Me Comb Na Kare Aur Na Hi Zeenat Ki Koi Chiz Baal Me Istimaal Kare.

كنت اذا اردت ان افرق رأس رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم صدعت الفرق من يافوخه وارسل ناصيته بين عينيه.

 

Tarjumah: Me Jab Rasool SAV Ke Balo Me Maang Nikaalne Lagti To Aap Ke Sar Ke Bicho Bich Se Nikaalti Aur Aap SAV Ki Paishaani Ke Baalo Ko Aap Ki Aankho Ke Smane Latkati Yani Fir Unhe Aadho Aadh Kar Deti.

Maang Ke Mamle Me Aurat Aur Mars Dono Barabar Hai Yani Rasool Allaah Ka Uswa Apnate Hue Darmiyaan Sar Se Maang Nikaale Tedi Maang Nikalna Uswae Rasool SAV Ke Khilaaf Aur Kuffar Aur Mushrikeen Ki Mushabihat Hai Is Liye Koi Musalmaan Aurat Tedi Maang Na Nikale Na Right Janib Se Na Hi Left Janib Se. Haa Bagair Maang Nikaale Baalo Ko Right Ya Left Jaanib Jhuka Le To Isme Koi Harj Nahi Hai. Isi Tarah Kandhe Par Baal Latkaane Ya Chotiya Bana Kar Ya Bagair Chotiyo Ke Pith Par Latkane Me Bhi Koi Harj Nahi Hai. Isme Bhi Koi Harj Nahi Hai Ke Sar Ke Piche Balo Ko Jama Kar Ke Upri Hisse Par Ribbin Bandh Le Aur Baalo Ke Nichle Hisse Ko Pith Piche Ki Taraf Chod De.

قلت يا رسول الله،اني امرأة أشد رأسى فانقضه لغسل الجنابة؟ قال: لا. انما يكفيك أن تحثي على رأسك ثلاث حثيات ثم تفيضين عليك الماء فتطهرين.

 

 

Tarjumah: Mene Arz Ki:Ay Allaah Ke Rasool ! Me Ek Aysi Aurat Hu Ke Kas Kar Sar Ke Balo Ki Choti Banati Hu To Kya Gusal E Janabat Ke Liye Is Ko Kholu?Aap Ne Farmaya:Nahi,Tumhe Bas Itna Hi Kaafi Hai Ke Apne Sar Par 3 Chilloo Paani Dalo,Fir Apne Aap Par Paani Baha Lo Tum Paak Ho Jaao Gi.

WAZU ME AURAT KE SAR KA MASAH:

 

Aurat Aur Mars Ke Masah Me Koi Faraq Nahi Hai Allaah Ka Farmaan Hai:

 

وامسحوا برءوسكم.

 

Tarjumah: Apne Saro Ka Masah Karo.

 

Yah Farmaan Mard Aur Aurat Dono Ko Shaamil Hai Nabi SAV Ne Hame Masah Ka Tariqah Yah Baylaya Ke Tar Hatho Ko Sar Ke Agle Hisse Par Phairte Hue Guddi Tak Le Jaae Aur Fir Waapas Aage Ki Taraf Le Aae Aur Shahadat Ki Ungli Se Kaan Ka Andruni Hissa Aur Anguthe Se Beruni Hissa Masah Kare.

Aurat Ko Apna Baal Nanga Karne Ki Zaroorat Nahi Hai Aur Na Hi Choti Ho To Kholne Ki Zaroorat Hai. Dupatta Ke Andar Se Balo Par Haath Phair Le Aur Ajnabi Mard Aas Paas Na Ho To Sar Nanga Hone Aur Baal Bikherne Me Koi Harj Nahi Hai.

Aurat Wazu Karte Hue Apne Dupatte Par Masah Kar Sakti Hai Jab Thandak Ki Wajah Se Ya Bagair Thandak Ke Sar Ko Dupatte Se Mazbuti Ke Saath Bandh Rakhi Ho Kuy Ke Uske Utarne Me Mashaqqat Aur Pareshani Hai Isi Tarah Agar Sar Par Mehndi Ka Laip Lagaai Ho To Us Par Bhi Masah Kar Sakti Hai.

