23. NAMAZ-E-KHAUF KA TAREEQA [Description of the fear prayer]

SALAT – UL – KHAUF KA TARIQA

 

  • AWWAL:

Darj zel farman Baari Ta’la ki bina par Salat ul Khauf mashru’ hai:

Aur jab tum in mein ho aur in ke liye Namaz khadi karo to chahiye ke in mein se ek Jama’t tumhare saath apne hathyaar liye huwe khadi ho, phir jab yeh sajdah kar chuke to ye hat kar tumhare peeche aajayen aur woh doosri Jamaat jis ne namaz ada nahi ki woh aajaye aur tumhare saath namaz ada kare aur apne bachao ke liye hathyaar apne saath liye rakhe, kaafir to yeh chahte hain ke kisi tarah tum apne hathyaron aur apne saman se gafil ho jao to woh tum par achanak dhaawa bol den, haan apne hathyaar utaar kar rakhne mein is waqt tum par koi gunaah nahi jab ke tumhen takleef ho ya baarish ki wajah se ya bimaari ke baa’is, aur apne bachao ki cheezen saath liye raho, yaqinan Allah Ta’la ne munkiron ke liye zillat aamez azaab tayyar kar rakha hai. [al-Nisa’ 4:102]

Aur phir Nabi Kareem (ﷺ) ne bhi apne sahaba karam ko kai baar mukhtalif tariqon se Salat ul Khauf parhai hai.

 

Imam Ahmad (Rahimahullah) kahte hain:

 

Salat ul Khauf ke mutaliq 6 ya 7 Ahadeeth saabit hain in mein se jis tariqe par bhi Salat ul Khauf ada karli, jayez hai. 

 

Aur Ibn al-Qayyim (Rahimahullah) kahte hain:

 

“Namaz Khauf ke asal mein 6 tariqe hain, aur baa’z tariqe doosre se zyada baleeg hain, unhon ne qissa mein rawiyon ke ikhtilaf ko dekha to isko Nabi Kareem (ﷺ) se ek mustaqil tariqa bana diya, halankeh yeh rawiyon ka ikhtilaf tha”. Intehaee 

Haafiz (Rahimahullah) kahte hain: Aur  mo’tabar bhi yahi hai. Salat ul Khauf ka tariqa shadid khauf aur dushman ki jagah mukhtalif hone ki surat mein mukhtalif hoga, ke aaya dushman qiblah ki jaanib hai ya nahi?

Imam ko chahiye ke woh halaat ki munasibat aur maslehat ko madd e nazar rakhte huwe jo tariqa munasib ho usay ikhtiyaar kare, aur maslehat yeh hai ke namaz ke liye ehtiyat aur dushman se bachao aur mukammal hifazat ho, taa ke dushman musalmanon par namaz ki halat mein achanak hamla na karden.

 

Al-Khattabi (Rahimahullah) kahte hain:

 

“Salat ul Khauf ki kai aqsaam hain Nabi Kareem (ﷺ) ne mukhtalif ayyaam mein mukhtalif tariqon aur ashkaal mein Salat ul Khauf ada ki hai, in sab tariqon mein unhone woh tariqa ikhtiyaar kiya jo namaz ke liye zyada munasib ho, aur dushman se bachao mein zyada behtar. ” Intehaee Maakhuz Az : Sharh Muslim al-Nawawi.

 

  • DUWWAM:

Salat ul Khauf ki ibtidaai Mashruiyat :

 

Jaabir (Radi Allahu Ta’la Anhu ) bayan karte hain ke:

“Hum ne Nabi Kareem (SallAllahu alaihi wasallam) ki maiyyat mein Juhaynah Qaum ke saath gazwah mein hissa liya to unhonne hamare saath bahot shadid ladai lari, jab hum ne Zuhr ki namaz ada ki to mushrik kahne lagay:

Agar hum in par yakbargi hamla karden to hum in ki jad kaat kar rakh denge , chunancha Jibraeel (Alaihis salaam) ne Nabi Kareem (ﷺ) ko iski khabar di, aur Rasool Kareem (ﷺ) ne humein bataya keh:

Wo kahne lage, : Abhi inki namaz ka waqt hone wala hai yeh namaz inhein apni aulaad se bhi zyada mehboob hai, chunanchah jab namaz Asr ka waqt huwa, Jaabir (Radi Allahu anhu) kahte hain: Hum ne 2 Safein banayen, aur halaat yeh the ke mushrik humari Qiblah waali jihat mein the….. phir bayaan kiya ke Rasool Kareem (ﷺ) ne inhein Salat Khauf parhai”.

