10. ZINA KAARI [Fornication]
ZINA:
Ba’az, ba’az se ziadah bare hote hain, Allah ta’ala ne farmaya:
وَ لَا تَقْرَبُوا الزِّنٰۤى اِنَّهٗ كَانَ فَاحِشَةًؕ-وَ سَآءَ سَبِیْلًا۞
“Aur zinaa kay qareeb tak na Jao, kyun keh woh be-hayai ka Fai’l aur bura tareeqa hai”
(Al israa 17: 32)
Aur Allah ta’ala ne farmaya:
وَالَّذِيۡنَ لَا يَدۡعُوۡنَ مَعَ اللّٰهِ اِلٰهًا اٰخَرَ وَلَا يَقۡتُلُوۡنَ النَّفۡسَ الَّتِىۡ حَرَّمَ اللّٰهُ اِلَّا بِالۡحَـقِّ وَلَا يَزۡنُوۡنَ ۚ وَمَنۡ يَّفۡعَلۡ ذٰ لِكَ يَلۡقَ اَثَامًا ۙ ۞يُضٰعَفۡ لَهُ الۡعَذَابُ يَوۡمَ الۡقِيٰمَةِ وَيَخۡلُدۡ فِيۡهٖ مُهَانًا ۖ۞ إلا من تاب
“Aur woh log hain jo Allah kay Sath aur ma’budon ko nahin pukarte aur jis kay qatal ko Allah ne Haram qarar dia hai usko qatal nahin karte magar Haq par aur woh Zina ka irtikab nahin karte aur jo af’aale qabeeha ka murtakib hoga woh gunah ki saza paaega, Qayamat kay din use dugna azab hoga aur woh wahan hamesha ruswai kay Sath rahega magar jis shakhs ne tauba kar li “
(Al Furqan 25: 68-70)
Neez Allah ta’ala ne farmaya:
اَلزَّانِیَةُ وَ الزَّانِیْ فَاجْلِدُوْا كُلَّ وَاحِدٍ مِّنْهُمَا مِائَةَ جَلْدَةٍ۪-وَّ لَا تَاْخُذْكُمْ بِهِمَا رَاْفَةٌ فِیْ دِیْنِ اللّٰهِ اِنْ كُنْتُمْ تُؤْمِنُوْنَ بِاللّٰهِ وَ الْیَوْمِ الْاٰخِرِۚ-وَ لْیَشْهَدْ عَذَابَهُمَا طَآىٕفَةٌ مِّنَ الْمُؤْمِنِیْنَ۞
“Zina karne wali aurat aur Zina karne Wala mard, har ek ko 100, 100 Kore maaro aur Allah kay Deen kay maamle mein tumhen hargiz rehem na aey, agar tum Allah aur yaume akhirat par Iman rakhte ho aur donon ki saza kay waqt mominon ki ek jama’t ko mojud rehna chahie”
(Al Noor 24:2)
Ulama ne farmaya: yeh zania aurat aur zaani mard ki Dunia mein saza bak bashart yeh keh donon kunware ghair shadi shuda hon, pas agar shadi shuda hon tou unhon ne Dunia mein khuwah ek martabah hi nikah kia ho tou phir unhen patharon se rajam kia jaega hatta keh woh donon halak hojaen, Nabi ﷺ ki sunnat Se isi tarah sabit hai, agar unse Dunia mein qisas na loa ja sake aur woh taubah kie bagher faut hojaen tou phir unhen Jahannum ki aag mein koron kay Sath azab dia jaega
Jesa keh warid hai keh zaboor mein likha hua hai keh zinaa kaaron ko unki sharamgahin kay Sath Jahannum mein latka dia jaega , unhen lohe kay koron se mara jaega pas jab woh maar se fariyad rasi ki darkhwast karenge tou Jahannum kay daroghe kahenge: yeh awaz Kahan thi jab keh tum hanste khush hote aur takabbur kia karte the aur tum Allah ta’ala nmse darte the na haya karte e?
