05. MAHRAM WA NA MAHRAM RISHTON KI TAFSEEL [Forbidden Relations]
MAHRAM WA NA MAHRAM RISHTON KI TAFSEEL:
Nikaah say qabl yeh jaanna zaroori hai kay nikaah kisse karna jaaiz hai aur kis say nahi, kounse rishte mahram hai aur kounse na mahram.
(Surah al-Nisaa: 23)
1. Nasbi Muhrramaat (saat hain):
Maaye, Betiya, Behne, Phoophiyaa, Khaalayei, Bhateeji aur Bhaanji.
2. Rizai Muhrramaat (saat hain):
Rizayi maaye, Rizayi betiya, Rizayi behne, Rizayi Phoophiyaa, Rizayi Khaalaye, Rizayi Bhateejiya, Rizayi Bhaanjiya.
3. Susraali Muhrramaat (chaar hai):
Saas, Bahu, Baap ki biwi aur Rabeebah (sauteli betiya).
4) Li’aan:
Jis mard ya aurat kay saath aik baar li’aan ho jaaye.
(Abu Dawood: 2250)
Muaqqati Mahramaat
1. Do behano ko baik waqt nikaah may rakhna.
(Surah al-Nisaa: 23)
2. Biwi kay saath uski phoophi ya khaala ko baek waqt nikaah may rakhna.
(Bukhari: 5108)
3. Mankooha (jo kisi aur kay nikaah may ho).
(Surah al-Nisaa:24)
4. Teen martaba talaaq shuda biwi jab tak sharai taur par halal na hojaye.
(Surah al-Baqarah: 230)
Note: Aik majlis may baik waqt teen talaaq dena Islaami tareekhe say haraam hai,haraa haraam hai, haraam hai.
5. Ghair muslim mard ya ghair kitaabiyah aurat say nikaah.
(Surah al-Baqarah: 221)
6. Baek waqt chaar say zyada biwiyan (ummati kay liye)
(Surah al-Nisaa: 3)
7. Ahraam ki haalat may nikaah.
(Muslim: 1409)
8. Badkaar (zani) jab tak tawbah na karle.
(Surah al-Noor: 3)

Forbidden Permanently
1. Blood Relations:
Mothers, Sisters, Daughters, Paternal Aunts, Maternal Aunts, and Nieces.
2. Foster Relations:
Foster Mothers, Foster Sisters, Foster Daughters, Foster Paternal Aunts, Foster Maternal Aunts, and Foster Nieces.
3. In-Laws Relations:
Mother-in laws, Daughter-in laws, Wife of the Father and Rabibah (step daughter).
4. The one who has gone through Li’aan (cursed).
(Abu Dawood: 2250)
Forbidden Relations for Time Being :
1. Marrying two sisters at once.
(Surah al-Nisaa: 23)
2. Marrying a girl along with her maternal or paternal aunt.
(Bukhari: 5108)
3. Marrying a girl who is already in (Wedlock) someone’s marriage.
(Surah al-Nisaa:24)
4. A woman who was divorced thrice (in an Islamic manner) until she is legitimately allowed to remarry.
(Surah al-Baqarah: 230)
Note: It’s forbidden, forbidden, forbidden in the Islamic Shari’ah to divorce a woman thrice in a single gathering in one waiting period.
5. Marrying a non-Muslim man (or) a woman (who is not from the people of the book).
(Surah al-Baqarah: 221)
6. Marrying more than four wives at once.
(Surah al-Nisaa: 03)
7. Marrying in a state of Ihram.
(Muslim: 1409)
8. Prostitute as long as she doesn’t repent.
(Surah al-Noor: 03)