  • SUWAM: 

HUM ZEL MEIN KUCH TARIQE BAYAAN KARTAY HAIN:

 

PEHLA TARIQA:

 

Agar dushman Qiblah ki jihat mein nahi to phir lashkar ka Ameer aur Qayed lashkar ko 2 girohon mein taqseem karega, ek giroh is ke saath namaz ada kare aur doosra dushman ke muqable mein rahe, takeh woh musalmanon par hamla na kardein, chunancha pahle giroh ko ek rak’at parhaye aur jab doosri rak’at ke liye uthe to woh khud namaz mukammal karlein, ya’ani woh infiradi namaz ki niyyat karte huwe doosri rak’at khud mukammal karlein, aur Imam khada rahe, phir jab woh namaz mukammal karke chalay jayen aur doosre giroh ki jageh dushman ke samne chalay jayen, to dushman ke samne khada doosra giroh aakar Imam ke saath doosri rak’at mein mil jaye, is surat mein Imam doosri rak’at pahli rak’at se lambi ada karega takeh doosra giroh is ke saath aakar mil sake aur baqi mandah rak’at Imam ke saath ada kare phir Imam tashahud mein baith jaye aur doosra giroh sajdah se uth kar doosri rak’at mukammal kare aur Imam ke saath tashahud mein mil kar ekatthe salam pher den. 

Yeh surat aur tariqa Quraan Majid ki darj zel ayat ke muafiq hai:

Aur jab Aap in mein hon aur in ke liye namaz khadi karen to chahiye ke in mein se ek jama’t aapke saath apne hathyaar liye huwe khadi ho, phir jab yeh sajdah kar chuke (yani namaz mukammal karli) to ye hat kar aapke peechhe aajayen aur woh doosri jama’t (jo dushman ke samne hai) jis ne namaz ada nahi ki woh aajaye aur Aap ke saath namaz ada kare aur apne bachao ke liye hathyaar apne saath liye rakhe. [al-Nisa’ 4:102]

 Dekhiye: al-Sharh al-Mumti’, (4/298) kuch kami o beshi ke saath

 

Imam Bukhari aur Muslim ne Maalik,  unhone Yazeed ibn Rumaan, unhone Saalih ibn Khawwaat aur woh ek sahabi se riwayat karte hain ke jo gazwah Dhaat al-Riqaa’ mein Nabi Kareem (ﷺ) ke saath maujood the, Nabi Kareem (ﷺ) ne unhen Salat Khauf is tarah parhai:

“Ek giroh ne Nabi Kareem (ﷺ) ke saath saff banayi aur ek giroh dushman ke samne data raha, chunancha Nabi Kareem (ﷺ) ne apne saath namaz mein khade giroh ko ek rak’at parhai aur phir khade rahe, aur pichhe khade sahaba ne khud hi namaz mukammal ki aur dushman ke muqable mein chalay gaye, aur doosra giroh jo dushman ke samne tha woh aakar Nabi Kareem (ﷺ) ke saath baqi mandah namaz mein shaamil hogaya, phir Nabi Kareem (ﷺ) baithe rahe hatta ke sahaba ne khud namaz ki doosri rak’at mukammal ki aur phir Nabi Kareem (ﷺ) ne unke saath salaam phera. 

[Sahih Bukhari Hadeeth No. 413, Sahih Muslim Hadeeth No. 842]

 

Maalik (Rahimahullah) kahte hain: “Namaz Khauf ke mutaliq main ne sab se behtar yahi suna hai”.

