Qabar par phoolon key guldastey rakhna
الْحَمْدُ اللهِ وَالصَّلُوةُ وَالسَّلَامُ عَلَى رَسُولِ اللَّهِ وَعَلَى آلِهِ وَصَحْبِهِ وَبَعْدُ :
Bahwas Al-‘Ilmiya-o-Al-Iftaa ki fatwa-e-commity key ‘ilm mein yeh sawaal aaya jo ‘izzat maab director general sey poocha gaya tha key gumnaam fouji ki qabar par phoolon key guldastey rakhney par kya woh ahkaam muntabiq hon gay, Jo un logon key ‘amal par muntabiq hotey hain jinhon ney apney auliya-o-saliha ki is qadar ta’azeem ki hataa key woh ‘ibaadat ki soorat ikhtiyar kar gayi?
[Jawab] Yeh ‘amal bidd’at aur murdon key baarey mein ghuloo hai aur ta’azeem key e’itbaar sey unkey saliheen key saath ma’amla sey mushabihat rakhta hai aur khadsha hai key waqt guzarney key saath saath yeh ‘amal unki qabron par qabey ta’ameer karney, Unkey zariy’e tabaruk haasil karney aur Allah Ta’ala key saath unhein ma’abood bananey ka sabab ban jaye ga lihaza shirk key sadbaab key liye ussey tark kardena farz hai.

Q)Is placing a wreath on the grave of the ‘Unknown Soldier’ equal to aggrandizing the dead Awliya’ and pious people to the point of worshipping them?
A)This practice is an innovation, and excess in terms of revering the dead, and it is similar to the practice of those who over-revere pious people. It is feared that this practice may lead to building domes above their graves, seeking their blessings, and taking them for gods beside Allah, Glorious is He. This practice should be stopped lest it lead to Shirk. May Allah exalt the mention of our Prophet Muhammad, his household, and Companions and render them safe from evil.

*قبر پر پھولوں کے گلدستے رکھنا*
الْحَمْدُ اللهِ وَالصَّلُوةُ وَالسَّلَامُ عَلَى رَسُولِ اللَّهِ وَعَلَى آلِہِ وَصَحْبِہ وَبَعدُ :
بحوث العلمیۃ والافتاء کی فتویٰ کمیٹی کے علم میں یہ سوال آیا جو عزت ماب ڈائریکٹر جنرل سے پوچھا گیا تھا کہ گم نام فوجی کی قبر پر پھولوں کے گلدستے رکھنے پر کیا وہ احکام منطبق ہوں گے، جو ان لوگوں کے عمل پر منطبق ہوتے ہیں جنہوں نے اپنے اولیاء و صلحاء کی اس قدر تعظیم کی حتّٰی کہ وہ عبادت کی صورت اختیار کر گئی؟
*جواب:*
یہ عمل بدعت اور مردوں کے بارے میں غلو ہے اور تعظیم کے اعتبار سے ان کے صالحین کے ساتھ معاملہ سے مشابہت رکھتا ہے اور خدشہ ہے کہ وقت گزرنے کے ساتھ ساتھ یہ عمل ان کی قبروں پر قبے تعمیر کرنے، ان کے ذریعے تبرک حاصل کرنے اور اللہ تعالٰی کے ساتھ انہیں معبود بنانے کا سبب بن جائے گا لہٰذا شرک کے سدباب کے لئے اسے ترک کر دینا فرض ہے۔
