It is recommended for a Muslim to take the initiative to please his Muslim brother in case he had a newborn baby by giving him glad tidings and making him happy. In case he missed giving him glad tidings, he must congratulate him and pray for him and his newborn baby. The Noble Qur’an stated several times to give glad tidings to those having newborn babies in order to guide Muslims and teach them to do the same. In doing so, it has a powerful effect on strengthening bonds of love among Muslim families.
