02. Ustaad ka adab-o-Ehtram.

*Ustaad Ka Adab o Ahtaraam*

 

Walidain hi ki tarhan bachoon par jin jin ka ahsaan hota hai un mein saab say zayaada ahem asaatizah aur shayukh hain jin kay saamnay bachay zanoue talammuz teh kartay hain, Un say ilm-o-adab, Ikhlaaq-o- Kirdaar seekhtain hain, Anmbiya (علیہم الصلاۃ والسلام) fil haqeeqat insaaniyat kay m’ualim thay, Issi liye Aap ne irshaad farmaaya :

 

” إنما بعثت معلما “,

 

” Mein to m’ualim hi bana kar bheja gaya hon”.

 

Is say maloom houa kay insaaniyat ki rahnumaai woh azeem fareezah hai jis ka keh Hazraat-e-Anmbiyaa ko mukallaf kiya gaya tha, Issi liye jis tarhan Anmbiyaa (علیہم الصلاۃ والسلام) ka is hassiyat say taqaddus maana houa hai keh woh insaaniyat kay haadi aur rahnuma thay,

Bilkul isi tarhan asaatizah karaam bhi qaabil-e-taazeem o takreem hain keh wo aik nasal ki zindgi ki rehnomaai karty hain, issi liye M’ualim-e-Insaaniyat (ﷺ) ka Farmaan hai:

 

منه ، السكينة والوقار ، وتواضعوا لمن تتعلّمون تعلموا العلم ، وتعلموا للعلم “
رواه الطبراني في الأوسط) )

 

“Ilm seekho aur ilm kay liye sakinat aur wqaar seekho, aur jin se tum ilm seekhtay ho un kay sath tawazu’ se paish aao”.

Aulaad kay liye zaroori hai keh wo apny  Asaatizah karaam ka adab o laihaaz karin, in se tawazu’ o inkasaari ka m’aamlah krain, Imaam Ghazaali (رحمه الله) farmaatay hain:

 

” إلا بالتواضع ، وإلقاء السمع لا ينال العلم”

 

“Ilm aajazii aur kaamil tawjjah se hi haasil hota hai”

 

Mutakabbir shakhs kabhi ilm haasil nhi kar sakta, is liye aulaad ko apnay asaatizah ki khidmat krna, in kay mashwaron par is tarhan amal krna chahiye jaisa keh mareez doctor kay mashwaron par amal paira hota hai, hameisha un ki khushnudi aur razza haasil karnay ki sa’ee krain, kyun kay ustaad kay liye tazalzul, talaamizah kay liye izzat, is kay liye khaaksaari un kay liye fakhar aur us kay liye tawaazu’ un ki rifa’at ka baa’is hai.

 

Ustaad ka ghussah bhi bardaasht krain, Imaam Shafa’ee( رحمه الله) farmaaty hain”

 

Imaam Suffayan Bin Uyainah (رحمه الله) se kaha gaya:

“Ap se hadees pharhnay kay liye log duniya kay chappay chappay se atay hain, ap in par ghussah kartay hain, kahein aisa na ho keh wo ap se rooth kar chor kar chalain jaen”.

 

Ap ne is kahny walay se farmaaya:

 

“ھم حمقى إذا هم تركوا ما ينفعهم لسوء خلقی “

 

“Jab to wo naadaan log Hain, agar wo mery buray salook ki wajah se is cheez ko chor kar mujh se chalain jaen jo inhain faaidah pohanchati hai.

 

1- Aslaaf apnay usaatizah karaam ka be had adab o ahtraam kiya kartay thay, Habr-ul-ummat Hazrat Abdullah Bin Aabbaas (رضي الله عنه) apni jalaalat-e-Shaan kay ba’wajood Hazrat Zaid Bin Saabit Ansaari(رضي الله عنه) ki sawaari ki rakaab thamay hue chaltay or farmaaty:

 

هكذا أمرنا أن نفعل بعلمائنا “

 

“Hamain issi tarhan apnay ulamaa ka ahtraam karnay ka hukam diya gaya hai.

