(72) KIYA QURAN PAKADNAY KAY LIYE WUZOO KARNA ZARURI HAI ?

 

Hadith-e-Nabawi hai keh:

” لا يمس القرآن إلا طاهر “

” Quran ko siraf tahir hi haath lagaye “.(1)

 

Is hadith mein maujood lafaz-e-Taahir kay ma’aana-o-maf’hoom mein ikhtelaaf ki wajah say is mas’alay mein bhi ikhtelaaf kiya gaya hai.

 

[1] Baaz kay nazdeek har musalmaan shakhs ( khawah kisi bhi haalat mein ho ) Quran pakad sakta hai,

Un kay dalaail hasb-e-zail hain:

(1) Umoom-e-mushtarak jaaiz nahi,

Yaani mazkoorah hadith mein maujood lafaz-e-Taahir say murad kiya siraf ba’wuzoo hai ? 

Is ki koi wazih daleel maujood nahi,

Kiyonkeh lafaz-e-Taahir aam-o-mushtarak hai, Aur yeh lafaz Mo’imin, Hadas-e-akbar say taahir, Hadas-e-asghar say taahir, Aur jis kay badan par paleedgi na ho, Sub par bola jata hai,

Lihazah ziyadah raajih baat yeh hi hai keh jab tak is ki ta’ayeen nahi ho jati is par amal na kiya jaye.

Jaisa keh Imam Shaukani nay naqal kiya hai.(2)

 

(2) lafaz-e-Taahir ki ta’ayeen mandarjah-e-zail hadith say hoti hai:

Madinah kay kisi raastay par Sayyiduna Abu Hurairah( رضي الله عنه )  ki Nabi ﷺ say mulaqaat huwi, Us waqat Sayyiduna Abu Hurairah ( رضي الله عنه ) haalat-e-janabat mein thay,

Sayyiduna Abu Hurairah ( رضي الله عنه ) farmatay hain keh main pichhay rah kar laut gaya aur ghusal kar kay wapis aya to Rasoolullah ﷺ nay dariyafat farmaya Aye Abu Hurairah ! Kahan chalay gaye thay ?

Unhon nay jawab diya keh main haalat-e-janabat mein tha is liye main nay ap kay sath baghair ghusal kay baithna bura samajha, to ap ﷺ nay farmaya:

” سبحان الله ! إن المؤمن لا ينجس “

” Sub’han-allah ! Bi’la shubha Mo’imin najas nahi hota “.(3)

 

Maloom huwa keh Mo’imin hal haalat mein taahir hi rahta hai, 

Jabkeh is kay bar’khilaaf Mushrik najas hota hai,

Jaisa keh Allah ta’ala ka farman hai:

” إِنَّمَاالۡمُشۡرِكُوۡنَ نَجَسٌ “

[ Surah Al-taubah Aayat no: 28 ].

 

Is wazahat say saabit huwa keh hadith mein maujood lafaz-e-Taahir say murad Mo’imin hal, Yaani Mo’imin har haal mein Quran pakad sakta hai ( khawah jumbi ho ya be’wuzoo.

Jabkeh Mushrik usay kisi haal mein bhi nahi chhoo sakta.

 

(3) Dushman kay ilaqay mein bhi Quran lay janay say isai liye mana kiya gaya hai keh kahin yeh Quran dushman ( Mushrikeen ) kay haath na lag jaye, Jaisa keh Hadith-e-Nabawi hai keh:

” لا تسافروا بالقرآن فإني أخاف أن يناله العدو “

” Safar mein Quran lay kar mat jaao mujhay dar hai keh kahin usay dushman na pakad lay “.(4)

Is say maloom huwa keh asal maqsood yeh hai keh koi Mushrik Quran ko na chhuway.

