*Arbi Madaaris Aur in ka Kirdaar*

 

Saari duniya bila’moom aur bilkhasoos Hindustaan mein college aur universty ka jo maahol hai is say har zeehosh insaan waaqif hai, Musalmaanon kay liye makhsoos koi universty nahin, do chaar universtiyan jo aqliyyaton ya doosray lafzon mein Musalmanon kay liye makhsoos thin, hakoomat ki nazr-e-karam say inka aqliyyati kirddar aik muddat pehlay hi khatam kar diya gya, ab Hindustaan mein aisi koi universty nahin jo Musalmaanon kay liye makhsoos ho jis mein Musalmaan apni tarz-e maa’shrat, Deen or saqaafat par a’mal kartay hue taa’leem haasil karein, aisay halaat mein arbi madaaris ghair sarkaari tour par wo kaam anjaam day rahy hain jo Muslim dour-e-hakoomat mein sarkaari madaaris anjaam day rahy thay.

Allah jazaaye khair day in ulamaa karaam ko jinhon nay angraizon kay ahad mein hi yeh andaaza laga liya tha keh Musalmaan apnay Deen-o-Imaan aur tehzeeb o saqaafat ki hifaazat kay liye khud apnay hi wasaail say Deeni madaaris qaim karen, takay Hindustaan mein Musalmaan apna mazhabi tashakh’khus baaqi rakhtay hue apnay Deen ki hifaazat karein. Is ehsaas nay Hindustaani Musalmaanon ko sainkadon islaami madaaris qaim karnay par majbur kiya, jis mein hazaaron larkay Deeni taa’leem haasil kar kay Musalmaanon ki mazhabi paishwaani ki khidmat anjaam day rahay hain, mazeed khush aind baat yeh hai keh guzishta chand saalon mein sainkadon ki taa’daad mein larkiyon kay Deeni madaaris ka qayaam bhi a’mal mein aya hai, jahaan hazaaron bachiyaan islaami libaas aur maahol mein ba parda Deeni taa’leem haasil kar rahin hain, phir yahan say Faarigh-ul-tehseel ho kar khawaateen mein islaami bedaari ki muhim shuru ki hui hai. Ab kaye madaaris-e-arbiyah mein angraizi ki taa’leem ka husool “Shajr-e-mamnooaa’h” nahin raha, guzishta dahon mein Allah Ta’ala nay kuch aisay ulama-e-karaam ko khada kiya jinhon nay madaaris-e- arbiyah kay qadeem “Nizaami nisaab” ko jadeed islaahi nisaab say badal diya aur is say mantaq o falsafah o deegar aisay mozuaa’t ko nikaal diya jin ka is taraqi yaafta dor mein koi kirdaar na raha, in ki jagah par angraizi, science aur deegar jadeed mazaameen ko shaamil kiya, jis say arbi madaaris mein bhi jadeed nisaab padhaya janay laga aur yahan say faarigh-ul-tehseel larkay aur larkiyan kisi bhi college o universityiyon mein daakhla lay kar doctor, engineer aur parofessor ban sakti hain. Kaye arbaab-e- madaaris nay “Fan’ni taa’leem” kay lazoom ka bhi ehtamaam kiya hai aur kaye madaaris technical colleges kay qayaam ki tagodoo mein masroof hain. Agar deegar madaaris bhi iska ehtamaam karein to yeh aik a’zeem khidmat hogi. Alhamdulillah iska ye natijah nikla keh Hindustaan mein intehaai na masaa’id halaat kay bawajood Musalmaanon nay Deen say apnay ta’lluq ko nihaayat hi mazboot bana rakha hai aur wo apnay Deen-o-Imaan ki is “Mataa’-e-be bahaa” kay liye har qisam ki qurbaani say dareegh nahin kartay. Waalidain say a’rz hai kay wo apni olaad ki taa’leem o tarbiyyat kay liye in arbi madaaris ka rukh karein aur apnay bachon aur bachiyon ko islaami taa’leem say ashnaa kara kar apni duniya aur akhirat ko sanwaarein.

