(10A). ” Gobar {1}  aur Haiz ka khoon { 2 } ( najas hain )”


[[[[ وَ رَوۡثٌ وَ دَمُ حَيۡضٍ ]]]]


” Gaubar {1}  aur haiz ka khoon { 2 } ( najas hain )”


 

{ 1 } Jaisa keh Sayyiduna Ibn-e-Masood ( رضي الله عنه ) say marwi hai keh Rasoolullah ﷺ qaza-e-hajat kay liye chalay to mujhay hukam diya keh main un kay liye 3 pathar lekar aaun,

Mujhay 2 pathar milay teesra na mil saka to main majbooran gaubar ka aik tukda lekar aya.

Ap ﷺ nay donon pathar lay liye aur gaubar kay tukday ko phaink kar farmaya

” انھا رکس “

” Yeh to ba’zaat-e-khud najas-o-paleed hai “(1).

 

( HANABILAH-O-MALIKIYAH )

Janwaron ka gaubar aur pishaab un kay gausht kay taabe’i hai,

Yaani jin ka gausht khaya jata hai unka pishaab-o-gaubar paak hai,

Aur jin ka gausht nahi khaya jata unka pishaab-o-gaubar najas hai.

Inhon nay hadith-e-arniyeen aur bakriyon kay baadon mein namaz ki ijaazat wali hadith say istedlaal kiya hay,

Aur tamam maakool-ul-laham janwaron ko unton aur bakriyon par qiyas kiya hai (2).

 

( SHAFI’EIYAH-O-HANAFIYAH )

Har janwar ka gaubar aur pishaab mutlaq taur par najas hai, khawah woh janwar maakool-ul-laham ho ya ghair maakool-ul-laham.

Inhon nay guzishtah hadith ” انھا رکس ” aur unton kay baadon mein namaz ki mamaani’at wali hadith say stedlaal kiya hay, Aur janwaron kay gaubar-o-pishaab ko insaan kay baul-o-baraaz par qiyas kiya hai (3).

 

( RAAJIH )

Guzishtah sahih hadith say sirf gaubar ki hi najaasat saabit hoti hay, Uskay ilawah asal tahaarat-o-ibaahat hai, Jab tak keh kisi cheez ki najaasat nass-e-sharayi say na saabit ho jaye.

(IMAM SHAUKANI ( رحمه الله ) issi kay qaail hain.(4)

 

{ 2 } (1) Sayyidah Asma bint-e-abi bakar ( رضي الله عنها ) say marwi hai keh Nabi ﷺ nay kapday ko lag janay walay haiz kay khoon kay muta’allaq farmaya :

” تحته ثم تقرصه بالماء ثم تنضحه ثم تصلی فیه “

” Pahlay usay khurach lo phir paani kay sath mal kar dho lo phir us mein paani bahaa kar us mein namaz padh lo “(5)

 

(2) Sayyiduna Abu Hurairah ( رضي الله عنه ) say marwi hai keh Sayyidah Khaulah bint-e-yassaar ( رضي الله عنها )nay arz kiya

Aye Allah kay Rasoolul ﷺ ! Meray paas aik hi kapda hai aur main us mein haaizah ho jati hon, To ap ﷺ nay farmaya :

” فاذا طھرت فاغسلی موضع الدم ثم صلی “

” Jab tu paak ho jaye to khoon ki jagah ko dho lay phir us mein namaz padh lay,

To unhon nay dariyaaft kiya keh Aye Allah kay Rasool ﷺ ! 

 

Khwah us ka nishaan khatam na ho ?

To ap nay farmaya :

” انما یکفیک الماء ولا یضرک اثرہ “

” Tumhain sirf pani hi kaafi ho jaye ga us ka nishaan tumhain kuch nuqsaan nahi day ga ” (6).

 

(3) Sayyidah Umm-e-Qais bint-e-Mihsan ( رضي الله عنها ) say marwi hay keh Rasoolullah ﷺ nay farmaya:

” حكيه بضلع و إغسليه بماء و سدر “

” Usay kisi tedhi lakdi kay sath khurcho phir usay pani aur Barry kay patton kay sath dho daalo ” (7)

Mazkoorah ahadith mein maujood haiz kay khoon ko dhonay aur khurachnay ka hukam us kay najas-o-paleed honay ki waazih daleel hai (8).