Siraf Mushrik Quran ko nahi chhoo sakta, us kay ilawah Mo’imin har haal mein Quran pakad sakta hai, 

Jaisa keh Hadith-e-Abu Hurairah ( رضي الله عنه ) lafaz-e-Taahir ki ma’ana ki ta’ayeen kay liye kaafi hai.(5)

 

[2] Baaz laugon ka khayal hai keh lafaz-e-Taahir kay ishteraak mein jo bhi ashiya shamil hain un sab mein tahaarat ka hona zaruri hai,

Yaani Quran pakadnay kay liye Mo’imin hona, Hadas-e-asghar say paak hona, Hadas-e-akbar say paak hona, Aur ba’wuzoo hona waghairah sab lazim hai.

Un kay dalaail hasb-e-zail hain:

(1) Hasb-e-imkaan “Umoom-e-mushtarak” par amal zaruri hai:

Yaani agar mushtarak kay tamam ma’ani par amal karna mumkin ho to sab par amal kiya jaye ga, Jaisa keh yeh hi jamhoor Shafi’iyah waghairah ka yeh hi mazhab hai.(6)

 

(2) Is baat par ijmaa ho chuka hai keh jisay Hadas-e-akbar lahaq ho us kay liye Quran pakadna jaaiz nahi, siraf Imam Daud nay is ki mukhalifat ki hai, Jaisa keh Imam Shaukani ( رحمه الله )  nay naqal kiya hai.(7)

 

(3) Hadith mein lafaz-e-Taahir mutalaqan iste’imaal huwa hai, Aur jab yeh lafaz mutlaq taur par iste’imaal ho to umooman ba’wuzoo par hi bola jata hai,

Jaisa keh mandarjah-e-zail ahadith bhi is par shahid hain:

(1) Sayyiduna Bilal ( رضي الله عنه ) nay Nabi ﷺ say kaha:

” ما عملت عملا أرجى عندي غير أني لم أتطهر طهورا في ساعة من ليل ولا نهار إلا صليت بذالك الطهور ما كتب لي أن أصلي “

” Main nay aisa koi amal nahi kiya jo mujhay is say ziyadah pur umeed ho keh main nay shab-o-rauz mein jab bhi wuzoo kiya to us wuzoo kay sath jis qadar meray muqaddar mein likhi huwi thi utni padhi “.(8)

 

(2) Nabi ﷺ nay dauran-e-qaza-e-haajat salaam ka jawab na diya phir wuzoo karnay kay baad jawab diya aur farmaya:

” إني كرهت أن أذكرالله إلا على طهر “

” Beshak main nay yeh na’pasand kiya keh pakeezgi ki haalat kay ilawah Allah ka zikar karon “.(9)

 

(3) ” أن رسول الله ﷺ كان أمر بالوضوء لكل صلاة طاهرا كان أو غير طاهر “

” Beshak Nabi ﷺ ko har namaz kay liye wuzoo karnay ka hukam diya gaya tha ( khawah ap ﷺ pahlay say hi ba’wuzoo hon ya be’wuzoo hon )”.(10)

 

(4) ” ما من مسلم يبيت على ذكر طاهرا فيتعار من الليل فيسأل الله خيرا من الدنيا والآخرة إلا أعطاه الله إياه “

” Jo koi musalmaan zikar kar kay, ba’wuzoo ho kar sauta hai phir raat ko uth kar Allah ta’ala say duniya-o-aakhirat ki khair ka sawaal karta hai to Allah ta’ala usay woh ata farma detay hain “.(11)

 

[4] Muta’addid Mohaddiseen nay kutub-e-hadith mein lafaz-e-Taahir say ba’wuzoo hi murad liya hai.

 

(1) Imam Bukhari ( رحمه الله ) apni shohrah-e-afaaq tasneef ” Sahih-ul-Bukhari ” mein Baab naqal kartay hain keh:

” باب: إذا بات طاهرا “

Us kay tahat hadith naqal kartay hain keh Rasoolullah ﷺ nay Sayyiduna Baraa Ibn-e-Aazib ( رضي الله عنه ) say farmaya:

” إذا أتيت مضجعك فتوضأ وضوئك للصلاة “.(7)