 

 

2- Imaam Ahmad Bin Hanbal (رحمه الله) , apnay ustaaz Khalf-ul-Ahmar (رحمه الله) kay saamne dozaano ho kar baithtay aur farmaatay:

 

” نتعلم منه لا أقعد إلا بين يديك ، أمرنا أن نتواضع لمن”

 

“Main iss tarhan dozaano ho kar ap kay hi saamny baithun ga, kyun kay hamain hukam diya gaya hai keh jis se ham ne ilm haasil kiya in se inkasaari se paish aen”. (تربية الأولاد في الإسلام للشيخ عبد الله ناصح علوان : 401)

Haalaankeh ye wohi Imaam ahl-e-sunnat hain jab baadshaahon kay darbaar mein(ba darjah majbouri) jaatay to pair phela kar baithtay, aik martabah khalifah mutawwakil ne khidmat mein saim o zar se bhari hui thaili paish ki, arz guzaar hoa keh qubool farma lain, to jwaab diya:

“Jo baadshahon kay darbaar mein pair phelaata hai wo kabhi haath nahi phelaata. (Ulamaaye salf: Az Molaana Habib-ur-Rehmaan Khan Sharwaani)

 

3-Ameer-ul-Momineen Fil- Hadees Hazrat Imaam Bukhaari (رحمه الله), Hazrat Imaam Muslim(رحمه الله) kay ustaaz-e-Mohtaram thay, jab ap nishaapour pohanchay to Imaam Muslim(رحمه الله) ne umaraa Wurasaa aur ulamah shehar kay saath bahir nikal kar aap ka purtapaak waalihaanah istaqbaal kiya aur fart-e-a’qeedat se farmaaya:

 

“دعنى أقبل رجلک “

 

Ijaazat murahmat farmaayen keh main aap kay qadam choom loon.

4- Imaam Shafa’ee ( رحمه الله) farmaatay hain:

” Main Imaam Maalik ( رحمه الله) kay saamnay puraani kitaab kay puraanay safhay aahistagi say ulat’ta tha is dar say keh is ki aawaaz Imaam Maalik (رحمه الله) nah sun lain”.

 

5- Imaam Rabeeh (رحمه الله) farmaaty hain.

“Allah ki qasam! mujh par Imaam Shafa’ee (رحمه الله) ki haibat ka aalam yeh tha keh in ki mojudagi mein, main paani ki jasaarat nahin kar sakta tha”.

 

6- A’alamah Shibli (رحمه الله) ne “Al maamoon” mein Ibn-e-Khalkaan, Tazkirah, farra, kay hawaaly se lIkha hai keh Khalifah Maamoon kay do bachay Imaam Farra Nahwi se taleem paatay thay, aik baar wo kissi kaam kay liye masnad-e-tadrees se uthay, donon shehzaady doday keh jutiyan seedhi kar kay agay rakh dein, chunkah donon sath pohanch gaye thay, is liye pehaly to jhagda hoa phir khud hi tay kar kay har aik ne aik aik juti saamnay laa kar rakhi. Maamoon ne aik aik cheez par parchah nawais muqarrar kar rkhay thay, is waaqi’ah ko bhi parchah nawaison ne pohanchaaya, Maamoon ko jab ittalaah hui to farra badi shaan say darbaar mein talab huey, Maamoon ne farrah say kaha:

“Sab say mu’aziz kon hai”?.

Farrah ne jawaab diya:

“Ameer-ul-Momineen”.

Maamoon ne kaha:

“Sab se zayaada mu’aziz wo hai jis ki jutiyan seedhi karnay par Ameer-ul-Momineen kay lakht-e-Jigar apas mein jhagda krain”.

Phir Khalifah Maamoon ne ahl-e-darbaar ko Waaq’iyah sunaaya aur ustaaz o shehzaad gaan ko a’ala qadar e maraatib inaam diya.