RasullAllah ﷺ se sabit hai keh aap ne farmaya:
“Jab zaani Zina karta hai tou woh us waqt momin nahin hota, jab chor chori karta hai tou woh us waqt momin nahin hota sharab nosh jab sharab pita hai tou woh us waqt momin nahin hota, jab koi daaku kisi sahibe sharf ko loot’ta hai jis ki taraf logon ki nigahen uthti hain jis waqt laut’ta hai tou woh us waqt momin nahin hota” [Bukhari: 5578; Muslim: 57]
Aur aap ﷺ ne farmaya:
“Jab Banda Zina karta hai tou Iman usse Nikal kar us kay sar par saaiban ki tarah hojata haiphir jab woh usse farigh hota hai tou Iman uski tarah laut ata hai” [Abu Dawood: 4690]
Aur RasullAllah ﷺ ne farmaya:
“Jo shakhs Zina karta hai ya sharab pita hai tou Allah usse iman ko is tarah khench leta hai jis tarah insan apne sar se qameez utar leta hai” [Mustadrik Hakim: 22/1]
Aur RasullAllah ﷺ ne farmaya:
3 qisam kay log hain Allah Jin se Roz-e-Qayamat na Kalam karega na unki taraf dekhega aur na hi unhen Paak saaf karega aur un kay lie dardnak azaab hoga, burha zaani, jhuta badshah aur mutakabbir faqeer

Ibne Mas’od رضي الله عنه bayan karte, main ne arz kia: Allah kay Rasul! Allah ta’ala kay han sab se bara gunah kia hai? Aap ne farmaya: “yeh keh tu Allah ka shareek qarar de jab keh us ne tujhe paida kia hai” main ne arz kia yeh tou bara hua phir kon sa? Aap ne farmaya:
“Yeh keh tum apni aulad ko is khadshe kay paishe Nazar qatal kar do keh woh tumhare Sath khaegi”
Main ne arz kia , phir konsa? Aap ne farmaya:
“Yeh keh tum apne parosi ki biwi se Zina karo” [Bukhari: 4477]

(Al Furqan 25: 68-70)
Pas Allah Tum par rehem farmae ! Dekho kis tarah parosi ki biwi kay Sath Zina ko Allah kay Sath shirk karne aur kisi jaan ko, jisko Allah عزوجل ne Haram qarar dia hai, Nahaq qatal karne kay Sath mila dia hai.
Nabi ﷺ kay khuwab ki Hadith jise samra bin Jundab رضي الله عنه ne riwayat kia hai, us mein hai keh Jibrael aur Mikael عليهما السلام ap kay pas ae , farmaya: “pas ham chale aur ham ek tandoor Jesi cheez kay pas pohonche jis ka upar wala hissa tang aur neeche wala khula tha, us mein shor aur awazen thi, farmaya: ham ne us mein jhank kar dekha tou us mein mard aur aurten nange the aur sho’lon ne un ko un kay neeche se apni lapet mein le rakha tha, pas jab woh sho’la unki taraf Lapakta tou woh uski shiddate hararat ki wajah se cheekhte chillate, main ne pucha: Jibrael, yeh kon log hain? Unhon ne bataya: yeh zaani mard aur zania aurten hain, pas yeh unka azab Qayamat tak jaari rahega ” [Bukhari]
Ham Allah ta’ala se darguzar aur aafiat ka sawal karte hain
Ataa’ bin Abi Rabah ya Ataa’ bin Yasar Allah عزوجل kay farman:
لها سبعة ابواب
“Us kay 7 darwaze hain”
Ki tafseer mein bayan karte hain, un darwazon mein se gham, hararat, karbo takleef aur sab se buri boo kay lihaz se sab se bura aur shadeed darwaza woh hoga jo aise zanion kay lie hoga, jinhon ne (uski hurmat ka) ilm hone kay ba’ad zinaa ka irtikab kia
Mahkool wa Mashqi bayan karte hain, Jahannumi intihai ta’affun wali badbu mehsus karenge tou woh kahenge: ham ne is se ziada ta’affun wali badbu pehle kabhi mehsus nahin ki tou unhen bataya jaega keh yeh zanion ki sharamgahon ki badbu hai
