Kabeerah-e-Gunahon key murtakib logon ka anjaam
[Sawaal] Jo log zina’ Qazaf (Tohmat) ya chori jaisey kabeerah-e-gunahon ka irtikaab karen aur ahkaam-e-shariy’at key mutabiq unhein duniya mein un jaraim ki saza na di jaa sakey aur woh touba kiye baghair mar jaayein to Qayamat key din aisey logon key baarey mein hukum-e-Ellahi kya ho ga?]
[Jawab] Ehel-e-Sunnat-o-Al-Jamaa’at ka ‘aqeedah yeh hai key agar koi musalmaan zina, Qazaf (Tohmat) aur chori jaisey kabeerah-e-gunahon par israar ki haalat mein mar jaye to us key saath Allah Ta’ala apni mashiyat key mutabiq ma’amla kare ga. Agar Allah Ta’ala chahey to ussey ma’af farma dey aur agar chahey to ussey ‘azaab dey aur baala aakhir us ka anjaam jannat ho ga. Irshaad-e-Baari Ta’ala hai:
اِنَّ اللّٰهَ لَا يَغۡفِرُ اَنۡ يُّشۡرَكَ بِهٖ وَيَغۡفِرُ مَا دُوۡنَ ذٰ لِكَ لِمَنۡ يَّشَآءُ
“Beshak Allah us gunnah ko nahin bakhshega key kisiko us ka shareek banaya jaaye aur us key siwa aur gunnah jisko chahey ma’af kar dey.”
(Al-Nisaa 4/48)
Sahih aur mutawatir Ahadees sey yeh saabit hai key gunnahgaar muhadeen ko jahhanum sey nikaal liya jaye ga. Hazrat ‘Ibadah-Bin-Saamat رَضِيَ اللهُ عَنْهُ sey marwi hai key hum Nabi (ﷺ) key paas they to aap ney farmaya:
أَتْبَايِعُونَنِي عَلَى أَلا تُشْرِكُوا بِاللَّهِ شَيْئًا وَلَا تَزْنُوا وَلَا تَسْرِقُوا
“Kya meri is baat par ba’eet kartey ho key Allah Ta’ala key saath kisiko shareek na karo gey, Badkaari na karogey, Chori na karo gey.”
(Sahih Bukhari, Kitaab Al-Emaan, Baab raqam:11, H: 18, 3892, 3893, 3999, 4894)
Phir aapne Surah-e-Nisaa ki mazkoora baala aayat-e-Kareema tilaawat ki aur farmaya:
فَمَنْ وَفَى مِنْكُمْ فَأَجْرُهُ عَلَى اللهِ، وَمَنْ أَصَابَ مِنْ ذَلِكَ شَيْئًا فَعُوْقِبَ فَهُوَ كَفَّارَةٌ لَهُ، وَمَنْ أَصَابَ مِنْهَا شَيْئًا مِنْ ذَلِكَ فَسَتَرَهُ اللهُ فَهُوَ إِلَى اللهِ، إِنْ شَاءَ عَذَبَهُ وَإِنْ شَاءَ غَفَرَ له
“Jo tum mein sey is ba’eet ko poora karega to us ka ajar Allah Ta’ala key zimma hai, Jo shakhs un mein sey kisi gunnah ka irtikaab karey aur ussey saza mil jaye to woh saza us key liye kufara ban jaye gi aur jis ney un mein sey kisi gunnah ka irtikaab kiya aur Allah Ta’ala ney uski pardah poshi ki to woh Allah Ta’ala key sapard hai, Agar chahey to ‘azaab dey aur chahey to ussey ma’af farma dey.”

The End of Those Who commit Major Sins
Q)Allah, the Exalted, says:
اَلزَّانِیَةُ وَ الزَّانِیْ فَاجْلِدُوْا كُلَّ وَاحِدٍ مِّنْهُمَا مِائَةَ جَلْدَةٍ۪
(The (female) fornicator, and the fornicator, flog each one of them a hundred lashes.) [18]
And He says:
وَ الَّذِیْنَ یَرْمُوْنَ الْمُحْصَنٰتِ ثُمَّ لَمْ یَاْتُوْا بِاَرْبَعَةِ شُهَدَآءَ فَاجْلِدُوْهُمْ ثَمٰنِیْنَ جَلْدَةً
(And those who calumniate chaste women and do not bring four witnesses flog with eighty lashes.)[19]
And He says:
وَ السَّارِقُ وَ السَّارِقَةُ فَاقْطَعُوْۤا اَیْدِیَهُمَا جَزَآءًۢ بِمَا كَسَبَا نَكَالًا مِّنَ اللّٰهِؕ-وَ اللّٰهُ عَزِیْزٌ حَكِیْمٌ
(And the thief male and female amputate their hands in retribution of their offense as an exemplary punishment from Allah, and Allah is Mighty, Wise.)[20]
What will be the verdict on those who commit such major sins when there is no one to subject them to castigation, and they die before repenting?
A)Ahlus-Sunnah wal-Jama’ah believe that any Muslim who dies without repenting from major sins such as fornication, libeling chaste women, or theft, would be subject to the Will of Allah, Glorious is He. If He wishes He forgives him, or if He wishes He punishes him on account of a major sin which he committed and died before repenting to Allah.But he will finally be admitted into Paradise, according to the Words of Allah:
اِنَّ اللّٰهَ لَا یَغْفِرُ اَنْ یُّشْرَكَ بِهٖ وَ یَغْفِرُ مَا دُوْنَ ذٰلِكَ لِمَنْ یَّشَآءُۚ
(Verily, Allah does not forgives whatever is short of that to whoever He wills. [21]
And according to the authentic Hadiths that emphasize taking out of Fire the disobedient people who believe in the Oneness of Allah. And, according to the following authentic Hadith which was narrated by ‘Ubadah bin As-Samit who said: “We were with the Prophet(ﷺ) when he said to us
أَتُبَايِعُونِي عَلَى أَلَّا تُشْرِكُوا بِاللَّهِ شَيْئًا وَلَا تَزْنُوا وَلَا تَسْرِقُوا
(Do you want to give me your pledge that you shall not ascribe a partner to Allah, nor fornicate, nor steal.)
Then he recited the above Verse. Then he said:
فَمَنْ وَفَى مِنْكُمْ فَأَجْرُهُ عَلَى اللهِ، وَمَنْ أَصَابَ مِنْ ذَلِكَ شَيْئًا فَعُوقِبَ فَهُوَ كَفَّارَةٌ لَهُ، وَمَنْ أَصَابَ مِنْهَا شَيْئًا مِنْ ذَلِكَ فَسَتَرَهُ اللَّهُ فَهُوَ إِلَى اللهِ ، إِنْ شَاءَ عَذَّبَهُ وَإِنْ شَاءَ غَفَرَ لَهُ
(He who fulfills his pledge, his reward will be with Allah. But he who commits any of these sins, and gets punished (in this world) then his punishment stands as an expiation. While he who commits any of these sins, and Allah covers up for him, then it will be up to Allah, if He wishes, He punishes him, and if He wishes, He forgives him.)[22]
