AUR QIBLAH KI TARAF MUNH YA PEETH NA KARAY


[[[[ وَعَدَمُ الۡإِسۡتِقۡبَالِ وَالۡإِسۡتِدۡبَارِ لِلۡقِبۡلَةِ ]]]]


( Aur Qiblah ki taraf munh ya peeth na karay {1})

{1} Sayyiduna Abu Ayyub Ansari ( رضي الله عنه ) say marwi hai keh Nabi ﷺ nay farmaya:

” إذا أتيتم الغائط فلا تستقبلواالقبلة ولا تستدبروها ولكن شرقوا أو غربوا “

” Qaza-e-haajat kay waqat Qiblah rukh mat baitho aur na hi us ki taraf peeth karo, Balakeh mashriq ya maghrib ki jaanib phir jaao “…! 

 

… Sayyiduna Abu Ayyub Ansari ( رضي الله عنه ) farmatay hain keh hum Shaam aaye to hum nay aisay bait-ul-khala dekhay Jo kaabah ki jaanib banay huway thay to hum kaabah say inheraaf kartay aur Allah ta’ala say isteghfaar kartay thay.(1)

 

( Mashriq ya Maghrib ki taraf rukh karnay ka hukam Ahl-e-madinah ko hai, Kiyonkeh unka Qiblah junoob mein tha, is kay ilawah maqsood siraf yeh hai keh Qiblah ki taraf munh ya pusht na ho khawah unhain shimaal ya junoob ki taraf hi kiyon na karna paday ).

 

Sayyiduna Abu Hurairah ( رضي الله عنه ) say bhi issi ma’ana mein hadith marwi hai.(2)

 

Mandarjah zail ahadith guzishtah ahadith ki mukhalif maloom hoti hain:

 

(1) Sayyiduna Ibn-e-Omar ( رضي الله عنهما ) ka bayan hai keh aik din main Sayyidah Hafsah ( رضي الله عنها ) kay gahr ki chhat par chadha to:

” فرأيت النبي ﷺ على حاجته مستقبل الشام و مستدبر الكعبة “

” Main nay nabi ﷺ ko Shaam ki taraf munh aur kaabah ki taraf pusht kar kay qaza-e-haajat kartay dekha “.(3)

 

(2) Sayyiduna Jabir ( رضي الله عنه ) say marwi hai keh Nabi ﷺ nay hamain pishaab kay waqat Qiblah rukh honay say mana farmaya:

” فرأيته قبل أن يقبض بعام يستقبلها “

” Lekin main nay ap ﷺ ko ap ﷺ ki wafat say aik saal pahlay Qiblah rukh kartay huway dekha.(4)

 

(3) Marwan Asfar ( رحمه الله ) bayan kartay hain keh main nay Sayyiduna Ibn-e-Omar ( رضي الله عنهما ) ko dekha unhon nay Qiblah ki jaanib apni sawari bithayi phir us ki taraf pishaab karnay lagay to main nay kaha Aye Abu Abdul Rahman ! Kiya is say mana nahi kiya gaya ?

To unhon nay kaha kiyon nahi,

” إنما نهي عن هذا في الفضاء فإذا كان بينك و بين القبلة شيء يسترك فلا بأس “

” Is amal say siraf fizaa mein mana kiya gaya hai aur jab tumharay aur Qiblah kay darmiyan koi aut haail ho to is mein koi haraj nahi “(5)

 

Is mas’alay mein fuqaha kay mukhtalif mazaahib hain.

 

( Imam Malik, Imam Shafi’e ( رحمهماالله )

Qaza-e-haajat kay waqat Qiblah rukh hona sahra mein mana hai, Abadi aur imaaraton mein mana nahi hai,

Sayyiduna Ibn-e-Abbas, Ibn-e-Omar, ( رضي الله عنهما ) Imam Shaabi, Imam Is’haque aur aik riwaayat mein Imam Ahmad ( رحمهم الله ) ka bhi yeh hi mo’aqqaf hai.

 

( Imam Nakh’e, Imam Sauri ( رحمهماالله )

Yeh amal na to sahra mein jaaiz hai aur na hi imaaraton mein.

Sayyiduna Abu Ayyub Ansari,( رضي الله عنه ) Imam Mujahid, Imam Abu Saur aur aik riwaayat mein Imam Ahmad ( رحمهم الله  ) say bhi yeh hi mazhab manqool hai.



( Imam Daud Zaahiri ( رحمه الله )

Sahra ho ya imaarat har jagah jaaiz hai,

Sayyiduna Urwah Ibn-e-Zubair ( رضي الله عنه ) aur Imam Malik ( رحمه الله ) kay shaikh Imam Rabi’ah ( رحمه الله ) say bhi yeh hi mazhab manqool hai.

 

( Imam Abu Hanifah, Imam Ahmad( رحمهما الله )

In donon a’immah say aik riwaayat mein yeh manqool hai keh Qiblah ki taraf rukh karna na to sahra mein jaaiz hai aur na hi imaaraton mein, Lekin pusht karna donon jagahon mein jaaiz hai.(6)

 

( Imam Shaukani ( رحمه الله )

Insaaf ki baat yeh hai keh mutlaq taur par mana hai, ( Kiyonkeh ap ﷺ ka apna fail ummat ko diye huway khaas hukam kay mukhalif nahi ).(7)

 

( Nawab Siddique Hasan Khan ( رحمه الله )

Issi ko tarjeeh detay hain.(8)

 

( Abdul Rahman Mubarakpori ( رحمه الله )

Issi kay qaail hain.(9)

 

( Allamah Albani( رحمه الله )

Har jagah mutlaq taur par mana hai.(10)

 

( Ibn-e-Hazam ( رحمه الله )

Baul-o-baraaz kay waqat mutlaqan Qiblah ki janib munh ya pusht karna jaaiz nahi, Qata-e-nazar is kay keh koi shakhs makaan kay andar ho ya khulay sahra mein ho.(11)

 

( RAAJIH )

Mamani’at siraf fizaa mein hai imaaraton mein nahi,

Jaisa keh Ibn-e-Omar (رضي الله عنهما ) ki sahih hadith bayan kar di gayi hai.

 

( Imam Ibn-e-Hajar( رحمه الله )

Inhon nay Imam Malik aur Imam Shafi’e ( رحمهما الله  ) kay mazhab ko tarjeeh di hai.(12)

 

( Imam Nawawi ( رحمه الله )

Inhon nay issi ko raajih qaraar diya hai.(13)

 

( Ameer San’aani ( رحمه الله )

Yeh amal sahra’on mein haram hai Abadi mein nahi, Kiyonkeh jawaaz ki ahadith Abadi kay muta’allaq hi hain is liye ussi par mahmool ki jayen gi, Aur mamani’at ki ahadith Aam hain lihazah ap ﷺ kay fail ki ahadith say Abadi ki takhsees kay baad sahra hi hurmat par baqi rah jatay hain.(14)