Yeh aik haqeeqat hai keh Musalmaanon ki Deeni aur duniyaavi qayaadat hamesha in ulul-a’zam hastiyon kay hissay mein ayi jo inhin arbi madaaris ki phatti puraani chataaiyon par palay badhay aur masjid o mehraab mein baith kar zaiwar -e -ilm say araasta hue thay, lakin jab kabhi Musalmaanon Par koi Deeni iftaad aye ya salaateen aur baadshaahon nay islaam kay kisi musallama a’qeeday say inhiraaf kiya to wo in salaateen kay jin ki gardanain kajkalaahi mein jabbaaron o qahharon ki paabah rukaab thin, seena sipar ho kar khaday ho gaye yahan tak keh in kajkalaahon ko in ghurbat o aflaas par qaana’ aur apnay bouriya o chataai kay paaband jaleel o qadar ulul-azam hastiyon kay agay nihaayat hi aa’jazi o maskanat kay saath sar-e-tasleem-e-kham karna pada, taareekh ki in azeem hastiyon ko duniya, Imaam Daar ul Jabriyah Maalik Bin Anas, Imaam Ahl-ul-Sunnah Ahmad Bin Hambal, Shaikh-ul-Islaam Ahmad Bin Taimiya, Shaikh ul Islaam Muhammad Bin Abdul Wahaab aur Mujaahid Fee Sabeelillah Sayyad Shah Muhammad Ismail Shaheed ( رحمه الله) kay naamon say jaanti hai. Yeh shakhsiyyatein jin ohdon say muta’lliq thin in mein ilm aam nahin hua tha, arbi madaaris ka woh jaal nahin bicha tha jo ab hai, tulaba kay liye wo sahoolatein nayaab thin jin ki aaj behtaat hai, balkay inhein apnay ma’aash ki tadbeerein khud karni padti thin, din bhar ki mehnat o thakaan kay baad fursat ki jo chand saa’atein mil jaatin in mein, kabhi chaandani raaton mein, kabhi masjidon kay mehraaab talay tamtamaatay hue charaaghon ki roshni mein usaatiza fun kay agay ghutnay taikay jaatay, in ki khidmat ki jaati, tab jaa kar do chaar alfaaz sabaq mil paata lakin in say jo ulama uthay inhon nay apnay ilm o amal say aik duniya ko roshani a’taa ki aur asbaaab o sahuliyaat ki adam mojoodgi kay bawajood arbi, faarsi aur urdu kay ilaawa duniya ki har eham zubaan mein Tafaaseer aur sharoh-Ahaadees ki tasneef o taaleef ka aik dhair laga diya. Lekin mojuda dour mein yeh kya balaa hai keh arbi madaaris say ilm-Deen jitna phail raha hai a’mal ki barkatein utni hi simat rahi hain, islaam ka jitna parchaar hua akhlaaq itnay hi ghaaib, Masjidain jitni abaad huin dil utnay hi weeraan ho gaye, haalaank hona to yeh chaahiye tha keh ilm-o-a’mal ki barkatain pehlay say kahin zayaada aa’m hotin aur Muslim muaa’shray mein taqwaa-o-aakhirat mein baaz pursi ka ehsaas pehlay say kahin zayyada paaya jaata, lekin afsos keh aisa na ho saka.

