(23) MURDAAR KA CHAMDA RANGNAY SAY PAAK HO JATA HAI:
Jaisa keh Ibn-e-Abbas say marwi hai keh Rasoolullah ﷺ nay farmaya:
” إذا دبغ الإهاب فقد طهر “
” Jab chamday ko rang diya jata hai to woh paak ho jata hai “(1)
Aik riwaayat mein yeh alfaaz marwi hain:
” أيما إهاب دبغ فقد طهر “
” Jo bhi chamda rang diya jaye paak ho jata hai “(2)
Is mas’alay mein 7 mazaahib mash’hoor hain:
(1) Har murdaar ka chamda ( kutay ka ho ya khinzeer ka ) rangnay say zahiri-o-batini taur par paak ho jata ha, Jaisa keh hadith mein ” أيما ” ka lafaz issi umoom par dalaalat karta hai,
Ye Imam Daud aur Ahl-e-zaahir ( رحمهم الله ) ka mazhab hai.
(2) Rangnay say koi bhi chamda paak nahi hota, Kiyonkeh aik sahih hadith mein hai:
” لا تنتفعوا من الميتة بإهاب ولا عصب “
” Murdaar kay chamday aur haddi say faaidah hasil na karo ” (3)
Is ka jawab yeh diya gaya hai keh ” lafaz-e-ihaab “( إهاب ) aik qaul kay mutabiq siraf us chamday ko kahtay hain jo ranga huwa na ho, Aur rangnay kay baad us par ” شن ” ” قربة ” aur ” جلد ” ka lafaz bola jata hai,
Is liye muta’aaraz ahadith ko jama karnay kay liye mamani’at wali hadith ko us chamday par mahmool kiya jaye ga Jo abhi ranga na gaya ho.(4)
Yeh mo’aqqaf Sayyiduna Omar Ibn-e-khattab, Sayyiduna Ibn-e-Omar, Sayyidah Ayesha ( رضي الله عنهم ) Imam Ahmad aur aik riwaayat kay mutabiq Imam Malik ( رحمهما الله ) say manqool hai.
(3) Kutay aur khinzeer kay ilawah har murdaar ka chamda rangnay say paak ho jata hai, Jaisa keh Quran mein khinzeer kay muta’allaq hai:
” فإنه رجس ”
[ Al-an’aam_ aayat no: 145 ]
Kutay ko bhi najaasat par mushtamal honay ki wajah say ussi par qiyas kiya gaya hai.
Yeh Imam Shafi’e aur Imam Nawawi ( رحمهما الله ) kay qaul kay mutabiq Sayyiduna Ali aur Sayyiduna Ibn-e-Masood ( رضي الله عنهما ) ka mazhab hai.
(4) Khinzeer kay ilawah tamam murdaaron ka chamda paak ho jata hai,
Kiyonkeh Quran mein khinzeer kay muta’allaq hai keh:
فَإِنَّهُۥ رِجۡسٌ-
Al-an’aam,_Ayah 145
Yeh Imam Abu Hanifah ( رحمه الله ) ka mazhab hai.
(5) Rangnay say maakool-ul-laham janwaron ka chamda paak ho jata hai ghair maakool-ul-laham ka nahi,
Kiyonkeh ahadith mein bakri waghairah ( yaani siraf maakool-ul-laham ) ka hi zikar hai.
Yeh Imam Auzayi, Imam Ibn-e-Mubarak, Imam Abu Saur, aur Imam Is’haque Ibn-e-Rahaway ( رحمهم الله ) ka mazhab hai.
(6) Har murdaar ka chamda paak ho jata hai, Lekin siraf zaahiri taur par, baatini taur par nahi.
Yeh mazhab Imam Malik ( رحمه الله ) kay muta’allaq mash’hoor hai, jis koi daleel nahi.
(7) Murdaar kay chamday say rangnay kay baghair bhi faaidah hasil kiya ja sakta hai.
Yeh Imam Zohari ( رحمه الله )ka shaaz mazhab hai.
Tamam ahadith is ka rad karti hain, Ghaaliban un kay pas ahadith nahi pahunchi hongi.(5)

( Imam Shaukani ( رحمه الله ) Issi kay qaail hain.(6)

Hadith mein ” أيما ” ka lafaz har murdaar ka chamda paak honay ki daleel hai.(8)
( Ibn-e-Hazam ( رحمه الله ) Kisi bhi murdaar ka chamda ho yaani khinzeer, kuta, darindah ya us kay ilawah kisi ka, Rangnay say paak ho jata hai.(9)
