45: الحکم (Faislaa karne wala )

 


 

Irshad-e-Baari hai:

 

فَاصْبِرُوْا حَتّٰي يَحْكُمَ اللّٰهُ بَيْنَنَا   ۚ وَهُوَ خَيْرُ الْحٰكِمِيْنَ  

 

“To zara tehar jao! Yahan tak keh hamare darmiyan Allah faislaa kiye deta hai aur woh sab faislaa karne walon se behtar hai.”

(Al Aaraf: 87)

 

Neez irshad hai:

 

وَتَمَّتْ كَلِمَتُ رَبِّكَ صِدْقًا وَّعَدْلًا  ۭلَا مُبَدِّلَ لِكَلِمٰتِهٖ

 

“Aap ke Rab ka kalaam sachaai aur insaaf ke ai’tibaar se kaamil hai, Us ke kalaam ka koi badalne wala nahi.” ( Al Anaam: 115)

 

Neez Irshad-e-Baari hai:

 

اِنَّ اللّٰهَ يَاْمُرُ بِالْعَدْلِ وَالْاِحْسَانِ

 

“Allah Ta’alaa ‘Adal ka aur bhalai karne ka hukum deta hai.” (Al Nahal: 90)

 

Aur Nabi-e-Kareem (صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم) ka irshad-e-Giraami hai:

 

إن الله هو الحكم، وإليه الحكم

 

“Allah Ta’alaa hi faisala karne wala hai aur faisala ka marj’a wahi hai.” ( Sunan Abi Dawood, Kitab-ul-Adab, Baab Fi Taghyeer-e-Al Ism-e-Al Qabeeh, Hadees: 4955, Wa Sunan Nasai, Kitab-o-Aadab-e-Al Quzaat, Baab-o-Iza Hakamo Jilaan, Faqaza Bainahum, Hadees: 5354, Wa Mustadrak Hakim: 1/23, Wal Mujam-ul-Kabeer Lil Tabarani: 22/179-180, Hadees: 466-470, Wa Ibn-e-Hibban (Jaisa keh Mawarid-ul-Zamaan mein hai), 6/214, Hadees: 1937, Aur is ki sanad Jayyad hai. Dikhiy: Fath-ul-Majeed Bisarah Kitab-ul-Tauheed Libn-e-Abdul Wahab Bitahqeeq-e-Abdul Qadir Al Arnaot, Page: 517, Aur Allamah Albani رحمہ اللہ ne isy Sahih Al Jame, Hadees: 1845, Mein Sahih qarar dia hai.)

 

Allah Azzawajal ka irshad hai:

 

اَفَغَيْرَ اللّٰهِ اَبْتَغِيْ حَكَمًا وَّهُوَ الَّذِيْٓ اَنْزَلَ اِلَيْكُمُ الْكِتٰبَ مُفَصَّلًا  ۭوَالَّذِيْنَ اٰتَيْنٰهُمُ الْكِتٰبَ يَعْلَمُوْنَ اَنَّهٗ مُنَزَّلٌ مِّنْ رَّبِّكَ بِالْحَقِّ فَلَا تَكُوْنَنَّ مِنَ الْمُمْتَرِيْنَ ١١٤؁

 

“To kaya Allah ke siwa kisi aur faisala karne wale ko talaash karoon halaankeh woh aisa hai keh us ne aik Kitaab kaamil tumahre paas bhaij di hai, Us ke mazameen khoob saaf saaf bayaan kiye gaye hain aur jin logon ko ham ne Kitaab di hai woh is baat ko yaqeen ke sath jante hain keh yeh aap ke Rab ki taraf se haq ke sath bhaije gayi hai, So aap shuba karne walon mein se na hoon.”