 

Phir sawaal paida ho ga keh aakhir aisa kyun hai? Jawaab ye hai kay Madaaris-e-Arabiah jahaan say kabhi qom kay qaaid paida hotay thay afsos aaj wahaan say aik esi jammat nikal rahi hai jo harkat-o-a’mal say na aashna, qayaadat-o-rahnumaaye kay ramz say be-behra, ulul-a’zmi aur khud shanaasi kay johron say aa’ri hai. Jis ki wajah say ulamaa aur qom ki qayaadat, do mukhtalif cheezain ban kar reh gayen hain, haalaankay nisf sadi paishter sayaasat aur samaaj gharz her maidaan ki qayaadat ulamaa-e-karaam kay haathon mein thi lekin aaj is ka tasawwur bhi: “Een Khayaal Ast wa Mahaal Ast wa Junoon” ki tarha mahaal bana hua hai.

Aaj aa’lmi halaat nihaayat sura’t say palat rahay hain aur her jagah insaaniyat, nihaayat taizi say haiwaaniyat ki taraf bhaag rahi hai, ummat-e-islamiah kay liye tabqaati, lisaani, mazhabi aur ista’maari kashmakash nay sainkadon masaail peda kar diye hain, sab say zayaada tabaahi mazhabi aur ista’maari januniyon nay machaa rakhi hai, abhi chand saalon kay andar Gujraat, Afghaanistaan, Falastin aur I’raaq mein jo kuch hua aur ho raha hai kaya ye Musalmaanon ki sayaasi beidaari aur mazhabi ghairat ko kachukay lagaanay kay liye kaafi nahin? Agar ab bhi beidaari nahin aye to phir kis museebat ka intazaar hai, aur agar intazaar hai to wo konsi museebat hai jis ka nazool ummat-e-Muslimah par nahin hua?.

Museebat ki is ghadi mein ummat-e-Muslimah ki haqeeqat pasandaana qayaadat aik aham maslah hai Jo yaqeenan ulamaa-e-karaam ki zaat say mumkim hai, magar shart ye hai keh wo is maidaan mein qadam rakhnay ka hosla krain. Mash’hoor Mufakkir Molaana Sayyad Abu-ul-Hassan Nadawi (رحمه الله), ulama-e-karaam say khitaab kartay hue farmaatay hain:

“Aaj Hindustaan kay Musalmaan aik daanish mandaana-o-haqeeqat pasandaana Deeni qayaadat kay mohtaaj hain, agar aap Musalmaanon ko so feesadi(100 %) tahajjud guzaar bana dain, lekin in ka maahol say koi ta’lluq na ho, wo ye na jaantay hon keh mulk kidhar ja raha hai? Mulk doob raha hai, mulk mein bad-ikhlaaqi waba aur tofaan ki tarha phail rahi hai, mulk mein Musalmaanon say nafrat peda ki ja rahi hai, to taareekh ki shaadat hai keh phir to tahajjud hi tahajjud, paanch(5) waqt ki namaaz padhna bhi mushkil ho jaye ga, agar ap nay Deendaaron kay liye is maahol mein jagah nahin banaye aur in ko mulk ka belos, mukhlis aur shaaista shehri saabit nahin kiya, jo mulk ko beraah rawi say bachaanay kay liye haath pair maarta hai aur buland kirdaar paish karta hai, to ap yaad rakhiye keh ibaadaat o nawaafil a’laamtain aur shaa’ir to alag rahay, wo waqt bhi a sakta hai keh masjidon ka baaqi rehna bhi mushkil ho jaye, phir qayaamat to alag rahi, apnay wajood ki hifaazat bhi mushkil ho jaye gi.

Ye chand guzaarishaat thin jo arbaab e madaaris ki khidmat mein nihaayat adab o ahtaraam aur qasoor-ilm o a’mal kay e’taraaf kay saath rakhi gaye hai keh Musalmaan jo arsay say daanish mandaana Deeni qayaadat kay mohtaaj hain, madaaris-e-Deeniyah say apni is ehan zaroorat ko poora kar sakay neez Musalmaanaon ka khush haal tabqah jo arbi madaaris kay ma’yaar say mutmain nahin hai, apni olaad ko in mein daakhil kray, taakay ye zaheen tabqah bhi is say mustafeed ho sakay.