Yani Unke Sar Bukhti Oont Ki Kohaan Ki Tarah Ek Taraf Jhuke Hue Hon Ge. Muhaddisin Ne Iske Kai Ma’ni Bayan Kiye Hai Un Me Ek Ma’ni Imaam Nawwi Ne Qaazi Ki Taraf Mansoob Kar Ke Yah Bhi Bayan Kiya Hai Ke Baal Ikhatta Kar Ke Darmiyani Sar Ke Upar Jama Kar Lena Jo Bukhti Oont Ki Kohaan Ki Tarah Malum Hota Hai Is Tarah Musalmaan Aurat Ke Baalo Ka Joda Banana Jaaiz Nahi Hai.

Agar Kisi Aurat Ne Lailmi Me Is Haalat Me Namaaz Padh Li Bashart Yah Ke Baal Dhake Hue The To Uski Namaaz Sahih Hai Dohraane Ki Zaroorat Nahi Hai Taham Yah Amal Na Namaaz Me Sahih Hai Aur Na Hi Namaaz Ke Bahar Lihaza Hamesha Ke Liye Is Amal Se Baaz Rahe.

 

AURAT KA APNE MEHRAMO KE SAMNE KHULE SAR AANA KAISA HAI?

 

Aurat Apne Mehram Ke Samne Jis Tarah Face Khol Sakti Hai Usi Tarah Apne Baal Bhi Zaahir Kar Sakti Hai Is Liye Apne Mehramo Ke Samne Khule Sar Aane Me Koi Harj Nahi Hai.

Allaah Ka Farmaan Hai:

 

ولا يبدين زينتهن إلا لبعولتهن اؤ آبائهن اؤ آباء بعولتهن اؤ ابنائهن اؤ أبناء بعولتهن اؤ اخوانهن اؤ بني اخوانهن اؤ بني اخواتهن.

 

TARJUMAH: Aur Apni Aaraisho Ko Kisi Ke Samne Zaahir Na Kare Siwaae Apne Shoharo Ke Ya Apne Waalid Ke Ya Apne Sasur Ke Ya Apne Ladko Ke Ya Apne Shohar Ke Ladko Ke Ya Apne Bhaiyo Ke Ya Apne Bhatijo Ke Ya Apne Bhanjo Ke.

Is Aayat Ki Roshani Me Aurat Apne Maharim Ke Samne Apne Haath,Pair Sar,Baal Aur Gardan Khula Rakh Sakti Hai. Is Liye Apne Maharim Ke Samne Khule Sar Ya Khule Baal Aa Sakti Hai.

Muslim Aurat Ka Kaafir Ke Samne Nange Sar Aur Nange Face Aane ke Silsile Me Ikhtilaaf Hai. Shaikh Ibne Usaimeen RH Kehte Hai Ke Mera Meelan Is Jaanib Hai Ke Agar Fitna Na Ho To Aurat Aurat Ke Darmiyan Farq Nahi Hai Chaahe Muslimah Ho Ya Kaafirah Lekin Agar Fitne Ka Khauf Ho Maslan Woh Aurat Rishte Daar Mardo Ke Paas Aurat Ka Wasaf Bayaan Kare To Is Waqt Fitna Se Bachna Zaroori Hai Aur Us Surat Me Dusri Aurat Ke Samne Apne Badan Ka Kuch Hissa Bhi Zaahir Na Kare Gi Na Pair,Na Baal Chaahe Aurat Muslimah Ho Ya Gair Muslimah.