 

DOOSRI SURAT AUR TARIQA:

 

“Agar dushman Qiblah ki jihat ya’ani Qiblah rukh ho to Imam lashkar ki do safein banaye aur sab ko ekathhe namaz shuru karaye, aur ruku’ bhi sab karenge aur ruku’ se sab ekathhe sar uthayenge, lekin jab sajdah kare to Imam ke sath sirf pahli saff sajdah mein jaaye aur doosri saff pahra dene ke liye khadi rahe, aur jab Imam pahli saff ke saath uth kar khada hojaye to pichhli saff sajdah kare aur jab khade hon to pichhli saff aagay ajaye aur pahli saff pichey chali jaaye phir Imam in sab ko doosri rak’at parhaye, sab ekathhe qiyam aur ruku’ karein lekin jab sajdah mein jaaye to pahli saff sajdah kare jo ke pahli rak’at mein peeche thi aur jab tashahud mein baith jaayen to pichhli saff sajdah mein jaaye aur jab sab tashahud mein baith jaayen to Imam sab ke saath ekathhe salam phere.

Yeh surat sirf us waqt mumkin hai jab dushman Qiblah ki jihat mein ho”.

Imam Muslim (Rahimahullah) ne Jabir bin Abdullah (Radi Allahu Ta’la anhuma) se riwayat kiya hai woh bayan karte hain:

 

“Main ne Rasool Kareem (ﷺ) ke saath Salat Khauf ada ki chunancha hum ne do safen Rasool Kareem (ﷺ) ke pichey banaein, aur dushman humari Qiblah waali jihat mein tha, chunancha Rasool Kareem (ﷺ) ne Takbeer Tahreema kahi aur hum sab ne bhi Takbeer Tehreema kahi, phir Rasool Kareem (ﷺ) ne ruku’ kiya aur hum sab ne bhi ruku’ kiya, phir Rasool Kareem (ﷺ) ne ruku’ se sar uthaya to hum sab ne bhi ruku’ se sar utha liya, phir Rasool Kareem (ﷺ) aur Aap ke saath pahli saff waalon ne sajdah kiya, lekin pichli saff walay dushman ke samne khade rahe, aur jab Rasool Kareem (ﷺ) ne sajdah mukammal karliya aur Aap ke saath waali saff ke log khade hogaye to pichli saff walay log sajdah mein chalay gaye aur sajdah mukammal karke khade huwe to phir pichli saff walay aagay aur agli saff walay log pichli saff mein aagaye, phir Rasool Kareem (ﷺ) ne ruku’ ki aur hum sab ne bhi ruku’ ki, phir ruku’ se sar uthaya to hum sab ne bhi ruku’ se sar utha liya, phir Nabi Kareem (ﷺ) aur Aap ke saath waali saff jo pahli rak’at mein pichey thi ne sajdah kiya, aur pichli saff dushman ke samne khadi rahi, aur jab Rasool Kareem (ﷺ) aur unke saath waali saff ne sajdah mukammal kiya to pichli saff ne sajdah kiya phir Rasool Kareem (ﷺ) ne salam pher liya”. [Sahih Muslim Hadeeth No. 840]

 

TEESRA TARIQA AUR SURAT:

 

Agar shadeed qism ka khauf hai aur Imam ke liye musalmanon ko namaz ba Jama’at karwana mumkin na ho, ya ghamsaan ki ladai aur donon safon ki apas mein shadeed ladai ki surat mein hoga. Chunancha is halat mein har musalman ladai ke dauran paidal ya sawari par Qiblah rukh ho kar ya baghair Qiblah rukh huwe hi infiraadi halat mein hi namaz ada karega, aur ruku’ o sujud ke waqt jhukega lekin sajdah ruku’ se kuch zyada neeche ho.

Allah Subhanahu Ta’la ka farmaan hai:

Agar tum khauf ka shikar ho to paidal ya sawaar ho kar  [Al-Baqarah 2:239]

 

Al-Sa’di (Rahimahullah) kahtay hain:

 

Paidal aur ghodon aur oonton aur baqi har qism ki sawari par, is halat mein Qiblah rukh hona lazim nahi, chunancha khauf ki bina par ma’zur shakhs ki yeh namaz hogi”. Intehaee 

 

Dekhein: Tafseer Al-Sa’di (107).

 

Imam Bukhari (Rahimahullah) ne ibn Umar (RadiAllahu Ta’la Anhuma) se bayan kiya hai ke Nabi Kareem (ﷺ) ne farmaya:

“Agar woh is se zyada hon to khade aur sawar ho kar namaz ada karein”.

