Qabron ke saath tabarruk nahi

Kia mayyat ke liye dua’a ki wajah se qabr ke paas khada hona ya bethna jaaiz hai?
[Jawab]
Qabron ki shar’i ziyaarat ka maqsad yeh hota hai ke insaan ‘ibrat-o-naseehat haasil kare aur mout ko yaad kare, Is se yeh maqsood nahi hota ke qabron mein madfoon neik logon ke saath tabarruk haasil kiya jaae, Jab koi shakhs qabristaan mein aae to us se chaahiye ke madfoon logon ko salaam kehne ke liye yeh dua’a padhe:
السَّلَامُ عَلَيْكُمْ أَهْلَ الدِّيَارِ مِنَ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ وَالْمُسْلِمِينَ، وَإِنَّا إِنْ شَاءَ اللَّهُ بِكُمْ للاحِقُوْنَ، تَسْأَلُ اللهَ لَنَا وَلَكُمُ الْعَافِية
“Ae (Is) basti ke rehne waale Momino aur muslaamano! Tum par salaam! Be shak hum bhi insha Allah tum se ‘anqareeb milne waale hain. Hum Allah Ta’ala se apne aur tumhare liye ‘aafiyat ki dua’a karte hain.”

Agar chaahe to is ke ‘ilaawa deegar masnoon dua’aein bhi padh sakta hai lekin woh mardon se dua’a na kare, Na un se dif’a nuqsaan aur husool-e-manfa’at ke liye faryaad kare kyunke dua’a to ‘ibaadat hai aur yeh sirf Allah wahdahu ke liye hai. Mayyat ke liye dua’a mein qabr ke paas bethne ya khada hone mein koi harj nahi lekin tabarruk ya istaraahat ke liye qabr ke paas bethne ya khada hone ki ijaazat nahi, kyunke qabr na maqaam-e-istaraahat hai aur na rehaaish ki jagah hai ke aadmi wahan bethe. Mayyat ki tadfeen ke ba’d qabr ke paas dua’a kare ke Allah Ta’ala us se saabit-e-qadam rakhe aur us ki maghfirat farma de, Khada hona jaaiz hai kyunke Hadees se saabit hai ke Nabi Kareem (ﷺ) jab tadfeen se faarigh hote to qabr ke paas khade ho jaate aur farmaate:
اسْتَغْفِرُوا لِأَخِيكُمْ وَاسْأَلُوا لَهُ التَّثْبِيْتَ فَإِنَّهُ الآنَ يُسْأَلُ
“Apne bhai ki maghfirat (Bakhshish) ke liye dua’a karo aur dua’a karo ke Allah Ta’ala us se saabit-e-qadam rakhe’ Us waqt us se sawaal pooche ja rahe hain.”

Ba’az log Nabi (ﷺ) aur aulaad-e-Nabi ki qasam khaate hain, Un ka qasad-o-iraadah to nahi hota lekin ‘aadatan woh is tarah ki qasam khaate hain to Kia us ka bhi muhaasiba ho ga?

Tasweeron ya hanoot shudah jaanwaron ko gharon Daftaron aur majlison mein latkaana jaaiz nahi hai kyunke Nabi Kareem (ﷺ) se saabit shudah un Ahadees ke ‘umoom ka yehi taqaaza hai jo is baat par dalaalat karti hain ke gharon waghaira mein tasweeron ka latkaana aur mujasimon ka rakhna Haraam hai kyunke yeh Allah Ta’ala ki Zaat-e-Giraami ke saath shirk ka waseela hai aur us mein Allah Ta’ala ki sift-e-khalaq ki mushaabihat aur us ke dushmanon ke ‘amal ki pairwi hai. Hanoot shudah jaanwaron ko gharon mein bataur-e-Zeenat iste’maal karne mein maal ko zaay’a karna, Allah ke dushmanon ke saath mushaabihat ikhtiyaar karna aur moortiyon aur mujasimon ke latkaane ke darwaazah ko kholna hai aur hamari mukammal tareen Islami shariy’at ne un tamaam zaraa’e ko band kar diya hai jo shirk ya gunaahon ki taraf le jaate hain.

Kisi ke liye yeh jaaiz nahi ke woh Nabi (ﷺ) ya makhlooq mein se kisi aur ki qasam khaae. Ghair Allah ki qasam khaana Haraam aur shirk hai kyunke Nabi Kareem (ﷺ) ne farmaaya hai:
مَنْ كَانَ حَالِفًا فَلَا يَحْلِفُ إِلا بِاللهِ أَوْ لِيَصْمُتْ
“Jo shakhs qasam khaana chaahe Us se chaahiye ke woh sirf Allah Ta’ala ki qasam khaae ya phir khaamosh rahe.”
Isi tarah Aap (ﷺ) ne yeh bhi farmaaya:
مَنْ حَلَفَ بِغَيْرِ اللَّهِ فَقَدْ كَفَرَ أَوْ أَشْرَكَ
“Jis ne ghair Allah ki qasam khaai us ne kufr ya shirk ka irtekaab kiya.”

Is mazmoon ki aur bhi bohat si Ahadees hain.
Imaam Ibn-e-‘Abdul Bar رحمة الله farmaate hain ke is baat par tamaam Ahl-e-ilm ka ijm’a hai ke ghair Allah ki qasam khaana jaaiz nahi Lehaaza har musalmaan par waajib hai ke woh ghair Allah ki qasam se ijtinaab kare aur mazi mein us ne jo ghair Allah ki jo qasam khaai ya deegar gunaahon ka irtikaab kiya, Un se tawbah kare, Allah Ta’ala ke paas jo khair-o-bhalaai aur ajar-e-jazeel hai uski rughbat aur us ke ghazab-o-‘aqaab se panaah haasil karne ke liye haqq par qaaim rahe aur haqq ki hifaazat kare.
