JO CHEEZ NAPAAK HO JAYE WOH IS QADAR DHONAY SAY PAAK HO JATI HAI{1}
KEH US KI ZAAT, RANG, BADBOO AUR ZAAIQAH BAQI NA RAHAY.{2)



[ DUSRI FASAL ]

{ NAJAASATON KI TAT’HEER }

 


[[[[ وَ يَطۡهُرُ مَا يَتَنَجَّسُ بِغَسۡلِهِ حَتّٰی لَا يَبۡقٰی لَهَا عَيۡنٌ وَ لَا لَوۡنٌ وَ لَا رِيۡحٌ وَ لَا طَعۡمٌ ]]]]


( Jo cheez napaak ho jaye woh is qadar dhonay say paak ho jati hai{1} keh us ki Zaat, Rang, Badboo aur Zaaiqah baqi na rahay.{2})

 

{1} Irshad-e-baari ta’ala hai keh:

” وَ يُنَزِّلُ عَلَيۡكُمۡ مِنَ السَّمَاءِ مَاءً لِّيُطَهِّرَكُمۡ بِهِ “

” Allah ta’ala tum par aasman say paani barsa rahay thay taakeh us kay zariyeh tumhain paak kar dain “

[ Al-anfaal, Aayat no: 11 ]

Is aayat say saabit huwa keh paani ko  Allah ta’ala nay tahaarat hasil karnay kay liye nazil farmaya hai.

Lihaza jahan gandagi-o-najaasat lagi ho us jagah ko achi tarah paani say dhoya jaye.

Lekin jin ashiya ko paak karnay ka koi khaas tariqah-o-kaifiyat shari’at nay muqarrar kar diya hai unhain ussi tariqah say paak karna lazim hai,

Jaisay: Jooti par lagi najaasat ko zameen par ragad kar paak karna,(1)

Jis bartan mein kuta munh daal jaye usay 7 martabah dhona,(2)

Ladkay kay pishaab par chintay maarna,(3)

Aur jis kapday ko Mani ya Haiz ka khoon laga huwa ho usay paak karnay ka tariqah shari’at say nassan hamain milta hai.(4)

 

Khulasa-e-kalam yeh hai keh har aisi cheez jisay paak karnay ka tariqah Shaari ﷺ nay hamain batla diya hai hum par lazim hai keh usay ussi tariqay say paak karen,

Aur jis cheez ka najas hona to Shaari’e ﷺ say manqool hai, Lekin usay paak karnay ka koi tariqah manqool nahi to us paleed cheez ki Zaat ( Jism-o-hajam ) ko khatam kar dena hum par wajib hai,( taakeh woh paak ho jaye ).(5)

 

{2} Kisi najaasat ka Zaaiqah ya Badboo rahna baaqi rahna is baat ka suboot hai keh us najas cheez ki Zaat ka koi juz’o abhi maujood hai, Agarcheh us ka jisam aur us ka rang khatam ho chuka ho.

Kiyonkeh Badboo kay liye us cheez ka hona zaruri hai jis cheez ki woh Badboo hai, Aur issi tarah Zaaiqay kay liye bhi us cheez ka wujood zaruri hai jis ka woh Zaaiqah hai.

Lihaza un kay khatam honay tak najas cheez ko dhona ya kisi aur tariqay say paak karna zaruri hai.(6)