7-Imaam Fakhar- ul -Deen Raazi ( رحمه الله) (mutawafai 202 hijri) apnay waqt kay bohot baday imaam, mufassir aur kaye kitaabon kay musannif thay, apnay ahed kay maa’qoolaat aur ilm-e-kalaam kay imaam thay , Allah Ta’alah nay apko apnay ahed mein woh izzat aur shohrat ataa farmaye thi keh jis shaher aur ilaaqay ka rukh farmaty hasool-e-ilm kay liye hazaaron ki ta’daad mein ulamaa aur tulabaa parwaanon ki tarhan toot padtay, ap say hasool-e-ilm ki nisbat ko apnay liye fakhar jaantay thay, jab aap kharaasaan kay mash’hoor shaher “marva” tashreef laye to tulabaa ki aik badi jamaat ilmi istifaadah kay kiye khidmat mein aye, inhin mein aik nou umar ladka, Azeez-ul-Deen Ismail Bin Al-Hassan ul Marwazi ul Husani naami tha, jis ki umar bees saal say zayada nahin thi, lekin ilm ansaab ka maahir tha, jab ap ko us ladkay ki is ilm mein mahaarat ka pata chala tou aap nay us ladkay say guzaarish ki keh wo yeh ilm unhain sikha day kiyunkeh ap is ilm mein maahir nahin thay, ap nay is ladkay ko ustaaz ki jagah bithaaya aur khud is kay agay shaagird ki tarhan ba adab ho kar baith gaye haalaankeh ap is waqt apni imaamat, jalaalat e ilmi aur shohrat ki intihaaye bulandiyon par faaiz thay lekin is shohrat aur imaamat kay ba’wajood aik nou umar ustaad kay agay zaanue talammuz teh kartay hue kisi ilmi ghuroor ka shikaar nahin hue, balkay yeh waaqi’yah ap ki ilmi rif’at ka aik aur sabab ban gaya jis say ap ki seerat mein chaar chaand lag gay. Is waaqi’yah ka tazkirah mash’hoor muarakh Yaaqoot Hamvi nay apni mash’hoor kitaab Mu’ajjam Ul Adabaa Azeez ul Deen Ismail Bin Al’Hassan Al’Marwazi Al’hussaini kay tazkiray mein kiya Hai.

 

8- asaatizah karaam ne apnay shaagirdon ko chaahay wo waqt kay shahanshaah bhi kiyun nah hon, in mein koi kajii ya khaami dekhi to bilkul issi tarhan daant diya jis tarhan aik mushfiq baap apnay baitay ki kissi kotaahi par sarzanish karta hai, hindustaani slaateen mein Mahay-ul- Deen Orang Zaib A’alamgeer (رحمه الله) hi wo baadshaah hai jis nay Afghaanistaan say Barma aur Tabbat say Kanya kumaari tak bila shirkat-e-ghairay taqreeban pachaas(50) saal tak hukmaraani ki, sultaani say pehlay A’alamgeer ki zindagi aisi hi rangeen hua karti thi jo mughal shehzaadon ka khaassah thi, abhi is mein mazhabhi taqasshuf o zuhad ka door door tak koi bhi nishaan nah tha, lekin ustaaz ki aik baat nay is ki zindagi mein inqalaab peda kar diya, jo kal tak rangeeniyon mein apni misaal ap tha, is waqi’yah ne issay muttaqi o parhaiz gaar, aabid o zaahid, balkay tahajjud guzaar o aabid-e-shab zindah daar bana diya.

San 1658 mein jab ye hindustaan ka baadshaah bana to is kay ustaaz, A’allaamah Jeewan (رحمه الله) Musannif Noor-ul-Anwaar, ko pata chala mera shaagird hindustaan ka baadshaah bana hai, inhon nay apni baigam say keh kar baadshaah kay liye khasusiyat say baajray kay gulgulay pakaye aur Agrah kay liye rawaanah hue, baadshaah kay mehal mein is kay mehmaan banay, A’alamgeer ko badi muhabbat o shafqat say apnay ghar say laye hue gulgulay paish kiye, baadshaah ne aik gulgulah munh mein kya rakha keh zoor ki ubkaai ai, baadshaah ki is nazaakat ko dekhtay hue A’allaamah Jeewan (رحمه الله) ne farmaaya:

Baadshaah salaamat !

“Haraam kay luqmay kha kha kar shaayad ap ko halaal ka luqmah halaq say nahi utar raha hai”.

Ustaad ki iss baat nay Orangzaib ki zindagi mein inqalaab barpa kar diya, iss kay baad ki saari zindagi iss nay apnay haath ki kamaaye, yaa’ni topiyon ki silaaye aur Quran-e-Majeed ki kitaabat say haasil honay waali aamdani par guzaar di, ghoday ki peeth par pachaas(50) saal tak hukmaraani karnay waalay iss a’zeem-u-shaan farmaan rawa nay marnay say pehlay yeh wassiyat ki keh meray kaffan dafan kay liye bhi awaami khazaanah say phooti koddi bhi na li jaye balkay meri apni zaati kammaye say safr e akhrat saaray intazaamaat kiye jayen. (Orangzaib Aik Azeem Hukmaraan: Az Mr. Mahaaweer Tayaagi, Saabiq Wazeer Mehnat Hind).
