(02). MUTAFARRAQAAT; (1) NABEEZ KAY SATH WUZOO KA HUKAM.
(1) NABEEZ KAY SATH WUZOO KA HUKAM.
( IMAM ABU HANIFAH ( رحمه الله ):
Nabeez kay sath wuzoo karna jaaiz-o-dorust hai.(1)
In kay dalaail hasb-e-zail hain,
(1) Sayyiduna Abdullah Ibn-e-masood ( رضي الله عنه ) say marwi hai keh Rasoolullah ﷺ nay shab-e-jinn ( Jis raat ap ﷺ nay jinnnon say mulaqat ki ) mujh say dariyafat kiya keh kiya tumhaaray pas pani hai ?
Mein nay arz kiya meray pas pani nahi hai, Albattah meray pas aik bartan hai jis Nabeez hai, Yeh sun kar Rasoolullah ﷺ nay farmaya
” أصبب فتوضأ به وقال شراب و طهور “
” Usay undail kar us kay sath wuzoo karo, yeh peenay ki cheez aur pak karnay wala hai.(2)
(2) Issi ma’aana ki aik dusri hadith mein hai keh Rasoolullah ﷺ nay sayyiduna Abdullah Ibn-e-masood ( رضي الله عنه ) say farmaya
” تمرة طيبة و ماء طهور ”
” Yeh to umdah khujoor aur pak karnay wala pani hai “(3).
(3) Sayyiduna Ali ( رضي الله عنه ) say marwi hai keh
” كان لا يرى بأسا بالوضوء من النبيذ “
” Woh Nabeez say wuzoo karnay mein koi haraj nahi samajhtay thay “(4).
(4) Sayyiduna Ibn-e-abbas ( رضي الله عنه ) say marwi hai keh Rasoolullah ﷺ nay farmaya
” إذا لم يجد احدكم ماء و وجد النبيذ فليتوضأ “
” Jab tum mein say kisi ko pani muyassar na ho, Lekin usay Nabeez mil jaye to woh ussi kay sath wuzoo karay ” (5).
( JAMHOOR, AHL-E-HDITH, IMAM SHAAFI’E AUR IMAM AHMAD ( رحمهم الله ):
Nabeez kay sath wuzoo karna jaaiz nahi hai.(6)
In kay dalaail hasb-e-zail hain.
(1) Nabeez pani nahi hai, Aur Allah ta’aala nay sirf mutlaq pani kay sath taharah hasil karnay ka hukam diya hai, Aur pani dastiyab na honay ki surat mein Nabeez nahi balakeh Matti kay sath tayammum karnay ka hukam diya hai,
Jaisa keh Qur’an-e-majeed mein hai keh
{ فَلَمۡ تَجِدُوا۟ مَاۤءࣰ فَتَیَمَّمُوا۟ صَعِیدࣰا طَیِّبࣰا فَٱمۡسَحُوا۟ بِوُجُوهِكُمۡ وَأَیۡدِیكُمۡۗ إِنَّ ٱللَّهَ كَانَ عَفُوًّا غَفُورًا }
Aur hadith mein hai keh ” Matti moumin ka wuzoo hai, khawah 10 saal tak usay pani muyassar na aaye, Magar jab pani dastiyab ho jaye to phir Allah say darna chahiye aur jisam ko pani pahunchana chahiye.(7)

(2) Guzishtah sayyiduna Abdullah Ibn-e-masood ( رضي الله عنه ) say marwi riwaayat jis mein Nabeez say wuzoo ka jawaaz maujood hai woh za’eef hai.
(3) Balakeh sayyiduna Abdullah Ibn-e-masood ( رضي الله عنه ) say to is kay khilaaf marwi hai,
” إني لم اكن ليلة الجن مع النبي و وددت أني كنت معه “
” Main shab-e-jinn Nabi ﷺ kay sath maujood nahi tha, Halaankeh meri yeh khawahish thi keh main ap ﷺ kay sath hota “(8).
( IMAM NAWAWI ( رحمه الله ): Yeh hadith sunan-e-abi daud mein marwi hadith keh ” jis mein Nabeez say wuzoo, Aur sayyiduna Ibn-e-masood ( رضي الله عنه ) ka shab-e-jinn ap ﷺ kay sath honay ka zikar hai ” kay butlaan mein wazih suboot hai,
Kiyonkeh yeh hadith sahih hai aur riwaayat-e-nabeez mohaddiseen kay ittefaaq kay sath za’eef hai.(9)
(4) Abu Ubaidah ( رضي الله عنه ) say dariyafat kiya gaya keh kiya ap kay walid shab-e-jinn mein Nabi ﷺ kay sath maujood thay ?
To unhon nay kaha kaha nahi.(10)
(5) Imam Tirmazi ( رحمه الله ) nay bhi issi mo’aqqaf ko tarjeeh di hai.(11)
RAAJIH: Jamhoor ahl-e-hdith ka mo’aqqaf raajih hai, Jaisa keh guzishtah bahas issi ki mutaqazi hai,
Aur is liye bhi keh pani mein paak cheez milnay ki wajah say agar us par Maa-e-mutlaq ka naam na bola ja sakta ho to woh taahir to hota hai lekin mutahhir nahi hota.(12)

Mulla Ali Qari nay sayyid Jamal ka qaul naqal kiya hai keh ” is hadith kay za’eef honey par mohaddiseen nay Ijma kiya hai “ Mirqaat-ul-mafateeh 2 / 182.
Imam Abu Zur’ah kahtay hain keh ” Abu fazarah ki Nabeez wali hadith sahih nahi hai ” Al-ilal, li-ibn-e-abi Hatim 1 / 17.
Neez ki sanad mein Abu Zaid raawi maj’hool hai, Jaisa keh Imam zailliy, Imam Ibn-e-habbaan, Imam, Imam Bukhari, aur Imam Tirmazi nay usay maj’hool qaraar diya hai, Nasb-ul-raayah 1 / 147. Al-majruheen li-ibn-ul-habbaan 3 / 158. Tohfat-ul-ahwazi 1 / 307. Sunan-e-tirmazi hadith no: 88.)]