Ibne Zaid (Abdur Rahman bin Zaid bin Aslam) Tafseer kay imam bayan karte hain: Jahannumi, zanion ki sharamgahon se uthne wali badbu se takleef mehsus karenge aur 10 ayaat mein jinhen Allah ne Musa عليه السلام kay lie likha : chori na karna, na Zina karna warna main apna chehra tujh se chupa lunga (deedare ilahi se mehrumi) , jab yeh khitab apne Nabi Musa عليه السلام kay lie hai tou us kay elawa Jo hai us kay lie Kese hoga? Nabi ﷺ se marwi hai iblees apne lashkar zameen mein phela deta hai tou unhen kehta hai Tum mein se jo kisi musalman ko gumrah karega tou main us kay sar par taaj sajaunga
Pas un mein se jo fitne mein ziada hota hai woh manzilat kay lihaz se itna hi us kay ziada qareeb hota hai, pas un mein se ek us kay pas ata hai tou woh use kehta hai: main fulan kay Sath laga raha hatta keh us ne apni aurat ko talaq dedi, tou woh (Shaitan) use kehta hai tu ne kuch bhi nahin kia, woh anqareeb is kay elawa kisi dusri se shadi kar lefa, phir dusra ata hai tou kehta hai main fulan kay Sath laga raha hatta keh us kay aur us kay Bhai kay darmian adawat paida kar di, woh jawab mein kehta hai tu ne kuch bhi nahin kia woh anqareeb usse sulah Kar lega , phir ek aur ata hai aur kehta hai: main fulan shakhs kay Sath laga raha hatta keh us ne Zina ka irtikab kia, tou shaitan kehta hai: han, tu ne kaam kia hai pas woh use apne qareeb kar leta hai aur taaj us kay sar par rakh deta hai
Ham shaitan aur uski fauj se Allah ki panah mein aate hain
Anas رضي الله عنه bayan karte hain, RasullAllah ﷺ ne farmaya:
“Iman ek libas hai, Allah jise chahta hai use yeh libas pehna deta hai, pas jab bandah Zina karta hai tou Allah uska libase Iman cheen leta hai, agar woh shakhs taubah kar le tou woh use wapas kar deta hai” [Baihiqi]
Nabi ﷺ se marwi hai keh aap ne farmaya:
“Musalmanon ki jama’at! Zina se bacho, kyun keh us mein 6 khaslaten hain,3 ka ta’alluq Dunia se hai aur 3 ka ta’alluq akhirat se, pas Jin ka ta’alluq Dunia se hai woh yeh hain: chehre ki ronaq jati rehti hai, umar Kam hojati hai aur daaimi mohtaji, aur Jin ka ta’alluq akhirat se hai: woh Allah tabarak wa ta’ala ki narazgi, bura hisab aur aag ka azab” [Ibne jauzi ne ise mozoo’at mein riwayat kia hai , Abu Naeem ne Al hulia mein muslimah bin Ali an abi Abdur Rahman Al koofi anil A’mash an shafeeq an Huzaifa ki sanad se riwayat kia hai, muslimah matrook aur Abi Abdur Rahman Al koofi majhool hai]
Aur Nabi ﷺ se riwayat hai keh aap ne farmaya:
“Jo shakhs sharab noshi par musir rehte hue wafat paa jae tou Allah ta’ala use “nehre ghauta” se pilaega, woh ek neher hai jo Jahannum mein zania aurton ki sharamgahon se behti hogi ” [ Musnad Ahmed; Musnad Abu Y’ala; Ibne Hibban]
Ya’ani woh unki sharamgahon se peep aur kuch lahu ki surat mein Jahannum mein behta hoga, phir yeh sharab noshi par musir rehte hue wafat paane wale shakhs ko pilai jaegi
Aur RasullAllah ﷺ ne farmaya:
“Allah kay sath shirk karne kay ba’ad, Allah kay han us se bara koi gunah nahi keh koi admi aisi sharamgah mein nutfa tapkae ( zinna kare ) jo us kay liye halal nahi”. [Ahmed Tibrani]
Aur Ap ﷺ ne farmaya:
“Jahannum mein aik Wadi hai, us mein saanp hain, har saanp oonth ki gardan se ziyada moota hai. Wo tarik namaz ko dasega tou us ki zehr, us shakhs kay jisam mein sattar saal josh marti ( ubalti ) rahegi. Phir us ka gosht gal jaega. Aur jahannum mein aik Wadi hai, us ka naam “Jabul hazn” hai. Us mein saanp aur bichho hain aur har bichho khachar kay brabar hai. Us kay sattar dank hain aur har dank zehr se pur hai. Phir wo Zanni ko dank marega aur apni zehr us kay jisam mein undail dega. Jis ki takleef wo hazzar baras mehsoos karta rahega. Phir us ka gosht gal jaega, aur us ki sharamgah se peep aur kuch lahho behta hoga”.
