AUR SHARAYI WUZOO NAMAZ PADHNAY KI NIYYAT KAY BAGHAIR NAHI HOTA
[[[[ وَلَا يَكُوۡنُ وُضُوۡعًا شَرۡعِيًّاإِلَّا بِالنِّيَّةِ لِإِسۡتِبَاحَةِ الصَّلَاةِ ]]]]
( Aur sharayi wuzoo namaz padhnay ki niyyat kay baghair nahi hota {1})
{1}= Kiyonkeh niyyat tamam aamaal-e-salihah ki tarah wuzoo mein bhi wajib hai is bina par keh yeh bhi aik naik amal hai.
(1) Sayyiduna Omar Ibn-e-Khattab ( رضي الله عنه ) say marwi hai keh Rasoolullah ﷺ nay farmaya:
” إنماالأعمال بالنيات “
” Tamam aamaal ka daar-o-madaar niyyaton par hai.(1)
(2) Aik riwaayat mein yeh alfaaz hain keh:
” لا عمل ولا قول إلا بالنية “
” Koi bhi amal aur koi bhi qaul baghair niyyat kay qubool nahi “.(2)
” إنماالأعمال ”
Ki is tarkeeb mein 2 wujooh say hasar paya jata hai,
(1) ” إنما “
Kalma-e-hasar hai, yaani Siwa-e-is kay nahi, ya siraf kay maanay hain.
(2) ” ألأعمال”
Jama hai aur ” ألف و لام ” isteghraqui is par laga huwa hai jo keh hasar kay ma’anay ko mustalzam hai.(3)
Lihazah is ka ma’ana yeh huwa keh har amal niyyat par hi munhasir hai, Aur yeh bhi keh koi amal ( sharayi qubool ) nahi hai magar siraf niyyat kay sath hi.(4)
( Ibn-e-Hajar ( رحمه الله )
Ulama ka ittefaaq hai keh tamam maqasid mein niyyat shart hai.(5)
( Imam Malik, Imam Shafie, Imam Ahmad ( رحمهم الله )
Wuzoo mein bhi baqiyah aamaal ki tarah niyyat farz hai,
Imam Lais, Imam Rabi’ah, aur Imam Is’haque Rahaway ( رحمهم الله ) ka bhi yeh hi mo’aqqaf hai.
( Imam Abu Hanifah ( رحمه الله )
Wuzoo kay liye niyyat zaruri nahi hai.(6)
Imam Abu Hanifah ka ( رحمه الله ) kahna hai keh choonkeh siraf jisam kay baaz ajzaa ko hi dhaunay ka hukam diya gaya hai lihazah unhain dho diya gaya to niyyat ki zarurat nahi, Lekin un ki yeh baat is liye dorust nahi Kiyonkeh jahan baaz makhsoos aazaa ko dhaunay ka hukam hai wahan par ibaadat ko khalis niyyat kay sath karnay ka bhi hukam hai,
Jaisa keh Irshaad-e-baari ta’ala hai keh:
وَمَآ أُمِرُوٓاْ إِلَّا لِيَعۡبُدُواْ ٱللَّهَ مُخۡلِصِينَ لَهُ ٱلدِّينَ.
[ Surah Al-bayyinah_Ayah no: 5 ].(7)
( Imam Ibn-e-Qayyim( رحمه الله )
Unhon nay 51 jihaat say ahnaaf ka rad kiya hai, Aur saabit kiya hai keh wuzoo mein niyyat zaruri hai.(8)
( Imam Ibn-e-Hazam( رحمه الله )
Namaz farz ho ya nafal, tahaarat ki niyyat kay baghair wuzoo nahi hota.(9)

Is hadith ” إنماالأعمال بالنيات ” mein tamam naik aamaal kay liye niyyat kay shart honay ka suboot hai.(10)