 

[Sahih Bukhari Hadeeth No. 943]

 

Al-Haafiz (Rahimahullah) is Hadeeth ki sharah mein likhte hain:

 

“Aur agar woh is se zyada hon”

Ya’ni agar dushman zyada ho, ya’ni ye hai ke jab shadeed qism ka khauf ho aur dushman ki ta’daad zyada ho aur is bina par munqasim hone ka khadsha ho to us waqt jis tarah mumkin hosake namaz ki jaye, aur jin arkaan ki adayegi ki qudrat na ho to us ka ehtemam karna aur khayal rakhna tark kardiya jayega, chunancha qiyam se ruku’, aur ruku’ o sujud se isharah ki taraf muntaqil ho jayenge, jamhoor Ulama-E-Karam ka yahi kahna hai”. Intehaee 

 

Aur Al-Tabarani (Rahimahullah) ne Ibn Umar (RadiAllahu Ta’la Anhuma) se bayan kiya hai ke:

 

(Jab woh ladai mein mashghool hon aur ek doosre se guttham guttha ho jaayen, to zikr aur sar ke ishare se namaz ada hogi).

Aur Imam Bukhari (Rahimahullah) ne Naafi’ (Rahimahullah) se bayan kiya hai ke ‘Abd-Allaah ibn ‘Umar (RadiAllahu Ta’la Anhuma) ne namaz khauf ka tariqa zikr kiya aur phir kahne lagay:

“Agar khauf is se bhi zyada shadeed ho to woh paidal khade ho kar namaz ada karenge ya phir sawaari par hi Qiblah rukh ho kar, ya Qiblah rukh huwe baghair hi”.

Naafi’ (Rahimahullah) kahte hain: Mere khayal mein ‘Abd-Allaah ibn ‘Umar (RadiAllahu Ta’la Anhuma) ne yeh Nabi Kareem (ﷺ) se hi bayan kiya hai. [Sahih Bukhari Hadeeth No. 4535]

 

Al-Haafiz ibn Hajir (Rahimahullah) kahte hain:

 

Haasil ye huwa ke un ke is qaul: “Agar Khauf is se bhi shadeed ho” mein ikhtilaf hai, aaya yeh marfuu hai ya Ibn ‘Umar (RadiAllahu Ta’la Anhuma) par mauquf hai? Lekin raajeh yeh hai ke ye marfuu hai”. Intehaee

 

Al-Muwatta’ ki Sharh al-Muntaqa mein hai ke:

 

“(Agar khauf is se bhi zyada shadeed ho” Ya’ni itna shadeed khauf ho ke kisi ek jagah par khada hona mumkin na ho, aur na hi saff banayi jaasakti ho, to is surat mein paidal apne paaon par hi Namaz ada karenge, kyunke khauf ki Do qismein hain:

Ek qism mein istiqraar aur saff banana mumkin hai, lekin namaz mein mashghool hone ki bina par khadsha hai ke dushman hamla na karde….

Lekin khauf ki doosri qism mein na to istiqraar mumkin hai aur na hi saff banana mumkin hai, maslan dushman se bhagne waala shakhs, to us shakhs se matloob hai ke us ke liye jis tarah bhi mumkin ho namaz ada karle, chahey paidal ya sawaari par. 

 Allah Ta’la ka farman hai :

Agar tumhen khauf ho to phir paidal ya sawaar ho kar. Intehaee Mukhtasara

 

  • CHAHARUM:

Shaykh Ibn ‘Uthaymeen (Rahimahullah) “al-Sharh al-Mumti” mein likhte hain:

“Aur agar koi qaail ye kahe ke: Agar farz kar liya jaaye ke namaz Khauf mein Nabi Kareem (ﷺ) se jitni suraten saabit hain daur haazir mein un ki tatbeeq mumkin nahi, kyunke jungi wasail aur islaah bahot mukhtalif hai. 

Is ka jawaab ye hai ke:

Agar aisey waqt mein namaz ada karne ki zarurat pesh aajaye jis mein dushman se khatra ho aur woh Nabi Kareem (ﷺ) ke bataye huwe tariqon ke mutabiq namaz ada na karsaken to woh us tariqe ke mutabiq namaz ada karenge jo Nabi Kareem (ﷺ)  ke bataye huwe  tariqon mein sabse zyada qareeb ho, kyunke Allah Ta’la ka farmaan hai:

 Tum mein jitni istita’at hai us ke mutabiq Allah Ta’la ka taqwa aur darr ikhtiyar karo. 

 

 [al-Taghaabun 64:16].