Aur ye bhi warid hai: jis shakhs ne kisi shakhs ne shadi shuda aurat se zinna kiya tou us zanniya aur us Zanni par qabar mein us um’mat ka nisf azab hoga. Pas jab qayamat ka din hoga tou Allah Tala us admi ( Zanni) ki tamam naikiyon ka faisla us aurat kay khawand kay haq farma dega bashart ye keh usse us ka ilm na ho ( keh us ki biwi zanniya hai) lekin agar us ne ilm hone kay bawajood khamoshi ikhtyar ki tou Allah ne us par Jannat haram kar di hai. Kyun keh Allah Tala ne Jannat kay darwaze par likh diya hai: tou dews par haram hai”.
Dews us shakhs ko kehte hain, jisse apni ahliya kay fahhisha hone ka ilm ho aur wo khamoshi ikhtyar kar le aur usse ghairat na aae.
Aur ye bhi warid hai: jis ne kisi aisi aurat par apna hath rakha, jo shehwat kay hawale se us kay liye halal nahi, tou wo rooz e qayamat is haal mein aega keh us ka hath us ki gardan ki taraf bandha hua hoga. Agar us ne us kay sath zinna kiya hoga tou us ki raan bolegi aur rooz e qayamat us kay khilaaf gawahi degi aur kahegi, main haram par sawar hoi. Pas Allah Tala nigaah ghazab se us ki taraf dekhega, us kay chehre ka gosht gir jaega aur bara ho jaega aur woh kahega: main ne nahin kia tou uski zaban us kay khilaf gawahi degi, tou woh kahegi main ne esi guftugu ki thi Jo halal nahin thi, us kay hath kahenge: main ne Haram cheez ko pakra tha, uski ankhen kahengi main ne Haram cheez ko dekha tha, us kay paun kahenge : main esi cheez ki taraf chal kar gaya Jo halal nahin thi, uski sharamgah kahegi main ne kia, aur muhafiz farishta kahega : main ne suna, aur dusra kahega main ne likha, Allah ta’ala farmaega: Main ne dekh lia aur main ne pardah poshi ki , phir Allah ta’ala farmaega: mere farishton! Ise pakar lo aur Mera azab ise chakhao, Jo tujh se haya karne mein kami karta hai tou us par Mera ghazab sakht hojata hai, Allah عزوجل ki kitab mein iski tasdeeq hai:
یَّوْمَ تَشْهَدُ عَلَیْهِمْ اَلْسِنَتُهُمْ وَ اَیْدِیْهِمْ وَ اَرْجُلُهُمْ بِمَا كَانُوْا یَعْمَلُوْنَ۞
“Jis din unki zabanen , un kay hath aur un kay paun un kay khilaf in kay aa’mal ki gawahi denge”
(Al Noor 24:24)
(Gunah kay ai’tebaar se) sab se bara Zina maan , behen, soteli maan aur maharim kay Sath Zina karna hai, ek riwayat mein hai, imam Hakim ne jise Sahih qarar dia hai keh aap (ﷺ) ne farmaya :
“Jo shakhs kisi mehram se Zina kare tou use qatal kar do”
Baraa رضي الله عنه se riwayat hai keh RasullAllah ﷺ ne un kay mamun ko ek aadmi ki taraf bheja , jis ne apne baap ki biwi (soteli maan) se shadi kar li thi, keh usko qatal kar do aur us kay maal mein se panchwan hissa lelo.
