(19) SHIRK KI NAJAASAT HISSI NAHI, BALAKEH MAANAWI-O-HUKMI HAI:

 

Irshad-e-baari ta’ala hai

إِنَّمَا ٱلۡمُشۡرِكُونَ نَجَسٞ.

[ Al-taubah_ Aayat no: 28 ]

” Be’shak mushrikeen najas hain “

Is aayat say istedlaal kiya jata hai keh mushrikeen bhi baqiyah najaasaton ki tarah najas-o-paleed hain.

( Ibn-e-Hazam ( رحمه الله ) Issi kay qaail hain.(1)

 

Lekin mandarjah-e-zail dalaail say saabit hota hai keh mushrik ki najaasat hissi nahi, Balakeh sharab ki tarah maanawi hai.

 

(1) Rasoolullah ﷺ nay apnay saathiyon ko aik mushrikah aurat kay mashkeezay say paani peenay aur wuzoo karnay ka hukam diya.(2)

 

(2) Rasoolullah ﷺ nay jab wafad-e-saqeef ko masjid mein thahraya to baaz sahabah nay kha Aye Allah kay Rasool ﷺ ! Ap inhain masjid mein thahra rahay hain Halankeh yeh to paleed hain,

Ap ﷺ nay farmaya:

” ليس على الأرض من أنجاس القوم شيء إنما أنجاس القوم على أنفسهم “

” In login ka paleed hona zameen par kuch mu’assir nahi, Balakeh in ka najas hona siraf in kay apnay nafson par hi hai “(3).

 

(3) Rasoolullah ﷺ nay mushrikeen ka khana tanawul farmaya, Jaisa keh hadith mein hai,

” أنه ﷺ أكل من الشاة التي أهدتها له يهودية من خيبر وهي مسمومة “(4).

 

(4) Rasoolullah ﷺ nay qaidi mushrikah auraton say Islam lanay say pahlay un kay sath wati-o-jima ko dorust qaraar diya.(5)

 

(5) Allah ta’ala nay ahl-e-kitab ka khana aur unki auraton say nikah halal qaraar diya hai, Jaisa keh Quran mein hai keh

وَطَعَامُ ٱلَّذِينَ أُوتُواْ ٱلۡكِتَٰبَ حِلّٞ لَّكُمۡ وَطَعَامُكُمۡ حِلّٞ لَّهُمۡۖ وَٱلۡمُحۡصَنَٰتُ مِنَ ٱلۡمُؤۡمِنَٰتِ وَٱلۡمُحۡصَنَٰتُ مِنَ ٱلَّذِينَ أُوتُواْ ٱلۡكِتَٰبَ مِن قَبۡلِكُمۡ.

[ Al-maaidah_ Aayat no: 5 ]

 

(6) Sayyiduna Jaabir ( رضي الله عنه ) say marwi hai keh hum Rasoolullah ﷺ kay sath jihaad kartay  aur mushrikeen kay bartan aur mashkeezay hamaray hath aatay to hum un say faaidah uthatay aur yeh amal logon par maayoob nahi hota tha.(6)

 

Albattah Sayyiduna Abu Saalabah ( رضي الله عنه ) say marwi jis hadith mein hai keh Rasoolullah ﷺ nay ahl-e-kitab kay bartanon ko dhonay ka hukam diya tha, Woh is wajah say tha keh woh us mein sharab peetay thay aur khinzeer ka gausht pakaatay thay.(7)

 

In tamam dalaail say maloom huwa keh mushrik deegar najaasaton ( masalan: pishaab waghairah ) ki tarah najas nahi hai keh jisay hath lag janay say hath najas ho jaye ga, Balakeh us ki najaasat maanawi hai.

( Shaukani ( رحمه الله ) Issi kay qaail hain.(8)

 

( Nawab Siddique Hasan Khan ( رحمه الله ) Yeh hi mo’aqqaf rakhtay hain.(9)

 

( Ameer San’aani ( رحمه الله ) Haq baat yeh hai keh tamam aayaan ( zawaat-o-ajsaam waghairah ) mein Asal tahaarat hai, Aur tahreem najaasat ko mustalzam nahi.

Lihazah ” Bhang ” haram hai lekin paak hai.

Neez tamam Nasha Awar ashiya aur qatal kar denay walay zaharon kay najas honay ki koi daleel nahi.

Taaham najaasat hurmat ko mustalzam hai yaani har najas cheez haram hai, Lekin har haram najas nahi hai,

Kiyonkeh najaasat mein yeh hukam hota hai keh usay chhoona har haal mein mana hai,

Is liye najas ain ka hukam tahreem ka hota hai,

Jabkeh haram mein aisa nahi hota, Jaisa keh Raisham aur Sauna pahin’na ( mardon kay liye ) haram hai lekin bil’ittefaaq paak hai (10)