Ma’loom Yah Hua Ke Namaaz Me Aurat Ko Apne Saro Ko Dhanpna Hai Aur Libaas Bhi Aurat Ka Aysa Mota Ho Ke Aaza Ki Mukammal Satar Poshi Ho Rahi Ho,Is Liye Namaaz Ho Ya Gair Namaaz Aurat Ka Bareek Libaas Lagana Jis Se Aazaa E Badan Ke Khaddo Khaal Numaya Ho Jaaiz Nahi Hai. Namaaz Me Bhi Aysa Koi Libaas Na Lagaae Jis Se Haath,Qadam,Pindli Jisam Ka Koi Hissa Ya Sar Ka Baal Nazar Aa Raha Ho.

Raha Masala Zaeef Aur Bimaar Aurat Ka To Unhe Bhi Namaaz me Saro Ko Ayse Dupatte Se Chupaae Gi Jis Se Baal Na Zaahir Ho,Yahi Hukam Nawjawan Aurat Mareeza,Zaeefa,Aur Budhi Ka Bhi Hai Albatta Namaaz Ke Bahar Aurat Apne Saro Ko Tanhaai Me Ya Apne Mahaarim Ke Samne Khula Rakh Sakti Hai. Agar Mareez Ya Zoaf Is Qadar Shadeed Ho Ke Namaaz Me Hijaab Ki Mukammal Pabandi Karna Na Mumkin Ho Aur Koi Madad Karne Wala Bhi Na Ho To Jis Qadar Ho Sake Pabandi Kare,Allaah Kisi Ko Taqat Se Ziyadah Mukallaf Nahi Banata.

Muslamaan Aurto Ke Liye Sar Ke Baal Mukammal Rakhna Wajib Hai Aur Bila Zaroorat Use Mundwana Haraam Hai. Is Tarah Aurto Ke Liye Sar Ke Baal Bila Zaroorat Katwana Bhi Jaaiz Nahi Hai Chahe Shohar Hi Ka Hukam Kuy Na Ho,Rasool SAV Ke Zamane Me Aurto Ke Baal Pure Hote The Aur Chote Balo Wali Aurte Wasal Se Kaam Leti Thi To Rasool SAV Ne Un Par La’anat Bheji.

لهم النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم الواصلة والمستوصلة،والواشمة والمستوشمة.

 

Tarjumah: Nabi SAV Ne Sar Ke Qudrati Baalo Me Masnui Baal Lagaane Waliyo Par Aur Lagwaane Waliyo Par Aur Gudne Waliyo Par Aur Gudwane Waliyo Par La’nat Bheji Hai.

Lihaza Aurto Ka Bila Zaroorat Sar Mundwana,Ya Baal Katwana Jaaiz Nahi Hai. Haj Aur Umrah Me Aurat Ka Ungli Ke Por Ke Barabar Baal Kataane Ka Hukam Hai,Aur Agar Aurat Ko Kisi Bimari Wagairah Ki Wajah Se Baal Katane Ki Zaroorat Padh Jaae To Us Surat Me Jaaiz Hoga.

Nabi SAV Ki Azwaje Mutahhiraat Ke Mutalliq Muslim Sharif Me Hai,Aaisha RA Bayan Karti Hai:

 

وكان أزواج النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم يأخذن من رؤوسهن حتى تكون كالوفرة.

Baaz Gair Shadi Shudah Navjawaan Ladkiyo Ko Dekha Jata Hai Ke Woh Sar Ke Agle Hisse Se Kuch Baal Kaat Kar Aur Uski Lat Bana Kar Face Par Gira Leti Hai. Is Miqdaar Me Baal Kaat Lene Me Koi Qabahat Nazar Nahi Aati Hai Bashart Yah Ke Fahisha Ki Mushabihat Na Ho Magar Gair Shadi Shuda Nawajavaan Ladki Ka Aysa Karna Fitne Ka Baais Hai,Aysi Ladkiya Umoman Pardah Bhi Nahi Karti Unke Sarparasto Ka Chaahiye Ke Is Qisam Ka Baal Rakhne Se Mana Kare,Us Waqt Woh Is Andaaz Me Kis Ke Liye Zeenat Kar Rahi Hai?Shadi Ho Jaae Aur Shohar Ke Wasate Kare To Alag Baat Hai.