Pas ham ehsan karne wale Allah se us kay fazal se sawal karte hain keh woh hamare gunah ma’af kar de kyun keh woh sakhi daata fayyaz hai

10. Adultery
Allah, the Almighty, says, [Nor come nigh to adultery: for it is an indecent (deed) and an evil way.].
(Al-Isra : 32)
The Qur’an also states, [Those who invoke not with Allah, any other god, Nor slay such life as Allah has made sacred, except for just cause, nor commit fornication, and any that does this (not only) meets punishment. (But) the chastisement on the Day of Judgment will be doubled to him, and he will dwell therein in ignominy.]
(Al-Furqan 68-70)
Allah, the Most High, says [The woman and the man guilty of fornication flog each of them with a hundred stripes: Let not compassion move you in their case, in a matter prescribed by Allah,if ye believe in Allah and the Last Day: And let a party of the believers witness their punishment. (An-Nur: 2)
The punishment mentioned in the last verse concerns only single fornicators in the world as argued by the scholars. In case of married adulterers (even if they experienced marriage before) they must be stoned until death as postulated by the Prophet (pbuh). But if they escaped the worldly punishment and died without making repentance, they will be tortured in the Hell-Fire with lashes of Fire.
In Psalms, it is narrated that Adulterers will be hanged from their genitals in the hell-Fire, on which they will be scourged with slashes of iron. If they cry out of pain, the angels of punishment will address them. “Where was this cry inaudible before? You just used to laugh, play and did not keep the thought of Allah,nor were you shy from Him.”
The following hadith was stated by the Prophet (pbuh).
“An adulterer is not a believer at the time of committing adultery.”¹
[Bukhari & Muslim]
The Prophet (pbuh) said,”When someone fell in adultery, faith leaves his heart and overshadows him but if he extricates himself his faith will be restored again.”²
[Abu Dawud]
“Whoever fornicates or drinks wine, Allah takes off his faith from him as a man takes a shirt off over his head.”¹ [Al Hakim]
“There are three people to whom Allah, the Most High will not talk, nor will He absolve them of sins nor look at them: an aged person guilty of adultery, a king who lies and a poor beggar who is proud.” ² [Muslim]
On the authority of Ibn Mas’ud who said, “I asked the Messenger of Allah (pbuh), “What is the most grievous sin at the sight of Allah?” He said, “To associate others with Allah whereas He created you… and to commit adultery with your neighbor’s wife.”

Behold! How adultery with one’s neighbor, polytheism and slaying the life of others except for just cause are associated with each other.
Once, Ibn Mas’ud asked the Prophet (P.B.U.H) saying, “0 Messenger of Allah, what is the most heinous sin? The Prophet answered, “To hold that Allah has an equal, whereas He has created you. Further he asked what is next? The Prophet (P.B.U.H) said, “To kill child lest he feeds with you. He added, “What is next? The Prophet (P.B. U .H) said, “To commit adultery with your neighbor’s wife.”³
When commenting on Allah’s statement, {To it are seven gates: for each of those gates is a special) class (of sinners) assigne.}
(Al-Hijr: 44)
Ata’ said, “The most grievous and hated gate of hell is that which is assigned for adulterers who committed such crime after they had been informed of its consequences.Makhul Ad-Dimashqi said, “When the people of the Hell-Fire smell a stinking odor they say, ‘We have never smelt an odor more stinking than that, Then, they will be told that this is the odor of the adulterers’ genitals. Ibn Zayd, one of great exegesists said, “This odor hurts all the people of the hell-fire. Of all commandments prescribed by Allah to Moses is the following,
“Do not steal and do not fill into adultery so as not to screen My Face from you.”
Behold Moses is the addressee, what about the others.