(Al Anaam: 114)

 

Allah Tabarak-o-Ta’alaa hi apne bundon ke darmiyan duniya mein apne ‘Adal-o-Insaaf se faisala farmaata hai aur akhirat mein bhi farmaaye ga. Chunancha woh aik zarra bhi zulum nahi karta hai na kare ga na kisi par kisi doosre ka boojh daale ga, Na hi bande ko us ke gunah se zayada saza de ga haq daaron ko un ka haq adaa kar de ga kisi haqdaar ko haq pohanchaye baghair nahi chode ga. Woh apni Tadbeer-o-Intizaam aur Taqdeer-o-Nawisht mein seerapa ‘adal hai (Tafseer Allamah Abdul Rahman bin Nasir Al Saadi: 5/627). Allah Subhanho ki zaat apne fe’il mein bhi ‘Adal ki sift se muttasif hai, Is ke saare afa’al ‘Adal-o-Istiqamat ki sunnaton par jari hain un mein sire se kisi Zulum-o-Ziyadati ka shaiyba tak nahi hai balkeh tamaam afa’al Allah ke Fazl-o-Rahmat aur ‘Adal-o-Hikmat ke darmiyan hain, Jaisa keh ham ne pehle zikar kiya hai.

 

Aur Allah Subhan-o-Wa Ta’alaa gunagaaron aur jhutlane walon par duniya mein jo mukhtalif qisam ki Halaakat-o-Ruswai utarta hai, Aur akhirat mein un ke liye jo ruswa kun ‘azaab tayyar kar rakha hai woh darasal Allah Ta’alaa ka woh kaam hai jis ke woh mustahiq hain, Kiunkeh woh gunah ke baghair kisi ko nahi pakdta, Na hi Hujjat qaim kiye baghair kisi ko ‘azaab deta hai, Aur us ke tamaam Aqwaal-o-Farmodaat bhi sarapa ‘adal hain, Chunancha woh bandon ko is baat ka hukum deta hai jis mein khaas Maslihat ho ya jis mein Maslihat ghalib ho isi tarhan Allah Ta’alaa ka faisala ke din apne bundon ke darmiyan faisala karna aur un ke a’amaal tolna bhi ‘Adal-o-Insaaf hai is mein koi Zulm-o-Jor nahi hai (Sarah Al Qaseedah Al Nooniyah Az Harras: 2/104) jaisa keh Allah ka irshad hai:

 

وَنَضَعُ الْمَوَازِيْنَ الْقِسْطَ لِيَوْمِ الْقِيٰمَةِ فَلَا تُظْلَمُ نَفْسٌ شَـيْــــــًٔا  ۭ وَ اِنْ كَانَ مِثْقَالَ حَبَّةٍ مِّنْ خَرْدَلٍ اَتَيْنَا بِهَا  ۭ وَكَفٰى بِنَا حٰسِـبِيْنَ 47؀

 

“Qayaamat ke din ham darmiyan mein laa rakhain ge theek theek tolane wali tarazu ko, Phir kisi par kuch bhi zulum na kiya jaye ga. Aur agar aik rai ke dane ke barabar bhi ‘amal hoga ham use laa haazir karain ge aur ham kaafi hain hisaab karne wale.”

(Al Anbiyaa: 47)

 

 

Allah Subhan-o-Wa Ta’alaa apne wasaf Fe’il, Qoul aur faisala mein ‘Adal-o-Insaaf se “faisala karne wala” hai. Aur farmaan-e-Baari Ta’alaa ka yahi maien’e hai:

 

اِنَّ رَبِّيْ عَلٰي صِرَاطٍ مُّسْتَقِيْمٍ

 

“Yaqeenan mera Rab bilkul sahih raah par hai.” (Hood: 56)

 

Kiunkeh Us ke Aqwaal-o-Farmodaat sache hain hain, Aur us ke af’aal ‘Adal-o-Insaaf aur Fazl-o-Ahsaan ke darmiyan jari hain. Lihaza woh nihaayat naik af’aal hain, Aur apne bandon ke ikhtilaafi ma’amlaat mein Allah ka faisala saraapaa ‘aadilana faisala hai un mein kisi tarhan ka koi zulum nahi, Aur yahi ma’aamla badla, Aur Sawaab-o-‘Azaab ka bhi hai .