It was reported that the Prophet (pbuh) said, “Satan (Iblis) often sends his soldiers every where in the earth saying to them, ‘Whoever diverts a Muslim I will crown him. The most skillful one in diverting people, the nearest to me. Meanwhile, a devil comes and says, “I kept tempting such
and such until he divorced his wife.’ Iblis says, ‘You did nothing. He will marry another woman.’ Another comes and says, ‘I kept tempting such and such until I created a grudge between him and his brother’ Iblis says, ‘You did nothing. He will reconcile with him.’ Eventually comes another devil who says, ‘I kept tempting such and such until he fell in adultery.’ Iblis says, ‘Great and well done. I Then he makes him nearer to him and crowns him.”¹ [Al-Siuti ]
We seek Allah’s refuge from the evils of Satan and his soldiers.
It was reported that on the authority of Anas that the Prophet (pbuh) said, “Faith is like a garment with which Allah covers whomever He likes. But if he falls in adultery, this garment will be taken off and if he repents He will restore it again.”² [Ad-Dailami. It’s a weak hadith.]
The Prophet (pbuh) also said,
“0 Muslims, be aware of adultery. It entails six consequences: Three in this world and the others in the next. As for the worldly consequences, they are a pale face, short life and long poverty. The consequences in the Hereafter are: The wrath of Allah, a severe reckoning and torture in Fire.”³ [A1-Siuti]
The Messenger of Allah (pbuh) said, “Whoever persists in drinking wine and then dies, Allah will make him drink from the river of Ghuta, a river flows the genitals of the whores.”⁴ [ Ahmad]
In the Fire there will be pus flowing from the whores’ genitals that which will be offered to whoever dies persisting in drinking wine.
The Prophet (pbuh) said, “Next to polytheism (shirk), is the semen ejaculated by a man in an unlawful womb.”⁵ [ Ibn A1-Jawzi]
“In the Hell-Fire there is a valley in which contains serpents. Each serpent is as fat as a camel’s neck.
When it stings the one who does not pray, it’s poison boils in his abode for seventy years and then his flesh is torn out. There is also a valley called the well of Hazan (suffering) which contains serpents and scorpions. Each scorpion is as huge as a mule and has seventy spines. Each spine ends in a poisonous edge. Then, it strikes the adulterer and sprays poison in his body. The adulterer suffers from this painful poison for a thousand years. Then his flesh is torn out and pus flows from his genitals.”
“Whoever makes love with a married woman, they will suffer the torture which is supposed to afflict half of this nation in grave. Afterwards, on the Day of Judgment, Allah will give her husband, who does not know (what she does), the right to dispose her good deeds. But if he knows and does nothing, he and his wife will be deprived of Paradise as there is a statement on the door of Paradise which reads, unlawful for the pimp.”
“Whoever touches a woman, who is not lawful to him, because of lust, he will be resurrected with his hand tied to his neck on the Day of Judgment. In case of kissing, his lips will be nipped in the fire. Eventually, if he fell in adultery, his thighs will witness against him, on the Day of Judgment by saying, “I lied on an unlawful” Then, Allah looks to him out of wrath. Thus, his face’s flesh fells down. If he arrogantly says, “I never did so” Then the tongue witnesses by saying, ‘I produced an unlawful utterance.’ The hand also says,’I touched unlawful things.’ The eyes says’ I looked to the unlawful.’ The legs say:’ To the unlawful objects did I walk’ Finally, the genital says, ‘I applied. ‘ As for the guardian angels, he says, ‘I heard, and another says,’I wrote’ eventually, Allah says, “I knew but concealed him.”¹
Then, Allah says, “0 angels! Take him away to torture him. Severe is My wrath on those who are not shy from Me.” This is shown in Allah’s Book Exalted be He:

The most grievous kind of adultery is incenstry with one’s mother, sister, stepmother and unmarriageable relatives.
The Prophet (pbuh) said, “Whoever falls into adultery with an unmarriageable relative, must be killed.”³ [Al-Hakim]
AI-Barra’ narrated that the Messenger of Allah (pbuh) sent his uncle to a man who made love with his step mother to kill him and divide his wealth into five parts (like the spoils of war.)
Therefore, we ask Allah the Bounteous to forgive our sins for He is the Most Bounteous, the Most Kind.
